Waching daily Oct 1 2018

I have some updates about what I'm gonna be doing for this month. I've never done this before

But my plan is to do drawing every single day

For the entire month of October. I want to try and get two drawings done today

But if I can't I'll try to do at least one

All of these drawings is gonna be done with ink it could be a fountain pen

ice a graph a ballpoint pen or any type of pen that is an ink

Now the drawings that I'll be doing. I want to work on a lot of portrait drawing such as my scribble art forms

I do and

I'll include some abstract drawings in that as well

but I think this is going to be a very difficult challenge and

Usually people do one drawing a day, but I want to do two of them a day and

I

Would probably make half of these be portraits

I'm also going to be working on the drawings that people requested me to do having my subscribers pickled edge

All those videos will be uploaded for this month as well

So I'm going to include that and with it

So my whole month for October is going to be packed with drawings and videos that we'll be uploading

the reason I want to try and do two drawings a day is

Because normally I do a drawing every day anyways, so it really wouldn't be that much of a challenge for me

So to really make the challenge way more difficult

I'm doubling down and I'm doing two drawings a day

You'd like me to give me a critique about or give my opinions go ahead and send those to my reddit as well

for now

I will in the future have a better place that these can all be sent to

But for now just send to my reddit channel and when I get to them I'll respond to them in another video

So just go ahead send it to my reddit

I'll take a look at it and then I'll critique the drawings in a video you can be abstract

It can be portrait. It can be a painting or digital

It doesn't matter what form of art just send it to me

And I'll give you my opinions on it and I'll give you some advice on things that

To improve on but make sure before you send to me if you want me to be very honest about my opinions of it

Help you improve or if you want me to just tone it down a little bit and be a little bit more nicer about it

So if you have over time taking criticism with your art

Just let me know beforehand before it criticize it and upload it for a video if you're new here

I got a lot of work for the whole month of October all of these inktober drawings to a day

It's going to be a big challenge plus all my drawing requests and critiquing artwork

It's going to be a lot of work, but I look forward to the challenge and I think I can do it

So here we are down on the ground floor at the street level where staff

enter. As you can see people come in through the front door through a security device

that sees if they've got any metal the security guard will check people's bags

if they want to and if they don't have an ID like this one here they have to

actually come to the front other counter where another security person and they

basically give an ID such as their driver's license or some other ID like a

passport and they get given a visitor's badge once they do that they basically

come to the lift well and from the lift well you would literally type in our

floor number which is 14 and go up onto the floor and I'll um keep recording

this when I get up there okay so we've just come out of the lift

well up on level 14 so I'm gonna walk down towards our office now as I do so

just above me up here you can see your CCTV camera so that means that we can

monitor anyone coming and going on our floor and what I should have shown you

on the ground floor was we've also got CCTV in the lobby inside and we've also

got CCTV on the outside of the building too

so as I get down to our front door

I'll show you that there is on the ground out at their door there is a key

lock spot so we can actually lock our door with a key which we do do every

night and for weekends so that only management staff can open the production

floor for staff to work so staff can't get access to their computers or to the

production floor outside if management aren't here. When staff arrive

once the key is used to unlock the door we use biometric scanner for a

fingerprint so here I'll do that now and I can now

get into the production floor so staff have to do that every time they come in

or out on the production floor now once they're in the production floor we also

have CCTV cameras on the inside so you can see one just above me there there's

another one straight above me on a platform up there another one in the far

left corner that way so that means we can monitor staff from all the angles

during business hours and even after on weekends if the security staff for

cleaning our environment now all clients also have access to

these CCTV cameras inside the office so that you can also monitor your own staff

if you're calling them and they're not there you can see if they've turned away

from their computer or whether they've just taking a bathroom break once in the

production floor I'll show you what a standard sterile desk looks like here's one

I'm just going to Bob down so basically there's two monitors keyboard the

computer is is under the desk and basically there is no USB access

websites are disabled for any communication that we don't want them

having such as Facebook even Google Yahoo we disable all of those

if clients don't want them to have access all these computers here all

stacked up for a new office that we're moving into tomorrow

one staff into the production floor they have to come into another breakout room

where we have lockers now this is where they put all of their personal

belongings paper pens bags so that at their desk there is no no personal

devices no computers no paper no pens the desk has to be sterile so everything

goes into someone's personal locker and the CCTV camera even in here is just

behind me up on the wall so that way even in the area we can make sure that

only staff are in here using their devices so if they want to make a phone

call they've got to come into this room and make that phone call and then put

their phone back into their locker again else I think that's it so from a

security data point of view that's what we do physically from the point of view

of when staff are actually at their desks and working we use some software

called time doctor which measures every keystroke every mouse movement and takes

a screenshot of the staff members computer we've got two computer screen

so it takes a screenshot of both computer screens at random intervals

between three and nine minutes that way we can track or you can track as you get

access as a client to and that software as well you can see what they're working

on we can also use that as a timesheet tracking tool so that they can allocate

their time per job that they're actually doing

I think that's it so that is all of our security and data I hope you found this
