(Intro)
Hey!
How are you doing today?
I am Areeb Irshad your brother and your friend and I am back with another video.
In this video I am not going to give you in kind of lecture or any tutorial about Food
Science and Technology, so you can relax for now.
It's a beautiful morning today and originally I was gonna shoot the part 3 of food safety
Series I was gonna make a lecture on the food safety but recently this channel crossed 300
subscribers mark and that means really big deal that is a really big deal for me and
this channel has been getting a lot of good reviews and constructive criticism, good feedback,
positive feedback and I just want it I just feel like that I should make a video to thank
you for subscribing for commenting and liking the video.
We haven't interacted one on one, I haven't interacted with you one-on-one and I just
feel like that I haven't said a thank you properly for your criticism for your feedback
and for your appreciation.
So in this video I'm not going to give any kind of lecture or something I am just going
to read some of your comments from my videos from the past 2 months and just share my views
and thoughts on your comments.
So the first video was the Food technology: What it actually means?
and the audio quality was so awful, that was so terrible in that video.
And it got a lot of traction and lots of comments.
Madhvi Singh says your voice is not audible I'm terribly sorry about audio quality and
I really apologize for that although I am trying to improve my video and audio quality
as well and let me know down in the comment if the audio is audible to you.
Sunil sir has commented nice video dear keep it up, best wishes for your future videos
too.
In between somewhere try animations too.
Yes definitely I am trying to implement animations & visual effects trying to make the videos
more stunning and more appealing.
Shubham Gayen my friend says kya baat very well explained best wishes for the future
videos I can see a food tech professor in the making.
Thank you thank you so much Shubham.
Sanjeev Sharma Sir has also commented in the video wonderful video dear great work.
Thank you sir you are my inspiration thank you so much.
Deepak Sir one of my mentors in my college he has also commented fabulously explained
it using hot wheels very good keep it up keep it up Areeb.
Thank you sir thank you so much.
Another video was Stupidest Myth about Food technology in India [Busted!]
Ridham Di and Sakshi Di, these are two of my lovely seniors and they also commented
great work Areeb god bless you and keep up the good work.
Thank you DI, thank you for your appreciation
Sakshi Di has commented-very well said quite anomaly informative, keep going.
Thank you thank you so much.
Sunanda has commented innovative thought of expressing Food Tech at this level and indeed
it is a great effort from your side keep up the good work.
thank you so much thank you so much.
Shailesh Di is one of my inspiration she has also commented – Very Well Done.
Padmanav Sahoo has commented but the purpose of both streams, stremas?
Is same na. finally food will meant for only for consumer's so the myth of people is
not correct bro. not so much thing to worry.
Do I have to explain in Hindi now?
😉
3rd video was thirteen reasons why you should pursue food technology in India and I personally
love this one cos there are statistics and facts that have been provided by IBEF and
ministry of food processing industries and personally like this one and it also got a
lot of traction
Ilma Khan has commented I am quite sure you can explain more than thousands reasons for
the same (Yes Definitely) But yeap, these 13 reasons were amazing and
I am kind of confused with picking of my profession?
Well definitely if you want to switch to food technology you can do that.
Taniya has commented yeah Food tech is an amazing field and you are doing great work
keep going.
Thank you thank you.
And there's also a comment from Sunanda again, there's a comment from my father
– Nice 13 reason as Gagar me sagar.
Thank You.
Rajesh Dixit has also commented – Largest producer of Buffalo Meat?
You must have read wrong database.
Well Sir, I think currently India's is not the largest producer of meat, it is although
the largest exporter of meat.
But the facts that I have provided in the video are according to the reports by IBEF
that were provided in 2015 and I have also mentioned links to that IBEF's pdf so that
you can check for yourself whether the facts are right or not.
Moving on to another video – History of Foodtech.
History of foodtech is probably the shortest video on the channel and it has also got a
lot of traction.
Let's see the comments.
Sunanda again has commented video is really relevant short and simple for a beginner to
understand its a great effort from your side thank you once again.
let's move onto another video food processing and Engineering explained ok so let's see
what are the comments Anuharsh Gaur says - background sahi hai.
Thanks.
😊
The next video is Food science by Norman Potter 5th edition book review and let's check out
the comments.
Kashinath Biradar has commented - can you do a video on application of Nanotechnology
in Food Industry.
Well definitely I will do one video on the application of Nanotechnology right now I
am doing videos on food safety series and once I complete Food safety series because
I have to cover some of the most important topics that are most relevant not only for
the academic but also for the food industry as well so I will definitely give a video
on application of Nanotechnology so thank you Kashinath for the comments for your question.
Shravya has commented - You should do review on food science by Shakuntala manay.
You 'should'.
Is that is an order?
Well definitely I will do a review on Food Science, food facts and principles that is
to be precise that is the title of the book by Shakuntala manay and actually I will do
at least the book reviews on the books that I have read in my graduation that is Shakuntala
manay I've already done a book review on Potter.
I will do a book review on Sukumar De's Dairy Technology, food microbiology by Frazier
at least I will cover these books so that you can have an insight that what kind of
books are these.
Now recently there was a video on what is food safety in why you need to know about
it part 1 and let's check out the comments.
Anki Way has commented bruh keep making videos I'm a food tech first semester student.
your videos are helpful and simple to understand let's make your channel big.
Thank you so much Anki way.
Sunildharan Annamalai has commented finally I have found in amazing food Tech channel
thanks for the video keep continue your good work.
Thank you for the appreciation and I will definitely keep posting such videos.
Sonal S has also commented videos are you could improve a bit on the Sound quality very
low on few systems yes I again apologize for the audio I know it was terrible it has been
terrible but I am just trying, I am new here(on youtube) and I don't know anything about YouTube
I'm just learning about YouTube and editing the video.
The one last comment that I have reserved for the video that I personally liked so much
is again by Shravya and that comment is – 'Are you a lecturer?'
Well no I am not any kind or lecturer or professor or faculty I am just a student right now I
am pursuing Mtech I am in final year of M.tech and I am pursuing in the stream food processing
and Technology from Gautam Buddha University and if you don't know Gautam Buddha University
all you need to know about it is - it has great infrastructure, that is probably all
it has.
you may be thinking that if I am not a faculty or any kind of professor or something like
a teacher then what is my credibility and why should you study from my channel from
my video so I am a current student of food processing technology and recently I have
finished my graduation and I being a student I know what are the pain points What are the
struggling points of you, of a student who is pursuing a graduation or postgraduation.
I know a lot of people who mock by calling us cooks/chefs.
I know a lot of times when you ask searching for an answer what happens that you go into
the library is you may or may not find books or even you find book you don't know how to
study them you don't know how to start where to start and a lot of times you'll go on the
Internet and let me just ask you a question that on the Internet how many resources are
there which can provide you lectures are tutorials or study material on Food Science and technology
and food safety and Food Engineering, food microbiology, food chemistry and all of these
concept all of these subdomains under one big platform.
I guess there is no such platform or even if there is such platform it may be very small
because I don't know any kind of platform right now.
if there is any platform just let me know so I can get help.
See I am just trying to build community a strong community of the food technology and
food science students where they can come up and gather to learn and understand what
is Food Technology actually about.
and I believe that the learning process should be really easy and simple should be engaging
and fun.
It should not be burdensome for anyone And I Know cos I have been student I am right
now student and I know that a student how a student struggles in his studies in his
academic and although you have maybe you have to do a business maybe you have to set up
food factory or maybe it would be possible that you are doing a job in the years from
now however and wherever you want to go you have to pass this current phase of the college
of the academic and you have to excel in that at least be above an average so that you can
appear decent in the interview and to do that you have to master some studying concept understand
from certain concept of the food technology of the food industry and that is where you
can subscribe to my channel for easy and simple to understand lectures, videos and tutorials.
Another point that why you should subscribe why you should watch my videos is that if
you are self studying, I highly recommend, I highly motivate you to study from the textbooks
but in many cases it is possible that if you are still studying it takes have a lot of
time in making the notes and understanding the concept by yourself because you are doing
it for the first time.
But if someone comes in and teaches you a concept it teaches you are process then it
becomes a lot much easier to understand the concept when you are self studying.
So, this was it for today I hope you enjoyed, let me know down in the comments if you like
this format of video and I'll be back with the part 3 of the food safety series next
week.
Thank you.
