It seems to me as if people are afraid to "look inside themselves" and find out the

state of their inner make up.

It's as if they are afraid to find some "bad" or "negative" stuff about themselves.

I guess they just, don't know... that nothing they could ever discover negative within them...

cannot... ever... be true.

It may be true that you do have a negative belief, but whatever the negative belief is

telling you about yourself... will never actually be true.

In fact, the more fear you experience about looking deeper within... that much more of

a sign it is... that you are really close to seeing through its falsity... so, that

negative belief has to use any possible "trick in the book" to steer you away from looking

deeper at it... and thus, keeping you at the surface of your illusion of anything less

than your magnificent self.

So keep looking... keep digging... inside.

And you may just as well get a glimpse, of your eternally true brilliance.

NEET Score 300 to 400 : Which Medical College you will get MBBS Admission - Part II - Duration: 5:22.

Welcome to NEETLab - A Free online coaching Website for Students.

In this video, I am going to discuss about the options available for students who scored

300-400 marks in NEET examination.

This is second part of this video series.

You can find link to the first part of this video in the description below.

If you are looking for guidance for MBBS admission counselling, subscribe to this youtube channel

now and click the bell button to receive latest updates.

In the first part of the video, I have mentioned that students who belong to Indian states

which has less than 700 MBBS govt seats do not get govt quota MBBS seats under the subsidized

fees even if they get close to 400 marks in NEET examination.

NEET score to get govt medical college depends mainly on the state, community reservation

category you are going to apply during the mbbs admission and any other category reservations

applicable to the state in which you are applying.

In this video, let us see, the chances of student to get govt quota seat who belong

to a state where there are less than 1200 seats and above 700 seats.

The list of states which fall in this range are given here.

Let us first discuss about Delhi, Odisha and Bihar.

In odisha and bihar, close to 35K students wrote NEET exam but in Delhi close to 60K

students appeared for this year NEET examination.

Leaving aside 15% all India quota seats, close to 800 seats are available under the state

quota.

As the competition is really high, students from Open category and BC category would not

get MBBS seat in govt medical colleges if they have less than 400 NEET score.

There is very little chance for SC category students and better chance for ST students

if their score is close to 400.

Out of these three states, Delhi has the highest competition, it is very dificult for all reservation

category students to get govt college seat even if score is close to 500 in delhi.

Now lets see the chances for govt quota in private medical colleges, all three states

have very less number of medical seats.

This implies that there is no chance for getting govt quota in private medical colleges in

all three states.

The only option available for students from these states are management quota in private

medial colleges in other states which comes at tuition fees or Rs 15 to Rs 25 lakhs/annum

When it comes to Madhya pradesh as well as Telangana, except ST, rest of the categories

have no chance to get seat in government colleges under state quota.

There are more than 1000 private college MBBS Seats in Madhya pradesh.

There is no state govt quota in private medical colleges in Madhya Pradesh but the tuition

fees for MP private colleges are in the range of Rs 6 lakhs/year to 9 lakhs/year.

If NEET score is less than 400, then it is not possible to get seat for OC and OBC category.

SC has little chance and ST has better chance to get private college mbbs seat.

There are more than 2100 private college MBBS Seats in Telangana.

Even though private college fees is Rs 11 lakhs/annum in Telangana for management quota.

Nearly half of these private college medical seats are available under subsidized fees

of Rs 60000/ year.

If NEET score is less than 400, then it is not possible to get seat for OC and OBC category.

SC has little chance and ST candidates has better chance to get govt quota seat in private

college mbbs seat.

If you belong to any other state mentioned in this video, check in this channel whether

it is already covered.

If not, subscribe to this youtube channel now so that you will get notification when

I publish videos covering your state details.

If your neet score falls in the range of 300-400, and you belong to any of these states your

chances to get government college and state govt quota in private medical colleges is

less based on your reservation category.

You have three options to choose from.

The first option is to drop out this year and set big target score.

The second option is to study MBBS under management quota in private colleges.

Fees for private college management quota are very high.

The third option is to study Medicine abroad in reputed universities.

Fees for good abroad medical universities range between 4 lakhs/year to 8 lakhs/year.

If you have doubts and need guidance to choose the best college to study MBBS at an affordable

tuition fees, send whatsapp request "COUNSEL" along with your city, state and neet score

to 6382088809 to book free counselling session.

Highly Sensitive People are Actually Angels With Broken Wings - Duration: 4:15.

Highly Sensitive People are Actually Angels With Broken Wings

Sensitive people are some of the best people, to the point that we believe they are all

angels in one way or another.

They are too amazing to be human and I will tell you why on this video.

For starter, they are probably the most sincere and honest person you have ever met.

There is nothing they will not tell about themselves if they believe in your kindness.

However, when you betray them, reject them or demean them, they will end the friendship

with you, after all, they are just a person in the end.

My point is, sensitive people deserve more than this world, or those in it, offer it.

Just because they have no wings does not mean they are not angels.

Angels can be found in some unexpected places.

Sensitive people are drastically affected by the negative things in the world.

They are the ones who are the best and the worst kind of angels.

They give too much and expect too little.

They are here to help us see things we often miss or are too busy to pay attention to.

Be thankful to such people in your life and if you are a sensitive person, thank you for

being an angel on this Earth.

So, here are some of the reasons why highly sensitive people are actually angels with

broken wings.

In any case, If you find this information is helpful to you, make sure to like this

video and subscribe to our channel, so you won't miss any of our interesting updates

in the future.

#1 - They live with constant guilt and pain over unfinished situations and misunderstandings.

They are tortured souls who can not live with hatred or hate.

#2 - They are the most compassionate people to know and the people who are often activists

for the brokenhearted, forgotten and misunderstood.

#3 - Filled with endless love for the universe, these wounded souls can not live by hating

others or knowing that they are hated by some.

They need the most love because people forever step over them all.

They do not expect much from anyone because they know they will not get it.

They remain positive and affectionate whatever the world throws at them.

They are extraordinary beings and I believe they are angels because they are the ones

who are able to accomplish so much, but do it by themselves.

#4 - They are able to heal the hearts of others and make amends.

They do not hold a grudge and they always do their best in everything they do.

They try harder than others and they succeed without realizing it every day.

#5 - No matter how much trauma they go through in their lives, if they find someone who is

destroyed, they will not retreat an inch; on the contrary, they will fight for them

and try their best to heal other damaged souls.

#6 - They compare themselves with those around them and become victims of the strange world

we live in.

They lose themselves in the same way we also lose ourselves.

Sensitive people are too pure to the world and they are forced to be here.

They suffered through their struggle and most did not complain at all.

#7 - They have a rich and complex inner life.

They are deeply tuned into the sensation of their bodies as there is nothing I can find

words to describe.

Sensitive people will face a lot of nonsense but once they have enough they will make their

boundaries known.

They live a life full of ups and downs, and extreme highs to extreme lows.

Well, those are the 7 reasons why highly sensitive people are actually angels with broken wings.

Really cool information isn't it?

Top 10 Reasons Why You Should Drink Fresh Juice Everyday - Duration: 14:52.

Ten reasons to try juicing

okay, I

Changed my mind. I

Used to think that juicing was silly because I assumed that the fiber was removed during juicing

I thought it was better to make smoothies which ground up the fruit and vegetables and kept the fiber, but I was so wrong

While smoothies are wonderful. I find that. I really do like juicing better

Besides the soluble fiber for me. The more gentle form of fiber is included in the juice

So here I am on the juicing bandwagon and I want to introduce you to some of the benefits after

Juicing for a few months now. I know how easy it is to do

However, my main reason for liking it is that I feel than I've felt in a long time without a lot of bother and expense

I'm a true believer

one

Discovering an inexpensive workhorse juicer juicing appliances also known as juicers don't have to be expensive

the best juicer on the market well in my opinion is the Breville it's less than

150 dollars and has a reputation with me too as a real workhorse. I

Compared prices with performance and read several reviews before deciding on this brand and model

I love how solid it is

It's inexpensive as juicers

Go and you start saving on your grocery bill right away when you start using it the reviews of different

Juicers tend to agree with me. The more in-depth reviews have estimated that the Breville takes about

70% of the pulp and moisture out

I know it removes a lot of the liquids the mass I see in the pulp container is wet but not soggy at all

Its consistency reminds me of paper match only in pretty colors

Also for me the woman who really dislikes doing dishes this machine cleans

Beautifully in less than 5 minutes all parts, but the screen can be cleaned with soapy rinsing under hot water

The screen comes with its own brush and takes about a minute to lightly scrub inside and out and give a soapy rinse

Dada it's all clean, too

Juicing is not expensive as a matter of fact

It's probably less expensive than your current grocery bill after watching. My meat costs go drastically down

I can confidently say that a lot of fruits and vegetables can be purchased for that

$4.99 to

$8.99 pound of meat if you buy meat cuts that include bones

You also get a lot more edible food with a prepared fruit or vegetable after peeling coring, etc

Then you get with the same pound of prepared and cooked meat

You don't have to go overboard in preparing fruits and vegetables because you would not only lose some edible food

But you would make more work for yourself than necessary

for example

I don't peel cucumbers zucchini or apples of course all fruits and vegetables are washed and

Especially if they've been coated for shine as non-organic apples and cucumbers tend to be they should be scrubbed

Vinegar as a produce cleaner is cheaper than cleaners on the market

3 you can have probiotics without buying

Supplements probiotics are different kinds of fiber both soluble and insoluble

Juicing provides probiotics in every glass as soluble fiber to promote healthy digestion without taking pills

The probiotics healthy digestive bacteria in your gut feed on these probiotics and that helps to keep your digestive

Tract healthy if the soluble fiber is not eaten by probiotic bacteria

It passes through your gut without being digested

Some people tend to think of probiotics as insoluble fiber

however

soluble fiber which fruit and vegetable juicing does not remove are also prebiotics for

saves vitamins and enzymes

It provides the vitamins and enzymes that are found in raw food many of which would be destroyed or leached out by cooking

This is especially important for the water soluble vitamins all of the B vitamins

They are regularly leached out in many types of cooking

five

Juicing is not complicated. You can start with recipes

There are literally thousands online and in print but if you cook at all you can quickly

Abandon all recipes but a few favorites and start making your own combinations in my juicing

I have found that I can play with flavors by deciding which produce I want to include for adding Tang or sweetness

including a sour note tone down intense flavors by adding produce with a more neutral taste and other

Adjustments the quickest way to learn the different flavors is to juice one kind of produce into your juicers pitcher and taste it after

You know what cucumber or celery?

Pineapple or papaya juice tastes like you can add it to a larger pitcher

Don't be fooled by the flavors of processed juices

different apples for example Brabourne or Red Delicious have very different juice flavors

Then juice and taste the next piece of produce

When you add the new juice to what's already in the large pitcher?

You can taste the combination to see the new flavor. You've created. It won't take long to know what you want

for example

I don't like to add very much ginger at all because I don't like the heat that most recipes with ginger

Have I like a fruit vegetable balance?

That isn't sweet but is rather tiny you will develop your own preferences and even if you approach it with trepidation

You'll soon find it fun

Also, don't forget that you can juice raw herbs such as garlic dill or basil note some juicing recipes

include salt or sugar

Avoid them you don't need either to make a tasty juice

Normally, I can't eat apples

But I can easily eat them when I use them in juicing the soluble fiber in Apple's works for me

the insoluble fiber doesn't

Normally, I can't eat apples

But I can easily eat them when I use them in juicing the soluble fiber in Apple's works for me

the insoluble fiber doesn't

Helps regulate bowel activity for anyone who suffers from chronic or intermittent constipation or diarrhea

This is a good answer

It may even allow reducing or stopping medication the major remedies for constipation on the market citrucel

Metamucil etc contains psyllium a water soluble fiber when you juice your fresh

Combinations are loaded with soluble fiber. Why by highly processed

Preparations that last forever on a shelf when you can use a juicer to make your own tasty and fresh fruit and vegetable combinations

For those of us with celiac disease

irritable bowel from fibromyalgia and other systemic disorders

this is so important some people suffer from pelvic floor pain and

juicing can help reduce that too by reducing the bulk that traverses the colon the

benefit to people with digestive problems, especially

Irritable bowel is that soluble fiber is active mostly in the small intestine

That awful feeling of having pelvic floor pain in irritable bowel goes away. I'll discuss this more in my upcoming

article on the benefits of soluble and insoluble fiber

7 juicing is hard healthy, it promotes a large intake of soluble fiber

which is very good at reducing the total cholesterol amount and especially the LDL and

triglyceride counts as we have all heard over and over eating more plant-based food and less animal-based food keeps the

Cardiovascular system more healthy in general that not only keeps the plaque buildup lower in the blood vessels

But it also keeps them more flexible that vessel flexibility keeps the blood pressure lower

Fruits and vegetables are of course pretty well fat-free the produce that have oils such as avocado and coconut

Aren't really good juicing candidates, by the way, although bananas are also heart-healthy because of their fiber and potassium

content they do not contain enough moisture to be used for juicing a

slow sugar absorption

The high amount of soluble fiber in juicing also slows the absorption of sugar in the small

Intestine helping to avoid the spikes and dips in blood sugar levels

Especially important for people with diabetes or who are pre-diabetic

Looking at the carbohydrate content of fruits and vegetables can be confusing because both soluble and insoluble

Fiber are included in the carbohydrate count

However by creating a higher viscosity in the intestines

They slow the advance of sugar through the intestinal tract so it can be more slowly absorbed

So it's best to find the fiber content when looking at the amount of carbohydrates in fresh produce

9

encourages eating fewer and leaner calories

If you look at the calories list below you'll see the common juicing foods and their calorie counts

unlike the calories in today's processed drinks

You can drink a lot of juice and have a tasty treat that fills you up for quite a while

it also lacks that sugar rush that can be so damaging to your body when you're having fewer sugar highs and lows and

Prepare juice is ready to easily quiet those hunger pangs. You're less often tempted to overeat 10

Juicing allows you to easily store fresh produce when you pick or buy fresh fruits or vegetables in season

You'd love to be able to use them later during the cold months

To have them handy in winter

They have to be canned dried or frozen with juicing in mind when you freeze fresh fruits and vegetables

You don't need to worry about having mushy produce after thawing them out months. Later

You're pulverizing them anyway in the juicer. So as long as you've protected them from freezer burn you're set

Here are a couple of examples

blueberries for many years

I've picked enough blueberries each summer to last until the next summer's harvest because I know

growers who don't spray their berry bushes with pesticides

I also love frozen blueberries as a snack and blueberry frozen dessert because the berries aren't

contaminated in the field

I don't need rinsed them before tossing them in a closed container and putting them in the freezer

When I'm ready to use them in juicing I rinse the frozen berries very quickly in cool water

Let them mostly thaw and toss them into the juicer easy

Beaches I choose freestone peaches for easy removal of the pit

I cut each Beach in half without peeling take out the pit then gently tie the two halves back together with a short piece of

String I toss them in the freezer in a bag and they're fine. They freeze back together when I take one out

I take the string off rub the peach in my hands under running warm water and the skin rolls right off

Set the frozen peach aside to thaw in a saucer then toss it in the juicer fresh Beach juice

How to begin you can just dive right in with recipes and a little juicing here and there until you're comfortable

or if you're thinking about this to help yourself detox a bit, you can do it the way I did I

Practiced a few times then I started juicing

Exclusively eating no other foods. I'm not particularly crazy about going without my favorite foods

But I decided to do this anyway, and I wasn't disappointed

I didn't set a time limit on it only as long as I felt comfortable I

Lasted four full days and most of the fifth then I had a nice supper since that time

I've juiced for part of each day. I tend not to be a breakfast enthusiast

So most days I juice for the morning meal that tends to last me intimate afternoon

Then I have a snack a banana and some nuts or some grapes and eat a regular dinner

However, some days I do wake up hungry or a friend wants to go out for breakfast or lunch on those days

I juice in the evening, and I'm always comfortable

I don't deprive myself if I feel hungry when I'm juicing in the evening

I open a can of soup or have a small piece of meat chopped into a dinner salad in the evening sometimes

Even though I've juiced in the morning. I like to have a small glass of my juicing mix in the evening on the days

I've made a particularly tasty mix

It's a real treat

When I make juice I use a huge glass pitcher that handles twice the amount the Breville juicing pitcher can hold

Which is about 60 ounces

I prefer a squatter pitcher for stability on the work surface with a wide mouth for easier filling. I

Make enough for two days at 30 ounces per day. I don't want any leaching from plastic

So I store the juice in glass jars with stainless steel lids this method is also very handy

I've found that I can throw these sturdy jars in my purse or backpack with no leaking and no breaking for gardeners an

Additional benefit of juicing is that the pulp left over makes a very quick compost?

I'm dumping it on my garden this winter and am amazed at how quickly it dissipates into the soil

Of course, the peelings cores and seeds go into my regular compost

I highly recommend juicing it has a small initial investment

Which I've found is made up a little each month as I see a lower grocery bill

It is very easy to do very easy to clean up afterward and healthy for your body

J.R. Smith Controversies: 5 Fast Facts You Need to Know | Heavy.com - Duration: 12:05.

J.R. Smith Controversies: 5 Fast Facts You Need to Know | Heavy.com

JR Smith has a history of controversial plays, antics and violations throughout his NBA career.

Cleveland Cavaliers shooting guard J.R.

Smith is no stranger to controversy.

Smith recently came under fire for shoving Boston Celtics' Al Horford while the center was in midair – an extremely dangerous play. After the game, Smith even admitted that he "blatantly pushed" Horford.

Smith's flagrant foul against Horford isn't the first time he's been called a "dirty player.

" Smith has a history of dirty plays against other players, has been suspended numerous times for violating the NBA's drug policy, and has a habitual tendency to untie players shoelaces during games.

Here's what you need to know about Smith's controversial history with the NBA:.

Smith was Fined $50,000 for Repeated Unsportsmanlike Conduct After He Was Caught Trying to Untie Opponent's Shoelaces.

According to Sports Illustrated, the NBA fined Smith $50,000 for "recurring instances of unsportsmanlike conduct" after he tried to untie an opponent's shoelaces during several games in 2014.

Smith played for the Knicks during the incident.

Smith successfully untied Mavericks forward Shawn Marion's shoelaces during a game against Dallas, and although the NBA issues him a warning, Smith attempted to untie Pistons forward Greg Monroe's shoelace just days after the first incident.

Knicks coach Mike Woodson spoke directly about Smith's antics on ESPN New York 98.

7 FM calling his stunt unprofessional and unacceptable.

"I've always said I don't condone things that I know you shouldn't do," Woodson said.

"No, I'm not happy about this.

He was warned, he comes back and he makes the same mistake, it's not right.

I just got the information, I'm going to address it when he comes in here for work.

It's unacceptable. It really is.

It's unprofessional.

That's the only word I can use.

… You can't do that.

You just cannot do it.

… At the end of the day, he's got to grow up.

These things have got to stop.".

He Served 30 Days in Jail for Causing a Car Accident that Killed his Friend.

In 2009, Smith was sentenced to 90 days in jail for causing a car accident that killed his friend, although he was only ended up serving 30.

Smith admitted to driving an SUV through a stop sign and colliding with a car in Millstone Township, about 20 miles east of Trenton, in June 2007, according to ESPN.

His friend and the passenger in the vehicle, 21-year-old Andre Bell, later died from his injuries, and another passenger in the SUV and a woman driving the car were injured but recovered.

Smith only suffered scratches and an injury to his left shoulder.

"It's been unbearable to deal with," he said to the court.

"I am deeply sorry.

I never intended for this to happen.

It tears me up that it went down like that.".

In 2016, Smith posted a video on Thanksgiving for UNINTERRUPTED, stating that he was thankful for the power of forgiveness.

"I had never really forgave myself," Smith said.

"The family has and friends have, but I haven't for myself.

But now I can honestly say I can live and deal with it through forgiveness.".

Smith Has a History of Dirty Plays Against Opponent's.

After the May incident involving Horford, Horford's teammate Marcus Smart called out Smith for his reputation of dirty hits against other players.

He told USA TODAY Sports:.

"That's a dirty shot," Smart said.

"You just can't allow that to keep happening.

This is not the first time JR's done some dirty stuff, especially playing against us.

He's known for it, especially playing against us.

We know that. It's like a bully.

You keep letting a bully keep picking on you, he's going to keep picking on you until you finally stand up, and that's what I tried to do.".

His dirty hit against Smart was not his first by a long shot.

Smith has a history of flagrant fouls against the Celtics that dates back to April 2013, when the NBA suspended him one game for elbowing guard Jason Terry in the face, WEEI reports.

Two years later Smith was ejected for smacking Jae Crowder in the face during Game 4 of the Celtics-Cavs first-round series.

Crowder also hurt his knee on the way down.

Smith just recently came under fire once again after he slid into the legs of Warriors guard Klay Thompson during the first quarter of Game 1 of the NBA Finals.

Smith appeared to slip on the floor while trying to deflect a pass to Thompson, and slid right into the Warriors' star's legs.

Take a look at some of Smith's other unsportsmanlike conduct over the course of his NBA career in the video below.

Smith Has Faced Repeated Suspensions Over the Years Due to Drug Violations, Infractions Against Players, & Misconduct.

Smith was suspended for 5 games back in 2013 for violating the NBA's drug policy after he tested positive for an illegal substance.

The specific drug found in the violation was not disclosed, per NBA policy, but the length of the suspension suggested it was not a performance-enhancing drug.

"There is a collectively-bargained process in place, established by the NBA and the Players Association, and until that process has played itself out, it would be inappropriate for the NBPA or J.R.

to make further statements about the matter," said Ron Klempner, the acting executive director of the National Basketball Players Association.

"We all look forward to a resolution in due course.".

Smith was also banned for 10 games in 2006 for his role in a brawl; another three in 2007 for a nightclub incident; four games in the 2012-13 season for throwing an elbow; five games in 2013-14 for drugs; and two games in 2015 for another arm toss, according to the New York Post.

Smith is Known For His Controversial Twitter Posts, Including Referring to an ESPN Commentator as "Uncle Tom".

Smith once called Stephen A.

Smith "Uncle Tom," after the ESPN commentator made a bizarre argument that it's inappropriate for the Cleveland Cavaliers shooting guard to wear a Nike warmup hoodie over his head on the bench, how it might make some white people nervous because it could be  evocative of the Trayvon Martin slaying, according to Yahoo Sports.

Stephen A.

Smith said: "And in Game 1, when they played against Boston, J.R.

Smith was sitting on that bench with a hoodie on.

I don't know why Nike made these damn uniforms that had hoods attached to it, by the way.

You got a lot of white folks in the audience that are gonna think this is Trayvon Martin being revisited, and I'm not joking about it.

The bench is no place for someone to be wearing hoodies.".
