Waching daily Feb 2 2017

(marker scratching)

(electronic game chime)

So if you want to get a watch similar to this,

but of your choice with free credit and free shipping,

stay tuned for the rest of the video.

Hello!

So I have a bit of a story time video for you

and not in the terms of,

"My Uber driver took a wrong turn,

therefore I'm being kidnapped."

kinda story time.

I mean like an actual,

just like we were sitting around a campfire

and I am your grandpa or I guess grandma

and then I tell you a story about

how the way things were 30 years ago.

So you know every single time when if you ask your dad,

normally it's always when it's your dad or your grandpa

or really any other male authority figure in your life.

So you know when you always ask 'em what time it is

because you're just, I dunno, walkin' around somewhere and

being like, "Hey dad, what time is it?"

and then you know what they say, "Time to get a watch."

Every time without fail,

and then maybe they'll actually tell you what time it is,

but for the most part it's always starting out with,

"Frankie, it's time to get a watch."

And you know what the problem with that is?

Never in my life have I been able to find the perfect watch,

except for a Pikachu watch,

but I cannot always use that for every single occasion

that happens in my life.

You know people always say that watches are dead now,

but I like to think that they're not.

Now this is funny coming from somebody who

doesn't really wear watches,

but I've always wanted to.

It was just hard finding a good watch

that I would always wear,

or that went with my style you know?

That's one of the hardest things.

Especially when you're not really sure

what your style is.

So I'm a public speaker, right,

and I've gotta keep track of the time, you know.

At VidCon, you have an hour.

Most of the time you have an hour,

and although you do have people in the back

that hold up signs that say,

"30 minutes left", "15 minutes left",

Sometimes you miss those people or if you're anywhere

at any other conference that won't have that

you wanna know what time it is, right?

And if you're the one actually doing a talk

and you need to know what time it is,

like you need to make sure you're right on time,

I just feel like it's not always appropriate to

pull out your big old iPhone and, you know.

Like, it just takes up so much time to go find your iPhone,

and then you gotta make sure it's in your hand,

and then click on it and all this other stuff,

and then you gotta go put it back down,

and you gotta make sure you do it nicely,

otherwise it's gonna fall off the table and then crack,

and then you're screwed out of another

however much it costs to get it replaced.

So I like the idea of watches because

you can just do this ever so casually,

and then put your arm back down.

It's like a natural movement if you're talking,

if you're using a mic or if you're just doing

this hand motion.

Oh look, I am just casually and gracefully

checking the time on my watch.

Am I weird?

I'm weird, I know.

Probably everybody watching this is like,

"Rikki, what the hell are you talking about?"

Now as a public speaker,

or someone trying to get more of these gigs and whatnot,

that comes with dressing a little more appropriately,

unless you're at VidCon, then nobody really cares.

But if you're going to a school, a college,

you wanna look a little bit more...

put together; you don't need to be the fanciest person.

You don't need to wear a tux, obviously,

but I like to wear some really nice jeans,

a nice top, always like a blazer, I'm a blazer fanatic,

and there's always something that I felt missing,

and that was a watch.

But I couldn't find the right watch and I can't really

bring the Pikachu watch.

I probably could and they probably wouldn't care as much,

but I would just probably feel silly.

Said the girl who wore a Pikachu necklace

on the red carpet at Buffer Festival.

But I feel like that's different.

That's just about me.

It's different.

But now I feel like I finally got a good watch that

just goes with everything and fits what I'm looking for,

and that is this watch by JORD Watches.

This particular one is from their Frankie series,

and it is the Zebrawood and Champagne one.

They have a lot of options for men, women, whatever

you identify as.

There's something for everyone and it's just very,

you know, clean looking.

So if you're having trouble with a clean-looking watch

that doesn't look too over the top or too "eh".

I just, I really like this.

If you look at the close up, you will see that

the wood is just so nice looking,

and it's not too dark but it's not too light,

which is what I personally like,

and this color combination works.

It's really big so you don't have to squint

unless you have really bad eyesight,

you don't wanna have to squint at it and be like,

"Okay, what does this say?"

It's easy to just quickly look at it and then put it down.

And it's comfortable.

They do have a measuring system,

so you measure your wrist and then they round it up

to the nearest fourth of an inch or something.

It's a little teensy bit tight sometimes,

but when you get the box it has another, like...

Thing that comes with it.

I haven't tested it out yet because I don't feel like

this is too much of a struggle to put on.

It's just really sleek and nice looking and I like it.

The only thing that kinda drives me bonkers,

and I think this is just because of me and my brain really,

is that I always have trouble putting it on.

When I filmed the close up I was constantly

struggling with putting it on,

and when I had my streaming,

my editing stream,

people saw how much I struggled with getting it on,

and it's this part right here.

You have a little clasp so it makes it very long right,

and I would just keep doing this and it was so difficult.

I couldn't figure out how to get it on.

I think with plenty of practice now,

ow.

Ow, it's piercing my skin.

That's the tightness problem I tend to have,

but finally...

Ow.

You clip it on and then you get stuck again.

I advertise well, I know.

But then, okay...

Voila.

We have it on.

Yay!

So it's really easy to take off and put on as long as

you can figure out which side goes first.

I tend to mix that up all the time.

I... Okay.

So with all that being said,

let's skip to the part that you're actually

really excited for.

The giveaway.

I know,

I'm a YouTube viewer too.

That you, sugar bumps?

It's me.

"Sugar bumps."

Jack.

Thank God, you're alive! I heard you'd been...

Fried?

Is that what you heard?

You set me up over a woman.

A woman!

You must be insane.

Don't bother.

Your life won't be worth spit!

I've been dead once already.

It's very liberating.

You should think of it as therapy.

Jack, listen.

Maybe we can cut a deal.

Jack?

Jack is dead, my friend.

You can call me...

Joker.

And as you can see...

I'm a lot happier.

What a day.

How to relieve baby gas?

What should you know and how to help guide by BabyPillars

Hello, and welcome to another BabyPillars tutorial.

In this video we will learn:

Coping methods for your baby's gas and bellyaches The best way to hold your baby in order to

relieve gas and stomach symptoms How you can prevent gas and bellyaches

Holding positions such as: frontal cradle, "tiger on the tree" and more

During your baby's first few months, you may notice some discomfort in their abdominal

region accompanied by bloating and gas.

One of the reasons these symptoms occur is because your baby's digestive system is

continuously developing.

What we aim to learn is how to ease your baby's symptoms when they ache, and how to prevent

pain and discomfort, thereby easing this process of development and making it more tolerable

for your baby.

The first thing you can do to prevent a stomach ache is to hold your baby in the cradle position.

Hold your baby so that it's head is resting on one arm, and knees are resting on the other arm.

Your baby's ability to bend it's back and bring both hands to the central line of

its body is what allows the belly muscles to release tension.

This position relaxes your baby by allowing gas to more easily vacate the body.

Notice that you can accompany this position with a slight bounce, either up and down,

or swaying from side to side.

Use gentle strokes and your voice to help distract your baby from any discomfort.

You may find that the cradle position is the most comfortable position for your baby.

It is a familiar pose from their time in the womb...

If a story moves you, act on it | Sisonke Msimang - Duration: 12:47.

So earlier this year,

I was informed that I would be doing a TED Talk.

So I was excited, then I panicked,

then I was excited, then I panicked,

and in between the excitement and the panicking,

I started to do my research,

and my research primarily consisted of Googling how to give a great TED Talk.

(Laughter)

And interspersed with that,

I was Googling Chimamanda Ngozi Adichie.

How many of you know who that is?

(Cheers)

So I was Googling her because I always Google her

because I'm just a fan,

but also because she always has important and interesting things to say.

And the combination of those searches

kept leading me to her talk

on the dangers of a single story,

on what happens when we have a solitary lens

through which to understand certain groups of people,

and it is the perfect talk.

It's the talk that I would have given if I had been famous first.

(Laughter)

You know, and you know, like, she's African and I'm African,

and she's a feminist and I'm a feminist,

and she's a storyteller and I'm a storyteller,

so I really felt like it's my talk.

(Laughter)

So I decided that I was going to learn how to code,

and then I was going to hack the internet

and I would take down all the copies of that talk that existed,

and then I would memorize it,

and then I would come here and deliver it as if it was my own speech.

So that plan was going really well, except the coding part,

and then one morning a few months ago,

I woke up

to the news that the wife of a certain presidential candidate

had given a speech that --

(Laughter)

(Applause)

that sounded eerily like a speech given by one of my other faves,

Michelle Obama.

(Cheers)

And so I decided that I should probably write my own TED Talk,

and so that is what I am here to do.

I'm here to talk about my own observations about storytelling.

I want to talk to you about the power of stories, of course,

but I also want to talk about their limitations,

particularly for those of us who are interested in social justice.

So since Adichie gave that talk seven years ago,

there has been a boom in storytelling.

Stories are everywhere,

and if there was a danger in the telling of one tired old tale,

then I think there has got to be lots to celebrate about the flourishing

of so many stories and so many voices.

Stories are the antidote to bias.

In fact, today, if you are middle class and connected via the internet,

you can download stories at the touch of a button

or the swipe of a screen.

You can listen to a podcast

about what it's like to grow up Dalit in Kolkata.

You can hear an indigenous man in Australia

talk about the trials and triumphs of raising his children in dignity

and in pride.

Stories make us fall in love.

They heal rifts and they bridge divides.

Stories can even make it easier for us

to talk about the deaths of people in our societies

who don't matter, because they make us care.

Right?

I'm not so sure,

and I actually work for a place called the Centre for Stories.

And my job is to help to tell stories

that challenge mainstream narratives about what it means to be black

or a Muslim or a refugee or any of those other categories

that we talk about all the time.

But I come to this work

after a long history as a social justice activist,

and so I'm really interested in the ways

that people talk about nonfiction storytelling

as though it's about more than entertainment,

as though it's about being a catalyst for social action.

It's not uncommon to hear people say

that stories make the world a better place.

Increasingly, though, I worry that even the most poignant stories,

particularly the stories about people who no one seems to care about,

can often get in the way of action towards social justice.

Now, this is not because storytellers mean any harm.

Quite the contrary.

Storytellers are often do-gooders like me and, I suspect, yourselves.

And the audiences of storytellers

are often deeply compassionate and empathetic people.

Still, good intentions can have unintended consequences,

and so I want to propose that stories are not as magical as they seem.

So three -- because it's always got to be three --

three reasons why I think

that stories don't necessarily make the world a better place.

Firstly, stories can create an illusion of solidarity.

There is nothing like that feel-good factor you get

from listening to a fantastic story

where you feel like you climbed that mountain, right,

or that you befriended that death row inmate.

But you didn't.

You haven't done anything.

Listening is an important

but insufficient step towards social action.

Secondly, I think often we are drawn

towards characters and protagonists

who are likable and human.

And this makes sense, of course, right?

Because if you like someone, then you care about them.

But the inverse is also true.

If you don't like someone,

then you don't care about them.

And if you don't care about them,

you don't have to see yourself as having a moral obligation

to think about the circumstances that shaped their lives.

I learned this lesson when I was 14 years old.

I learned that actually, you don't have to like someone

to recognize their wisdom,

and you certainly don't have to like someone

to take a stand by their side.

So my bike was stolen

while I was riding it --

(Laughter)

which is possible if you're riding slowly enough, which I was.

(Laughter)

So one minute I'm cutting across this field

in the Nairobi neighborhood where I grew up,

and it's like a very bumpy path,

and so when you're riding a bike,

you don't want to be like, you know --

(Laughter)

And so I'm going like this, slowly pedaling,

and all of a sudden, I'm on the floor.

I'm on the ground, and I look up,

and there's this kid peddling away in the getaway vehicle,

which is my bike,

and he's about 11 or 12 years old, and I'm on the floor,

and I'm crying because I saved a lot of money for that bike,

and I'm crying and I stand up and I start screaming.

Instinct steps in, and I start screaming, "Mwizi, mwizi!"

which means "thief" in Swahili.

And out of the woodworks, all of these people come out

and they start to give chase.

This is Africa, so mob justice in action.

Right?

And I round the corner, and they've captured him,

they've caught him.

The suspect has been apprehended,

and they make him give me my bike back,

and they also make him apologize.

Again, you know, typical African justice, right?

And so they make him say sorry.

And so we stand there facing each other,

and he looks at me, and he says sorry,

but he looks at me with this unbridled fury.

He is very, very angry.

And it is the first time that I have been confronted with someone

who doesn't like me simply because of what I represent.

He looks at me with this look as if to say,

"You, with your shiny skin and your bike, you're angry at me?"

So it was a hard lesson that he didn't like me,

but you know what, he was right.

I was a middle-class kid living in a poor country.

I had a bike, and he barely had food.

Sometimes, it's the messages that we don't want to hear,

the ones that make us want to crawl out of ourselves,

that we need to hear the most.

For every lovable storyteller who steals your heart,

there are hundreds more whose voices are slurred and ragged,

who don't get to stand up on a stage dressed in fine clothes like this.

There are a million angry-boy-on-a-bike stories

and we can't afford to ignore them

simply because we don't like their protagonists

or because that's not the kid that we would bring home with us

from the orphanage.

The third reason that I think

that stories don't necessarily make the world a better place

is that too often we are so invested in the personal narrative

that we forget to look at the bigger picture.

And so we applaud someone

when they tell us about their feelings of shame,

but we don't necessarily link that to oppression.

We nod understandingly when someone says they felt small,

but we don't link that to discrimination.

The most important stories, especially for social justice,

are those that do both,

that are both personal and allow us to explore and understand the political.

But it's not just about the stories we like

versus the stories we choose to ignore.

Increasingly, we are living in a society where there are larger forces at play,

where stories are actually for many people beginning to replace the news.

Yeah?

We live in a time where we are witnessing the decline of facts,

when emotions rule

and analysis, it's kind of boring, right?

Where we value what we feel more than what we actually know.

A recent report by the Pew Center on trends in America

indicates that only 10 percent of young adults under the age of 30

"place a lot of trust in the media."

Now, this is significant.

It means that storytellers are gaining trust

at precisely the same moment

that many in the media are losing the confidence in the public.

This is not a good thing,

because while stories are important

and they help us to have insights in many ways,

we need the media.

From my years as a social justice activist,

I know very well that we need credible facts from media institutions

combined with the powerful voices of storytellers.

That's what pushes the needle forward in terms of social justice.

In the final analysis, of course,

it is justice

that makes the world a better place,

not stories. Right?

And so if it is justice that we are after,

then I think we mustn't focus on the media or on storytellers.

We must focus on audiences,

on anyone who has ever turned on a radio

or listened to a podcast,

and that means all of us.

So a few concluding thoughts

on what audiences can do to make the world a better place.

So firstly, the world would be a better place, I think,

if audiences were more curious and more skeptical

and asked more questions about the social context

that created those stories that they love so much.

Secondly, the world would be a better place

if audiences recognized that storytelling is intellectual work.

And I think it would be important for audiences

to demand more buttons on their favorite websites,

buttons for example that say,

"If you liked this story,

click here to support a cause your storyteller believes in."

Or "click here to contribute to your storyteller's next big idea."

Often, we are committed to the platforms,

but not necessarily to the storytellers themselves.

And then lastly, I think that audiences can make the world a better place

by switching off their phones,

by stepping away from their screens

and stepping out into the real world beyond what feels safe.

Alice Walker has said,

"Look closely at the present you are constructing.

It should look like the future you are dreaming."

Storytellers can help us to dream,

but it's up to all of us to have a plan for justice.

Thank you.

What is Photon Energy - Duration: 10:39.

What is Photon Energy?.

Photon energy is the powerful new energy source that will replace electricity in the new millennium.

Its a free energy source and nobody can monopolize it. Its outer edge or belt has

already reached Earths atmosphere and is affecting not only Earth but many planets

in the solar system. Photon energy is light energy, and it permeates the Earth in waves.

It has the power to extend human life because it realigns the human body into a lightbody.

Photon energy vibrates at a very high frequency and confers the power of instant manifestation

of thought. Therefore, it is essential to maintain clarity and purity of thought by

practicing daily meditation, being in the now, and staying heart-centered. In

one sense, the Great Shift in Consciousness is the evolution of Mother Earth and her inhabitants

into the realm of photon energy for the next 2,000 years.

How to Stay Centered

KIRAEL: The comments I hear from people about the Photon Energy Forecast chart is not in

alignment with my original intentions. For some people, when the photon energy is low,

they want to hibernate. Or, if the energy is going up, they want to buy something. The

chart simply tells you if the photon energy is going up or down. If the energy is going

down, you need to bring up your energy. If the energy is going up, you need to bring

down your energy. Why not just bring up your energy and stay at the top of the chart? The

idea is to stay centered at the mid-range 5.0. Always stay centered at 5.0. Thats

the best place to be.

The World Reacts Negative to the Peaks

KIRAEL: When the photon energy is high in the sevens, eights and nines on the chart,

the mastermind of the world goes into a very negative state. Strange, isnt it? When

the photon energy is high, the mass consciousness slips into doom and gloom. It almost becomes

interactive with the dark side, so to speak, and the reason is peoples thoughts become

over-energized. Their thoughts are not usually in alignment with the energy at these high

levels, so they begin to think thoughts that they are no longer controlling. This is because

they try to think within the 10% human brain power instead of within the 90% embodiment

process. Thus, with such thoughts, the mass consciousness is thinking all at the same

time, and it becomes quite confused.

Use Masterminds of Light in the Valleys

KIRAEL: When the photon energy is low in the ones and twos people are actually

left to fend for themselves. Their energy levels go in the opposite direction. They

no longer take any energy for themselves and give their powers away to whomever is holding

the highest thought at the time. For example, when the photon energy slips down to a 1.9,

the mass consciousness becomes susceptible to a mastermind, yet there is nobody putting

anything in it. At these low levels, these are the best times for the Lightworkers to

come together and work the masterminds of Light. This is the highest possible reality

for the lightworkers within which to maintain their most stringent balance because they

are not opposing any negative masterminds from the mass consciousness. At these low

levels, this is the place for the lightworkers to come together and intermesh the light

work so that the mass consciousness can be of the Light, rather than waiting to make

a change.

As a lightworker, you are better off with the photon energy at a low level. For example,

lets say you are working on manifesting something. Pick the lowest energy level that

you can find on the chart. It is there you want to amplify your mastermind of manifestation

because there is very little stability in the mass consciousness at that point. Stability

is a key word. With no stability in the mass consciousness, if you have a group of lightworkers

that become stable in a mastermind, then you can manifest your mastermind at a much higher

and quicker pace.

Meditate, Meditate, Meditate

KIRAEL: I cant emphasize enough to meditate, meditate, meditate. You must understand that

its a state of consciousness that will get you through the Shift. There is no magic

pill or anything like that. It is the simplicity of awakening into your heart energy that can

take you through the Shift process.

How to Read the Photon Energy Forecast

Master Kirael selects certain days within each month to correlate with a photon energy

value. This value is always a single digit followed by a decimal point and two more digits.

The distance between forecast photon energy values is not linear; it can vary from one

to three days.

As Master Kirael describes above, you can view the photon energy forecast in terms of

highs and lows and maintaining a center point. Kirael has also guided us to apply his numerology

to reveal another level of meaning in his photon forecasts. For example, a photon energy

level of 4.19 could be viewed as a 4 or balance of the four bodies, moving into

a 1 or creation energy with a 9 or a completion factor. This simple interpretation

may offer grand insights into the energies at work during that particular day.

Photon Energy: Healing Energy for Mother Earth & Humanity

KIRAEL: Photon Energy is the new energy of the new era. Mother Earth has requested the

aid of photon energy to heal herself from humanitys runaway environmental savagery

and to ascend into the new energy. Photon energy is unlike anything you have ever seen,

heard of, or been a part of.

This new energy vibrates at a much higher frequency than Earth, and it has powers to

heal, align, and change things. It can extend human life because its molecular structure

realigns the human body into a lightbody. Photon energy is light energy, and it moves

through every galaxy at one point or another. The Great Shift is the evolution of Mother

Earth and her inhabitants into the photon energy.

Photon energy permeates anything that comes into its path. It is already permeating the

Earth plane. The outer edge or belt of the photon energy has already reached Earths

atmosphere and is affecting not only Earth, but many planetary systems around Earth.

It is a free energy source that anyone will be able to harness, and it will meet all of

your power needs after the Shift. It has been used in major shifts to bring energy to a

system that can no longer operate on its current energy.

Since photon energy vibrates at a very high frequency, it confers the power of instant

manifestation of thought, which means whatever you think, you create instantly. Therefore,

it is essential to maintain clarity and purity of thought through meditation and being in

the now. Those in the process of change and transformation will quickly adapt to photon

energy. It is a healing energy for the highest good of all.

Earths solar system is within the outer edge of the Photon Belt. It will take approximately

three days for Earth to pass through the outer rim, which will produce the three days

of darkness described in the book, Kirael: The Great Shift. Inside the photon energy

field, Earth will experience constant daylight.

The actual entrance into the photon energy belt is directly influenced by the rate of

spiritual awakening of Earths population. Humanitys awakening to the tragic plight

of Mother Earth can and will influence this time factor. Mother Earth is sending a message

to humanity to pay attention to Mother Earth. She is calling for an adjustment because of

the incoming photon energy. When she calls for an adjustment, essentially she is re-aligning

herself. Photon energy is the brother of Mother Earth.

At this time, the entrance into the Belt is planned soon after the [most recent] turn

of the century, yet the exact date depends on humanitys positive thought and response

to Mother Earths messages. It is estimated that Mother Earth will stay in the photon

energy field for the next 2,000 years.

Riding Photon Energy Waves

KIRAEL: Photon energy comes in waves. The ebb and flow of the wave is normal and natural.

When these waves hit, they are so big that they engulf the Earth plane almost all at

once. It doesnt take two or three days to span the Earth. The waves just sweep in

and sweep out. Its very quick. They come in very quickly and leave very quickly. The

wave looks like a spiral. It does not really have a beginning and end, but because it sweeps

past Earth, it appears to have a beginning and end. Its really in a totality of a

spiral motion.

The thickness of the waves is important. A thick wave measures at a higher number because

there is more photon energy permeating the Earth plane at that time. A thin wave might

measure a quarter mile wide, and a thick wave can measure 1.5 to 2 miles wide.

Photon energy amplifies both your fears and love. It literally floats right through you.

When its in, a person can feel great. Thats the upside. The downside is that it can amplify

your fears if you let it, and you can feel depressed. Dont let this become a backdoor.

The key to working effectively with photon energy is to stay in Truth-Trust-Passion.

Dont become dependent on it to make you feel good. Its not about feeling good.

Its about progress in growth

and understanding, and preparing for the Great Shift.

Percentage Splits and Role View - Duration: 0:51.

In your solution, you can split revenue

with sales partners, by percentage.

You can adjust each sales partners revenue

by editing and saving their split

percentage values. Make sure to account

for a 100% of the negotiated

revenue value. You will also need to add

your sales partners to the revenue

scheduler of the product

but, since you've already added the revenue

percentages, the revenue scheduler will

add their amount based on the negotiated

value of the product and the split

percentage amount.

When viewing contact relationships in

How Do You Write Characters Like Pixar Does? - Film Will Explain It - Duration: 4:26.

If you've watched Pixar's most iconic films, you'll find that there's something

really memorable about them – 10 sg

About the way the plot develops, The way they end,

It never happens quite the way you'd expect it to

Think about it: Andy's toys don't go with him to college, Carl never lives with Ellie

in paradise falls, Gusteau's restaurant shuts down, ,

But why?

Why shy away from the classic fairy tale "Happily Ever After" ending?

I believe it's because Pixar writers don't only think about external conflicts, not what

their characters want but what they need

What do I mean by this?

Well,

Film will explain it.

A common way of beginning the process of writing a script is to start off with a premise that

usually goes something like

X wants y but Z is in the way.

So in that short sentence you establish who your character is, what he wants to acquire

or accomplish, and the opposing force or conflict keeping the main character from their goal.

So, you got it right?

All set Well, not really

There is an additional element that every good story should have, but more often than

not is overlooked

You see, when I refer to what the character wants im talking about their main purpose,

the one which will most likely drive the plot.

It is extremely important and should be crucial for the main character to achieve this – whatever

it may be-

However, that goal is not enough to create a rounded out and complete character, because

it is just an external conflict.

The internal struggle is missing.

So that's why I recommend you add another layer to that premise

Like this:

X wants y and z is in the way…

But x needs w

And that new element, that need refers to the obstacles within the main character.

This often goes hand in hand with a fatal flaw or weakness that must be overcome in

order for the main character to tackle his external conflict

This is the need that the character, and even most of us, don't always know we need to

face.

It is the hardest struggle against ourselves,

For example: In Toy Story 3, the toys are once again separated from Andy, and the plot

revolves around Woody trying to take them back.

Yet in the end, what he needed most was to let go.

To come to terms with the fact that his time with Andy was over, and that life could go

on.

And that is the beauty of the moment, how saying goodbye feels right because we know

there was no other way.

Just like when Carl fails to live with Ellie in paradise falls, but is able to do what

he really needed, love again.

But the want and the need can be aligned.

In inside out, what joy wants is to go back to headquarters, but what she needs is to

open her mind and understand the importance of sadness for riley.

She needs to let go in order to go back.

her need is a necessary stepping stone for her to achieve what she wants and what the

plot requires her to do.

Here the internal and external struggles complement each other, which results in a much greater

emotional connection and satisfaction at the end.

And right there is the magic of Pixar: that is why their movies are so memorable.

Because they build stories not on circumstances

But on characters

Its their journey, the way they change and adjust to failure, that makes us care

And for what its worth, I believe that this is why it resonates with people of all ages:

Pixar movies remind us that, in life we probably won't get what we want.

Life will be messy And hard

It will take us to places we never thought possible

But most importantly?

Eveyrthing will be ok.

How to Activate a Wireless Device Online – AT&T Premier - Duration: 2:51.

AT&T Premier

Do you want to activate the new wireless device you received

after you requested a device upgrade

or placed a port or transfer order?

Let us show you how easy it is to activate a wireless device

online with Premier.

Activate your wireless device online if the new device is for

an existing wireless number.

Before you begin,

transfer your photos, videos and contacts from your

current device to your new device.

This is important because after you activate the new device,

you won't be able to retrieve information from your old one.

If you need help, use the AT&T Mobile Transfer app at

att.com/shop/apps/mobiletransfer

which works for most phones.

Don't put the SIM card from your old device in the

new device, since this can cause problems.

First we'll show you how to find your IMEI number

and SIM (or ICCID) card number on your new device.

You'll need these numbers later.

You can find the IMEI number and SIM card number on the

papers shipped with your new device.

or you can get this information from the new device itself.

If your new device is an Apple product,

tap "Settings," then "General," and then "About."

The IMEI and SIM card numbers appear onscreen.

Other device types may have a menu option that provides the

IMEI and SIM card numbers.

For details, consult your owner's manual.

If your new device doesn't have a menu option for viewing this

information, also refer to the owner's manual.

If you can't find the IMEI or SIM card number using any of

these methods, remove the back cover of the device

and remove the battery.

You'll find the 15-digit IMEI number printed on a

white sticker.

While the battery is still out, carefully remove the SIM card

from the device.

Notice the 19 or 20-digit number on the front of the

SIM card.

If you removed the battery and SIM card, replace them now

and turn on your device.

Now we're ready to activate your new device.

The confirmation email you received when you placed

the order for your new device contains a link to the

online activation process.

If you can't find the confirmation email,

you can also get to the online activation process from the

Premier home page.

From the "I want to" list, select "Activate device"

and click Go.

Then follow the instructions to activate your device.

When you're done, test the device.

Make sure the device is fully charged and then place a call.

If the call is successful, your device is active!

If the call wasn't successful, wait a little while

and try again.

If your device isn't active within 3 hours,

contact Premier Support at 866.499.8008,
