Waching daily Feb 5 2017

Plus of YouTube has been here and it's

another week so that means that it's

another video and I wasn't gonna post it

to me because I'm pretty shape right now

so if I sounds tough during the video I

apologize for that i don't want to end

my uploads three because every single

Sunday have been uploading of the same

time and this year I want to be

consistent for as long as i can but

figured i'd make the shoes collection

video that you've all been asking for a

little hesitant and doing a shoot that

video efforts because my collection

isn't really what it used to be

I have a really big shoe collection but

then I told a lot of my parents about

parts for my car I still do you have a

lot of cute though and I'm grateful for

every pair of shoes that i owned by

figured it'd still make a good video and

this new collection video is going to be

every single parachute that I own so

it's going to be beat up parents that I

go to the gym with that I played

basketball in and things like that so

every pair of shoes that i own and put

on my feet will be in this video so I'm

going to be going through these parents

pretty quickly just because there's

nothing really special about them

you guys have seen pretty much every one

of these issues so I'm just going to go

through them pretty fast first parents

of here can't hide that cut off at an

angle and left a little tab second pair

is the errors or authentic checkered I

didn't know these are rare but they're

really beat up now so i can't really get

my keys out of them next pair two pair

of old school everyone knows black

parables because this is just such a

classic you I level of schools i have a

couple pairs back there next to have

even more old-school i have another

blackberry that super beat up this is

looked on my feet next we have some

basketball shoes i have the herati to

you know anything about like basketball

shoes you know about these and then i

have the kobe fog which in my opinion is

the best basketball shooting and by

because the lockdown on these is so good

and they're just so light and they fix

your foot and i just love this you this

is my favorite basketball shoes i have

two more parents basketball shoes i have

a pair of kb fours I have to make an

inversion table pretty great either an

Easter edition and then i have the kobe

alternate colors so this is a really

nice there i had the for quite a few

premium pairs again that i have and the

first one is the soft wingman's this is

from the first-ever golf swing and hands

the lab and I'm really upset with fans

because they released the colorway

old-school it looks just like this shoe

so it's adam took the power out of these

in the rear

the oddities but they don't have really

premium materials this weight is

extremely nice something it has a golf

swing tips on the back and I'd like to

be so much that actually had to pick up

the pair from the second drop and I got

this other way i love this another way

this is my favorite color way of them

that I own because it reminds me of the

easy ones in the net colorway had things

just the 10 and the pink it's super

unique and I've never seen anyone else

with the skirt shoes and i've been

wearing them so I enjoy these and I like

the fans from the first and the second

collaboration so much that i have to get

the third collaboration with i will say

the quality is not good as the first two

but the colorways still nice and that is

the pink and checkerboard golfing vans

in sizes like golf motors for something

like that of course the back of the golf

swing and then after this pair i wasn't

really a fan of any of these other and

collaborations that they did so that's

where I'd left these out i really liked

all three pairs of disease and now i

have two pairs of premium slip-ons i

have the premium pair of black the

canvas and why the solvent sticker on

these and the other ones and it doesn't

have the black pin striping and the fit

is a lot lower set C as you can see it's

clearly a difference to the materials

look different feel different i'm glad i

got to use I have another pair like i

said in that box back there

negative a pair of these Scots Guards

like 30 bucks which is trading friends

because i'm pretty sure they go for a

parachute to me and I'm so happy that I

was able to give me that an outlet right

alright so Brown inside i have really

worn these a lot but I like the color

you've probably seen them in a couple of

my videos before that just blew

snakeskin I've actually never won need

it so I don't know when I'm going to get

somewhere out of these but it's a

prequel to you and the w tap-dance

collaborations are always pretty nice

now we have a pair of finality which is

a very odd pair for me to own because

I'm not usually a fan of you know he's

when i bought these this particular

colorway was actually really rare i

don't know if it's rare now they're

called the wino janowski there like an

off-white canvas color and then they

have wine slider it looks like slow

better wine sliders something like that

I just thought the other way was really

weak so I wanted to buy apparently I

don't know I thought ever wear these

again but I'm going to keep them just

because i love this colorway of the

sheet now we're getting into the more

athletic about you and we have the

talent show booth in the black colorway

i'm pretty sure these are really right

now I got these for Christmas a couple

years back and they tell them for you

over the years this way still nice boots

is so nice

these are extremely extremely

comfortable and the basic you could

pretty much put any outfit together with

because it's just black and white and it

had

three stripes so I think how it's really

made a nice USC and that's the

collaboration to and we have another

collaboration she was displayed off

saucony shoe it has like some stars a

punch into the hole so box of the issue

and it's a nice salmon color i think

this is the best other way they really

fit 10 of these shoes i really like the

whole runners solitude has a gum sole

the inside is also a ground I just love

this colorway and for me

wait is the best material you can put on

a few it just seemed so much nicer to me

than leather so I love when anything you

have a nice colorfully so now we're

moving towards the end of the collection

and I have to have a pair of dress shoes

so I have the its supreme Clark that no

my IP providing these but if I ever want

to go somewhere to dress up these are

just nice to throw on to have supreme

embossed in the back of these which is a

really nice touch and the sways nice and

it's like the gum is so I don't know

what this soulless followed at the

moment there is a name for it though but

these are pretty cool after those we

have a pair of white ultra boost you

guys have seen these in my other videos

they're really comfortable I haven't

worn them in public yet and you can see

because I'm scared to wear such a white

shoes but I'm gonna get some use out of

these I really like how these look and I

would feel so these are going to be on

this stock and probably

probably now we're going to finish up

the collection with all my Jordans and

the first pair are these board of seven

this colorway is soaked left onto me

that's just probably one of the best

other ways of any series can buy i love

how the tongues are all different and i

just love the color scheme of these i

love the gray and the black together

it's just such a great huge to me i love

the backstab that love the bottom I just

love every single thing about this you

this is a pair they release before the

last year they released I don't know

what year was I remember trying so hard

to get these and not being able to get

them and then finally being able to get

them and this one in Jordan's were still

pretty hard to get now pretty much you

can buy a pair of jordans you want if

you're picking up and another parent

one this is the 2013 players there's not

too much to say believe you can't go

wrong with this plastic care of one and

this happens to be my favorite other way

my second-favorite color i think is the

shadow one this is my first favorite

those but they even have always stayed

in my collection and I've always had two

pairs of these just because I can't let

them go

I want to get a pair with a 90 on the

back but both independent have right now

or the Jordan pair it sure is pretty

beat up though it's cracking and stuff

like that but it still looks good i

think this is one of those shoes that

you can actually beat up and it'll still

look good i think these and probably the

ones are the only cute you can beat up

and make them look good like this but I

just can't say enough good about these

this is just the best you in my opinion

I don't even wear these very often

anymore but they're still my favorite

pair of shoes

regardless they might not even be the

rarest you but they're definitely my

grails no matter what do I have this is

gonna be my grilled pear so that's my

full to collection i really hope you

Every school day, most of us decide on a hot or cold lunch,

but I doubt many of you have come to school with a pint jar lunch.

The hot lunch program for Nebraska children began in the 1920's.

But most rural schools adopted the "pint jar plan".

Here's how it worked….

Students would bring a pint fruit jar to school in the morning

and when they arrived at school it was placed on the stove.

By the time lunchtime rolled around,

the food in the jar was warm and ready for the children to eat.

The "pint jar plan" became so successful

that it spread throughout the state over the next 20 years.

In 1946, Congress passed the National School Lunch act

to develop the hot lunch program we all now enjoy today.

Natural Homemade Vapor Rub Recipe - Duration: 2:57.

One of the worst parts of the cold, winter months is becoming congested and stuffed up.

We all know the popular medicine that you would reach for Vicks Vapor Rub.

However, Vicks has some pretty harmful chemicals in it, such as synthetic camphor, turpentine

and petroleum.

 Yes, the same turpentine that you use to remodel your home.

Petroleum is a harmful chemical.

Synthetic camphor is created by distilling turpentine to produce pinene, which is then

combined with other chemicals to make camphor. 

If you are looking for a more natural topical decongestant, we have a recipe for you that

utilizes eucalyptus and peppermint essential oils to open your sinuses, clear your head

and make your breathing easier.

However, it is important that you do not use this mixture on children under the age of

three, as using eucalyptus or peppermint essential oils can be harmful to them. 

Eucalyptus Essential Oil

Eucalyptus oil is beneficial to your sinuses.

It can be used to relieve bronchitis, asthma and tuberculosis.

That is because it increases the amount of oxygen that your respiratory system absorbs,

which then increases your circulation and gives oxygen to all cells in your body.

The oil can also clear up your congestion. 

Peppermint Essential Oil

Peppermint oil will initially give you a cooling sensation, but soon the menthol in the oil

will warm your skin.

The mint helps to clear your passageways by stimulating your cold receptors.

Since the oil helps with the movement of fluids in the lymphatic system, it can help to relieve

congestion. 

Peppermint oil can regenerate and restore your immune system.

It can also help the fluids in your connective tissue to move more effectively. 

Coconut oil and Beeswax

Along with those two essential oils, our homemade vapor rub contains beeswax and coconut oil,

both of which make the mixture's consistency thick and able to remain on your skin longer.

Coconut oil can also help to support your immune system when it is applied to your chest.

Homemade Vapor Rub Recipe

Ingredients - 30 drops of peppermint essential oil

- 2 tablespoons of beeswax, grated or in pellets

- 30 drops of eucalyptus essential oil - 13 cup and 1 tablespoon of coconut oil

- 12 drops of vitamin e oil (optional)

Preparation

Add the beeswax and coconut oil to a small saucepan and place over very low heat until

combined.

Remove from the heat and allow it to cool for approximately one minute.

Next, add the essential oils and stir well.

Place the mixture in a four-ounce metal tin or a glass jar and keep covered with a lid.

What kind of school could be better to go to than a balloon school?

Fort Omaha Balloon School opened in 1905,

briefly closed, and opened again at the start of World War One.

The purpose? Training officers to fly hydrogen balloons, now known as hot air balloons,

over battlefields and relaying messages to the ground about what was happening.

At Fort Omaha, 16,000 men were trained in balloon skills,

including mapping, aerial photography and parachuting.

The most reliable way to communicate with the ground was using carrier pigeons!

The job was dangerous, the balloons were easily shot down by enemy airplanes.

13 of the 17 balloon companies sent to Europe came from Fort Omaha.

The colonel in charge of the balloon school

called Omaha the most patriotic city in all of America, for their support of the troops at his school.

The singer and actress has won a legal battle with US reality TV star Kylie Jenner, a victory which will be a much needed boost for Miss Minogue, who last week confirmed she had split up from her fiance, British actor Joshua Sasse, 34.

The I Should Be So Lucky star was said to have called off their engagement because of suspicions he had become close to 34-year-old Spanish actress Marta Milans.

The move sparked a fierce feud with Ms Minogue, 48, whose legal representatives sent the US Patent and Trademark Office a long list of reasons why the trademark should not be granted.

Hey guys what's up my name is Stephen

and welcome back to my channel.

So, um... hmm. I posted a photo. A shirtless photo a semi

nude photo of myself on Instagram about

a week ago. I posted it in regards to

working out and new years resolutions

and things like that. I was thinking that

maybe we could be inspirational for

people. So, since I posted that photo a

lot of people have been asking me and

see me asking me what type of

supplements I take and what I do to gain

muscle and that sort of thing. I used to

be all skin and bone until I realized

that I didn't feel healthy whatsoever

I wasn't happy with how I looked I

literally had no energy and I just felt

like shit all the time. So, then I had an

epiphany sort of thing and I changed my

diet and got a gym membership and things

slowly got better. Quite honestly

I could end up making a whole other video about all

that mumbo jumbo, but for this video I'm

going to be showing you guys what

supplements I'm currently taking how

their use and their benefits. Just so you

guys know there's no sponsorship in this

So, about 30 minutes before I start working out I take a

pre-workout a pre-workout is just what

it is a pre-workout you take before you

workout. Um... right now I'm currently

taking the MRM All Natural Flavor Driven

Pre-Workout Boost. Now what I like about

this is pure simple ingredients

all-natural there's nothing artificial

about it. I really do not like the

artificial taste that some products have.

Um... the jittery feeling that you get after you

take it, and then you end up getting like

the tinglyness in your fingers

I don't like that. I tried a bunch of other

pre-workouts on this one I really

like a lot. So, this one contains vitamins

creatine, natural caffeine, nitric oxide

and a bunch of other things that help

you out when you're working out

It really does help to give me more

energy more stamina while working out

it enhances hydration levels, sharpens

mental focus and clarity

assist the body to recover more quickly

and reduces muscle soreness foremost

increase in speed strength and lean muscle growth

boosts nitric... And boosts nitric oxide

and boost nitric oxide levels for implude

inplude ** I can't talk for

improved blood flow. So, the flavor is

good it's sweet but doesn't taste

artificial and there really isn't much

of an aftertaste which I really like.

So, after you hit the gym, get all sore and sweaty you

want to feed your muscles some protein

so for those of you who have issues like

me. Um... I definitely recommend this from

pasture fed cows milk from small US

dairy farms no artificial sweeteners

bleach free. Whats cool for you jeans isn't

cool for you. So, what whey protein pretty much

is, is a building block for muscle growth

This week was all about education.

And what better way to end the week than talking about

one of the most famous pilots in history, learning how to fly right here in Nebraska!

Charles Lindbergh, who later gained world fame for making a non-stop,

33 hour flight from New York to Paris,

took his first flying lessons at the Nebraska Aircraft Flying school in Lincoln in 1922.

Lessons were expensive, 300 dollars just for 10 hours of instruction.

but Lindbergh was such a natural flier that his teachers

let him practice parachuting for his last three lessons instead of flying.

After his flight to Paris, Lindbergh returned to Lincoln on a cross country tour,

landing his famous "Spirit of St. Louis" plane where he first learned to fly.

This is the story of Rosie Revere

who dreamed of becoming a great engineer. In Lila Greer's classroom at Blue River

Creek, young Rosie sat shyly, not daring to speak.

But when no one saw her, she peeked in the trash

for treasures to add to her engineer's stash. And late, late at night, Rosie rolled up her

sleeves and built in her hideaway under the eaves.

Alone in her attic, the moon high above, dear Rosie made gadgets and gizmos she loved.

And when she grew sleepy, she hid her machines far under the bed, where they'd never be seen.

When Rosie was young, she had not been so shy.

She worked with her hair swooping over one eye

and made fine inventions for uncles and aunts:

a hot dog dispenser and helium pants.

The uncle she loved most was Zookeeper Fred.

She made him a hat (to keep snakes off his head)

from parts of a fan and some cheddar cheese spray—

which everyone knows keeps the pythons away.

And when it was finished, young Rosie was proud,

but Fred slapped his knee and he chuckled out loud.

He laughed till he wheezed and his eyes filled with tears,

all to the horror of Rosie Revere, who stood there embarrassed, perplexed, and dismayed.

She looked at the cheese hat and then looked away.

"I love it," Fred hooted. "Oh, truly I do."

But Rosie Revere knew that could not be true.

She stuck the cheese hat on the back of her shelf

and after that day kept her dreams to herself.

And that's how it went until one autumn day. Her oldest relation showed up for a stay.

Her great-great-aunt Rose was a true dynamo who'd worked building airplanes a long time ago.

She told Rosie tales of the things she had done

and goals she had checked off her list one by one.

She gave a sad smile as she looked to the sky:

'The only thrill left on my list is to fly!

But time never lingers as long as it seems.

I'll chalk that one up to an old lady's dreams."

That night, as Rosie lay wide-eyed in bed, a daring idea crept into her head.

Could she build a gizmo to help her aunt fly?

She looked at the cheese hat and said, "No, not I."

But questions are tricky, and some hold on tight,

and this one kept Rosie awake through the night.

So when dawn approached and red streaks lit the sky,

young Rosie knew just how to make her aunt fly.

She worked and she worked till the day was half gone,

then hauled her cheese-copter out onto the lawn

to give her invention a test just to see the ridiculous flop it might turn out to be.

Strapped into the cockpit, she flipped on the switch.

The heli-o-cheese-copter sputtered and twitched. It floated a moment and whirled round and round,

then froze for a heartbeat and crashed to the ground.

Then Rosie heard laughter and turned round to see

She laughed till she wheezed and her eyes filled with tears

all to the horror of Rosie Revere,

who thought,

"Oh, no! Never! Not ever again will I try to build something to sputter or spin or build with a lever, a switch or a gear. And never will I be a great engineer."

She turned round to leave, but then Great-Great-Aunt Rose

grabbed hold of young Rosie and pulled her in close

and hugged her and kissed her and started to cry.

"You did it! Hooray! It's the perfect first try!

This great flop is over. It's time for the next!"

Young Rosie was baffled, embarrassed, perplexed.

"I failed," said dear Rosie. "It's just made of trash. Didn't you see it? The cheese-copter crashed."

"Yes! said her great aunt. "It crashed. That is true.

But first it did just want it needed to do. Before it crashed, Rosie . . .

before that . . . it flew!

Your brilliant first flop was a raging success! Come on, let's get busy and on to the next!"

She handed a notebook to Rosie Revere, who smiled at her aunt as it all became clear.

Life might have its failures, but this was NOT it.

The only true failure can come if you quit.

They worked till the sun sneaked away to its bed. Aunt Rose tied her headscarf around Rosie's head

and sent her to sleep with a smile ear-to-ear

to dream the bold dreams of a great engineer.

At Blue River Creek all the kids in grade two build gizmos and gadgets and doohickeys too.

With each perfect failure, they all stand and cheer,

but none quite as proudly as Rosie Revere.
