Start any goal or task fast! Break down large overwhelming tasks and cures for procrastination⏰ - Duration: 5:55.

so you have goals and ambitions that you

would like to accomplish but how do you

overcome the common problem of the

graphic nation that is preventing you

from moving forward on your goals and

making them a reality while this short

video I have three proven strategies to

help you with that these are strategies

that have helped me my entire life and

I've personally experienced this allowed

me to keeping such a feat the exam lose

40 pounds and do things I never thought

with pops the safe here

I'm MK the cpa along with my sidekick

chipper we teach people information that

matters to help you live your life

uncaged my first tip and strategy and

probably my main one is to start right

away now by start right away

I mean take time 5 10 15 even 30 minutes

to write a list of everything you think

you might need to do to accomplish your

goal baking on paper is one of the most

powerful thing you can possibly do to

help you accomplish any goal that you

have once you have a written lift

organize that list and figure out for

yourself where you should begin doesn't

have to be perfect but that list will

give you ideas of where you can start

making progress immediately and start

building your confidence and going after

the goalie designer now let's let's look

at a quick example so this is something

that actually did for myself here is an

example of steps you may need to take to

lose 20 pounds so here's the list right

here

so here's some ideas so I'm just

brainstorming officially workout three

to four times each week start by working

out 30-45 minutes and then eventually

move up to 50 minutes to an hour if

necessary way myself once a week the

track progress drink more water four to

six bottles per day lift weight in 20

minutes per workout do 15 to 30 minutes

of cardio

join a gym watch videos of proper

exercise techniques read two books on

proper nutrition purchase basic workout

clothes and running shoes alternate gym

time either morning or night only eat

out flights a week to have better

control of calorie intake put more home

cooked meal count calorie intake for

three weeks monitors and something tho

those are just general ideas that you

just lifts out the steps you might need

to start taking orders to lose 10 20

pounds of that is your goal

what happens for a lot of people is they

set these very lofty goals and when they

look at these goals say free because the

goal seem overwhelming and so they begin

to trapping is their first reaction and

it's a natural reaction by the way by

using this method and brainstorming some

ideas of all the steps you may need to

say to accomplish your goal

this will overcome procrastination and

bring clarity to your life with clarity

bring motivation and focus and

procrastination beeps become less than

less of a problem for you think of it

like a business plan the business plan

that you're writing out for yourself the

step that you need to take the lead

you're right towards the top lachine

your goal

my second tip is if you're having

problems with a complex goal our tax and

you're not sure where to start

find a friend or someone who will

measure you to help you with them

brands are valuable resources and if you

ask them most people believe honored

that you thought of them to try to help

you because most people who are friends

they want to help you believe it or not

from my experience I had some valuable

mentors of my life of those thankful for

one of the things they coffee or how to

break down complex problems into small

achievable path so i could begin to take

tackling problems step-by-step and start

moving in the right direction to get a

friend in your corner and start going

after your goals my third shift is less

is actually more part of the reason

people for graston ate it because they

may have to

any competing priorities that are

training their energy especially the

priorities are conflicting with

achieving a goal and being proactive

accomplishing thing focus is king

the more you can focus on your task a

few if after you accomplish those tests

ironically when it comes with goal

setting and accomplishing goals like

that less is more

you can you find that if you just want

to start with one or two goals for

yourself and let the other fit for the

time being you will accomplish those 12

goals faster than you ever thought

possible and what will happen is five

over the course of the year you're going

to knock out goal after go laughter goal

faster than you thought you would have

had you tried another method so just

focus encourage you to stroke this one

one or two goals at a time and you'll

accomplish more of them in less time

that's all the tips I have for you today

if you follow the steps i mention this

video I think procrastination has become

going to become less than less of an

issue for you

these are steps I've taken personally

and they've really helped in

procrastination is no longer an issue

for me

chipper and I want to see you crushing

your goals in 2017 if you have

❰Mapmaking Tool❱ Template Manager by Xiantis | Cloning made easy! - Duration: 5:16.

Do you get tired of building the same thing over and over?

Do you wish cloning was as easy as this?

Hi, I am Kooleyy and this is the Xiantis Template Manager.

The Xiantis Template manager lets you create a structure and clone it as many times as

you want at the click of a button.

It is quite easy to set up and works in only two commands.

First, place a command block in the world.

The structure will spawn facing east or the positive X direction.

Before we can use the commands in-game, we have to edit them a text editing software,

such as Notepad.

Copy the command into the editor.

In Notepad, use the shortcut Ctrl + H to bring up the find-and-replace menu.

This shortcut may be different in other editors.

We will be replacing the variables <x> and <z> with specific coordinates.

We find them by looking at the coordinates of the command block.

Take the X coordinate of the command block and add 16 to it.

In my case, the command block has an X coordinate of 0, so the X coordinate becomes 16.

We do not have to do the same with the Z coordinate.

Just copy it straight in.

Once both the X and Z variables have been changed, you can copy the command into Minecraft.

Do this again with the second command, remembering to replace both X and Z variables.

Once installed, you are presented with an iron box with all the commands inside.

Make sure this is kept safe, otherwise the Template Manager will not work.

The first sign links to the Xiantis website, where you can find out more information about

the team.

The second sign gives you the necessary items for the Template Manager to work.

And if you need to uninstall it, simply click the uninstall sign.

You will receive two command blocks from the machine.

The first one is the Create Template command block used to copy a structure,

and the second is the Spawn Structure command, which as its name suggests, spawns the structure.

To create a template, you will need to create a structure like this.

Place a block of your choice, in this case I chose green clay,

and connect iron blocks to it.

Place a lever on the underside of the block and turn it on.

You can activate and deactivate a template by flicking the lever on or off.

To confirm the platform as a template, place the Create Template command block on the main

block and destroy it.

You should see a particle effect, which shows that the platform has become a template.

Now all you need to do it build what you want above it.

Make sure you build above the iron blocks otherwise it will not be cloned.

To spawn a structure, place the block you chose of the corresponding template.

Place the Spawn Structure command block on top of the block.

This will spawn the template that relates to the same block, in this case, the tree

that I just built.

You can do this as many times as you like.

The Template Manager also randomly rotates the structure you build.

This means that you can build structures such as trees, plants or other structures without

them all facing the same direction.

This can be very helpful on large scale builds.

Blocks that can oriented horizontally such as stairs, pistons, sideways logs, signs and

dispensers do not always rotate correctly.

The templates do not have to be square.

They can be any shape you want as long as they are flat and all the iron blocks connect

to the main block.

It will copy any blocks above the iron blocks at a 64 block limit.

You can create multiple structures using the same template.

Build as many templates you want using the same main block.

When spawning these templates, it will chose a random template to clone.

This gives more variety when cloning as not all the templates will look the same.

If you want to remove a template, simply destroy the main block of the template.

The particles should disappear.

On behalf of Xiantis, I would like to thanks for watching.

Have a nice day.

Donald Trump's Real Life Cry Baby Commercial - Duration: 1:25.

[male in voiceover] Donald Trump's presidency is under attack,

and we need everyone, whether you are a former Trump supporter or decent human being,

to listen to this very important message.

Donald J. Trump is a big whiny baby, who can't take criticism.

CNN was declared fake news after reporting unflattering truth.

Saturday Night Live was been dubbed not funny after mocking Mr. Trump.

And Rosie O'Donnell was called a fat pig despite being nice woman who cares about people.

Donald Trump is a teeny toddler trapped in an old man's body,

who can't handle his own reality.

President Baby cries whenever a mirror's pointed at him be it literal or figurative.

Donald Trump is trying to block the American people

from seeing any unflattering image of itself, such as this one.

Or this one. Or these three other ones.

We need every American to pick up the phone and call 822-Cry-Baby

and press 1 to leave a criticism of Donald Trump.

If we can make him cry enough, he will go away.

Time is running out.

We have Donald Trump on the ropes and we must keep throwing punches.

We will stop at nothing to prove that Donald Trump is a giant screaming kid

fitted with a stinky poopy diaper, who is also afraid of stairs.

Make your voice heard and help us dump the Trump before he wets the bed.

Call 822-Cry-Baby now.

The committee to defend literally any other President

is responsible for the content of this message.

Donald Trump has never gone pee pee in a potty.

I AM BLACK AND... Spoken Word (animated) I Yayou's World - Duration: 3:02.

I am Black

And I know it

No need to remind it to me

Because everyday

I look in the mirror

And I tell myself

" Your skin is full of glitters "

See,

I am Black

And I know my story

But I don't forget my History

The History of a people

Hurt and oppressed

Yet, the oppressors I forgive

I do not care about what you think

Because, yes, I believe that I deserve it

I am Black, and I know it

No need to remind it to me

I am seeking knowledge

Not lies

Well,

They said

He said,

She said

That I was just a black girl

But see,

I am way more than that

I am smart

I am funny

And I am beautiful

And so are you

Curly

Straight

Or kinky

I am Black

And I am sure

That I matter

As much as you do

Once,

Martin had a dream

MJ added:

"Heal the world,

Make it a better place

For you and for me

And the entire human race "

You know what ?

I agree with John

No more division,

No more hate

Peace and Love

That's all we need

Today,

I can say

That I am Black

And I am proud of it

And I would never change that

February TBR | #FeministLitFeb + Black History Month [CC] - Duration: 7:36.

hey guys I'm Mel and today I'm going to do my February TBR

so there are two things that are

happening this month and that i want to

participate in one is the readathon that

is happening that you've probably seen

a lot of people participating in

because it's a wonderful readathon and

that is #FeministLitFebruary and that readathon

has five challenges and it runs

throughout the entire month and it was

created and hosted by ItsJaneLinsday

the first challenge is read a book with

a feminist protagonist and for that one

I'm going to read The Girl Who Beat ISIS by Farida

Khalaf this is kind of a memoir of Farida

Khalaf's life when isis attacked her

town and she had to survive that and I

feel like with everything that's

happening in the world is so important

to listen to these voices the second

challenge is read a feminist

nonfiction and for that one I'm going to read

everyday sexism by Laura Bates this is a book

that I've been wanting to read for so long because I've

heard nothing but amazing things about

it is basically the stories of a lot of

women who had to go through sexism in

their daily lives and I know we all go

through this in our daily lives

so it's really great to listen to these

stories and figure out what are micro

aggression and sexism the third

challenge is read a diverse book

preferably own voices for this one i'm

going to read hidden figures by Margot

Lee Shetterly

this is the book that the movie is

based from and I absolutely adore the movie

is one of my new favorites it made me

think it made me know things that I didn't

know before and I know the book goes into

much deeper detail on all the things

that happened and I've been wanting to

read it for awhile now because is black

history month and because it's Feminist

Lit February i think is the right time to read it

the fourth challenge is read a book by an

author who identifies as female

non-binary or genderqueer and for this one

I'm going to read You're Welcome universe by Whitney

Gardner it's a book that I got

Netgalley but I've been eyeing it for so

long now it does come out on march so I

highly recommend you check it out is

about a deaf Indian graffiti artist that gets

kicked out of school because she did a

graffiti in the wall of the school

because there was a slur there that it was

directed to her best friend and her best

friend tells on her and that's why

she gets kicked out and then she has

to move to another school and she has to

adapt to that school and it does sounds so

good I know someone in the book riot

page recommended it and honestly I trust

that page so much for diverse book and I

know they said that the author did a lot

of research for everything that happens

in this book and the cover is gorgeous

as well the fifth and final challenge is

ask a feminist for a book recommendation

and read it and for this one I took

a liberty and i wasn't really

recommended personally to read this once

but Anna from Echoland has been

raving about this book for so long and I

want to read it because she mention it

and is the art of asking by amanda

palmer I know Amanda Palmer is a

musician and is an activist and a lot of

other things but i don't really know her

but I've heard amazing things about this

book it's basically about how she became

comfortable with asking for help

I know there's been a bit of controversy

with Amanda Palmer but i really really

want to read this book because it

changed a lot of people's lives and because

Anna speaks wonderful things about

it so the other thing that's happening

this month is of course black history

month and i thought i would read some

of the books that I have that are

written by black people and that have black

characters so the first one that I have is

The Blazing Star this is a book that I have

from netgalley but i think it already

came out it's a complete black cast of

characters so i think that's so

important and I've heard really really

good things about it it's about a girl

who time travel to Egypt and i think

i've heard that everything from Egypt is

not romanticized is not the image that we

have of ancient Egypt I really want to

read this because I love time travelling

and I love the kind of things that they

have to figure out how they're going to

live there now and the other book that I want to read is

ascension by Jacqueline Koyanagi

this is a sci-fi book about a girl who repairs

spaceships and then she kind of

sneaks into the spaceship and she goes on an

adventure and I know the main character

is disabled and black so I've been wanting to read

a lot more sci-fi that is diverse

because sci-fi and fantasy are genres

that don't have that much diversity I

think we should support the books that

do have diversity the final

book that I want to read for Black History Month is

beloved by toni morrison i read the bluest eye

by Toni Morrison and really changed

the way I saw diversity on books three

years ago completely changed the way

I saw books and the way I looked for

books is about a girl who lives in the

slavery time and she kills her baby the

ghost of that baby hunts her now I really

really want to read it especially this month

because Toni Morrison is such an

activitist and outspoken person about

everything and i don't know i just want

to honor her this month then I want to

read some other books of course i want to

read History is All You Left Me by

Adam Silvera if you don't know i'm in

a collab channel that is called the

rainbow library that we're all queer

people talking about queer books this

month's book is History is All You Left Me I know

it's super super sad so i have to be in

a very particular mood to read it

that's why i haven't read it then I

put myself a goal of reading at least

one Latin American book every month

this month I want to read two so let's hope

we get there the first book is The

deep rivers by Jose Maria Arguedas

this author is actually indigenous

as he is from Peru he tells the

story about this teenage boy who goes

on a journey with his father

and basically he starts learning a lot

about indigenous people in Latin America

and in Peru and about colonisation and how

that affected the indigenous people and about

social injustice and desceptions and

difficult things to accept and I've heard

brilliant things about it mainly from my sister

because most latin american books that I

want to read she recommended them

because i don't know much about Latin

American books but this is an own voices

book and I want to read more about

indigenous people and indigenous and

indigenous voices especially from Latin

America and the other book is an

Argentinian book that is super super known

and that is Hopscotch by Julio Cortázar

or Rayuela this is a

classic i read some passages of it

for university and for school and

everything this is a book that you can read

it like in chronological order or you

can read it jumping through different

chapters so basically is a hopscotch

I know is a vital book to read if you

want to read Latin American books

and especially Argentinian books

ok so that's everything for this

month i know it's super ambitious but I

think i can do is i mean there are ten

books here we'll see that's everything for today

tell me in the comments what you

are going to read this month

hope you like this if you did subscribe and

I will see you when I see you, bye!
