hey what's up everyone this is Drew owner of connoisseur concentrates and I

am back for another fun terpene profile breakdown video been looking forward to

this one I am joined today as usual by my chief lab technician professor

Matsumoto and my media director Audrey and we're gonna be doing one of my

favorites today's topic is our terpene profile the hippie Crippler now we

always do the the well-known brands because everybody wants them but once in

a while I just picked something that I personally like and I heard about this

strain so I sought it out it took me forever to find it and I finally found

it and I want to make it okay so it's it's an interesting strain remember it's

called the hippie Crippler its lineage is that it is a sativa everybody asked

me for sativas so that's one of the reasons I made this also parent lineage is I

believe what is that the blue satellite and an ak-47 so first thing you'll

notice about this is that it's clear a clear liquid and that is because it is

in our organic line of terpenes meaning that it is created from all organic

terpene profiles excuse me all organic terpenes nothing synthetic nothing

artificial and the first thing like you do with normal hippies is you're gonna

want to smell it so I'm gonna pop this open let you see

what it smells like

oddly enough

it has a mild smell its piney and honestly it smells like pine-sol it

smells like a really clean pine-sol and strict contrast to most hippies you're

gonna get a lot of this throughout this whole thing so just sit back and relax

and enjoy it let's see if you do account maybe we'll do a contest or the count

what I tell everyone is never judge a book by it's cover and never by terpenes

based on what they smell like for example there's a scientific reason

for this this blend is made up of 20 or so different terpenes and what you're

going to smell is only the terpenes that evaporate off at room temperature

those few terpenes that evaporate off at room temperature can form together to

fight to create a different smell than the taste does that make sense

so don't buy things up based on what they smell like I'm going to let Audrey explain

this a little bit better right so when you're purchasing your terpenes the most

important thing to keep in mind like drew is saying is that the pen almost

never tastes exactly like what the bottle smells like a great example of

this is perfume you spray it in the air spritz it on yourself smells great try

spraying that in your mouth, terrible I've done it, it's gonna be awful that's right

you need to know this when you're buying your terpenes because at the end of the

day your client and your customers are gonna be tasting your pens not smelling

your bottle this is what makes our product better we spend hours

formulating these terpenes in these lines for that end user in the end taste

rather than walk it up to the counter and smell in the bottle so definitely I

definitely don't create blends based on what the bottle smells like it's just

the wrong way to do it we're not making perfumes and colognes and even though

this does smell bad and it's probably something you would not purchase right

off the shelf it definitely tastes good because that's how we created I'm gonna

let cam explain to you how it actually tastes so I've been smoking on the

hippie Crippler throughout this video so I'm just going to jump right into

it it's right just like a hippie it's a tasting of pungent tea earth and

sweet floral aftertaste that's been my experience as well mm-hmm definitely

definitely check out festivals if you don't believe us and I would say the

hippie Crippler is in the category of a strong cannabis flavor meaning that that

cannabis is gonna be at the forefront of that palette and then at the end you're

gonna get that mix of flavor notes it is an excellent taste it is a good tasting

pen that's why we created it's why we're excited about it true to form it smells

just like the strain so one of the ways that we break down the profile is

whether it is a blended profile or a separated profile and first thing you're

gonna know about a blended profile is all the flavors combined together you

take an inhale and exhale it's the same thing throughout separated flavors are

first once you smell earth and then you smell gassy and then you smell floral

different parts throughout the head where do we fall in the Crippler I would

categorize the hippie Crippler as a separate profile basically meaning that

you're gonna be tasting at that earth that pungent tea-ness of it all in the

middle and then that sweet floral at that definitely so one of the other ways

that we break the profiles down is like cam said you've got a cannabis level how

much does this strain taste like weed that's the cannabis level where we are

like a medium, a heavy, okay so it tastes heavily of cannabis but then you have

the profile strength which is how strong does this profile taste compared to a

different profile Audrey right so every profile varies in how strong the

actual flavor is hippie crippler is in our medium to high, or strong, strength

profiles we have designed this terpene profile to be an enhancing agent rather

masking agent meaning that when you're smokin it up and you're exhaling

that cannabis aroma is really going to be enhanced with the terpene profile

notes rather than completely masked like it would be with bubblegum or banana if

How does the internal audit activity go about prioritizing its resources? Now

that's a tricky one, I've seen lots of people come up with systems for

prioritizing of what they're going to audit and how they're going to do it

and what's involved in the internal audit process but my fundamental

recommendation is to start with the really important stuff first and then

progressively less important stuff as it goes so things like in your quality

management system auditing processes that consistently upset customers. So if

there's a particular thing that is a common thread with customer complaints

or customer concern or issues with customers then that would be an area

that I would be looking to view more often than other areas of the business.

from a safety perspective looking at and reviewing any processes and controls

around anything that could kill someone or make someone very very sick in the

organization and from an environmental perspective anything that's going to

cause significant environmental damage or has caused significant environmental

damage those would be the priority areas. What I've observed across my career and

across the thousands of companies would work here is people defaulting to

checking spelling document control punctuation formatting all those sorts

of things so I am NOT an advocate for looking at and reviewing documents so if

you're finding you get getting too caught up in that and you're not

actually looking at how the operation runs then you're not going down the

right track and it doesn't add any value to organizations and it certainly won't

get the attention of senior management if you all you do is belt them with

recommendations on how documents are managed and how documents are handled

we're moving a long way away from that and they're not in the new versions of

the standards they're moving to outcomes focus so if your outcomes and the and

the results that getting in your organization are not as good as they

should be then you pick those areas.

Miko Peled was on the Dean show in

2014 where he was asked a question that scared him.

The question was:

"if the Palestinians had the upper hand they would do a holocaust like the Nazis did."

The question itself was bizarre.

Why compare the liberation of the Palestinians from foreign Jewry to the Holocaust instead of to the

Algerians, the Moroccans, the Tunisians, who successfully removed the French colonists or the Kenyans,

Ugandans, Indians,

Egyptians, who removed the British?

But Mikol Peled was very afraid of the question.

To truthfully answer the question would have required him to simply say yes, if the Palestinians had the upper hand,

no doubt that they would force the colonial settlers out of the country.

But he being one of the settlers that is not something he would like to see happen.

Therefore he peddled the most silly lies that the Palestinians object only to the brutality of the colonial regime,

otherwise

they'd have no problems living side-by-side with total strangers who came from Europe, America, Asia,,

South America and invaded Arab land.

Miko Peled went on and on and on talking about all sorts of distractions in order to avoid answering the question.

Not only do the Jews in Palestine mke sure that the

Palestinians remain weak and divided but also that the Arab governments never acquire fighter jets or any weapons that would give them the upper hand.

The host of the show did not bother to ask him to answer the question that he had asked him.

Well Gaza is mostly refugees

the Gaza strip was established by Israel in the early 1950's as a place to house the thousands and thousands of

refugees who were thrown out of their homes and became refugees as a result of the establishment of the state of israel and

now there's a problem now. We've got this this

area called the Gaza strip very crowded and nobody knows what to do

The right thing to do would be to allow the refugees to return,

to to compensate them, to pay restitution and to allow them to return to their homes as they should as was done in other places -

in history, I mean not in Palestine but Israel doesn't know what to do. They Israelis look at Gaza and they see

the results of this original crime of the establishment of the Zionist State of the State of Israel.

Now the only other solution that existed were if they're not going to solve the problem is to attack and then blame the

Palestinians, so that's what they do. We know there's been never been an army in Gaza

There's never been a tank in Gaza has never been a war plane or warship in Gaza.

There's never been a military threat from Gaza. There have been attempt at armed resistance.

So we see the Qassam rockets

which have harmed hardly no one. We see we used to see from time to time smaller groups of guerrilla fighters trying to

sabotage or cause them some damage but they've never been able to really pose a threat yet.

They are bombarded and attacked on a regular basis.

So what Israel is very good at in Israe'sl allies is really uh, Israel's allies are very good at is distorting.

the story, is attacking the victim and then blaming the victim for starting the violence which of course is complete nonsense!

Sir the question was:

You failed to answer it because the only answer would have been certainly that the

Palestinians would take back their land from foreign invaders and you like the rest of other Europeans or Americans

would have to go the nearest Palestinian embassy and get a visa if you desire to enter Palestine.

But that is never your desire is it?

As the descendant of European colonial invaders of Palestine, you feel you have a claim and a right to Palestine.

I am here to tell you that you have no more or no less a connection to Palestine than any other European!

Sir, what would happen if there were a strong army in Gaza?

You would grab your American passport and flee from the land as all other European invaders of Arab lands had done in history.

You would then have to say goodbye to your manufactured identity of Israeli. Wouldn't you?

But that is the last thing on your mind. Is it not?

  Lions coach Swys de Bruin first gave Elton Jantjies a glowing endorsement by selecting him in his starting line-up to play the Sharks in Durban on Saturday‚ before staunchly defending the embattled flyhalf on Thursday.
