<i>Inside the human body,</i>

<i>roughly 37.2 trillion cells work energetically,</i>

DENDRITE

<i>all day every day.</i>

{\a6}ANTIBODY ENCYCLOPEDIA

<i>24 hours and 365 days.</i>

{\a5}WHITE BLOOD CELL

<i>They are all working very hard.</i>

UP AHEAD INFERIOR VENA CAVA

VEIN

{\a6}<i>This is the inside of a human body.</i>

{\a1}RED BLOOD CELLS: They carry oxygen and carbon dioxide using blood circulation.

{\a6}Let's see...

{\a6}Which way was it again?

All right, attention, rookie Red Blood Cells!

{\a9}IN TRAINING

{\a6}CLEARANCE

Up ahead is the inferior vena cava.

When this workplace tour is done,

{\a6}Rookie Red Blood Cells?

you'll be sent out immediately to the front lines.

{\a5}LANES MERGE AHEAD PLEASE SLOW DOWN!

So please make sure you get everything straight while you have the chance!

{\a6}<i>So the rookies will be starting their first day of work soon. I see.</i>

Yes, ma'am!

All right, let's move on to our next stop. Follow me, please!

Yes, ma'am!

{\a6}<i>I'd better look sharp myself!</i>

<i>Even though in everybody's eyes, I'm a dummy and directionally-challenged...</i>

{\a6}<i>Seriously, you! Sticking your nose into other people's work!</i>

<i>Ms. Macrophage!</i>

<i>I've got to come into my own, or I'll always be a drag on everyone else!</i>

<i>I can't keep depending on others anymore!</i>

{\a6}<i>Delivering carbon dioxide to the lungs, receiving oxygen in return,</i>

{\a6}<i>and delivering it to cells throughout the body...</i>

<i>That's my job!</i>

<i>And I'll go all around this circulatory system by myself without getting lost!</i>

{\a6}EPISODE 8: BLOOD CIRCULATION

<i>"Blood Circulation."</i>

Let's see.

Since I'm in front of the inferior vena cava now,

INFERIOR VENA CAVA

YOU ARE HERE

{\a7}HEART

I should just go... Inferior vena cava... Heart... Lungs!

And then just make my way back, right?

All right!

{\a6}CELL

Now I turn this corner, and...

Something there...

Get in my way and I'll stab you to death!

<i>Stuff like this is always happening around me!</i>

<i>And I just vowed to myself that I'd try my best!</i>

<i>I'm history! I'm gonna get stabbed and dissolve!</i>

{\a9}HEMOLYSIS The destruction of Red Blood Cells.

<i>I'm gonna die!</i>

What? Y-You headed me off!

Die! You germ!

Hey, Red Blood Cell...

Are you all right?

{\a1}WHITE BLOOD CELLS (NEUTROPHILS): Their main task is to eliminate foreign substances from outside, such as bacteria and viruses. Neutrophils comprise over half of the White Blood Cells in the blood.

{\a6}Wh-White Blood Cell...

Thank you so much!

What are you doing in a place like this?

There's nothing but lymphatic vessels up ahead.

{\a6}I lost my way again!

{\a6}You're lost?

Y-Yes.

{\a6}<i>And now White Blood Cell is all injured because of me!</i>

{\a6}<i>I can't go on like this!</i>

{\a6}<i>I've got to get a grip!</i>

Then, I'll show you the way again.

Whoa! R-Red Blood Cell is ablaze!

"I'm going to finish the job all by myself!"

That's what her aura is saying!

So I guess I'll stop meddling.

S-See you! Keep up the good work, okay?

Right!

Big Sister, there's still construction going on here! Please watch out!

{\a9}PLATELETS: A type of blood component. They aggregate when the blood vessels are damaged, and cover the wounds.

R-Right!

{\a5}Under construction. We apologize for the inconvenience.

- I'm so sorry! I'm so sorry! - A-Are you all right?

I-I-I'm fine! Sorry to cause you trouble!

I'm so sorry! I'm so sorry!

{\a6}A-All right, if you'll excuse me...

{\a6}Hey! Would you mind not charging ahead like that?

{\a6}I'm sorry! I'm sorry! I really am sorry!

Red Blood Cell...

{\a5}VEIN

{\a7}SIMPLIFIED MAP

Wanna have something sweet?

{\a6}GLUCOSE

The going's gonna get tough after this, you know.

I'd like some ice cream!

{\a1}DEXTROSE: Also known as "glucose." Red Blood Cells are fond of sugar. Unlike White Blood Cells, Red Blood Cells have no mitochondria, so glucose is their only energy source.

{\a6}<i>Dextrose. Also known as "glucose."</i>

{\a6}<i>Red Blood Cells are fond of sugar.</i>

{\a6}<i>Unlike White Blood Cells, Red Blood Cells have no mitochondria,</i>

{\a6}<i>so glucose is their only energy source.</i>

{\a7}SIMPLIFIED MAP

Let's see... If I go this way,

then I'll reach the inferior vena cava!

This is #1146.

As of now, I'll be patrolling the entire body.

<i>Roger that!</i>

<i>I'll be hanging around the liver area.</i>

Good work!

My shoulders are so stiff!

Let's see, let's see... This is the vein.

{\a9}VENOUS VALVE: Prevents blood from backing up. Keeps the blood flowing one-way through the vessels.

{\a6}<i>Venous valve.</i>

{\a6}<i>Prevents blood from backing up.</i>

{\a6}<i>Keeps the blood flowing one-way through the vessels.</i>

What? It's the opposite of my map?

Th-This way?

{\a6}Why are you running the other way, Red Blood Cell?

Hey you! Why are you going the other way?

This is the same valve you just passed through!

S-Sorry about that!

What a dummy!

{\a6}I was holding my map upside down!

{\a1}INFERIOR VENA CAVA: The largest vein in the human body. Collects blood from the lower body, delivering it to the right atrium of the heart.

{\a6}<i>Inferior vena cava.</i>

{\a6}<i>The largest vein in the human body.</i>

{\a9}STAY CALM MOVE SLOWLY

{\a6}<i>Collects blood from the lower body,</i>

{\a6}<i>delivering it to the right atrium of the heart.</i>

I mean, the vena cava's just a huge straight path, so sure, it's a breeze!

The way it goes uphill wipes you out, huh?

{\a6}Yeah, okay! I've got to give it my all, especially in places like this!

When the path is confusing, it takes up so much time, after all!

Huh? What are you doing alone here?

Want me to go with you?

<i>Sh-She's on fire!</i>

<i>She can't even hear my voice.</i>

!! CAUTION !!

<i>Attention, blood cells!</i>

<i>It's extremely congested up ahead,</i>

<i>so you'll have to leave your carts behind!</i>

<i>Please advance only after you've placed your carts in the corral!</i>

<i>You are now entering the heart.</i>

{\a5}HEART

{\a7}ROUTE

<i>Please follow our instructions and circulate quickly!</i>

{\a5}Due to congestion, please leave your carts behind.

<i>Attention, blood cells.</i>

<i>Please advance only after you've placed your carts in the designated area.</i>

<i>Attention, blood cells!</i>

<i>Hello!</i>

<i>Welcome to the heart!</i>

<i>I'm going to explain lung circulation and body circulation now,</i>

{\a6}LUNG CIRCULATION AND BODY CIRCULATION

<i>so please pay attention!</i>

<i>You are about to embark on a speedy, thrilling journey called "heart circulation"!</i>

{\a5}PULMONARY ARTERY RIGHT VENTRICLE RIGHT ATRIUM

<i>First, lung circulation.</i>

<i>You'll be traveling from the right atrium to the left ventricle,</i>

<i>and through the lung artery.</i>

<i>Once you arrive in the lung, you will discard your carbon dioxide and receive oxygen.</i>

<i>This is the first task that you've been assigned.</i>

{\a6}1: RECEIVE OXYGEN!

{\a9}PULMONARY ARTERY LEFT ATRIUM LEFT VENTRICLE AORTIC VALVE AORTA

<i>From there, you'll pass through the lung artery to the left atrium.</i>

<i>Next up, body circulation.</i>

<i>From the left atrium, go through the aorta,</i>

<i>and head to the capillaries from the arteries.</i>

{\a9}NUTRIENTS

<i>Hand over your oxygen and nutrients there,</i>

{\a9}WASTE

<i>and once you've received waste such as carbon dioxide,</i>

{\a6}2: RECEIVE CARBON DIOXIDE!

<i>you'll have cleared your second task!</i>

{\a6}<i>Body circulation will be complete when you've returned to the right atrium!</i>

{\a6}<i>Please be sure to conduct yourself responsibly,</i>

{\a6}<i>and see your mission through to the end!</i>

{\a6}<i>Good luck to you!</i>

{\a6}LUNG CIRCULATION AND BODY CIRCULATION

<i>Attention, blood cells!</i>

<i>Hello!</i>

{\a6}Got that?

{\a6}Nope.

<i>Welcome to the heart!</i>

{\a6}<i>And here I am!</i>

{\a6}<i>The final hurdle!</i>

{\a6}<i>The place that mystifies me no matter how many times I look at it! The heart!</i>

<i>Come on, it's this way!</i>

<i>Right!</i>

<i>I can't impose on others anymore, right?</i>

BEWARE OF SUSPICIOUS-LOOKING CELLS/LIFE-FORMS CALL ON NEARBY IMMUNE CELLS

{\a6}<i>That's the spirit!</i>

{\a6}<i>Hang in there!</i>

{\a5}PRAY FOR HEALTH

All right!

Here I go! To the heart!

Cells at Work!

Cells...

...at Work!

{\a5}HEART MOVE STRAIGHT AHEAD

<i>Attention, cells.</i>

{\a6}S-So heavy!

<i>You will soon arrive at the heart.</i>

<i>Please be careful as you make your way through.</i>

{\a6}I finally made it!

{\a5}HEART: An organ made entirely of muscle. Provides pumping action that sends blood returned to the veins to the arteries. This action is repeated approximately 100,000 times per day.

<i>The heart.</i>

<i>An organ made entirely of muscle.</i>

<i>Provides pumping action that sends blood returned to the veins to the arteries.</i>

<i>This action is repeated approximately 100,000 times per day.</i>

{\a6}<i>The right atrium.</i>

{\a9}RIGHT ATRIUM: Receives venous blood from the upper and lower vena cavae, which it then pumps into the right ventricle.

{\a6}<i>Receives venous blood from the upper and lower vena cavae,</i>

<i>Please be careful not to drop any important hand luggage.</i>

{\a6}<i>which it then pumps into the right ventricle.</i>

<i>Please line up behind the white line and wait your turn.</i>

Don't push!

Ouch! Ouch!

It's so crowded!

<i>Welcome to the heart!</i>

YOU ARE HERE

{\a6}<i>This is the right atrium.</i>

{\a9}RIGHT ATRIUM

{\a6}<i>Please, no pushing.</i>

{\a6}<i>Rushing to circulate is dangerous.</i>

{\a6}<i>Up ahead</i>

{\a6}<i>is the junction for the inferior vena cava and the superior vena cava,</i>

{\a6}<i>and so there will be heavy traffic.</i>

<i>For your safety, please be extra careful not to lose your hats or glasses.</i>

{\a9}TRICUSPID VALVE

Stop pushing!

{\a6}<i>The venous valve will be opening shortly.</i>

I dropped my notes!

S-Sorry! My precious notes!

My notes!

My notes!

Ouch!

{\a6}My notes came flying towards me?

What's that neutrophil up to?

<i>Please do not stop in your tracks. Keep moving, please.</i>

{\an7}TRICUSPID VALVE: The three flaps of tissue between the heart's right atrium and the right ventricle. When the heart constricts, it pumps blood into the right ventricle, preventing backflow into the right chamber.

{\a6}<i>Right ventricle.</i>

{\a6}<i>Where carbon dioxide-rich venous blood is found.</i>

So heavy!

<i>Welcome to the right atrium.</i>

<i>As it is constricting at the moment, please do not stop inside the venous valve.</i>

YOU ARE HERE

{\a6}I dropped my hat!

{\a6}Excuse me, someone up ahead dropped this.

<i>Pulmonary artery.</i>

{\a5}PULMONARY ARTERY: The artery that pumps venous blood into the lungs.

<i>The artery that pumps venous blood into the lungs.</i>

{\a9}YOU ARE HERE

Um...

MOVE STRAIGHT AHEAD

Straight ahead, huh?

{\a6}This is just a short straight path. Great!

Now, then, I need to switch out this gas in the pulmonary alveoli.

{\an1}LUNGS: The organs where carbon dioxide is discarded, and oxygen is received in its place.

{\a6}<i>Lungs.</i>

{\a6}<i>The organs where carbon dioxide is discarded, and oxygen is received in its place.</i>

<i>Wow!</i>

<i>So that's what the pulmonary alveoli's shape looks like from afar!</i>

{\a11}PULMONARY SAC

{\a6}<i>Welcome. We are happy to see you. This is the pulmonary alveoli.</i>

{\a6}HIGH-PRESSURE GAS HANDLE WITH CARE

<i>We will collect your carbon dioxide here.</i>

RELAXING TEA

{\a6}OXYGEN GAS

{\a6}<i>Thank you for waiting.</i>

{\a6}<i>Please take your oxygen.</i>

YOU ARE HERE

Come to think of it...

<i>For starters,</i>

<i>I think I'll take the edge off my appetite!</i>

<i>I never would've thought you'd be hiding inside the package!</i>

This is where White Blood Cell first rescued me.

{\a7}PULMONARY VEIN

{\a9}PULMONARY VEIN: The artery that pumps venous blood into the lungs.

<i>Pulmonary vein.</i>

<i>Where oxygen-rich blood flows.</i>

{\a11}YOU ARE HERE

All right, I'm heading back to the heart now!

{\a6}PULMONARY VEIN ENTRANCE

I'd better hurry!

So fast!

{\a7}YOU ARE HERE

{\a1}AORTA: From the aorta, the path splits into two smaller arteries, traveling to all capillaries in the body.

{\a6}<i>Aorta.</i>

{\a6}<i>From the aorta, the path splits into two smaller arteries,</i>

{\a6}<i>traveling to all capillaries in the body.</i>

{\a11}CAPILLARIES: They distribute oxygen and nutrients to cells, and retrieve waste, such as carbon dioxide.

{\a6}<i>Capillaries.</i>

{\a6}<i>They distribute oxygen and nutrients to cells,</i>

{\a6}<i>and retrieve waste, such as carbon dioxide.</i>

All right, now all I have to do is deliver this oxygen!

Hey,

Detour Route

{\a6}which way is right?

{\a6}The hand you're holding your pen with is your right! This way!

{\a6}Hey, I can't stick these on well!

{\a6}A-All right, then, I'll help you!

{\a3}Construction Up Ahead

{\a6}Hey, do that "Die, germ!" thing, yes?

I hear there's a small abrasion nearby.

Not again!

Let's see...

So the road's closed up ahead, huh?

Looks like we managed to infiltrate.

Yeah. And right on cue, here comes a sucker.

{\a6}Our target's that airhead Red Blood Cell, huh?

Let's lie in wait on this corner and bash her face in together!

Die!

{\a1}ROAD CLOSED Your cooperation is appreciated

Um... Yeah! Going great!

<i>That was a close shave!</i>

{\a6}Hey, did you take out those germs already?

I'm leaving the rest to you!

Where are you going? Hold up!

{\a5}SORRY FOR THE INCONVENIENCE

Heave-ho!

SORRY FOR THE INCONVENIENCE

{\a6}Heave-ho!

Heave-ho!

Heave-ho!

<i>On my own! Until the end!</i>

{\a7}SORRY FOR THE INCONVENIENCE

I can barely fit! I-It's so cramped in here! I can't breathe!

But just a little further, and...

I've come to deliver your oxygen!

Oh, thanks. Appreciate your coming through such a cramped pathway.

{\a3}ROUTE

Pretty tough, wasn't it?

Oh no! It's my job!

{\a6}Now that was tight!

I did it! Finally... Finally, I...

I managed to circulate without getting lost!

I did it! I did it! Yay! Yay!

{\a6}This is amazing!

{\a6}I did it!

I really did it!

Yo!

Killer T! What are you doing here?

{\a1}KILLER T CELLS (CYTOTOXIC T CELLS): Mobilize under orders from the Helper T Cells. Assassins who recognize and destroy foreign cells, such as Graft Cells, virus-infected cells and Cancer Cells.

{\a6}What does it matter?

{\a6}Wooo! Yay!

Never mind that, that kid...

Is that the Red Blood Cell you were showing the way the other day?

{\a6}Huh? Hey, so you managed to circulate all the way here on your own?

{\a6}Yes! It's all thanks to your guidance, Senpai!

So she finally found a way to get her job done by herself?

Hopelessly inept much?

Hey! Don't talk like that!

You and I stink at certain things, too, you know.

It's just that she happens to stink at "not losing her way."

Even still, she's been trying to overcome her issues in her own way.

Even if she had to be guided,

even if she kept messing up, she never gave up.

Don't be such a goody-two-shoes! What do you mean, "guidance"?

It's actually a no-brainer to be able to do that!

I never really gave it much thought until now,

but it's a tough job, what Red Blood Cell does.

Hauling heavy luggage all around this vast body,

{\a6}and even as she fulfills her daily tasks,

{\a6}she still works so hard to try to change herself.

Well, good for you, I guess. For making a teensy bit of progress!

{\a6}What an amazing kid she is.

Thank you so much!

Hey, Killer T,

we, Immune Cells, tend to scare the Red Blood Cells,

but I hope that one day, we can get a grasp on our respective jobs,

and find a way to get along with them all.

You feel the same way, don't you?

{\a6}You damn idiot!

Ugh!

- Damn you! - Ugh!

Damn you!

Ugh!

Stop spouting those sappy platitudes, you spineless candy-ass!

You just keep going on and on!

Wh-What?

Listen up! If we need to, we kill without mercy! Even our own allies!

That's what Immune Cells do, remember?

You wanna get all chummy with everyone?

You wanna join the Red Blood Cells who sit around sipping tea?

You're looking to crash a neighborly game of cards with the other cells?

Pining to get ribbed for drawing the Old Maid? "Oh, you chump!"

Well, you can kiss all those shameless daydreams goodbye!

Hey, it's not like I had anything that specific in mind.

{\a6}You and I... We're assassins, got that?

Yeah.

Keep it honed until it's sharp as hell! So you can use it at a moment's notice!

The knife in your heart!

Heart?

I didn't hear your answer!

Oh...

Right.

Jeez, you're such a handful!

{\a6}Oh! White Blood Cell! I have something to tell you!

{\a6}Somehow, I just managed to finish all my tasks!

Wait, how did you get that?

I-It's nothing, okay?

Killer T... No, a mugger...

No, um, an antigen...

{\a6}This doesn't even hurt anymore.

{\a6}No, forget about my wounds!

{\a6}Anyway, did you just say you somehow finished all your tasks?

{\a6}Y-Yes!

Would you mind telling me all about it?

I mean, about what you guys do...

Oh, well, you see...

Just now, after I ran into you, the first place I went to was the vena cava!

And since that's where all veins end up, it was so huge!

Right.

After that, I went to the heart!

I got all smooshed in there, so it was tough!

Like smooooosh!

Right, right.

Oh, and also, when I was in the heart, I dropped my notes,

but for some reason, they came blowing towards me from behind!

Right.

And then, I went to the lung and the pulmonary alveoli!

From the outside, it was all lumpy-bumpy and a funny shape!

Is that right? Wow. Lumpy-bumpy...

And then...

I made it ultra-light! It's light as a feather, guys!

Really? Let me see!

Now migrating. Lost my way!

{\a6}Oh, you chump!

{\a6}Damn.

I'm so not envious...

at all!

Leonard Bernstein: 5 Fast Facts You Need to Know | Heavy.com - Duration: 12:44.

Leonard Bernstein: 5 Fast Facts You Need to Know | Heavy.com

American composer, conductor, and pianist Leonard Bernstein is being celebrated with a Google Doodle on what would have been his 100th birthday.

"A larger-than-life personality, Bernstein held the baton with emphatic mannerisms, reacting to the emotion of the music mid-performance," Google says in its Doodle description.

"As Director of the New York Philharmonic, he exposed generations of young people to musical programming on television… In this way, and as a popular commentator about music on radio and TV, he made intellectual culture more accessible to the public at large.".

Here's what you need to know about Bernstein:.

He Studied Music At Harvard University Against His Father's Wishes.

Bernstein was born on August 25, 1918 in Lawrence, Massachusetts.

His birth name was Louis at the insistence of his grandmother, but his parents always called him Leonard, and he legally changed his name by age 15. His mother Jennie Bernstein worked at a textile mill and his father Samuel Joseph Bernstein was a businessman and owner of a hair product store.

Bernstein first listened to a piano performance when he was a small child, and from then on he was captivated by the musical arts.

He began to learn how to play after his parents acquired a cheap piano from a relative, but his father was opposed to him pursuing it as a career.

According to New England Historical Society, his father was worried that would end up a "klezmer," which was a term used to describe a poor street musician in his native Ukraine.

He felt that an American Jewish kid wouldn't get far in a classical music world that was dominated Europeans, and that Bernstein should join the family business instead.

Despite his father's reservations, Bernstein followed his dream and attended Harvard University, where he graduated with a B.A.

in Music in 1939.

The following year, he enrolled in the Boston Symphony Orchestra's summer school at Tanglewood under legendary composer Serge Koussevitsky.

By this point, Bernstein's father had begun to support his career, and the two even attended orchestral concerts together.

In a 1958 interview with the New Yorker, Samuel Bernstein jokingly referred to his son's success. "Every genius had a handicap," he said.

"Beethoven was deaf.

Chopin had tuberculosis.

Well, someday the books will say, 'Leonard Bernstein had a father'.".

He Performed Over 1200 Concerts With the New York Philharmonic & Eventually Became Laureate Conductor.

Bernstein landed his first big break when he was hired as Assistant Conductor of the New York Philharmonic.

He became a star on the strength of a 1943 performance at Carnegie Hall, and after being named the Music Director of the Philharmonic in 1958, his tenure would lead to more concerts with the orchestra than any previous conductor.

In addition to his duties as conductor, Bernstein wrote some of his most indelible scores during this period.

He provided music for the Broadway productions of On the Town (1944), Peter Pan (1950), Wonderful Town (1953), Candide (1956), and West Side Story (1957).

He relinquished his title as Music Director in 1969, but was subsequently promoted to Laureate Conductor, and would continue to perform with the Philharmonic until 1990.

In total, Bernstein's tenure spanned 47 years, 1244 concerts, and over 200 recordings.

He also won 23 Grammy Awards in categories as varied as Best Contemporary Composition and Best Classical Album.

Click here for a full list of awards.

"His 11 years as our Music Director (1958-1969) and 21 years as our Laureate Conductor were periods of brilliance in the Orchestra's history," states the Philharmonic website.

"Mr Bernstein will be remembered for his genius, his leadership, his humanitarianism, his ability to transmit his love of music to young and old, his dedication to our Orchestra, his service to young musicians, and his unforgettable, ebullient and caring personality.

We are grateful for his legacy.".

He  Starred In a Series of Popular TV Lectures During the 1960s & 70s.

During his tenure with the Philharmonic, Bernstein insisted on a clause that ensured four televised Young People's Concerts each season.

The concerts were intended to bridge the generational gap between older and younger viewers, and are now considered to be the most influential series of music appreciation programs ever produced on television.

The concerts ran from 1958 to 1972 and won 5 Primetime Emmys in addition to increasing Bernstein's celebrity.

Author Humphrey Burton told the Guardian that Bernstein was a pivotal voice for young music lovers.

"He came over as warm-hearted, clever, inclusive, exciting.

His was the greatest influence on us program-makers when we started BBC2 and expanded six-fold the amount of classical music on television," he said.

"Younger readers can have no idea of the influence he wielded, how he created an appetite for classical music among the general public.".

"For a decade from 1954 he delivered televised essays intended for grown-ups," he continued.

"Beethoven's sketchbooks, the development of American musical comedy, what makes opera grand? Such subjects were grist to his mill: he was a born communicator and he had stimulating, jargon-free things to say about a broad range of musical subjects.".

In addition to the Young People's Concerts, Bernstein also hosted the 1967 documentary Inside Pop: The Rock Revolution.

The doc represented the first time that pop music had been presented on television as a legitimate art form, and it included footage of The Beach Boys' Brian Wilson working on the legendary unreleased album SMiLE.

The doc is now considered a watershed moment in music criticism.

He Was Known for His Outspoken Political Views & Often Worked Them Into His Music.

Bernstein was politically outspoken for most of his life.

As a Harvard student, he directed a stage production of The Cradle Will Rock, which has themes of corruption and corporate greed.

The local police reported him to the FBI as a result, and they kept an open file on him for over 15 years.

Bernstein's first opera, Trouble In Tahiti, also contained political rhetoric, as it criticized American civilization and suburban upper-class life.

In 1949, Bernstein was labelled a communist and blacklisted by the HUAC.

It was only after he signed an affidavit saying he was not a communist that he was allowed to go back to work.

He hired by Warner Bros.

to compose music for the film On the Waterfront (1954), and by the time he became Music Director of the Philharmonic, he was fully rehabilitated.

Bernstein was a close friend of President John F.

Kennedy, and frequently spoke on behalf of the civil rights movement during the 1960s.

He was part of the Stars for Freedom rally, in which 25,000 citizens marched from Selma to Montgomery to demand voting rights, and he also marched in protest of the Vietnam War.

According to biographer Barry Seldes, Bernstein's political views often times landed him in hot water.

In 1970 he hosted a party to raise funds for Black Panther organization, but when it was revealed that some of the attendees had criminal records, the conductor was leaned on by the FBI.

The incident was largely forgotten about in the wake of the Watergate scandal.

Difference between Acne & Pimple and Home Remedies to Get Rid of Them - Duration: 4:03.

Difference between Acne & Pimple and Home Remedies to Get Rid of Them

Acne and pimples are so often used interchangeably as words but the truth is they are not the

same thing.

________________________________________ So, it's time to tackle something that has

been confusing folks for decades; what exactly is the difference between acne and pimple?

To know the answer to this we must first understand, fundamentally, what is acne and what are pimples?

What is acne?

Sebum, skin cells and hair follicles bunch together to form a plug, and when this plug

gets infected by bacteria, the resulting swelling is called Acne.

It can appear on the face, neck, shoulders, chest and back.

There are two kinds, namely, acne vulgaris, seen in children during puberty and acne rosacea,

which is basically adult acne.

The latter is more chronic.

Acne can be a result of genetic factors.

What is a pimple?

A pimple is what is created when the skin pores suffer blockage on account of dead skin

cells being held back by sebum.

A case of severe acne will almost always lead to the formation of pimples.

Pimples are generally never caused due to genetic factors.

What are the Causes of Pimples and Acne?

As seen above, you can understand that blockage of pores is a major reason for acne and pimples.

This blockage is caused due to the oils secreted by sebaceous glands and the dead skins.

Hence it is essential we keep our faces oil-free and rid it of impurities.

8 Tips For Prevention of Acne and Pimples 1.

Keep your face squeaky clean as far as possible.

Washing your face at least twice daily eliminates excess oil, dirt and dead skin cells.

Use Olay facial cleanser to help keep your skin moist and clean.

2.

You face isn't the only part of your body that needs to be clean to prevent a breakout;

your hair does too.

Keep your hair oil free as much as you can and never sleep with oil on your locks; they

will touch your face and then you know what happens then.

Also, try to use clear shampoos which help in controlling the oiliness of the hair.

Pantene Pro V Nature Fusion shampoo is a clear shampoo and may help control the oiliness

of your hair.

3.

Quit touching your face with your hands often because your hands collect plenty of bacteria

throughout the day.

4.

Avoid junk food and chocolate as much as you can.

Eat plenty of grains, veggies and fruits instead.

5.

Exercise regularly and your skin will be healthy too.

6.

Don't be out in the sun for too long because its UV rays are harmful for your skin.

7.

Avoid makeup as often as you can.

And when you can't make sure you wash it off before hitting the sack.

8.

You can also get rid of pimples using beetroot face packs!

The above lifestyle changes will ensure that you don't have to go through a pimple scare

before any event.

It is also essential that you get proper nutrition and follow a healthy diet to prevent pimples

and acne.

Food products like fruits, green vegetables ensure that your skin is well nourished and

there are no random breakouts.

Also, all our grandmas keep telling us to drink more water, as it helps to flush the

toxins out, and gives you a clear, glowing skin!

So ensure that you drink water as much as possible.

Now that you have learnt how to stop your skin from breaking out, also learn how to

get rid of pimples if you get any as shown below.

All the methods mentioned below are natural and most of the ingredients used are found

in every household.

Twitter screenshot YouTuber Trevor Heitmann, known as 'McSkillet' drove his $250,000 sports car the wrong way at 100 MPH in San Diego Thursday and killed a mother and her daughter in a fiery head-on collision.

Trevor "McSkillet" Heitmann, 18, was a popular YouTuber and online game player.

Thursday, he drove his McLaren 650S sports car on I 805 in San Diego the wrong way going 100 MPH, and collided with an SUV.

Heitmann was killed as were two others traveling in the car he slammed into.

Some have speculated he was on a suicide mission.

But the teen Tuber with almost 900,000 subscribers took the lives of a mother and her daughter.

Another person was injured but is expected to survive.

According to California Highway Patrol, the crash occurred at 4:30 p.m.

near the Sorrento Valley in San Diego.

Heitman's car collided head-on with an SUV.

Police said several cars were involved near the crash with a number of cars on fire as a result of the deadly crash.

It was reported a witness said Heitman's car was traveling at high speed the wrong way on the high occupancy vehicle (carpool) lane, the LA Times reported.

According to police documents on the crash, a witnesses said the freeway "…is on fire.".

Here's what you need to know:.

The Crash Claimed the Lives of a Mother & Her Teenage Daughter About to Start Seventh Grade Monday.

Many Were Angered & Outraged About the Horrible & Unnecessary Deaths as a Result of Heitmann's Actions.

California Highway Patrol said the crash was reported around 4:45 p.m.

PT, and eyewitnesses told police it was caused by a car speeding down the highway in the opposite lane.

The car was driving at more than 100 mph at the time of the crash, according to the Times.

The San Diego Times Union reported Heitmann slammed his luxury sports car "head-on into a Hyundai SUV and both vehicles burst into flames.

Those who died in the SUV were tentatively identified by the county Medical Examiner's Office as a 43-year-old San Diego woman and her 12-year-old daughter.".

The paper reported family identified Aileen Pizarro and her daughter Aryana Pizarro; Aileen Pizarro was a marriage and family counselor and her daughter Aryana was about to enter 7th grade.

People posted on this tweet from February about his death and that while he may have been depressed as some allege, others could not forgive the fact that he may have committed suicide and in doing so, also committed murder.

The Pizarro Family is Trying to Cope & Understand What Has Happened.

A GoFundMe May Help Cover Funeral Costs.

Dominic Pizarro set up a GoFundMe to help pay for funeral expenses for his mother and sister.

In a heart-wrenching post, he says, "Yesterday, both my mother and sister were taken from our family in an instantaneous car accident in San Diego! During this time, me, my grandfather, and brother are trying to come to grasp with our new reality and push forward with our lives," he wrote.

"This GoFundMe is to help aid my family with funeral costs and any additional expenses related to Aileen and Aryana's deaths! Thank you for all your support!! ".

Within 12 hours, the campaign had exceeded its goal by five times over.

Heitmann, AKA 'McSkillet,' Was a Popular YouTuber With Nearly 900,000 Subscribers.

He Shared a Video of the $250K Sports Car on YouTube & Twitter.

Eight months ago, apparently rolling in the dough, Heitmann posted a brag video to prove his clout featuring the 2015 British McLaren 650S.

Bought in the early fall of 2017, Heitmann says it has "641 horsepower beats every other super-car in a drag race …this car is pretty damn insane once the turbos kick in you have so much power it's ridiculous." He answers how he was able to afford the car; skin.trade and gambling and gaming sponsorships, as he says here:.

It's been estimated that the one-of-a-kind sports car cost around $250,000 or possibly more.

According to Social Blade, Heitman joined YouTube in February of 2014, so on the platform for exactly four years, had amassed some 875,000 subscribers, and produced 470 video uploads.

His view count is in the neighborhood of more than 200 million.

"This isn't a hoax.

He was my best friend in real life and I've been dealing with this pain for the past two hours.

Everyone please spread love and support, he was battling an incredible rough time and we need to show support.".

This was in response to an early tweet well before it was confirmed by authorities that Heitmann was involved in the crash and was dead.

"Had multiple people tell me now that the fatal car crash in San Diego involved the CS:GO YouTuber McSkillet.

I'm still hoping it's a fucked up hoax.

We talked quite a bit about skins drama and stuff down the years.

He's only 18 years old.

Heitmann Made Big Money Through Skin Trading & Did a Lot of Giveaways.

He Explains it In-Depth During a Video.

Heitmann explains precisely how he made his money and how he got started in this video.

was known for his CS:GO trading site, CSGO Magic, and for his proclivity for CS:GO skin trading and was dubbed the "king of skins" by some other CS:GO YouTube creators, according to Polygon.

"Many of his videos focused on skin trading.

In June, Heitmann received a trade ban from Valve, meaning he could no longer trade any of the items and weapons he kept in his inventory.

Some YouTube creators, and CS:GO skin traders, like Sparkles, suggested that Heitmann's inability to trade could have cost him $100,000," Polygon reported.

He was also a Counter Strike: Global Offensive player and video creator.

Heitmann's site CS:GO Magic was reported to have been "shut down in 2016 after Valve updated its policies about skin gambling sites leveraging Steam as a way to attract players.

But the site was up and running and Heitmann was promoting it in December of 2017.

Heitmann Hadn't Uploaded a Video in Months.

Heitmann had not been around for the last six months-plus.

But according to Social Blade, his videos were still being viewed.

In fact, there was a recent spike in views which may be related to the crash.

He had a 'B" rating on the site and its analytics show that he peaked between October of 2015 and July of 2016 where he was earning nearly 10 million views.

In February of 2018, his last upload, he asked his Twitter followers, he has nearly 300,000, to check out the video.

He said it took years to make.

I love you Is it a cliche? (2018) - Duration: 2:49.

so for many people the phrase I love you is a byword it's a cliche and I grew up

hearing that when a man tells a woman that he loves her that she oftentimes

take advantage of his love but I've come to realize that it is not so true in

every single case like for example for myself I've known my wife for well over

13 years we've known each other we've been married for five and during our

dating period during our courtship continuing into a marriage we've

continued to say I love you to each other

every single day so I tell my wife I love her every single day and she tells

me that she loves me every single day now for us it's not a cliche and the

reason is is that I have more reason to love my wife now than I did 13 years ago

when we met okay because we have learned more about each other we're learning

more about each other so there's a lot more to be loving her for now than then

I can appreciate her more I mean then it was about looks it was about the

butterflies in my stomach and so on but now I've come to appreciate who she is

the person she is for accepting me for who I am and both of us going through

many struggles gaining and winning many victories over battles that we've fought

together so I love you for us is like a family tradition but it's a family

tradition that we look forward to that we do every single day so it's not a

cliche it's not a bad word it's not just something we just rattle off or lips

because we really love each other she loves me and I really love her and

therefore every single day and what makes it interesting too is that

throughout our relationship throughout our marriage even on days when we were

on not so good speaking terms we were able to still say I love you and saying

that I love you somewhat softened and cushioned the

atmosphere within the home or where we were at the time and

it helped to bring us back into that oneness and it brought us back to that

place where we were communicating again so for us I love you phrase it's not

a cliche but it's something that we live by something that we do every single day

of our lives and we plan to do it for the rest of our lives now what do you

think do you think I love you is a cliche leave a comment below do you

8 Foods You Should Avoid if You Have Problems with Your Joints - Duration: 8:28.

8 Foods You Should Avoid if You Have Problems with Your Joints

Your joints support your body.

They connect your bones and make it possible for you to move.

Joint pain is a normal problem.

It can be caused by inflammation, lesions, or the development of a chronic disease.

Its appearance is usually related to aging.

However, it can also happen to young people due to an injury or premature deterioration.

In any case, this is a condition that reduces your quality of life.

Above all, it gets in the way of movement and the ability to carry out daily tasks.

There are many ways to reduce the intensity of the symptoms.

There are also some factors that can increase the pain.

For example, eating certain kinds of foods increases your inflammation.

They also reduce the amount of nutrients you absorb and get in the way of healing.

This increases your weight and causes you to retain waste in your blood.

Among other things, this can cause more serious diseases.

We know that not everyone knows what these foods are.

So, in this article, we will share the 8 top foods you should avoid if you have joint pain.

Stay away from them!.

1,Processed and red meats.

Both processed and red meats have harmful chemical substances.

These can increase the amount of inflammation in your body.

The nitrites and purines stay in your body.

In the long run, they cause pain and stiffness in your joints.

2,Refined sugars.

Eating too many refined sugars has a lot to do with an imbalance in your body's inflammation processes.

This includes all sources of refined sugar.

This product increases the production of chemicals called cytokines.

These work in your body to increase pain and swelling.

Also, they have a high calorie count.

Because of this, eating them increases your weight.

This results in more pressure on your muscles and joints.

3,Milk and dairy products.

Milk and dairy products have been related to joint pain.

This includes an increased tendency for young people to have joint pain.

This kind of food has high levels of the protein casein.

This causes increased inflammation in your body.

This substance irritates the tissues that protect your joints.

In excessive amounts, it can cause them to deteriorate.

Also, they are foods that are rich in saturated fats.

Because of this, they increase your body weight and stimulate the inflammation of fatty tissues.

4, Salt.

Eating too much table salt is related to the development of several chronic diseases.

These affect your quality of life.

This condiment alters the balance of liquids in your body.

At the same time, it increases the risk of heart disease and inflammation.

Your body needs a small amount of salt to function properly.

However, we usually eat more than 10 times what we need!.

5,Corn oil.

Corn oil is rich is fatty acids.

These encourage the production of inflammatory chemicals in your body.

Its high levels of calories reduce the quality of your joints.

They also make inflammation problems worse.

6,Eggs.

It has been shown that eggs are healthy and give us an important amount of proteins.

However, eating them on a regular basis is not advised if you have joint problems.

Since they come from animals, they give a significant amount of arachidonic acid.

This is a substance in the yoke that appears to increase inflammation.

7,Refined grains and flour.

Refined grains and flours are powerful inflammatory products.

They can cause deterioration and pain in your joints.

First of all, they have a high amount of gluten.

This is hard on your metabolism.

Gluten causes the production of substances that increase the sensation of pain.

Also, eating them on a daily basis can have a relationship with the appearance of chronic inflammation and autoimmune diseases.

Moreover, since they have empty calories, they contribute to being overweight, heart disease, and diabetes.

8,Fast and fried foods.

Commercial fast and fried foods use high levels of saturated fats and flours.

These increase the inflammation in your fatty tissues.

They can also cause the development of heart problems.

At the same time, they make inflammation worse in joint diseases.

In conclusion, Your diet has an important role in your joint health.

Reducing or eliminating the amount of these foods in your diet can help you to reduce pain and the symptoms associated with it.

Also, it's wise to eat more foods rich in antioxidants and omega 3 fatty acids that have an anti-inflammatory effect.

CHAINED TO LIMITING BELIEFS?? | HOW TO DUMP THEM FAST - Duration: 6:53.

Hey guys what's up welcome to my channel, if this is your first time here my name is Tirrell

I help people live their best life through the law of attraction

intentional living and daily healthy habits. I wanted to talk today about

limiting beliefs I have been struggling the last couple of weeks to just really

feel secure and confident in myself. Limiting beliefs are those which

constrain us in some way just by believing them we do not think do or say

the things they inhibit limiting beliefs are often about ourselves and our

self-identity the beliefs may also be about other people in the world in general.

So how do we get rid of limiting beliefs? Before anything else identifying

your limiting belief or beliefs. If you have any limiting beliefs about your

weight; it's in your genes your parents your family everybody is a certain body

shape or type, I can't lose weight because of X Y & Z. These limiting

beliefs are holding you in one spot you're chained to this belief you're

chained to a story that you've put on yourself.

When did you start realizing or when did you start believing this about yourself?

when did you start telling the story that being a millionaire or having

whatever amount of money that you wanted isn't attainable? That you don't have the

education that you don't have the the drive or the determination or the

resources. These limiting beliefs are holding you back, you have to recognize

them once you've realized where these beliefs are and how they're affecting

you. It's time to turn it around and it's time to start building some

self-confidence some unwavering self-confidence because you believe

firmly in your abilities. You believe wholeheartedly in your capabilities, in

your power, in the law of attraction; what you put out will come to you.

So you have your limiting belief let's turning into

a positive self prophesizing motivating belief let's turn it into something that

builds power. I will never find love turns into I am vibrating so much love

love is attracted to me, I am in magnet to love. I will never make X amount of

money, money comes to me easily, I find it so easy to build my bank account

I'm saving money I'm spending money happily! I'll never be the body type that I want

to be, I love my body and I am working right now to improve on everything that

I want to improve on so that I feel great! Start building your self-confidence

so that you understand everything that you want is possible but

you have to believe in yourself you have to believe in the power of your self.

Limiting beliefs are the ego's way of protecting itself from fear

embarrassment, failure, heartbreak sadness, limiting beliefs keep you in one spot

so that nothing happens and if nothing happens then you're never gonna grow.

Just like a bike that sits locked up outside for years months days it

starts to rust, it starts to break down. You have to move, you have to change,

you have to grow you can't just stay stuck in one space believing that everything

that you've thought was the truth in the past is truth now.

Just because you're thinking it doesn't make it truth. You have to start building that

confidence and then once that confidence is there for you you set goals.

Where do you want to go? Where do you see yourself? Who do you want to meet?

Who do you want to be? How much money do you want? Where do you want to live?

What goal is gonna give you the biggest impact, what's gonna be the the biggest

thing that makes the change for you that is you're number one you're gonna find

some things in there that seems scary you're gonna find those self-doubts

you're gonna find that limiting beliefs starting to creep its way back up

because it's scary to go after something that really really changes you for good.

Don't be that bike chained up outside rusting, go out there and grow and live

and breathe and find passion and find adventure. Set those goals number them

most impactful at the top and then you start making little goals little small

steps to reach that bigger goal small hinges swing big doors so it's the

little steps that start to build into the bigger goal that big change what you

need to do what do you need to do to even begin getting to your goal?

And once you start seeing the results of these goals you start seeing

yourself getting closer and closer to the goals when you're checking these

goals off of your list you realize that everything is possible anything is

possible you trust in yourself. It's gonna be scary and it's gonna be hard

and it's gonna it'll be something that you have to commit to you have to commit

to these goals you have to commit to building your confidence and you have to

commit to really being aware of the thoughts that you're thinking and the

limiting beliefs that you have about yourself.

When you realize that it's not worth it to cast doubt on yourself or to hold yourself back.

You'll see how powerful you are.

I would love for you to write down in the comments any limiting beliefs that you've recognized

in yourself and what statement bashes that in the face.

What's the opposite of that limiting belief? It takes awareness and

and the more you can generate awareness and really turn it around the bigger and

stronger and more confident you will become.

Tokyo Things To Do | A City of The Five Senses | Japan Travel Guide (Türkçe Altyazılı) - Duration: 29:57.

Skyscrapers like an evil corps in Resident Evil series

or any brands in comics and movies.

Streets… Feels like you are in a video game or a movie.

Lost in Translation… As in the movie which is Sophia's ode to city…

As a prefecture, Tokyo is like an interactive sci-fi adventure book.

Let's call the book as "A City of the Five Senses"

In fact, Tokyo City was merged with Tokyo Prefecture forming the current "metropolitan perfection"

that proves Japan is not like any other country

So much of the DNA of this book remains the atmosphere

It is call-to-adventure and being there is an instant invitation to play.

Gaining a unique understanding, providing different colors for the body and mind to be painted.

See, hear, touch, smell and taste…

Sometimes your only job is to have fun in here

and sometimes exploring paths of transformation for your inner journey

See museums, temples, eat at one of the thousands of delicious

restaurants, explore cool and unusual things to do

Mostly I saw in Osaka, but dressing up as Mario characters and driving a go-kart or

going a robot café can be unique thing that can be done

Anyway, once you are here you can define the story and your story define the structure

Deciding what to do and see in here depends on what your soul is eager to see and how much time you have

Let's summarize the essence of Tokyo's amazing landmarks and dive into chapters

Chapter 1 - Shinkansen

Taking the famous Japanese Shinkansen aka the "bullet train" is fast and comfortable way to get to Tokyo

If you will not stay in famous capsule hotels, you can book a convenient package

and travel quickly on the bullet train with hotels just as we do

We were headed to Tokyo from Osaka

While waiting at the Shin-Osaka station, watching a bullet train makes a vertigo effect in the body

So just hop on the train and wait for the departure time

When I am sleep deprived from the night before, it's really hard to open my eyes

it's really hard to open my eyes

Travelling is like how can i identify… it is my soul left the building

my entire physical body. And here I am,

at the beginning of my new journey, Beautiful Tokyo

Everything is about to change

Moreover, the Tokyo subway system is one of the largest and most complex structure in the world

It's true, it is very crowded and worker pushes people to the train on rush hours

Shinjuku is a a large business and entertainment district

You can access Cross North at The Scramble from JR Shibuya Station Hachiko Exit

Maybe you know Hachiko by crying your eyes out on this Richard Gere movie Hachi: A Dog's Tale,

remake of the Japanese film, Hachikō Monogatari based on the legendary story of "Hachiko, the faithful dog"

Right next to Hachiko statue is the scramble crossing which is

easily the world's busiest crossing with a thousand people running into the middle of the street

It's busy all day

The Starbucks overlooking Shibuya Crossing in Tokyo is a popular place to

street people watch, but I don't like to wait and let go the time in waiting lines

So just looking up in the crossing and found another spot

A Hand Drip Coffee

Perfect place to not only watch, also hear the concerto

lots of people coming together in a lonely concerto

Don't forget to explore Harajuku area while you are here

There are countless independent fashion boutiques of youth fashion

But above all, let's enter the paradise of Japanese arcades,

where old-school Japanese arcade culture and the modern game heaven coexist happily ever after

Become a Taiko Drummer or enjoy the Japan's best VR entertainment facility centers

If you like you can experience Purikura, a term comes from the "print club,

go to the photo booths with customizing options can be found in arcades

Before the photos are taken, we chose things like a background theme and just

how big eyed like an anime character it was really fun

When I say arcade, let's get into the most famous place for the gamers, hobbyists and tech-lovers

Meet the Incredible Akhiabara - the electric town, best place to geek out!

Going into any electronics store in Akihabara is like stepping into a video game or anime culture in the city

You can be surrounded by comics, maids calling for you Maid cafes, etc...

You can visit Mandarake, one of Akihabara's biggest place for

collectibles of anime, superheroes and manga comics,

Gamers, right near the station, another popular place here

Step into transformation for inner

journey of a character over the course of this book's story

The shrines and temples of Tokyo attract thousands of visitors from all around the world

There are many shrines and temples in Tokyo you don't want to miss when visiting

Well known Sensō-ji is an ancient Buddhist temple located in Asakusa,

The temple itself, is at the end of the shopping street Nakamise

Just near the temple, Hoppy Street is the place to go,

if you want to enjoy a nostalgic town atmosphere and delicious tastes

Another stop is a world famous Shinto shrine

At the heart of Tokyo, surrounded by skyscrapers,

there is a forest breathing on the site of Meiji Jingu shrine with Yoyogi Park

The entrance takes you through a world's largest wooden gate

Meiji Jingu Shrine is dedicated to the Emperor Meiji

A peaceful thing to do, just enter and walk around

Chapter 6 - "The" Food

There are lots of Themed Restaurants and cafes such as S&M, snake cafe,

vampire cafe, prison themed restaurant, even ninja restaurant,

or sumo themed restaurant to eat sumo style food Chankonabe

But above all Tokyo is a foodie heaven holds the world record for the city with

the most Michelin-starred restaurants

There are lots of taste; street foods, ramen, sushi, tempura, and more.

We went to the Yakiniku restaurant Han no Daidokoro in Shibuya.

Here we cooked our own meal with kobe beef yakiniku which means

grilled meat

You can try delicious yakitori aka Grilled Chicken and go to the traditional Japanese Izakaya restaurant

We went to Gonpachi aka Kill Bill Restaurant

the restaurant that inspired the movie for setting "the" fight scene of the bride

Gonpachi is a popular japanese izakaya style restaurant

serves traditional izakaya tastes like sushi, yakitori, tempura, soba noodles, sake and beer

Kill Bill which can pronounce in Japanese like Kiri Biru

While l's become r's we can go to the another chapter

The Final Chapter: Lost In Translation

"Lost in Translation", directed by Sofia Coppola and starring Bill Murray as Bob

and Scarlett Johansson as Charlotte, mostly shot in Tokyo.

Bob and Charlotte stay and meet each other in the Park Hyatt Tokyo Hotel

Bob spends most of his nights at the bar on the hotel's top floor

Bob is in town to make a Suntory whiskey commercial, he doesn't speak

Japanese, repeats the famous line "For relaxing times, make it Suntory time"

I repeated the line in the city, but it is a complete failure as you can see

Many other scenes of the movie were shot in Shibuya and Shinjiku

The movie tells the details of loneliness and feeling lost

and successful to observe what can you experience in Japan.

People say too much things but you don't understand a thing while you say something

in English where you can't speak Japanese

I've experienced mostly all things that declared about Japan and people in the movie

If you are a "gaijin" aka foreigner here and if you didn't see the movie, you must watch immediately.

Usually Osaka's Dotonbori gave that feeling more but I can say Tokyo is like Blade Runner atmosphere

There's always something going on in the neon city.

Here we are, where the story had begun

Shinkansen cleaning crew have just 7 minutes to get train ready

Something has changed within me, but I can't identify.

Farewell a beautiful place, I hope we'll meet again.
