what's going on guys today's gonna be kind of a relaxed Q&A I'm gonna do a Q&A

over the madding gameplay that you're seeing here I just played this recently

and it's really a good idea I think in a lot of ways because obviously I can go

through and answer questions on my youtube channel and some emails I know a

lot of people have been saying I haven't been getting their questions because

there's been a lot more comments lately and a lot more emails and so I'm gonna

basically go through and just pick a bunch of them answer them here on this

stream while you're kind of watching that and I'll give you an obviously you

know you know a chance to kind of watch something so you're not just watching

the answer questions but also kind of hear other people's takes other people's

problems that they might be facing so if you know it's related to a certain

business model that you're right familiar with or that you're

implementing yourself it could really help you so I'm gonna go through and

answer these if you guys like these Q&A please let me know down in the comments

section and I'll do more of them I feel like this is a really kind of a

different way to answer a bunch of your questions and help you guys out with

some of the problems that you're facing so like I said let me know hit that like

well Xavier I I don't really do cpa marketing anymore cuz it's not really my

thing I don't enjoy it as much to be perfectly honest I'm at a point

where I'm making money in a lot of different businesses that I'm operating

and so I kind of have choice and so the things that I choose to do are the

things that I enjoy like creating videos like this creating content for you guys

and teaching other aspiring entrepreneurs like yourself you know how

to make money online I don't do CPA because I don't really enjoy it it's not

a business that you know I would choose to do if I had an option and obviously I

have other options and just like social media marketing people always ask me you

know why do you stop if you can make money doing it why don't you do consult

or why don't you do any of those agencies that you always talk about well

I'm not starting out and I have options so they're great businesses don't get me

wrong but I just don't enjoy them as much it depends on what CPA you're

talking about - CPA marketing with email is a little bit more complex now and I

actually would steer you away from that if you're talking about CPA marketing in

another form of fashion like you know maybe you're just trying to get some

startup money and you're doing like my CPA ninja course then that's a little

bit different there's also other CPA things that you could do but I would

steer you away from you know doing CPA and email miki s is the atomic email

how do Everest oh here he says please how how do you save your emails without

URLs and what and the owner I don't know what that means but so I save my emails

in a lot of different ways to be honest it depends what kind of business model

you're talking about if you're talking about I'm assuming you're talking about

the email and affiliate marketing mastermind and in that case the emails

are saved typically in Excel you know in Excel

literally and I extract them with atomic email hunter I have the paid version in

the course I teach you how to extract them and get around that with a cracked

version with OCR which is basically just optical recognition software and you can

pull the emails out that way and then you storm an e in excel file so it's

really easy you can also use a what's the the free one it's not that's purple

I forget what it is but it's it's basically like the Google Docs for Excel

and that's free too I just I teach that in the course because a lot of people

don't want to pay for the paid version of atomic email hunter which is actually

I believe it's 85 it might be 95 now I don't remember mr. a says sir is this

illegal and he's referring to the CPA marketing ninja course I'm not to be

perfectly honest I'm not I'm not a legal expert so I don't don't take you know my

word for everything it's my knowledge though obviously

consoled if you're really worried about that with a with a legal expert or you

know a lawyer he's talking about where you basically see IP hop to make CPA

commissions to get some startup money whether that's 500 bucks or a thousand I

don't teach that as a sustainable business model and actually I put a full

disclaimer on all my videos and my course because I don't you know actually

I don't necessarily endorse those blackhat strategies but people always

ask me what can they do to get some startup money so that they can invest it

into a normal legitimate business that's a great way to do it to my knowledge

it's not illegal no however it is against the Terms of

Service most likely I'm sure of any CPA network that you joins so you can get

kicked really easily you just have to make sure that you IP hop correctly I

always recommend doing it in person so going to local stores or you know

libraries or wherever depending on your location and geolocation in the world

but you can you can IP hop with proxies it's just a

little bit more in depth and you you have to understand more about proxies

and IPs there's an internal IP address there's also an external IP address a

little bit beyond the scope of this answer right here but I would always

recommend you know going in person if you could uh let's try to find another

good one here there's a Bhagat a sees all the time question no that's a long

one skip that one okay so Rafael Castillo asks hi Brian

how can I get my account reinstated after they have made the decision on the

first attempt I did what you said not to do reply with emotion I replied the

second time with a better plan of action to the seller performance email any

advice and he's obviously referring to his Amazon account his Amazon account

clearly got suspended and so he responded as most people do with emotion

and probably freaked out on the people he didn't realize that you know Amazon

isn't you're not dealing with Amazon who suspended you the person that you're

emailing or calling necessarily in a lot of ways is just a rep from Amazon nine

times out of ten from India and they're not they're not they have no personal or

emotional stake in it they're just simply trying to make sure that you're

actually a legitimate business and then they'll handle you that way so if you

react emotionally it's really gonna hurt your case because then they're gonna see

you as somebody that's unstable and not you know be less inclined to help you in

a lot of ways so my suggestion man would be to just let them respond you don't

want to send another email because if you sent another email you're just gonna

jump right back to the back of the line that's a mistake that a lot of people

make when they send an email or when you send an email to Amazon you have to wait

for them to respond sometimes that's a day sometimes that's an hour sometimes

that's honestly seven days to up to 20 I've heard it's never taken them that

long for them to respond to me but you just have to wait from them to respond

man they did get your email and when when they do respond obviously they're

gonna tell you what you did wrong their response to you is crucial you want to

basically figure out what they're telling you that you did wrong and then

figure out a if you did that and if you nine times out of ten you did so

obviously let's be real but you're just come up with a good plan of action that

basically says you know what you're doing to address what you did wrong now

and like I said they're gonna tell you the specific things that they've

identified that you've done wrong so literally regurgitate to that that's an

EM you fix those issues now and then what you're planning on doing in the

future to avoid issues like that in the future it's pretty simple it might take

a couple different you know going back and forth with them but eventually in my

experience most people are able to get their accounts back you know you just

don't want to keep firing off emails to them because it's gonna hurt you in the

long run all right let's find another one hmm board-gaming asks is there any

other way to contact eBay I can't really call them it would be too expensive

because I'm not from the USA you can email them you can always email them I

believe that if you go to ebay calm and just search for contact I think it's all

the way at the bottom I remember it's been a while since I've actually been

you know trying to increase my limits on eBay because they're already really

really high I'm pretty sure it's at the bottom and you can just email them to

they have a support line for sellers as well or a sport email for sellers as

well just like they have a call number for sellers hmm so many comments here on

the mystery box videos crazy

actual proof of buying the thing did you actually buy this I call bullshit well

bow-chicka-wow-wow and anyone listening and this is something we're gonna talk

about probably in the mean mean comments videos because a lot of the mean

comments talked about you know the validity of the mystery boxes and so on

and so forth clearly they're all bullshit if anybody's saying that

they're there buying a mystery box off the dark web on YouTube use your common

sense if you actually believe that it kind of worries me a little bit and the

fact that you're calling bullshit and the fact that you have to bring that up

and say that you call bullshit means that you you're not sure if it's

actually bullshit and you're a little bit what's the word I'm looking for here

you you're more inclined to believe it you're not so so skeptical that you

think so I don't know what the hell I just said but basically what I'm trying

to say is don't believe everything that you see on YouTube a lot of people are

doing that for the views just like I did and it's really that simple so anybody

I'm gonna go out on a limb and say any ever every single mystery box video that

deals with a dark web on YouTube is fake period boom is there a way to join the

Deep Web Jesus man I'm gonna skip that one so many dark web questions Wow okay

this should be mean comment will read it sure a says you are a fucking waste of

time for that clickbait middle finger to you salute you sir are you ever going to

make a good video harsh man I'd like to think I'll make one eventually but until

then I'll just keep pumping out content like this and hopefully one of them hits

recommend buying subs and views but if you do buy subs and views can you grow

quicker than normal in a lot of ways yes I don't first of all don't ever buy subs

or views definitely don't buy views and it depends on what you're talking about

when you're talking about buying subs and views if you're talking about the

the normal understanding of buying subs and views like you're literally going to

a website and purchasing them then no I don't recommend that YouTube smart

Google's very smart and it's gonna hurt your channel in the long run and even if

they don't catch you it's still gonna hurt your channel because the people

that subscribe to your channel come there for a reason and if you put out a

video and you have a bunch of fake viewers and think subs well your video

is gonna be pushed to only a certain number let's say you have a hundred

let's say you have a hundred people subscribe your channel and YouTube what

YouTube is gonna do when you first put a video out is it's gonna suggest it in

the feeds of about ten different people that it thinks is the most inclined to

like your video and depending on how those people respond and click and react

to your video and stay on your video for extended periods of time it's gonna give

YouTube data on whether or not they should send your video out to the rest

of your subscriber list that's how they operate here in 2018 at this current

point in time and so if you have fake subs well every time you create a video

it's gonna send you there's a more there's a higher chance YouTube's going

to suggest it to somebody that's a fake sub and doesn't care about your content

they're not going to click it and if they do click it they're not going to

watch it for any you know period of time that's legitimate and what its gonna

signal to YouTube is a you have a bad channel B that's a terrible video and C

your subscribers don't respond to you so they're not going to suggest any of your

content to out to anybody else outside of your subscriber base thus killing

your visibility on the platform in general so that's a bit of an in depth

answer but no don't buy subs don't buy views just grow slowly subs don't matter

guys I promise you so many good candidates here as I'm scrolling for

mean comments but we'll save them

it's funny to see like as you kind of grow your channel which videos hit cuz

like if I'm scrolling down my comments there's so many mystery box videos and

there's so many of the hell to buy YouTube subscribers comments on that

video and actually in that video I don't tell people to buy YouTube subscribers

it just kind of a click Beatty title in fact it's it's a different way of buying

YouTube subscribers where you're basically paying for promotions for

people and gate to engage on your videos it doesn't work the best if you have a

small channel but it can work if you have legitimate people that are engaged

with your content I used to do it but I just found it was

annoying to kind of what's the word I'm looking for here just kind of maintain

and check everybody it was a hassle is more more work than it was worth I'm

gonna answer a couple more real fast and then we'll hop off this and I'll do

product actually a failure was it to cut time-consuming like they say if you go

directly to China okay so basically what this person's referring to is my video

where I basically did the true results of my first private-label product which

was it wasn't my first private-label product but that was just a good rank

herbal video it's actually my third private label product and it was a

failure in a lot of waste the reason being is it was too time-consuming

number one because I was the one doing everything so yes in hypothetically you

could outsource it to China however with that specific thing it was breakable so

more of the story because I already answered this person's question in the

comment I'm sure that they saw it is just to avoid breakable things if you

don't want to do them yourselves with Amazon private labeling if you do do

breakable items you're pretty much gonna have to package them up and ship them in

yourself because it's just you'll get a lot of returns and Amazon doesn't care

about how they treat your like I said you're not dealing with Amazon you're

dealing with their their specific warehouse workers and the UPS people and

the FedEx people that ship it and none of those people care if your item breaks

or not they are not they don't have a vested interest in it so you'll get a

lot of returns so I would recommend just avoiding breakable products let's

algorithm partner program thing which basically states that if you need you

know now you need four thousand hours of watch time and a thousand subs my

response to that was basically telling people that if you really really need

that set up a playlist of all your videos and go watch them on a different

YouTube account in the library or have a centum at like ten friends and just have

the ten friends just play that that whole playlist of all your videos and

just let it repeat through because obviously there's no ads on those

playlists because you don't you're not monetized yet and so you'll get all that

that watch time accumulated because all your videos will be in that same

playlist it works really well it's actually helped a lot of people get to

that mark and so I'm not sure what you mean by a different account but I

wouldn't do it on your same IP address if that's what you're asking you want to

do it from a different computer and a different not just a different computer

a different completely external IP address so a completely different

household a completely different location one more

The Six Thinking Hats Technique For Problem Solving

Everyone has instincts, with some taking a positive approach to problem solving while

others are more acquainted with a critical standpoint.

Both ways of making decisions are useful, but they both also have their downfalls.

The six thinking hats technique by Edward De Bono, takes points from both of these views.

In fact, this technique separates thinking into six defined roles.

With these roles, you can formulate the best possible solution to any problem.

Let's explore the six thinking hats and what they represent!

Number 1 - White Hat

The white hat represents just the facts in any given situation.

This hat is used first and foremost to state the obvious and the material.

Factual information can be used to help find a solution by looking at what you have, and

noticing what is absent.

Questions to ask when wearing the white hat, can include:

What information do I have about the issue?

What does it tell me?

What information do I lack?

What information would I like to have?

How am I going to get it?

Now, after the facts are stated, you will need to become a bit more creative.

If you're coming from this standpoint and only this standpoint, you will be limited

to what exists and what does not.

Number 2 - Red Hat

This hat is utilized when an emotional way of thinking is present.

This is where your intuition comes into play, as you start to judge things by the vibes

you get from them.

The red hat allows you to express your feelings, without having to offer a rational explanation.

For Example:

I just don't think that idea will work.

I have a good feeling about doing it this way.

I've got a hunch that demand for this product is about to fall.

Although the red hat goes by this powerful emotion, you have to be careful to keep a

certain amount of control over the red hat mentality.

Number 3 - Yellow Hat

On a positive note, the yellow hat is optimistic, making us see the best, and nothing less.

This mindset tries to see all the good things in certain situations.

Even if it's a severe problem, those who think with this mindset will see something

that benefits them or others, even in its most minute form.

One of the best things about the yellow hat…

It has the power to keep you going when things get unbearably tough.

Number 4 - Black Hat

On the flip side of the yellow hat thinking model, you get the black hat.

The way the black hat works, is by forcing you to think negatively, in order to weed

out potential future problems.

For instance, would you really want to head into a situation thinking in only a blind

positive manner?

It's important to understand that things can go wrong.

There is always fine print, and you must have a plan B.

This is exactly how the black hat works!

Number 5 - Green Hat

The green hat allows you to do something interesting in the midst of your problems or specific

situations.

This hat governs all creative thoughts that could help you alter, fix, or accept the given

issues.

Questions to ask when wearing the green hat, can include:

Is there a new way I could do this?

What about approaching the issue from the opposite viewpoint?

Are there any alternatives I haven't yet considered?

This creativity is needed in order to see things outside the box.

Without it, you may miss some of life's most extraordinary and unlikely solutions.

Number 6 - Blue Hat

This hat is used for process control.

When you're facing a problem, and utilizing logic and positive thinking, the blue hat

mentality will be able to lead you over to creative ideas with the green hat, or even

your "worst-case" scenarios navigated by the black hat mindset.

The blue hat may even suggest that you use your basic intuition while wearing the red

hat when all avenues have been exhausted.

The blue hat is so important - it helps you stay in control during the whole decision-making

process.

While you were probably aware of all these ways of thinking, you may not have labeled

them as "colored hats."

Not all of these hats are popular ways of thinking either.

In fact, a huge flaw in problem solving is usually not to think negatively or not to

follow emotions.

However, leaving these things out of the equation can limit your abilities and goals.

In order to see dangers ahead or possible failures, we must have a bit of negative critical

thinking.

In order to trust our intuition, we must use it as well.

As far as creativity goes, some of the greatest achievements have come from unconventional

thought processes, wouldn't you agree?

Hopefully, this video has allowed you to see just how important each of the six thinking

hats are in the decision-making process.

The next time you are faced with changes and options, make sure you exhaust the six thinking

Weekly Catholic Gospel Reflection For August 26, 2018 | Twenty-First Sunday of Ordinary Time - Duration: 2:22.

"Where can we go Lord?

"You have the words of eternal life."

This week in our gospel, the sixth chapter of John,

we come to the conclusion of the Bread of Life discourse

and we hear those words that are spoken by Jesus describing

the great and beautiful mystery of the Eucharist,

which was very shocking to the people and many of them

departed from Jesus.

And he looks at Peter and he says, "Are you gonna leave me

as well?" and then Peter says those words that have been

very helpful to me, especially in the last few weeks,

"Where can we go, Lord?

"You have the words of eternal life."

I don't think it's by any type of coincidence that we have

those words from our first Pope being spoken to Jesus

in the midst of all of these scandals and things that have

been brought forward, things that should've been dealt with

many, many years ago, but here we are dealing with these sex

abuse crimes and coverups and the fallout from all of that.

For me personally, I could be doing anything I wanted to do

with my life, but the words of Peter keep coming to my mind.

"Where can we go, Lord?

"You have the words of eternal life."

I didn't sign up for the priesthood because I was inspired

by a priest or a bishop or any other person.

I signed up for the priesthood because of the revelation

that I had in my 20s of the real presence of Jesus Christ

in the Eucharist, and I encourage you all to adopt

the exact same mindset for yourself.

This is your church, this is my church because it belongs

to Jesus and I belong to Jesus.

So the words of St. Peter must become our own.

Where can we go, Lord?

You have the words of eternal life.

I'm certainly not gonna run in the other direction

whenever I know the words of Jesus to be true.

This is his church, and I am a part of that church,

and we all are.

So we have to stay, cling to Jesus and the Eucharist,

and be advocates for change, to stand up for justice,

and to pray that renewal be brought forward.

We need to pray that there be renewal in all aspects of our

leadership from the top down so that we can have a healthy

church, a safe place for our people to worship Jesus in the

true presence of the Eucharist.
