Alright guys, I just finished that workout.

Today I just did uh, Chest and Abs.

It was exactly what I just told you guys in the beggining I am doing three warm up sets,

and then three working sets and I am following up with three to four different exercises

for that particular muscle group, for today it was chest and then I am doing only six

reps ok, so total I am doing around nine sets of six reps so thats about 54 reps total and

I am doing it about eighty-five percent of my one rep max.

If I am getting to six reps then I am hitting it on target I rest for about three minutes

and after that I switch to the next exercise after I am done with my sets.

Anyway guys this is pretty sweet.

I literally was only in the gym for one hour, and it's great because your strength goes

up, and it really helps you build your muscular physique that you so want.

I'm talking about the people on the beach who are already big we are not talking about

the guys who are a little bit smaller and kind of just swell up their muscles with blood

when they workout we are not really..

I know that feeling feels good to swell up your muscles with blood when you are working

out.

In terms of muscle growth, muscle development, and maximal muscle stimulation one of the

best things to do is just stimulate your muscles with heavy compound movements so then you

could really add thick development for your muscular structure, so guys the workout was

pretty sweet.

I didn't film it today like I said, but I will definitely film tomorrows workout for

you guys tomorrow I am doing a back and calves workout.

Alright, so my weak points are my triceps, my legs for sure, my calves are definitely

lagging.

In this workout I kind of just incorporate hitting muscle groups two times per week so

you can get maximal muscle growth.

Studies have shown that training two times per week is going to boost the amount of growth

that you are seeing..

With that you have to be eating enough protein, carbohydrates, and dietary fats.

this plan and I also mentioned if you didn't check my previous video in which

I had explained that how you can get a discount of rupees 500 as you know that

later on they did some sort of the mess up but still I am getting a discount for

the six months of the time period so I mentioned that make sure that in this

plan the data will get updated and my discount will not get reflect so on this

thing he was convinced and he provided me the plan same as mentioned but he

mentioned that right now you are getting free calls and after that you are not

going to get this service but I mentioned that according to the latest

plan the calls are totally free even inside of the new plan

then I don't know what are their rules and what the mess he was doing then he

mentioned that I am going to add a particular 99 rupees top-up on your plan

which will be free and automatically get discounted every month and by this you

will get the free calls facility I mentioned that it is quite like same to

me as like mention over there so whatever you want to do at your end just

do it and provide me the facility so finally I got the data so right now

you can see on my screen that I am getting 200 GB and my same plan and I am

paying rupees 999 getting 200 GB whereas 1199 plan is also available where you

can get 100 Mbps of the speed along with 300 GB of the data and additional top-up

which is available for the one year I also created a video for that and how

of its white very beautiful and lots of people and in fact as I'm sitting here

there's people coming and taking photographs of me taking a video of

myself which is quite strange I really should get my photographs to take picture of

people photographing me doing a video of myself now if this isn't a good way to

learn vlogging I have no idea what is.

ecosystem of connectivity not only to technology, but to other people and

Lucy – How to greet a dog - Duration: 4:33.

Lucy hears me in the background. She's just beyond the wooden wall, ahead.

Lucy's first awareness of me today. I'm not saying anything throughout most of the interaction, because talking adds energy to her world, and right now, I don't want to do anything that will elevate her energy or her excitement level.

She sits down on her own, and look... where? I don't know, and I don't care. Frankly, it's an internal trigger, just like a play bow is unexpectedly triggered from time to time. This time, she's triggered to look up, but... I don't care. In LRMS terms, she's closer to submitting. LRMS is left, right, middle, submit, Nature's submission pattern for dogs.

She gets triggered to get up and walk around. I remain quiet and calm.

"What goes up, must come down." Every dog, when shown enough patience from its owner, will eventually submit–always. The deciding factor is if you will wait until that time comes. Whether or not you're committed to that happening is an indicator of your leadership strength.

In some situations, I might make an issue of how much she's moving around and address that movement, but in this case, I'm intentionally waiting for her to calm down and reach her own submission on her own, without my direct intervention–using my body or my voice.

Lucy's sticking her nose through the little space in the chain link fence she's discovered on her own.

Once more around the circuit...

...and down, with a yawn. I'm not surprised that both the progress toward submission–the lying down–and the yawn came at the same time. She's being triggered internally by whatever the same thing is that's in her mind that I've been working with her on over the last few weeks to be calm and submissive, and it's clearly triggering her, on her own, to be calm and submissive. The calm is evidenced by the yawn. Although she's showing progress toward submission, it is not yet true submission. That comes later.

Looking left...

Snapping at a fly.

Barely a quick glance to the right. It's almost not even there. Sometimes, it goes that way. LRMS is not cast in stone.

I decide to test Lucy's reactions to leaving and returning. I walk out of her field of view.

Count to eleven...

...and return for round two.

Look who's still calm.

...although there's a little bit of tail wagging. Tail wagging does not mean "happy." Tail wagging is high energy, or excitement. Describe your dog by her behaviors, not by the adjectives you assign to the behaviors.

I'm watching for the tail wagging to stop–for the exited, elevated energy level to subside–and it stops when Lucy puts her head down. I don't think that was coincidental.

Lucy is alternating between looking at me and looking away. Part of her remediation has been getting her to unlearn her avoidance of eye contact. This is a complicated issue, but it's based on Nature's triggering of the dog's motor programming by virtue of the dog making physical eye contact with her leader.

A little tail wagging is being exhibited, so her energy and excitement level just received a little blip.

The licking of the chops is usually seen later, and is one of the things I look for to indicate true submission. Other indicators are yawning and sighing.

I decide to sweeten the pot by opening the gate.

As soon as the gate begins to open, Lucy raises her head, and I stop moving. I wait for her to put her head back down. This way, she learns that nothing progresses until she's "cushed," which is a term I use to mean being calm and submissive. That's what I've been working with her on for the last few weeks. "Cush" is a term used in service dog work.

...and her head goes back down, so I continue opening the gate. She keeps her head down this time.

Her tail is wagging again.

Some owners think the dogs are in control of their own energy levels or excitement levels. In my model, "I'm" the one who's in control of her energy level. The faster I move, the more likely I'm going to trigger her to be high energy. If I move cautiously, deliberately, mindfully, and slowly, I can keep her at a calm level for as long as I want. It's not about the dog–it's almost always about the human.

I slowly sit down on my tip toes. Moving slowly enough, I'm not getting Lucy so excited that she gets triggered to come toward me, nor am I giving her any subconscious behavior on my part that she is interpreting as permission to release herself and come toward me.

We're in the middle of a dance, and as leader, I'm always leading. As I'm deciding on the fly what I want to have happen, her mind-and-brain are evaluating me moment-by-moment, taking apart whatever my behaviors are that she needs to learn to read to help me in my role as her leader, and in her role as my follower. The stronger leader I am, the more she likes it, since that clearly indicates who the stronger leader is, and that that leader is in charge.

Her energy level reaches a point where she gets triggered to get up, but I haven't given her any permission yet. "Uh-uh" is the most powerful sound I've used in dog training that seems the most universally recognized and respected by all dogs.

My commands and feedback are always delivered in accordance to her energy level. Quiet matches quiet, high energy matches high energy. I have to be aware of that at all times.

"Cush" is that service dog term for calm, submit, settle, and lay your head down on the ground.

I offer her one more "uh-uh" to help trigger her submission. Interestingly, she's listening less and less to her surroundings, and listening and responding more and more to my voice and commands. When it's working, when the relationship is working, it's easy for me, and that consequently makes it easy for her, too.

Sniffing the ground is a behavior that comes just before submission.

Sniffing left...

And there's the progress toward submission,

plus sniffing right.

The continued sniffing is proof that she's not truly submitted yet, albeit after the fact. As you learn your dog's patterns, you anticipate what she's going to do, and the better leader you are, the more aware you become and the more accurately you anticipate her behaviors. It's an upward spiral between you and your dog.

That's close to submission. Dogs that show progress to submission will either move away, or move in. "Moving in" is when she sighs, or yawns, or licks her chops. Wait for it...

The LRMS submission pattern is done by the body, by the directions pointed to by the body, by the dog's head, and by the dog's eyes, going from higher energy and levels to finer energy and levels. It's common sense. It's got sub-levels inherent within it, too, but I can't go into it here.

Up and to the left...

Lucy's not paying attention to the extraneous sounds of cars, which she had when I first got her. That was what her mind-and-brain had figured out: "I need to pay attention to my surroundings and respond directly to my surroundings."

Eyes blinking or moving excessively are also indicators of non-true submission.

Patience is key. If you're reading this, you have no clue how important patience is. I cannot stress that enough. You will be patient, or you will learn patience, or else you will not be one of the stronger dog leaders.

...and there it is–the licking of her chops, indicating true submission.

At this point, the drill ends, I tap my thigh to give her permission to break her hold, and I engage in some affectionate play.

IMITATION FIREARM AND THE COPS SHOT AT HIM BUT HE WAS NOT

KILLED ON THE SCENE.

HE WAS RUSHED TO THE HOSPITAL WHERE, THERE HE IS RUNNING,

WHERE HE IS RECEIVING MEDICAL TREATMENT AND OF COURSE WILL

THEN FACE CHARGES FOR WHAT HE DID BUT AGAIN, IT WAS

INTENTIONAL AND THE MAYOR IS IDENTIFYING THIS AS AN ACT

OF TERROR.

THE FIRST 24 HOURS OF THESE INCIDENTS ALWAYS HAVE FACTS THAT

ARE NOT SOLID.

SOME OF IT WILL TURN OUT THE TRUE AND OTHERS WE'LL HAVE TO

FIX

LATER BUT YOU OFTEN GET IT FROM WITNESSES AND THE

STORY'S COALESCING AS WE SPEAK SO THERE WERE THE INITIAL

PEOPLE, WITNESSES SAYING THAT THEY HEARD GUNSHOTS BUT

APPARENTLY NOT.

HE RAN INTO A SCHOOL, HE RAMMED A SCHOOL BUS FILLED WITH KIDS

AND THAT'S WHY YOU SAW HIS TRUCK WAS SMASHED THERE FROM HOME

DEPOT, HOWEVER HE GOT THAT AND THEN THERE WERE WITNESSES WHO

SAID HE WAS SHOUTING OUT ALLAH AKBAR AND IT IS APPARENTLY

AN ACT OF TERRORISM AS THE MAYOR DECLARED IT.

STORIES THAT TERRORISM IS FROM WHITE SUPREMACIST AND THE RIGHT

WING AND THE MAJORITY OF THE TERRORIST ATTACKS IN AMERICA ARE

FROM WHITE SUPREMACISTS OR RIGHT WINGERS BUT A SOLID

PERCENTAGE UNFORTUNATELY ARE FROM MUSLIM RADICALS AND

DISPROPORTIONATELY SO GIVEN THE SIZE OF THE POPULATION HERE

IN AMERICA.

THE IDEA THAT MUSLIMS ARE DIFFERENT HUMAN BEINGS IS INSANE

AND THERE'S NO SENSE OF TALKING ABOUT THE EUGENICS ARGUMENT

AND THEIR RELIGION IS JUST THE WORST OF ALL THE RELIGIONS.

ALL OF THE RELIGIONS DO VIOLENCE OVER AND OVER AND RIGHT NOW SOME

Does Creatine Cause HAIR LOSS? - Duration: 2:38.

It's no secret that I'm an advocate for creatine supplementation.

The performance benefits are well-documented and most consistent out of all performance

supplements.

But, there's one thing that people are concerned about.

Will creatine cause you to lose your hair?

Unfortunately, there might be some level of truth to it.

And, it boils down to one key hormone: Dihydrogentestosterone, aka DHT.

DHT can act on local receptors causing a shrinking effect of your scalp follicles, eventually

closing out said follicles from producing any more hair.

One study back in 2009 found markedly high increases of DHT with creatine supplementation.

Rugby players given 25 grams of creatine monohydrate per day for 7 days as a loading phase had

a 56% increased level of DHT.

At maintenance of 5 grams of creatine per day for 14 days, DHT levels remained elevated

by 40%.

Interestingly, it also increased DHT to T ratio, T for testosterone, even though testosterone

levels did not change.

This suggests an accelerating effect of DHT production since DHT is metabolized from testosterone

and the enzyme 5-alpha reductase.

Outside of this study, though, not much else in research exists.

And, even if it creatine does affect DHT levels, it remains to be seen if this has any direct

effect to actual hair loss, considering that DHT levels do rise naturally.

Exercise itself can increase DHT levels by as much as 30 percent.

But there's one caveat bearing the most importance: The only time that DHT might lead

to hair loss is if you're already susceptible to hair loss or Male Pattern Baldness, which

has a strong genetic factor.

If you have a family history of hair loss, then sure, you might want to think twice about

taking creatine if you want to avoid accelerating your hair loss.

Otherwise, chances are, creatine won't affect your hair at all.

For those of you that are concerned but want to continue taking creatine, you might want

to consider looking up DHT-blocking interventions like Finasteride, which inhibits the enzyme

5-alpha reductase mentioned earlier.

Of course, make sure you check with your doctor before anything else.

But again, there still needs to be more research on this and more importantly showing a direct

effect on hair loss when taking Creatine.

For now, after knowing the potential risk, whether you should continue taking creatine…

is completely up to you.
