Google Tag Manager is a helpful tool if you need to implement Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel or other tags.
This video won't make a developer from you but we will explain how it works and how to implement it.

I'm Lukas and in this episode I will introduce you Google Tag Manager.
As a digital marketer or PPC specialist you need to interact with developers and IT team
in your or client's company pretty often.
And as they have already a lot on their plates, your tasks are usually not getting enough
priority.
That's why Google Tag Manager can save you lot of time and hassle.
When you will use GTM?
GTM will help you with implementation of all tags you need for marketing: Google Analytics
tag, AdWords conversions and remarketing tag, Facebook pixel and all others.
Basically, every advertising platform you use today will ask you to implement some piece
of code to your website.
And that's where GTM helps!
While before you had to go with every request to your developer, now you need them to implement
Tag Manager with data layers once and you can do the rest by yourself.
How to install it?
1)Create an account, or use an existing account, at tagmanager.google.com.
2) Create a new container for your website or mobile app.
3)Install a container in your content.
Add the container snippet to your site and remove any existing tags.
An account is the topmost level of organization in Tag Manager.
Typically, only one account is needed per company, as all tags for a company's content
can be be managed from this single account.
Then you need to Install the container. For this, go to Google tag Manager and click Workspace.
2) Near the top of the window, you will find your container ID, it looks like "GTM-XXXXXX".
Click that container ID to launch the Install Tag Manager box.
3) Copy and paste the code snippets into your website as instructed, or download and install
the appropriate mobile SDK. You can find link to detailed instruction in description
of this video.
In the end, Verify or troubleshoot your installation with Tag Manager's Preview Mode and the Tag
Assistant Chrome extension.
These 2 tools will show you if you installed GTM properly.
Once you installed GTM, you can start inserting tags, triggers and variables.
From that moment you can add your tags yourself without needing any IT support.
We will list recommended videos from other channels in the description so you can learn
more about how GTM works and how to use it properly.

ICELANDAIR versus WOW AIR - Duration: 3:12.
Hello and welcome to a new episode by Flyboys aviation!
Today's episode is about the battle raging between Icelandair and WOW air.
These two airlines, based at Keflavik airport, are currently in a bitter struggle.
Both attract the same type of passengers and have lots of routes where they compete directly
with each other.
It seems that there can be only one winner.
This video tells you what the background to all of this is and what the future might hold
for both carriers.
The convenient location of Iceland in the middle of the Atlantic ocean makes it an ideal
stopover point for flights between Europe and North America.
The distance from Iceland to both continents is limited.
This means that narrow-body aircraft that don't carry that much fuel can be used for
these routes.
All of this means lower costs for airlines and lower costs for passengers.
Something that has been exploited by both Icelandair and WOW air.
Looking at the traffic figures for Keflavik airport one can see that their strategy has
paid off.
In 2007 2.4 million passengers made use of the airport.
In 2017 this number was a staggering 8.7 million.
Icelandair was founded more than 80 years ago and has been the flag carrier ever since.
WOW air was founded in 2011 and has grown significantly since then.
Where the latter was founded as a budget carrier, Icelandair was originally a full service airline.
In the past few years Icelandair has realized that this strategy wasn't enough when competing
with WOW air and they adopted a more low-cost approach as well.
They are launching similar routes, one following the other.
All of this is good news for the budget-conscious traveller: fares are lower than they have
ever been.
This means increased tourism which pumps a lot of money into the economy.
So that would mean good news for the two airlines too, right?
Well, not so much.
Because of the heavy competition and the low fares they are offering the margins are extremely
small.
With rising fuel costs and a strong Icelandic Krona, which results in the country being
more expensive for tourists, they are losing money.
WOW air suffered a net loss of 22 million for the year 2017.
Icelandair made a small profit in 2017 but recorded a large loss of 25 million in the
second quarter of 2018 alone.
It seems then that these two carriers are slowly suffocating each other.
This is not the first time the aviation industry has seen such a battle between two airlines.
And if there is one thing that history has taught us it's that this is not sustainable
in the long-term.
Competing on offering the lowest possible fares is nothing more than a race to the bottom.
What the future will hold is unclear.
But it seems unlikely that these airlines will still be competing in the same way five
years from now without losing enormous amounts of money.

Some examples are Cigatam (the country's second-largest cigarette maker), Reynolds Aluminium, General
Tire and the Sanborns chain of stores.

Most times, the entire world is wrong.
They invest when the market is about to collapse and hold back when they should invest.

This is the most important lesson for any young person.
Forget who your parents are because it doesn't matter.

You tend to believe that everything is set for you and you need no much hustling.
This is false because success is not transferable.
You can inherit a million dollars from your mother but you can't inherit the fulfilment
and joy that comes from earning a million dollars.
You can inherit a billion dollars from your father but you can't keep or grow it without
knowing what you're doing.
Life is far more complex than we think.
You are the solution to your life.
Whether your parents are poor or rich, be sure you have your own cross to carry and
no one will help you to carry it.
Be courageous and take full responsibility for your life because it's all about you.
No. 4 Find Joy in the process, not in the possession.
Carlos Slim stays in a 6 bedroom house in the area he has lived for more than 40 years.
He drives himself to the office about 1 mile away from his home.
Lesson; Just look around you and see how people throw
party after making $100,000.
Many young people think what they need to be happy is the new iPhones, TV-set, Shoes
or cars.
Well, you can be happy for a few days after buying a new thing but just after then, you'll
go back to your formal state.
The real joy is in the process, not in the possession.
Your primary task in life is to figure out what you're passionate about because you
can only be joyful if you wake up every day to love your labour.
Find joy in the process, not in the possession.
No. 5 Seek to Dominate
In the 1990s, the government privatized Telmex, and Slim was one of the initial investors,
via Grupo Carso (the other members of the consortium were France Télécom and Southwestern
Bell Corporation).
The price: $1.8 billion, half of which was put up by Grupo Carso, for a 20% stake.
Carlos Slim was at the helm of Grupo Carso and, as such, took over at Telmex.
By 2012, América Movil, Slim's mobile telephony company, had taken over Telmex and made it
into a privately held subsidiary.
América Movil, via the subsidiary Telcel, has a market share approaching 70% of the
mobile phone line market, and 80% of the landlines in Mexico.

It's widely known for its National Sexual Assault Hotline.
Thursday, during and following the testimony of Dr.
Christine Blasey Ford before the Senate Judiciary Committee, RAINN received more calls than it could handle.
Here's what you need to know:.
RAINN Saw a Dramatic & Unprecedented Increase of Calls to Its National Sexual Assault Hotline Thursday.
The number of people helped by the National Sexual Assault Hotline was 201% above average yesterday.
RAINN created and operates the National Sexual Assault Hotline, which is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week by phone at 800-656-4673 (800-656-HOPE) and online.
"We work closely with more than 1,000 local sexual assault service providers to offer confidential support services to survivors regardless of where they are in their recovery," Rainn says.

"We are experiencing unprecedented wait times for our online chat.
If you are able, we encourage you to call 800.656.HOPE (4673) or reach out via chat tomorrow.
If you are in immediate danger, call 911.".
But RAINN is also helping survivors cope.
"Hearing about sexual violence in the media and online can be very difficult for survivors and their loved ones.
Remember to take care of yourself during these times.".
RAINN Urged the Senate Judiciary Committee to Delay Its Confirmation Vote on Supreme Court Nominee Brett Kavanaugh.
"RAINN calls on @senjudiciary to postpone the vote on #JudgeKavanaugh".
"It is clear from yesterday's hearing that a postponement of the vote is needed until the FBI reopens a background check to investigate the allegations of sexual assault," said Jodi Omear, RAINN vice president of communications.
"The risks of a brief delay in a confirmation vote are far less than the risks of a lifetime appointment made in haste.".
RAINN has been involved in public policy for more than two decades.
Its "policy team works at the federal and state level to improve the criminal justice system, prevent sexual assault, and ensure justice for survivors.".
RAINN says it helps "create and advocate for laws and regulations that make communities safer and support survivors.
RAINN works with the federal departments of Justice, Education, and Health & Human Services to "improve the federal response to sexual violence.
The agency led the "national effort to end the rape kit backlog, while collaborating with allies to promote state action through the Rape Kit Action Project" and it works to maintain databases for state agencies to help "students, lawmakers, and others seeking to understand sexual violence laws across the nation.
How the National Sexual Assault Hotline Works.

If someone is in need of help and call the hotline, they'll be connected with a "trained staff member from a sexual assault service provider in your area.
Callers are "routed to a local RAINN affiliate organization based on the first six digits of your phone number.
Cell phone callers have the option to enter the ZIP code of their current location to more accurately locate the nearest sexual assault service provider.".
When someone calls the National Sexual Assault Hotline free confidential services include: help finding a local health facility that is trained to care for survivors of sexual assault and offers services like sexual assault forensic exams; a staff member to help callers "talk through what happened;" provide local resources and local referrals for immediate and long term support; information about local laws; and basic information about medical concerns.
The National Sexual Assault Hotline is a "safe and confidential" hotline where only the first six numbers of the phone number are used to route the call and "complete phone number is never stored in our system.
Most states do have laws that require local staff to contact authorities in certain situations, like if there is a child or vulnerable adult who is in danger.".
RAINN Has Helped 2.7 Million Since 1994.
It Says 7 Out of 10 Victims Don't Report Sexual Assaults.

Created and operated in partnership with more than 1,000 local sexual assault service providers across the country, RAINN also carries out "programs to prevent sexual violence, help survivors, and ensure that perpetrators are brought to justice.
In reaching out to people to encourage them to call if they need help, RAINN says, "While almost all callers are connected directly to a staff member or volunteer at a local sexual assault service provider, a handful of providers use an answering service after daytime business hours.
This service helps manage the flow of calls.
If all staff members are busy, you may choose to leave a phone number with the answering service.
In this case, the number will be confidential and will be given directly to the organization's staff member for a callback.

The victim services experts at RAINN "take a victim-centered, trauma-informed approach to developing programs and services that support survivors of sexual violence and their loved ones," its website reads.
It describes itself as the "country's leading provider of sexual assault services, we have developed programs to help survivors in all stages of recovery.
RAINN also operates the Department of Defense Safe Helpline for members of the military "community who have been affected by sexual assault.
In addition to providing the hotlines, it offers "innovative technology and services for partners in the field, including organizations, universities, and government agencies.
It also trains "companies and organizations, as well as staff and volunteers at more than 1,000 local sexual assault service provider partners.
"We work with volunteers across the country to make a difference in the lives of survivors," it says.
