Quiet is associated with introverts, and you definitely should never mess with them.

As you may not know, the quiet person is the one who actually possess great ideas and they

can listen to everything that is going on around them.

We may have made all kinds of wrong assumptions about these people, and often times, people

thought of them as less intelligent.

Most people assume that quiet people are weak and submissive, but the truth is, quiet people

are usually strong and creative.

While they seem to be an easy target to bully or mistreat, they are not quite what they

seem.

Here's at least 8 reasons why you should never mess with the quiet one.

If you're new to our channel, Please subscribe, click the bell and watch this video until

the end to know the complete information.

Why You Don't Mess With The Quiet Ones, They Are The Ones Who Actually Think.

#1 - Quiet people are quiet.

From the outside, they are easy to spot, because they are being quiet most of the time.

They often can get through life without being noticed.

So, if you really think you can mess with the quiet one, when in fact you can't realize

what they're doing, or even their existence at all, then that is a terrible idea.

#2 - They listened a lot.

Quiet people tend to know more information than those who speak a loud.

The reason is simply because they listen as they do not get chance to speak up.

Additionally, quiet people tend to focus more on the content of the discussion instead of

roaming around out of the topic.

#3 - Observance.

They can understand people better than the louder counterparts.

They observe things in detail, in careful manner.

It is no wonder why they also can notice inauthentic behavior.

Picking up this subtle emotion is not easy, and it is worth noting that introverts upgrade

this skill throughout the course of their life.

#4 - They are not weak.

Even though quiet people probably will not say anything, they actually will.

It is only when the things go out of the track.

Sometimes conversation can be misleading due to saturated information expressed in a careless

manner.

Quiet people will speak up when they notice something that does not feel right.

#5 - Having different social skills.

Please do not compare social skills of quiet people and extroverts.

The reason is simply because they use different strategy.

Quiet people use social skills based on trust and respect.

In utilizing this skillset, it requires small number of people to work.

#6 - Determined.

When it comes to relationship, introverts or quiet people can create special bound based

on trust.

They also have ideas that must be realized.

When they do, they will make others surprised.

#7 - Intolerance.

Quiet people just cannot be manipulated easily especially if they are experienced and intelligence.

The reason is because they have values which cannot be denied or pushed over.

#8 - Quiet people can be loud sometimes.

Being quiet doesn't means they are not talking at all, in fact, they can be just as loud

as you when they want to be.

They do have a voice and when they decide to speak, usually it's something that mattered

to the situation.

They even can be the life of the party when they want to be.

Well, those are some of the reasons why you don't mess with the quiet ones, after all,

they are the ones who actually think.

So Really cool information isn't it?

10 questions you can expect in an English job interview - Duration: 11:23.

Hi! My name is Jason Palmer and I'm an

English teacher from Toronto, Canada. Today we're going to talk about ten

questions you can expect in an English job interview. Before we get started I

want to make a note that it's very important to prepare for an English job

interview. Of course any job interview is important to prepare for, but when you

speak English as a second language, you can be quite nervous I think in your

first interview. And confidence is very important. So, the more you prepare for an

English job interview - the better you will do. The first question that you're

likely to hear in an English job interview is the question: tell me about

yourself. So, this is a very open question, you'll hear this quite a lot, and you

expect that maybe this should be some kind of biography and maybe that's a

good answer for this question. The problem is that you don't want to really

bore your interviewer with details about your life and a long history. The focus

here should be maybe on the part of your life that relates to the job you're

going for. So, you want to express the experience that you've had related to

this position, you want to show your passion for this position. Maybe it's a

good way that you can show what you do outside of work, to show how passionate

you are about this this position or this industry, or this field. So, this is a

great way to kind of show that this is really what you are meant to do. This is

the right job for you and this is what you love doing. Okay, the second question

you're likely to hear is: how did you hear about the position? So, a lot of

companies are interested to hear this information. Quite often they want to see

how effective their advertising is for the position or maybe to

find out what you were doing, when you were searching for this position. So,

usually the best way to answer this question is by showing your knowledge

about the industry and maybe that company in particular. You could show

that you really know this industry really well and that you know all the

companies, you know what you're looking for and that you really had a desire or

goal, or aim to find a position in that specific company. It's a great way that

you can talk about the company as well in a positive light, to show how that

company is doing in the industry and why it would be a great place for you to

work. Ok, the next question you might hear in an English job interview is: why

should we hire you? This is a very popular question for employers to ask.

And here what they want to know is perhaps what skills or advantages you

have. So, what can you offer the company. Of course every employee wants to have a

good job and make a good salary, but when you're doing an interview it's very

important to show companies why you are good for that company, how can you

improve things at that company, what skills you've already developed,

perhaps, what advantages you can bring them. So, it's a great way to show that

you would be a good fit for their company. Interviewers also often ask the

question: what are your greatest strengths? Now, when they ask this

question again you should repeat maybe what your advantages are or your skills

are, but it's also important to focus on talking about things that perhaps the

competitors or the other candidates can't offer. So, if you have unique skills

and unique abilities this can go beyond your technical skills, this could show

maybe your interpersonal skills that would be a good fit for this position.

It's important to show any ways that you can be good for a position, so

not just technical, but soft skills and maybe how you work with people. Anything

that you think gives you an edge over your competition. Now, of course the other

question related to this is what are your greatest weaknesses and this is a

question that everybody hates to hear. And it's a very tricky question because

obviously you cannot tell them exactly what you are bad at - this could be a long

list, perhaps. And this could make you look like you're not a good fit for

their company. So, you have to find a way that you can be honest, but not too

honest. So, we have the word "to spin". So, you want to put a spin on any of your

flaws. For example, you could say that maybe your weakness is that you are a

bit of a workaholic. So, that you work too much. of course that isn't bad for a

company to hear but you could focus on that. Maybe that's something that you

could improve on. And another good example would be if you said that you

were a perfectionist. So, of course usually

a perfectionist shows that you really care about doing your job, but you could

tell them that sometimes you'd become too involved in this process and you

need to kind of restrict yourself from making things always be perfect. So, these

are just a few examples, but you have to think of any kind of weakness you might

have and how you can make that look like a good thing or look make it look like

it's not too difficult to fix or change. So, you want to minimize the damage of

this question, but also show that you are honest so you really want to kind of be

open with this too. Employers might also ask you: what is your greatest

professional achievement? So, this is a great way that you could show something

that you've done in your career, you are proud of and maybe that gives

you a feeling that you have accomplished something. Something that you can talk

about in a very passionate way, something that shows that you really like this

work that you do, you like this field you like this industry, but also shows that

you are a hard worker and that you accomplish things, that you get things

done. So, again it's good to associate this with the skills and

advantages you've already talked about that you can provide to a company. So,

this is a great example for you to sell yourself, really. So, think about your past

and it's important to prepare for this question, so that you actually know an

exact example that would be a good one to tell them. Next company might ask you

tell us about a time that you had a challenge in your job and how you dealt

with it? This is another very common question, this one again, this is a little

bit difficult but here you want to show them what kind of skills you have for

dealing with pressure, dealing with stress, how you deal with problems.

This could be very bad perhaps if you talked about how much you hate problems

and how much this gives you stress. A good answer here is showing that you

have a good method to stay calm under pressure and that you are confident that

you could fix problems. So, these are kind of the things you want to highlight in

an answer for this question. Another question that employers often ask is: why

are you leaving or why did you quit your last job? So, this again could be a little

bit of a tricky question. What they're looking for here is to show that you

left this job for a good reason, for a good purpose. One way where this could go

wrong is if you talk negatively about your previous employment situation. So,

it's really important that you never talk negatively about

your ex-employer because of course your new employer someday will become your

ex-employer. So, here you can show that you're trying to develop and increase

and maybe learn something new, face a new challenge to improve your career and

also a chance to talk positively about how that last company helps you in your

career. So, when you can look very positive and show that all of these

parts of your career are great and have helped you, then this company might feel

that you are a good candidate for the job. Okay, the next question you might be

asked is: how do you deal with disagreements? This is a question where

your employer wants to kind of see how you work in a team. They want to see if

you are a good team player, do you get angry easily, do you have a method of how

you deal with your colleagues. So, it's a great way to show off your soft skills,

to show that you're good at resolving problems, and maybe a way that you might

actually resolve a problem if there's a conflict. Maybe how you accept criticism

from your colleagues as well. So, it's a great way to show off your soft skills.

The last question that they will probably ask you, a very common question

for job interviewers and one that nobody likes is: where do you see yourself in

five years? So, this is one of those questions that might seem difficult to

answer because you really don't know what life will be like in five years.

Maybe your answer is to tell the interviewer that you would like to have

their position in five years. The trick to this question is not really to talk

about maybe your personal life or what position you want to have, but what's

better here is to show how you plan to develop yourself. Do you have some career

goals, how will you get your goals or how will you reach your goals,

what steps do you plan on taking to develop yourself. Maybe you already have

a career development plan, maybe you take lots of train

mean you have special courses or skills that you're currently working on. So, this

is a great way to show that you plan to develop and how you will become a better

employee in the future with the new skills that you plan on gaining. So, this

has been some questions that you might find on a common English job interview.

If you'd like to learn more and to see some practical examples please see

How to Transfer Billing Responsibility - AT&T Premier - Duration: 2:04.

Do you have a company wireless account that now needs to be

billed directly to the user?

Perhaps an employee has a new job and a company phone

is no longer necessary.

Or, an employee may be

leaving the company.

You can transfer the billing responsibility so that

employees can keep their phone or device, phone number,

and AT&T service, but the company is no longer

responsible for the bill.

Give us a few moments and we'll

show you how easy it is to transfer billing responsibility.

We'll start on the Premier homepage.

From the "I want to" list, scroll down and select

"Transfer Billing Responsibility"

Under "Search for,"

enter the number you want to transfer billing for, and

then click "Go."

Verify that you entered the correct wireless number, and

6 Pancreatic Cancer Symptoms You Should Never Ignore - Duration: 6:34.

6 Pancreatic Cancer Symptoms You Should Never Ignore.

When was the last time you thought about your pancreas?

Chances are, you rarely give much thought to this glandular organ, which helps your

body digest food and convert it into energy.

Located behind your stomach, the pancreas produces insulin and regulates your body's

hormones that maintain glucose (blood sugar) levels.

Pancreatic cancer is overall pretty rare, with 55,440 people in America expected to

be diagnosed in 2018.

(The most commonly diagnosed cancer is non-melanoma skin cancer, affecting more than 1 million

people a year, followed by lung cancer, with more than 200,000 cases diagnosed annually.)

But even though it's an uncommon diagnosis, pancreatic cancer is soon expected to overtake

colon cancer as the number-two leading cause of cancer deaths in the United States, says

Valerie Lee, MD, pancreatic oncologist at Johns Hopkins Medicine.

Why?

First, because pancreatic cancer is very aggressive.

"It has a high likelihood of spread, or metastasis, to other organs in the body,"

says Neil Woody, MD, oncologist at the Cleveland Clinic.

The five-year survival rate is only 8.5 percent.

But it may also be because pancreatic cancer is on the rise.

Pancreatic cancer has been diagnosed at an increase of .5% a year for more than a decade.

Part of that is due to increased detection, Dr. Lee says, but lifestyle factors may be

playing a role as well.

Increases in diabetes and obesity—two major risk factors for pancreatic cancer—may also

be contributing to the rise in pancreatic cancer cases.

Pancreatic cancer warning signs.

Pancreatic cancer is notoriously difficult to diagnose.

Only about 10 percent of pancreatic cancers have a genetic predisposition, and good screenings

for the general population have been difficult to establish, says Dr. Woody.

"Tests with high likelihood of detecting pancreatic cancer, such as endoscopic ultrasound,

are invasive, costly, and may carry risks of complications that outweigh their use as

screening tests for the average person," he explains.

What's more, pancreatic cancer is tough to spot early, and many of the symptoms can

be caused by other conditions.

Plus, people usually have no symptoms until the cancer has spread to other organs.

Still, if you are experiencing any of these warning signs, it's worth making an appointment

with your doctor.

1.

New onset of diabetes

"When people with no risk factors for diabetes (no family history, good diet, thin body type)

develop new onset diabetes, or who have a history of well controlled diabetes suddenly

find that it becomes difficult to control, it's reasonable to evaluate why the pancreas

may not be functioning as well," says Dr. Lee.

2.

Abdominal pain

"The pancreas sits close to a bundle of blood vessels and nerves called the celiac plexus

that can cause pain and nerve irritation, says Dr. Lee.

But the pain is usually pretty encompassing of your abdomen.

"Patients feel pain from the epigastrum (the area just under the sternum) through to their

back.

Imagine a tire hiked up right under your chest and around your abdomen," says Kim Reiss-Binder,

MD, an oncologist specializing in pancreatic cancer at the University of Pennsylvania.

3.

Unexplained blood clots

"Patients with pancreas cancer are particularly prone to blood clots," says Dr. Lee.

While the exact cause is not known, it is believed that cancer cells reduce the proteins

the body uses to prevent blood clots.

"For people who do not have a reason for the development of a clot—a recent major

surgery, trauma (like a car accident), hospitalization, or prolonged period where you are laying still,

or a hereditary predisposition to clotting—we recommend making sure you are up to date on

your cancer screening and to check in with your doctor about any other symptoms that

may help to identify the source of the clotting abnormality," says Dr. Lee.

4.

Diarrhea and floating stools

"The pancreas does not just produce insulin; it also produces pancreatic enzymes that help

break down fat," says Dr. Lee.

"If there is a blockage in the output of pancreatic enzymes, such as a tumor developing

in the pancreas, then fat is not digested as well."

This comes out as foul-smelling "fatty" stools that float to the top of the toilet

bowl, and may come many times per day shortly after eating fattier meals.

5.

Jaundice

The pancreas is located close to the liver, which produces bile.

If a tumor prevents the bile ducts from draining bile appropriately, people may develop elevated

levels of bilirubin in their body, which translates into jaundice, or a yellowing of the skin.

"This is usually best seen in the white of the eyes, and can also lead to itching all

over the body, light colored stools, and darkened urine," says Dr. Lee.

6.

Unexplained weight loss and change in eating patterns

If you experience a loss of appetite or feel full after eating very little, this also may

be a sign of pancreatic cancer.

"The pancreas is nestled right near the small intestine near the first part of the small

intestine, and tumors can cause food to back up or not get through to the small intestine

as quickly," says Dr. Reiss-Binder.

Random Acts of Kindness. Why Are They Only Random? - Duration: 6:16.

Random Acts of Kindness, why are they only random?

Welcome to another Vlog. Today is gonna be slightly different. I've been

going through a sequence for the people who have intuition, who want to develop

their abilities, their empathic abilities, over the past couple of days. Now we're

gonna change slightly just because I like to keep these Vlogs up to the

point, slightly varied. Kindness. Random acts of kindness we see every now and

then on the news people talk about them. Random acts of kindness and the

reactions they get, they're amazing but here's my question for you it's a

question of the day. Why do they have to be random? Why?

Okay random because they are not in a lineal order,

fine. But random as in, they happen so rarely so they make the news. Come on why

can't we just be kind to strangers to people? Do nice things all the time? Why

do most people live in fear, hesitating? What's he gonna do?

How's he gonna react? How's she gonna react? What are they gonna do? Oh

the teacher phoned me about my child, they must have done something wrong. Oh

I'm driving down the road there's a policeman, oh I must be doing something

wrong let's hit the brake... you're doing 80 in a 100... you still hit the brake.

Why? Because you assume you're doing wrong, you assume other people are doing

wrong. Why? Everyone knows those feelings... that day where you're just having a bad

day and someone opens a door for you. (it's not about men opening doors for

women, sorry that's just I can't stand sexual prejudice and ... oh sorry just not

part of me)... Someone opens a door for you. You're

having a bad day. It's a really nice feeling you go and buy a cup of coffee

you're having a bad day the person behind the counter says- " Hi how are you?

Can I help you? What can I get you?" and they just give you a little smile or a little

wink or they move their hand in a certain way, just in a very kind one & it just

resonates with you ...and just.... wasn't a nice of them or when they hand you the

coffee- "I really" instead of just have a nice day it's "I really hope you enjoy your

cup of coffee and I'll see you another day"... or something like that and it just

resonates, it just connects with you and it helps you and it helps you break that

cycle. We've all had those feelings, we all know those feelings. My question is

why do they have to be so random? Why do we have to in the vast majority cases

live in fear of a bad response? Why can't we do that every day, all the time to

everybody.... just make the world a nicer place.... we've all heard of the butterfly

effect. If you go and do that, it's gonna have a knock-on effect with most people.

You do that to the effect and the reaction is going to be a positive one

the more you do it the more you're gonna realize this. Now yes there is going to

be every so often one person that they're just so stuck in their ways, they're

stuck in their negativities that they're not gonna give you a positive reaction...

all because they have had a really stressful day... you know nothing about it.

Maybe they just got fired and you're saying "have a nice day" & they're like "ah

I've got fired I can't pay the rent, I can't...." so obviously it's understandable that

sometimes it doesn't happen. You don't know what's been going on so

occasionally you are going to get these negative responses.

But they're occasional, they're not a majority. As soon as you know they're

occasional. As soon as you know that there obviously is an underlying reason...

whether it's a good underlying reason or bad underlying reason you've still

brighten that person's day. Even in the slightest, little fact. Even if there are

grumpy old so and so... I'm ahhhh... Just remember this: please don't make those random acts

of kindness, random. Make them everyday, all the time, as often

as you can. When you do this your whole world is gonna change. One because of

your perspective, your outlook and two because of the butterfly effect that it

resonates. It only takes one person to start the biggest movement. In history

that we know of good ones, bad ones... it doesn't matter... they were all started by

a single person... and a single person who was determined

to keep going and keep doing it. So be that person determined and positive and

disciplined and make these acts of kindness

constant, all the time, not random! That's a thought for the day,

that's the question for the day. I hope you like it, please comment, please share this

one and I see you in another Vlog.

AI UX | Recommendations and Takeaways | Intel Software - Duration: 3:44.

[MUSIC PLAYING]

This is the last episode of AI:UX,

a mini-series focused on 10 guidelines that were created

to assist all those that are involved in the design

and development of AI-based systems, I'm Daria Loi,

and today, I'm giving you a summary of the guidelines

and some recommendations and takeaways from this series.

This series was based around a study

that aimed to identify design guidelines for AI systems.

These guidelines are inspired by the perspective

of people who have of a wide range of backgrounds,

ethnicities, and ages.

These diverse individuals shared with me, their attitudes,

thresholds, and expectations towards AI systems.

In the study, I use qualitative and quantitative tools

to derive key insights to create 10 guidelines.

Among many findings, the study showed

how people's knowledge of AI systems

impacts their understanding of and willingness

to embrace such systems.

I also learned about what I call, the domino

effect of smart things, which occurs when one quickly expands

the number of owned AI devices after successful first

encounters with one AI system.

While people have concerns, they're

also prepared to flex their comfort zones

if there is a high return on investment.

People also want to control AI systems,

and have a preference for efficiency usages.

Finally, while people are open to smart things,

they are less enthusiastic towards

intelligent independent ones.

These guidelines are not set in stone,

but rather, consider them as a practical people-centric

recommendation, designed to spark a healthy debate on how

we create AI systems and the agency

that we should have in that process.

Given that, here are a few questions worth reflecting on.

What level of autonomy and agency should AI systems have?

What level of transparency should be provided?

How should it be delivered?

How should these systems relate to, converse,

and engage with users?

What design attributes may enable effective, accurate,

yet unobtrusive, respectful, intuitive,

and transparent intelligence systems?

What social and behavioral contrasts

should underpin people's interactions with AI?

What ethical considerations should we prioritize?

We all have the moral and ethical responsibility

to engage with how intelligence system futures are being

and will be shaped.

A future enriched and enabled by intelligent yet

trustworthy, ethical systems, require careful implementation

of guidelines, that govern the actions of those in charge

of deciding what to design, how and why,

as well as what data to feed into a given system.

I now, challenge you to actively contribute

to the complex yet exciting task of shaping the present

and future of AI systems.

As Intel co-founder Robert Noyce once said,

now, go off and do something wonderful.

It has been a pleasure to share my research with you.

We'd like to continue this discussion

and ask you, to engage with us in the comments section.

We also, encourage you to share your tips, tricks, and best

practices for AI development.

software YouTube channel.

6 Natural Antibiotics that You Probably Didn't Know About - Duration: 11:10.

6 Natural Antibiotics that You Probably Didn't Know About

You've probably already taken antibiotics at some point in your life.

Since the 20th century, they've been around revolutionizing medicine and fighting infections.

However, not everything needs penicillin.

There are may other completely natural options that attack the infected zone just the same.

Since the beginning of mankind, natural substances and plants have been used to fight infections.

However, currently, we have submitted these substances to chemical processes that eliminate parts of their essential properties.

In addition, incorrect use of antibacterial substances has caused the development of cells that are resistant to them.

Because of this, it's important to carry out a healthy lifestyle and to prevent even worse side effects.

One of the best remedies is using the benefits of medicinal plants to naturally strengthen your immune system.

This reduces the amount of germs in your body and also creates a defense against microbes and viruses.

Leave behind self-medication, high doses, and interrupted treatments because all they're doing is worsening the problem.

Look over the following remedies and choose the one that best suits you.

1,Aloe vera gel, honey and lemon.

One of the most effective natural antiseptics, thanks to its high content of salicylic acid and magnesium lactate that helps to reduce pain and inflammation, is aloe vera.

Not to mention, it's a great topical treatment because it heals and regenerates the skin.

Aloe vera pulp helps to treat colds and itchy throats.

As for the honey, it contains a protein called defensin-1 that kills bacteria.

Meanwhile, llemon is an expectorant and antiviral that's capable of fighting congestion.

Ingredients.

1 tablespoon of aloe vera gel (15 g).

The juice from one lemon.

1 tablespoon of honey (25 g).

How to use it?.

The only thing you have to do is blend the aloe vera pulp with the lemon juice and tablespoon of honey.

Take a tablespoon of the mixture once a day.

Do this for 3 days and you will notice the results.

Note: this is not recommended for pregnant women or children under the age of 8.

2,Black mustard powder.

If you have a cold, try washing your feet with a little mustard.

The reason? Mustard has properties that elevate the temperature of the body by eliminating toxins.

It also stimulates circulation and helps the body to perspire better.

Use this method before you notice the first symptoms so that the bacteria doesn't have the opportunity to attack.

Ingredients. 8 cups of water (2 liters).

1 tablespoon of mustard powder (10 g).

How to use it?.

Add the mustard powder to two liters of hot water.

Mix until it's completely dissolved.

Submerge your feet in the water for 15-20 minutes.

Note: Don't exceed 20 minutes to avoid redness, inflammation, or in the worst cases, blisters.

3, Orange, carrot, and beer yeast juice.

Is your throat congested? Carrot juice is a natural source of vitamin A and alkalizes the circulatory system.

Thus, it stimulates, hydrates, and cleans the body.

As for the oranges, they contain antioxidants and are disinfectants.

And the beer yeast? It increases the body's defenses due to its antimicrobial effects thanks to its contents of vitamin B and zinc.

Ingredients. The juice from one carrot.

The juice from one orange.

1 tablespoon of beer yeast (10 g).

How to use it?.

First, mix the carrot juice with the orange juice.

Add the tablespoon of beer yeast and mix well.

Drink in the morning before breakfast.

In addition to relieving throat pain, your lungs will also thank you.

4, Pineapple.

This remedy is ideal for nasal and sinus allergies.

Although the majority of people don't keep in mind pineapple's properties, its high water content helps to decrease the retention of liquids and eases the elimination of toxins.

It also contains bromelain, an enzyme that's in charge of decongesting the paranasal sinuses.

How to use it.

You decide! You can eat pieces of it throughout the day or drink pineapple juice in the morning.

5, Thyme, salvia and lemon.

One way to prevent infections is to return the time when our grandmothers made us gargle.

Thyme and salvia are antiseptics that fight germs that live in the lungs and especially in the throat.

Lemon contains acids that are in charge of decreasing mucus and calming the tickling feeling, irritation, and throat pain.

Ingredients.

1 tablespoon of dried salvia (10 g) and 1 tablespoon of thyme (10 g).

1 cup of water (250 ml).

The juice from one lemon. How to use it?.

Put the tablespoon of dried salvia and the tablespoon of thyme in boiling water.

Let them infuse for 10 minutes, then strain.

Add the fresh lemon juice.

Gargle for 1 minute, up to three times.

Repeat every night until your symptoms disappear.

6,Cinnamon.

The extract that comes from cinnamon helps to stop infections due to its antibacterial and anti-inflammatory properties, and the fact that it increases sweating.

Because of this, it's an ideal spice for fighting respiratory illnesses like colds and allergies.

Ingredients.

1 twig of cinnamon or 1 tablespoon of cinnamon powder (10 g).

1 cup of water (250 ml).

Honey (to taste). How to use it.

We recommend using a cinnamon twig instead of the powder.

You only need to make the tea with a piece of cinnamon in the water and then sweeten with the honey.

You can drink it in the morning or before going to bed.

Other recommendations.

Enjoy a diet rich in proteins and vegetables.

Take probiotics in order to maintain a healthy intestinal flora.

Check that you are up-to-date on your shots, especially during infection season.

Use antibacterial products.

Keep your environment clean.

6 Pancreatic Cancer Symptoms You Should Never Ignore - Duration: 6:29.

Compact Coaster Series Episode 8. Planet Coaster ride construction - Duration: 13:46.

hello everyone thanks for joining me on the eighth episode of the compact coaster

series. Today's episode is featuring the steel hybrid coaster. I decided to build

in the t-shaped layout for this episode. I hope you enjoy this build as much as I

did and I hope you learned something that you can use in your own game. as you

can see we've already gotten started with the chain lift and just did a quick

U-turn out of the station. I kept this lift shallow for visual reasons and for

this initial drop we needed to turn in either direction. we'll go to the left

on this one. I wanted to do a quick predrop followed by a large smooth drop.

I didn't want this one to get too steep.

for this ride in general I'm more focusing just creating a really smooth

ride. I wanted to come up into a really high overbank to turn.

I thought the coaster would be going pretty slow through this section so I

made sure that I kept it really tight. coming back down I'm gonna be crossing

over the track, and after a crossing will be going up a slope, and then I'm

planning on going into downward heartline roll. I just want to make sure

that we crest the hill before actually starting into the roll, and for the

heartline rolls and any roll in general, start using smaller pieces and that ends

up working much better than trying to use long pieces. the other key component

to this kind of roll is to use the banking offset which is found in the

details section of the pieces. I just recently found this method of doing

rolls from another youtuber. the process can be lengthy but it does end up being

about the smoothest coaster you can possibly get in this game, the way it is

now. I know right now the roll doesn't look very smooth at all with using the

smoothing tool I'll just select four pieces at once and work our way down

smoothing and then work our way back up, and back down and you can do that as

many times as you want. in the video I was watching they said three to four

times is about the optimal times. I only did it twice and I still got a result

that's plenty good for me. let's see how it's looking so far.

all right I think for a first shot that role came out really nice, and you can

see down the line there it was a real smooth turn over. I feel like our decline

wasn't quite steep enough it was a little shallow, so I want to end up

dropping the ends a little bit and try to make it more like a normal hill would

be if the heartline roll wasn't there. after Re-smothing that piece I'll take

another look at it and ended up like in this result much better than the first

go-round. and I just want to check the speed real fast just to make sure we're

doing okay. let's also check the excitement while we're here looking at

heat maps. and Wow the owner role ended up being extremely

exciting. alright and moving on to the rest of the track I was gonna go for a

turn over into a half loop to get us going back towards the center on this

end. next time playing it on going in between

the station and the chain lift to do a half loop and kind of a roll to get back

going towards the very middle of the T. on our journey over to that section

track I added in a bunny hill just to keep things exciting. even the smallest

half loop has me a little bit concerned about speed so let's take this thing for

a ride and see how it works.

all right, indeed that half-loop is a little bit too slow so let's try to add

in a little bit more speed for the whole track in general. and you can see there

right at the top the chain lift was going on a downslope and I felt like

that was really holding the car back and it was kind of getting a late release to

go down the hill. so we're gonna get rid of that and

readjust our Hill and try to gain a little bit of speed by these adjustments.

I felt like the overbank turn after the initial drop was a little bit too tight

to begin with and now with a little added speed it would definitely be way

too tight. so we're going to open this up using the after editing tools. shifting

attract either side and raising it should do the trick. I was trying to do

some similar adjustments to the half loop it wasn't really moving the way I

wanted it to, and I really wasn't a fan with it even from the very start so I

just decided to scrap it and do the kind of like a helix kind of thing.

so after this helix we're gonna cross over the track I'm going to do a kind of

a double dip drop here, to hopefully get some negative G time and it'll also kind

of mimic the other side of the track where we loop around and then go over

the first part of the track. since that original half loop between the station

and the chain totally didn't work out we're just gonna

do a hill banked turn head back towards the beginning of the track. in this hill'd

turn I wanted to make sure I had a snappy vertex so that way we could get

some more excitement up. and i think when we were coming in it totally just made

sense to go in between the first overbank turn, and then loop back towards

the station. we're gonna try another roll into a half loop kind of thing, but more like

a helix this time and more like a heartline roll entry. so I did use the

banking offset for this one and a couple of shorter pieces. alright now we can

just smooth this out and take it for a quick ride and see how it looks.

all right I think those were improvements over what we ended up deleting. and just to go

back into our helix and the hills, they weren't very smooth at all, so we're just

gonna smooth those pieces out. although I thought the own ride visual was fine for

this a heart line and helix kind of thing, the visual from the Park view or

just you know the not person riding view, and it seemed to not look very good .

it looked a little bit uneven so I decided to make a couple adjustments there. and

just realizing that we're only down to six hundred dollars we need to wrap this

up with some breaks and block break sections. all right now that we finally,

actually, completed the track we can go ahead and set the number of trains to

two, and we can start tweaking this coaster. I decided to get rid of the

supports on the heartline rolls. I plan on adding in some custom supports later on.

so that way it's open unlike the boxed in stock supports are. I'm gonna run through

the track now and do a little bit more smoothing. all right we're getting ready

to get in our first test rating, so I was checking out some of the heat maps while

we're waiting for those results to come in. they came in at 6.2

excitement and a little over 4 fear. the fear was fairly surprising I didn't

think it was gonna be even close to four so when we go through the track and try

to smooth out, or slow down some of the features that were a little bit too

scary. we're gonna shift out some of the pieces and the helix that was hitting

over 6 fear, and so hopefully I'll bring the fear down. and while I'm here

I'm going to try to exaggerate the dip little bit and then re-smooth it for

some excitement. all right let's go fix that first overbank turn. and I'm going

to run the heat maps on this and go and go ahead and check the helix while the

cars running. so our helix came out at five instead of

six so that's a pretty good improvement.

I did some other smoothing and adjustments and the ratings came down

quite a bit, and the fear is now under 4 and our excitement is at 6.

at this point I think more speed could actually afford to really crank up the

excitement even if we do gain a little bit of fear while we're at it. to get

the extra speed I just deleted the lift and increase the angle by five degrees

and that got us you know about five or six more meters at the top. that's one

advantage to not doing your chained lifts at the maximum degree, is later on

you can go back and adjust your track speed based off the chain lift. I was

unable to use the after editing tools to get this first over loop to stretch out

like I wanted it to, so just deleted it and recreated it to be a little bit

taller and much wider than before. I went ahead and took my time trying to get

that right. so let's see how it looks.

alright that was miles better than it was originally. and however we are stuck

with 1.49 left in the budget. but on the brighter side of

things our rating is now at six and a half excitement and about four and a

half fear. even though we're broke I still think we can squeeze a little bit

more excitement and maybe lessen the fear so to try to gain some money back

I'm gonna shorten up this first little u-turn, and that should give us enough

money to just do some other simple edits to the track. I also don't like how sharp

last turn was coming into the station so I decided to shorten the block brakes

and make the turn a little more gradual so that also added to our budget.

all right we just broke seven excitement I know just dropped six point five after

that, but that was just because one of the trains was getting caught on one of

the block wreck sections so we'll just adjust our train release speeds... or not

speeds train release times so that way we can avoid that stoppage. all right

I'm gonna be nitpicky with it and do a little bit more smoothing and then we'll

call this one complete.

all right we managed to grab a gold coaster in this episode. I was very

pleased with results I hope you were as well. now we're in our test placement.

to just give you an idea of what this coaster might look like in a park.

as always this coaster is gonna be available as a blueprint you can just

check the description, and you could follow me on the Steam Workshop so you

don't miss any of the coasters I'm putting out. I did just want to mention

one thing about the chain lift on this one. if you crank the speed up to full 14

miles an hour then the excitement actually reaches close to 7.5

but the fear also does approach 5 and I noticed that a lot of guests

weren't seeming to really ride the ride at that rate. the guests with a low fear

tolerance, usually peak out at around 4.2 - 4.8 so

for that reason, in my builds, I'm gonna be dropping the chain lift speed to

around eight miles an hour and that will bring the fear down of the coaster to

the lower 4's. so that'll mean more guests to riding and ultimately that

means more money. thank you so much everybody for watching, I hope you

enjoyed this episode of the compact coaster series. be sure to check me out

on some of the other social medias and drop me a comment below let me know what

you think. oh yeah, and I just started twitch streaming. I'll be doing some

planet coaster, just go on Twitch and check out my schedule so you know when

I'll be on and coming hangout. we're gonna ride this one one more time and I will

see you later.

How To Deal When Your Son Is Going Through Puberty | Momsplained | Scary Mommy - Duration: 2:27.

- Today on Momsplained.

How to deal with a son going through puberty?

Because your little boy is becoming a man,

and it's confusing the hell out of both of you.

(lively music)

(sniffing)

And making it hard to breathe.

Step one, recognize the signs.

Is your son having mood swings?

And eating everything in sight like he's PMSing?

Does he have terrible body odor?

And spend the same amount of time sleeping

as you spend awake?

Then, congratulations!

And, I'm sorry, your son has hit puberty.

You just had dinner.

- [Son] Leave me alone.

- Step two, build a line of defense.

Your kid will be sweating from places

he didn't even know he had.

And it's going to smell.

But don't embarrass him.

Instead, strategically plant bottles

of Axe Gold around the house.

Don't even say anything about it.

You'll know for sure he's using it

because you'll smell it all over the damn house.

Listen, teens have no concept

of a thing called moderation.

So explain to your dude

that this is not a shower replacement.

And he needs to follow the directions.

At the end of the day,

Axe Gold smells way better than B.O,

so get ready to drink in the aroma of teenage glory.

Step three, don't make it weird.

I know, it's an awkward conversation to have,

but it's necessary to have it.

Try and have a chat with your son before puberty even starts

but if it's too late, just play it cool

and let your kid know

that everything he's going through is normal.

So that was a bad idea.

And finally, step four, brace yourself.

Sure, puberty isn't easy on the kid,

but it's not easy on the parents either.

So just remember it's only temporary.

Your cute little boy, he's in there somewhere.

- Why can't you be more like Steve's mom?

So annoying!

- Yeah, I swear he's in there.

It's just gonna be a few more years until I see him again.

Girl, bye.

Will QuickJack Survive??? - Duration: 5:37.

[Action Music] [Max] Ooh!

[Max] Hi, I'm Max with QuickJack and today, we're going to show you how much abuse QuickJack

can handle.

We've never done anything like this before, so you're in for a real treat.

The first part of our destruction testing is pretty basic.

We're gonna throw the frames around a bit, and just see how they do.

[Scientific Music] [Max] Honestly, there didn't seem to be a

point to opening up and inspecting the frames after the truck ran over them.

There was just no way we did enough damage.

And to be honest, it didn't look as cool as we thought it would.

We know that QuickJack is almost, ALMOST indestructible.

And even if it takes a few hits, it should remain 100% functional and safe to use indefinitely.

We even used science to calculate exactly how much force and height and co-sign equivalencies

we would need to prove this point.

We have the numbers here, here and here.

And it turns out we didn't really need them.

Also, we're really bad at math.

So we just did this instead.

[Action Music] [100% real.]

[Max] Ok, so we're back.

What we need to do is inspect these frames and see if they are fit to lift a car.

Uh, these are the very frames we just dropped off a roof.

[Replay] [Max] Ooh!

[Max] If you can see this still kinda messed ooh that's pretty bad.

So I gotta safely, it's kinda ironic that I'm trying to be careful after we just dropped

these off a roof but.

[Loud crash] [Max] Hope you captured that.

[Ticking] [Max] So this is uh frame one

[Ticking] [Max] No idea what we're gonna see here.

Ok.

Uh, Styrofoam's gone but the frame looks like it might be ok.

I don't see any signs of damage.

Doesn't look to be warped.

Let's get it out of this box so we can get a better look.

[Ticking] [Max] Set this down over here.

Box two.

[Ticking] [Max] Styrofoam again.

Destroyed but the frame looks--it's ok.

Let's get it out.

[Ticking] [Max] Looks ok.

Doesn't seem to be any signs of damage or warping of the metal.

Cylinder's intact.

Air cylinder's fine.

I think it's good for a test.

It's a brand new day here at QuickJack and we've relocated to a slightly nicer spot so

we can do this little set up for you.

First things first, we need to inspect these frames and really show you not much damage

was done.

In fact the only damage, if you want to call it that, is purely cosmetic.

Right on the top of the frame.

Little bit of scraping.

Structurally, everything is sound and lock bars, everything is fine.

The welds have held together.

They look great, so to test that statement we need to first set these frames up, install

them and then we can lift a car.

So let's get to work.

So this is the moment of truth.

Everything's set up.

We're gonna attempt to lift a car for the first time.

So let's see how it goes.

[QuickJack lifting]

[Max] And there you have it. Everything looks fine.

They're locked in place.

Car is stable.

As you've now seen, QuickJack can take a literal beating and keep on lifting.

It took a few cosmetic scratches and that's about it.

But if you have questions about QuickJack's durability or just QuickJack stuff in general,

reach out and let us know!

Until then, I'd like to strongly encourage you to leave a comment with your thoughts

on this video, whatever they may be.

Thanks for watching.

And oh!

Keep the crazy testing stuff to us.

Don't do this kinda thing at home.

Thanks again.
