(speaking in foreign language) which is mean can already.
And right now we're gonna know how to answer.
(speaking in foreign language)
And if that thing can, you're gonna say.
(speaking in foreign language)
Repeat after me again. (speaking in foreign language)
Good.
If I can or cannot, just put the word

Same like the word. (speaking in foreign language)
But the word (speaking in foreign language)
we use with a skill or something you learn.
You need to learn it, okay?
Skill or something you learn, or you do that before.
We can use the word (speaking in foreign language)

You need to try it before, right?
And focus on skills, remember this one, focus on skills.

You don't know how to do that thing.
Okay, understand? (speaking in foreign language)
For a skill which you have to learn before
or you tried it before.
Practice hard.
Make more and maybe you understand more.

Okay, I think you understand about.
(speaking in foreign language)
I don't think it's too difficult, right?
Okay, and next time we're gonna talk more

and some more useful expressions.
Today I want to say thank you,
(speaking in foreign language)
for you and I'm gonna see you next time.

and then like I had with the salad on the side I really don't like to have
nuts inside of my salad but I had with my salad some cashew nuts and um a
couple of slices of Cracker Barrel cheese um so primarily proteins and then
the cards that were in the salad will eat carbs carbs that

Why do you volunteer? Eagles Autism Challenge - Duration: 2:10.The cause of autism means the world to me, I have a brother that's autistic and I've
lived with him my whole life and there's so much we can do when it comes to research,
and we've got to be really proactive raising as much funds as we can, being as dynamic
as we can... and Eagles Autism Challenge is the beginning of a big, big effort and it
means the world to me.
When Mr. Pennoni asked me to be the captain of Pennoni's team I was excited and honored
about this cause and it's very important to me and a lot of my friends and their families.
And I love the Eagles, so go birds!
So what does the Autism Challenge mean to me? It's really personal because my brother and
my cousins both have autism.
So the big thing about this is bringing awareness.
You know, growing up I would go out to dinner and the movies and everybody would turn to
look at my brother and I think it's time we bring awareness to all the different levels
of autism and more than that all of the differences that make them so special.
So then people will start to embrace those differences no matter who we are and we recognize
we are all special in our own way.
All of the people are doing Bike-a-Thon to stay in shape, it always gives me that extra
push, and the opportunity came and I wanted to do this for a great cause and I'm really
excited about it.
Eagles Autism Challenge is an amazing cause.
I love helping children and I love being involved in charities that benefit children and I love
the Eagles!
Well my mother has been a special education teacher for many years so this cause is near
and dear to her heart and to mine and I'm a big Eagles fan as well.
So, go birds!

It's in the Subtleties, My First Experience with Acupuncture - Duration: 6:58.Hey, Malerie here! Have you been curious about acupuncture, but haven't tried it
yet or maybe you've had an acupuncture treatment but you just weren't sure what
to make of it well in this video I'm gonna share with you my first experience
with acupuncture and receiving and acupuncture treatment I do want to
mention that each treatment is unique to you it is your personal experience and
can be come a very sacred personal experience to you I also want to mention
that your treatments and how you're gonna feel afterwards is gonna depend on
the practitioner that you see and this style of acupuncture that they choose to
practice you can learn a little bit more about different styles of acupuncturist
and practitioners by reading my article how to choose an acupuncturist if you're
interested in learning a little bit more about me and how I came to practice
oriental medicine be sure to check out my article how I got here and there's a
link to both of those in the box below so my first acupuncture treatment
occurred about eight years ago I was living in Cleveland Ohio working a 9 to
5 job I was emotionally and physically stressed I felt like I was carrying
around bowling balls on my shoulders all the time I just could not release the
stress that I was feeling physically no matter how much amount of yoga or just
exercise that I would do so I found an acupuncturist being very curious about
acupuncture I found an acupuncturist that I could just walk to so I chose
mine by location purely alone and I went to her office I walked there went to her
office she greeted me did a complete intake which if you want to learn more
about your first acupuncture treatment and procedures to expect you can check
out my post what to expect from your first acupuncture treatment
so she asked me a bunch of questions and then I laid down face down on a massage
table and she put needles all along my neck my back my shoulders my spine my
lower back and left me there for what felt like quite a long time and I
probably I think I imagine myself falling asleep I remember falling asleep
and just feeling very relaxed she came back into the room and removed my
needles asked me how I felt and I told her I felt pretty good I felt a little
disoriented and tired I kind of felt like I had just woken up from a
mid-afternoon nap you know how you're in that that kind of fog and it takes you a
second to reorient back to your body in the space that you're in she really
didn't have much else to say after my treatment and once I was able to gather
myself I left so her office was on the second floor of a building and I walked
down the stairs and opened up the front door and that's when the treatment hit
me everything within my visual spectrum was bright it was so vivid and colorful
and the sidewalks these concrete sidewalks were were filled with life and
there was kind of a silent hum that vibrated through the area around me and
and the city noises just seemed very calm and and subtle as I mentioned the
trees and the colors were just so vibrant I began my walk home and I felt
as light as a feather I felt like those bowling balls on my shoulders had just
been lifted off I felt like I was kind of walking on a cloud and I didn't
really know what to make of all these feelings and visual changes so I just
kind of took it and let it be after a day or two I
continued to feel stress free from an emotional physical and even spiritual
level and I realized that my first acupuncture treatment not only gave me
the relief physically and emotionally but it also completely changed my
perspective it showed me a perspective on the world and the world around me
especially from a bustling city that I had never seen before I had never
experienced before and that's a gift that I don't know if I
would have gotten anywhere else had I not chosen that acupuncturist and chosen
to see her when I did in that period of time right so there's a time and a place
for everything and then there's the synchronicity so in sharing my
experience with you I just want to reiterate that everybody's experience is
unique it's different and that the changes within acupuncture especially if
you're going for emotional relief or stress relief they can be very subtle
and I just invite you after that experience to not rush off to your next
thing or do your next to do but to allow some time in between that transition if
you get up from the table feeling a little bit of a fog give yourself plenty
of time to be within your body and experience any sort of changes from your
senses from your visual perception your hearing even smell and taste take all of
it in and really enjoy the treatment and pay attention to those subtleties if you
have had a really unique and fun experience with your first acupuncture
treatment or any experience let me know in the comments below I love that we can
share this and talk about it and really encourage more people to try this
medicine because it is extremely effective if you're in the Cleveland
area come see me in late go to Ohio and there's contact
information on my website for where you can schedule and book with me
I'll see you next time and I hope that you liked this video give me a like
comment below and enjoy the rest of your day bye

How one typeface took over movie posters - Duration: 3:52.If you're in a theater during previews, and you see this ….
… you know to expect a comedy movie.
If you see this — you know it's going to be action.
Make the letters a little skinny — and boom.
It's sci-fi.
You know this one's going to have fast cars...
This one's going to have Michael Cera…. … and this one's gonna be a rom-com.
You don't even need the music to know it.
But what about this?
This typeface — Trajan – is probably one of the most popular movie poster fonts ever.
You can see it in Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon, Double Jeopardy, Letters from Iwo Jima,
It's everywhere.
So how did it get there?
I'm Yves Peters, I am a graphic designer who has been writing professionally about type
and typography since about 10 years.
Yves has looked at a lot of posters.
And a few years ago, he started to notice a trend.
I started clicking, clicking, clicking, and didn't know where I started because I ended
up looking at about 16,000 posters.
Yeah.
Well I look at about 100 posters per month and I've been doing this series since 2006…
It's a lot of posters every year.
He noticed that the use of Trajan rose significantly in the last couple of decades.
But why?
In 1989, designer Carol Twombly adapted inscriptions from Roman emperor Trajan's column into
a digital typeface.
It was made for Adobe, so it was a part of the software that a lot of people were starting
to use to make posters.
A couple years later, it made its movie poster debut here — for Héctor Babenco's
At Play in the Fields of the Lord.
After that, it was on The Bodyguard, and Scent of a Woman.
Then it was on three 1993 box office hits.
By 1994, it was everywhere.
It's originally used for epic movies, movies about people that overcome difficulties, like
the big war epics and so on.
But then you see gradually that it becomes the standard movie font.
It's like the Arial of movie posters.
So people need to churn out a poster really quickly, and they just pick Trajan.
Eventually, that overuse changed the kinds of movies that used the typeface.
You don't see it as much on the big productions anymore.
It's become the typeface of horror movies, B-movies, and also the straight-to-video ones.
So you'll see that a lot of posters are for the lesser movies that want to pretend they
are better than they actually are.
The rise and fall of Trajan illustrates the downside of digital typeface.
The convenience of swapping fonts is a huge shift from old movie poster days when hand-painted
typefaces or "lettering" was an art that was specific to each movie.
So what you see behind me — this is more like the pre-blockbuster thing...
pre-genres, pre-standard styles — and that's why you will be hard pressed to find
two that are similar.
That doesn't make today's genre-specific typography bad design.
These visual clichés make it possible to communicate tone and plot details to an audience
incredibly efficiently.
And there's a certain art to that.
People get nostalgic about the old era of movie posters, when everything was still done
by hand and still very unique.
But you could compare it to music, where some people say, "nothing good was produced since
the Beatles."
But then there are people who say there's nothing good since Mozart.
Fair enough, but there's many other interesting things that are being produced now.
There's just much more.
But there's still a lot of very good poster design happening.
It's just, you need to know where to look."
