collection you can access a whole range

of royalty free to use tunes that could

that you create on Facebook? Here's how

it works, So just type in Creator Studio

and you'll get access to the app. Click

use now and the section we want to go to

is called sound collection. And that's

available here. So you've got two types

of things you've got the tracks so you

can play all of those as previews and

then you can click on the download arrow

to download them to your local machine.

Now do note you will still need some kind of

video editing software and I use

screencast-o-matic

there's also Camtasia, ScreenFlow on Mac

computers that can allow you to add

these tracks to whatever content you've

produced. But nonetheless there's a fair

library. There's over a thousand tracks

there and you can select by different

moods for bright you can have some different

ones there and you can have different

durations. So if you just want something

short. So you have got two or three there

there's 27 seconds And if you want

those brief clips on various things I

mentioned before there are ones on space.

If we go to some different categories

how about water and underwater. Let's try

these for example . There's just a

dripping tap a splash or a small splash.

And from two seconds to 30-plus seconds.

So lots of interesting content. The whole

thing is adding up to a whole creation

toolkit for anyone who wants to produce

videos on a regular basis on Facebook to

match what you can now do on YouTube in

terms of the creator options.

What do you want in 2019? - Duration: 9:28.

You know as we go into the new year

there is always a new year's resolution and expectations and kind of wants

But in a real manner, what do you want?

is a question that is

one that doesn't really get

assessed or analyzed or considered because we kind of move through time and we move through

assumptions about this is what I'm all about. This is what I want. This is what life is.

But when you start to get into a place of

this Shift of Consciousness -

"what do I want" becomes really an interesting question. And it's probably

one of the most important questions

because as we move from the third to the fifth dimension

what we what we put our attention on will more quickly come to us and so if we're not

discerning about where our attention is and what we want

then we're just gonna get garbage.

Well, we're going to get more of the same

and at the same time more of the same isn't consistent,

convenient and undisturbed. So more of the same is

really what the whole Shift is about is change and you look at

the governmental structures all talking about getting rid of

what was to bring about something else.

So in an individual level the question really is what do I want. Now to kind of frame that

in a manner when you get very quiet and

very present and

conscious in your awareness - just standing right here being aware of being here

in that space

95 plus percent of what's going on

outside and around you has nothing to do with you. So we get

consumed by the

the aura of all of the motions right? But what do you want?

really begins to be a very different question. One of the things I'm noticing too is that I'm hearing from students and people who are not even

Involved with us saying I used to be passionate about something and now I am not.

It's not like I'm complacent. I'm just ... there's not a drive.

There's not that same passion and I've noticed that with my self through life where there was a period of time where

gemstones were my thing.

It was everything I saw in life was through that filter and also collecting

skulls and bones. And so there was that period and then I passed through it and and it's like it never existed.

That

passion is not there. People are expressing similar things.

They used to be passionate about cooking and now I'm not. But there's nothing that's replaced that for them.

So, in a ...

simple pass through life manner things come and go and things come and go. But in this

situation where this Shift of Consciousness is unfolding you are losing your reference points.

So many of your

wants, beliefs, thoughts, goals, dreams

they're falling way. You're losing them. Many of those were not yours in the first place.

They were the Mom-Dad-Teacher-Ministers who said what you will be and this is what makes life work. We all go

Okay. So you're losing a lot of those reference points.

Some people say my life's getting boring. Well, it's not really getting boring.

You're just losing reference points. The subtlety of what is happening kind of the dawning of a new day.

isn't defining new reference points clearly for you as yet.

It's not like I want to get rid of my old car and voila

there's a new car. It's not happening like that. So the question of "what do I want?"" becomes

more specific. How do I wish to choose and create and engage in my life?

Most of us seem to just go along with life.

We assume the next day is going to come.

Most likely it is going to come but is it going to come on your terms? And so this question

"What do I want?" isn't really a material question.

It's not a new car, new house. It could be but it really is how would I like to experience my life?

That's the shifting question that's happening.

How do I wish to experience in the context of well-being and beauty and graciousness and kindness and people that I engage with

from a place that I enjoy laughing with? Those are choices

Those aren't

accidental things that you fall into.

About a year ago. I went through that place where I

was asking myself what do I want. A trick that I found really worked is: By the computer I just had a Post-it and

I would write down things that I liked. So I like watching the birds outside. I like doing this. I like being organized.

I had a list of ten things. What I found is that

strategy, I kept it right there next to my computer and I would glance at it. It's like when I would look at

those things, I would go (Sigh-exhale).

I created that place of well-being simply by writing down the

things I liked. What I want.

Yeah and you put bird feeders outside the office window and those kind of things.

I think that's a strategy that has a lot of value.

I think one of the things that many people do when we talk about what do we want is

we talk about what we don't want. Oh, well, I don't want this,. I mean you ask question

"What do you want?" Well, I don't want this. I don't want this.

Well ...

No, that wasn't the question.

But the nature of who we are has gotten to the point of talking about what we don't want

not what we do want.

This is a real

important

question because it brings you into present time. Yeah.

As far as

being aware of what I don't want I found, for me ...

Years ago it was easier for me to identify

what I didn't want in my life. Kind of like the process of elimination and it wasn't a focusing

on "No I really don't want this to happen". It was just

identifying it. It just helped kind of.

The process of elimination. If I know what I don't want then ahhh, I can look at what I do want. It wasn't a negative thing.

No - that's a strategy. That's a "I don't want these things and I do want these things."

You begin to sort through this. But what we do is we have these unconscious habits and beliefs and thoughts that

basically say "I don't like." "I don't want." "I wish to be disengaged from." So we

separate ourselves out from life in a lot of ways. We

make that an unconscious behavior pattern. If you listen to conversations

between people, the conversation is about other people doing things that they "didn't do it

right" or "I don't like what they did." It's predominant in the conversations.

So again, that's not what I do want.

That's what I don't want. The habit of just engaging with the No.

No, I don't want. No, I don't like. They're bad. They're not okay. That

becomes a very

consuming energetic pattern in the body that ages you, So going into this next year

the question of What do I want? How do I wish to engage in my life? What would I like to experience?

Where would I like to experience myself is a conscious

intentional set of choices

that we each are being asked to make.

Because the noise is going to get a lot louder. The distractions and the

fears in the external world are going to get a lot louder.

And they have very very little to do with you. So getting clear about Who am I?

How do I wish experience myself? What do I want by choice and by intentions?

is really going to become something that is

necessary to create a sanity in and an evolution of your experience.

Yeah important. It's going to be a very interesting year with lots of opportunities.

Starting it from "How would I like to experience this?

What what I like in my life? "is

something that is going to be a very good starting point. I think very good. So happy New Year and life

Yo yo, Based Zeus here and today I'm gonna be showing you guys how to make a girl chase

you.

But since this is an important topic that I wanna make sure you guys master, I recruited

some help.

Let's jump right into it.

First and foremost, the #1 thing you want to signal to the girl is abundance.

I've talked about abundance before but for those of you who don't know I'll give

a quick refresher.

Abundance basically means 'plentifulness', and you want to signal to the girl that you

have a plentifulness of hot girls to choose from, plentifulness of badass shit in your

life, and overall a life that's awesome and worthy of having.

This abundance of good shit in your life will show the girl that she's not the only thing

in your life and that you're not gonna become some needy overzealous little bitch who's

constantly gonna seek her approval.

Once you signal abundance, the girl will be vying for your attention, as opposed to you

competing for hers.

I noticed years ago, that men always end up with exactly the quality of woman, that they're

willing to walk away from.

The price you pay when you need the attention of a particular woman, is: well, you can never

have her.

-One of the most pragmatic things a man can do to indicate abundance to a woman and thus

a lack of neediness, is to simply engage in irreverent humor.

When you feel comfortable enough and entitled enough to speak freely about the things you

think are funny with no fear of rejection, girls often get very attracted to you.

Sure, some won't like your sense of humor, but the ones who do, will for sure chase you.

When she knows you're one of those rare guys who isn't needy or desperate to impress

#3 Assume attraction.

This is exactly what it sounds like.

Things like this will challenge her and force her to qualify herself to you in conversation.

This is a pillar of teasing and flirting with women, and the easiest way to do it is to

use one of these qualifying statements.

Another great way to accomplish qualification is to elicit congruence tests from the girl

sometimes called shit tests.

I really enjoy making fun of political correctness, or challenging mainstream belief systems with

women.

Basically mocking whatever she would have seen in the news about how we are supposed

to behave.

This is another way of demonstrating leadership and irreverent humor.

When a woman challenges you on the points you're making fun of, and you stay firm

in your position, she knows you're not the type of guy she can push around.

This is the quickest way ever to create massive attraction and build compliance with hot women.

#7 Use the push-pull method.

Push-pull is a tried-and-true classic technique, basically, you compliment a girl and then

pull it back by adding an insult or taking the compliment away.

An example of this is is to jokingly say something like: "You're cute, we'd make a hot

couple, too bad you're not my type."

This creates a flirty back and forth dynamic between you and the girl and allows for that

sexual tension to build up nicely.

I use this method in almost everything I say to a girl because it's the most effective

tool at building a sexual vibe that makes the girl wanna chase you.

Some guys really try to overcomplicate that concept.

Although it's extremely potent, it's also just flirting 101.

When you're a man who knows who he is, knows what he wants, and isn't willing to veer

doesn't need her, she won't want to miss out on the adventures she could have with you!

hi my name is Bill and today I want to be showing you how to replace silverware

basket clip in your dishwasher the reason why you might have to do this is

because damage broken or missing warning before doing any repairs please

disconnect your power source so this is the dishwasher we're going to be using

for this demonstration it's a Whirlpool now keep in mind yours at home might be

a little bit different than what we have here but the same technique should still

apply also keep in mind you don't have a countertop for this so we're actually

using some weights to keep it weighted down so it doesn't tip over on us so you

might want to consider that when you're at home and if you have to take out your

dishwasher make sure that you're not doing anything to tip it over and make it

fall on you when you're doing a repair as well the first thing we're gonna do

is open up our dishwasher here so we'll get our basket out of the way here and

we can just set that right there and you'll see our two basket clips so in

order to get our broken one off all you have to do is just twist it and pull it

right off now grab your new OEM replacement basket clip if you don't

have one already you can find it on our online store and you're going to want to

make sure that it's just on the same level as your other clip so this one's

on the second one up above and so we're just gonna line that up and we'll push

it against that corner tine right there and then it should snap right into place

so now we'll put our basket back on and the way you're gonna want to do that is

yet so these front doors on the basket face dish rack so then once you've got

it lined up the little notches will sit right in that clip right there just like

that and you can close it up and your pair is complete finally don't forget to

plug in your appliance if you need to replace any parts for your appliances

If you prefer to write digitally use an app on your smartphone that you update

regularly, or start a document on your computer

that you can add and refer to whenever you want to. They say it takes 21 days to

form a habit. What if you made a morning to-do list and an end-of-day summary and

they were the priority for three weeks, just to see how it feels.

It'll make your life better. It'll make your other resolutions so much easier to

attain. Whatever way you choose to track your progress I wish you the best for

hi guys welcome to becoming a better you by skeed today I want to talk a little bit

about yoga I started talking about it in another video but I want to talk about

it more here so if you keep if just so if you're interested please keep

today today is the only day of the week I've got to record videos said this in

the last video I record all on one day and then I edit so I can't put all the

videos out on one day I do have to edit them slowly in the evenings I can get

more or less a video out once a day something I want to explain in the last

session I was recording you might have noticed my tumbly was my tummy was

rumbling a lot I apologize for that and I also want to explain why that was

happening why am I just gonna get some food well I have been and this has a lot

to do with what I'm going to talk about with the yoga so I have been injured in

my in the fingers of my hands for five or six months now and I haven't been

able to do any exercise whatsoever and I've been going to lots of specialists

and things and no one could really help me cuz a lot of people don't work with

hands seen doctors seeing

physiotherapists anyway I finally got to to a physiotherapist who ironically also

studies a lot of Eastern medicine a lot of acupuncture and things like that and

she's also a climber so she knows a lot about hand injuries which was just

brilliant and anyway she said that I needed to go and get my hands MRR ID

because she suspected I had a ton of micro fractures in my fingers and

because you know I literally couldn't do this now you know

I'm doing exercise they're getting better the pains going down and so that

day I was having one of these MRIs done and so I couldn't eat for six hours

beforehand heads my tummy was rumbling okay that's

that so yoga I mentioned in another video a couple of days ago about yoga

and and I mentioned there are lots of videos out there on what I would call

traditional yoga rather than sort of calisthenics that is out everywhere

you know these power yoga the Vanessa's the Ashtanga Yoga as all of these are

calisthenics to one degree to a greater or lesser degree they're not talking

about so much the mind-body connection it's more to do with the body balance

and but it's not focusing on energy works and things so I mentioned to you

to go and find some yin yoga now there are some good yin yoga videos out there

but there aren't actually as many as I thought and I also said if you watch my

channel introduction I said part of my channel was going to be doing yoga

videos and things like that and I do have one or two English li to yoga

videos I started this channel six months ago awesome yeah about six months ago so

why haven't I made any more videos yoga videos this is why because I haven't

been able to do any exercise I am going to now my hands are finally

getting better I'm going to start woohoo making some yoga videos again it is also

going to be very good you're gonna see obviously even the first yoga buddies

you're gonna see me because I haven't been able to do any exercise for the

past six months apart from going for a run or going for a walk

not even I couldn't even ride a bike because I couldn't squeeze my fingers

can do anything so you're going to see me very stiff

quite inflexible I've lost a lot of strength I've lost a lot of flexibility

over the last six months so I think this is going to be a perfect opportunity

because you know you're not going to see me as a super subtle 20 year old female

dancer gymnast but you know you'll assume as female but so many of the yoga

courses and yoga videos out there whether it's on YouTube whether it DVDs

with it if you look into these people they have been professional gymnasts

they've been professional dancers they're super super super subtle supple

they have perfect positioning because of their background and let's just face it

that's not real life so because I've been off for six months and being very

restricted to what I could do it's going to be a great opportunity for

people that are not highly supple and aren't professional dancers and our

professional gymnasts to be able to go along with me because you know you're

gonna see I can't even bend down all the way and touch my feet to my knees

anymore so you're going to be able to see me going through all the process

again and we're also going to be doing yoga in the traditional styles so we're

going to have sort of Ian yoga videos series that is all about flexibility and

becoming open and then we're also going to be having other videos which

suppose we could call them yang yoga and the yang yoga doesn't exist perhaps I

should invent it the people invent new styles of yoga every day but it's to

work on the strength using slow movement and sort of isometric movements to

create huge amounts of strength that you can see in for example gymnasts that you

can see in for example dancers but these types of people do not have huge giant

muscles so we will be able to build a lot of strength and we'll be able to

tone and shape our bodies to make them more attractive more attractive to

ourselves when we look in the mirror more attractive to in a very physical

level yet without any worries of building big muscles cuz a lot of people

don't actually want to build big muscles especially women they don't want to

build a big muscles men like to think building them more but a lot don't like

to either and I actually know a lot of body builders and things and people who

go to gym who actually built their muscles up and totally regret it because

they created so much movement restriction so I will be doing in

starting I'm only gonna be able to do one yoga video a week maximum if I can

do that that is my plan and I will as I said I gave you these things as well so

I will be producing one video a week and I will be doing that video myself at

home every day that week and then I'll produce another video and I'll be doing

that video every day for the week so you can see my progress so you can progress

along with me and we can go through it we are also in

these videos very very important part of yoga which isn't done in

of these channels that I've seen so far yoga is about the mind-body connection

yogurt the whole point of the postures of yoga if you look at the ancient texts

is about preparing your body for meditation not just to sit in one

position and meditate but to actually be able to meditate from any position so

you can be in a hero pose and meditate in that position because your mind is

more powerful than your body you have the strength you have the flexibility

and then you have the power of mind to focus on what you are doing so the video

is going to be quite different to what most yoga videos are

when you listen to the details of how we're working it's a lot of

concentrating on your breath on your prana on your Qi you'll see as it goes

so if you don't practice yoga yet and you're going down the rabbit hole with

me do please start a good time to start is with me join me to do them because it

is very important to have your physical health correct

to have your mind-body connection there because when you talk about magic as

well people who there are a lot of people who do magic and you pay no

attention to the mind-body connection you know the Qi flow and things like

that and so one they're never going to be as powerful as they are and two they

never get to truly understand how this stuff works and so many of your empathic

abilities your intuitive abilities remain mysterious rather than tuning to

them okay sorry these videos that I'm recording is the elbe tramble II as you

can see I've got a head column quite thinking quite clearly but it is a

chance for me to be able to talk honestly with you guys rather than just
