- Hi everyone, Mark Stevens from the corporate office
in the United States, we're so excited that 2017
is off to such a great start.
Well, here we are, the World Tour Promotion for 2017,
and we've started the promotion for the first five months,
January through May, focusing on building.
Now here's what I want you to get.
This promotion is huge in its potential
to explode your business and to explode your income,
but you've got to understand the promotion.
Understand that in this business,
it's not just about you.
So if you focus on the promotion, only about you,
you're gonna miss what the promotion is about.
It's about focusing on specific activities
that create duplication in your organization,
that will expand your business long-term.
So in the first five months we're focusing on enrollments.
And here's one thing that I know for sure,
across the globe, everyone has needs,
they have needs in their life,
but there is one need that is the greatest need
that every person on the planet needs right now
because I taught to literally thousands of people,
every single month,
and that is people need more money in their pocket.
They need more cash to pay their bills,
to pay for their children to go to school,
to pay for their vacations,
to pay for just putting food on the table sometimes,
and so this promotion is answering that need,
because when you enroll five individuals in Trevo,
you earn an additional 25% bonus
on top of your PowerStart commissions.
Now here's what I want you to get, is the big picture.
So here you are, and your goal is to enroll five people,
five new people each month during this promotion,
so that you can increase your personal income by 25%.
Well if you stop there,
then you've limited what the promotion can do for you,
because it's not about just what you do,
but it's about what people in your team do.
So as your individuals in your team begin to get their five,
and get their five, and get their five
what is that gonna do for you?
It's going to increase your PowerStart commissions.
Now, if you take the other part of the build focus,
which is upgrading.
We want everyone in this business
to move their business along as quickly as possible,
especially a brand new person, because a brand new person
is most excited about their business, the first 90 days,
that excitement either creates the activity
which produces the results,
that continues to feed the excitement and continued growth,
or, it discourages and causes people to slow down.
Now, I know that you know this but I'm gonna remind you.
I've been in this industry almost 25 years,
I've built organizations of tens of thousands of people,
so you're talking to someone
that knows what they're talking about.
Isn't it good to use the wisdom of individuals
who have learned how to perfect building
in a certain industry and use those techniques
and use that advice in order to cause you
to have a shortcut towards success,
instead of having to learn through the,
what I call the hard school of knocks,
where you learn from all of your failures,
you can get a learning curve by listening, OK?
So when you look at this what do you see?
Well, an increase in PowerStart commissions,
and then when we go to that second phase's upgrades,
here's the thing.
The product that you get in your PowerStart,
that is not for you to use,
it's for you to build your business.
I use the same example all the time
but I think it kind of brings it home to you, and that is,
let's say that I opened a clothing store,
I sell men's suits.
I've a suit on today.
What if I wore all of the suits in my store?
How would I make money?
I couldn't make money because I've used all my merchandise.
So PowerStart product is not for you to drink,
that's what your QVP order is,
you can use product out of your QVP,
in order to drink the product
so you have your own personal testimony.
But the product in PowerStart, is for you to find customers,
and, for you to also expose people
to the power of the product,
so that when they decide to join,
they already have a product experience.
I was asking someone last week,
"Were you more excited about Trevo
"before you used the product,
"or after you used the product?"
Well the answer is, after you try the product,
so why do we always try to get people to join
as a Life and Health Coach before they try the product?
So if you sell someone a bottle out of your PowerStart,
maybe you even give them a discount
if they're interested in the business so,
you give them an incentive to try the product,
then when you enroll them they've had a product experience,
and they're a lot more excited about the business.
So when they start their business
they're gonna need more bottles in their personal PowerStart
because they've already had a product experience
and they know different individuals in their family,
friends, people that they are acquaintances with
that they know will benefit from this product,
because they see the power of the product.
Are you getting me?
That's the power of letting the product
lead the opportunity.
And so, within the first 90 days,
we want an individual to expose at least 24,
either customers or potential Life and Health Coaches
to the product, where they are upgraded
to the maximum of 24 bottles, level six in the business.
See if you began to create this duplication
within your organization, you began to see
your business began to grow
and your income began to increase.
The other part about this promotion is,
is if I enroll these five people,
and then they upgrade within the same month,
I'm gonna get my 25% bonus not on their original enrollment,
but upon their upgrade enrollment,
does that make sense to you?
And so I can even increase my income even more
by teaching my people how to build their business.
Did you know that when someone joins the business,
they don't know what to do,
they need you to coach them and guide them and say,
"This is what you need to do",
so if they start with three bottles, what do you tell them?
Go out, and find three people,
either a new customer or a potential Life and Health Coach,
get those bottles out and let people try them,
and you just teach them how to duplicate that
across the board.
So I wanted to focus today
just on this part of the promotion.
Now here's one thing that you've got to get,
you've got to move quickly.
See the more duplication, the more activity,
the more results, but most importantly,
the more excitement you create within your organization.
So I want you to get a bigger picture,
it's not just about your five people and your 25% bonus,
but it's about you getting your people doing the same thing,
so you create additional PowerStart commissions,
and upgrade commissions in your organization.
It's January 2017.
Is 2017 gonna be your greatest year yet,
or is it just gonna be another year
you mark off the calendar as the days go by?
Don't let life dictate your success,
you dictate your success,
because God created you for greatness, and you decide.
The economy doesn't decide, the government doesn't decide,
no-one, not your family members, not your friends decide
if you're gonna be successful, you are in the driver's seat.
So I want you to get excited, get into activity,
create duplication, create momentum,
and go all the way to the top in this great company.
2017's gonna be extraordinary and we're gonna celebrate you,
every step of the way.
