Hi everybody, this is Dr. Dain.
Welcome to this installment of the Tour of Consciousness from Dublin.
I know it doesn't look like Dublin but see over there it says Dublin Airport.
Yeah, I'm at the airport, I forgot, I'm bad!
Plus for the last couple days my body was doing some really weird things
it was not feeling good and I don't do sick very well.
But, we were facilitating an amazing Relationship Class here
and I gotta say it was just absolutely phenomenal.
We got the things that are going to be sort of rumbling the walls
throughout the world for the next several months, if not years.
It was just phenomenal hopefully I can share
some more of that with you as we go along.
One of the things that came up in class
and one of the things I wanted to point out to you
that you may never have thought of
is that we, how do I put this, I don't know if I can even explain it in a couple minutes
but I'm going to try, hopefully I can make it easy.
My brain is not working very well, it's early and cold...
Cooooold, hence my jacket.
Anyway, so you want to realize that basically two things.
Number one... Oh bird - Hi!!
Sorry, my ADHD is kicking in.
Now I forgot what I was going to say... See, see what I'm talking about?!
We teach people how to treat us and that applies in two different ways.
So, for example if you grew up in a family
where you were never supposed to be seen you learn not to be seen
and then you go out in the world and you're like,
"Why does nobody see me?"
That's one of the instances where you teach people how to treat you
and how do you get rid of that? Well, every time it comes up...
Because what happens, have you ever noticed some people
like everybody's talking to them, everybody's noticing them and you're like,
"Why doesn't anybody see me?!"
Well, it's actually the energy that we're being
that is showing them how to treat us and how to be with us.
So, in this case what you want to do is when that comes up,
the easiest thing to do is go,
"everything that allows that to exist, POC and POD."
or the whole clearing statement,
Right and Wrong, Good and Bad, POD and POC, all 9, shorts, boys and beyonds.

And use that friggin tool there because it changes everything
or at least it has for me, oh and lots of other people around the world.
Maybe it works...anyway I'm just so interested in steamy breath right now.
So, we teach people how to treat us and one of the easiest things to do is
to catch it in the moment and go, "everything that allows that to exist"
and run the clearing statement a few times
or just go POC and POD, POC and POD, POC and POD, POC and POD.
Now, it may not seem like it changes in the moment,
next time it comes up you do it again, "everything that allows that to exist"
POC and POD, POC and POD, POC and POD, POC and POD.
I know it sounds too easy, believe me,
all of Access seems too easy but it actually works.
Just keep doing it.
There will be a day where you'll be in a similar situation
and you'll actually be seen.
So, I just want you to have that because a lot of times we look out and we go,
"Well, this keeps happening to me..."
Well, if you keep putting it outside of you, it's going to keep happening to you
because your point of view creates your reality
and your point of view is this keeps happening to you
and this is what keeps happening.
So, that's why it keeps happening
That was so logical,
maybe I should try to be philosophical too, that was awesome!
Okay, now the other situation is basically a similar situation.
When you feel like you're bad or wrong for something
what happens is the people around you
that are related to that situation are going to go,
"oh, they're bad and they're wrong."
So, for example we were getting a ride to the airport this morning
and our car was supposed to be there
and it wasn't there at the time it was supposed to be
and so I called the service and they said,
"look, he should be right there, It's been really bad traffic."
And I was like, "okay, cool."
But when the driver arrived it was really funny because
he's probably used to being early, I don't know, maybe on time, It would be my sense.
Great guy but he had this energy of, "oh man you're going to be so mad at me."
And so for a moment I was like, "I am so mad at you!"
Of course I didn't say, "I'm so mad at you."
That would be kind of interesting though
if we lived in a world where if you had something going on with somebody
you would go, "I'm so mad at you right now!"
And nobody could take it seriously...
If you did that, it would be able to totally dissipate.
Maybe that's a future world I'm thinking of
or more like the world I'd like to create
because then you would be able to deal with what was, it would dissipate.
But then if we did that we'd have no movies
because most movies are based on
never telling anybody what's actually going on for you.
And then nobody tells each other until the very end
and they've got an entire movie
and then at the end they say what they could have said at the beginning
and the movie would have been two minutes long.
Now, I know why it doesn't happen, so we can still have entertainment.
Okay, anyway.
I've seen this so many times with thousands of people
and what I do when I have something
where somebody tells me about something and I want to get upset with them.
My first question now is, "Is this mine or theirs?"
Because you don't realize it but I've said this many, many, many times,
we are energetic beings.
Meaning we pick up on the energy of everyone and everything around us.
By the way, sorry about the shake.
Every time I talk, my hand shakes.
Maybe I should be Italian, maybe I should... Hello, sorry!
Anyway, so what you want to do if, let's say you're late for something
or let's say you broke somebody's something.
What you want to do is go, "okay, so all the that stuff, all the guilt,
everything I'm expecting to happen right now."
POC and POD, POC and POD, POC and POD, POC and POD.
Or you could just make a different choice.
The POC and POD exists where you know there's a different choice
but you can't seem to make it.
You could just make a different choice, get really present with yourself and go,
"okay, wait a minute I feel really bad.
I'm expecting them to make me feel bad because I feel bad."
Which is one of our favorite things to do as humanoids in the world, yaaay!
And the ADHD thing...
Bright shiny thing just went into my head
And you could get really present with yourself and acknowledge what is
and often times that alone starts to dissipate it.
If that doesn't work, POC and POD, POC and POD, POC and POD, POC and POD.
And another favorite,
"Interesting point of view I have this point of view"
Now, if you haven't heard that tool there's a lot of YouTube videos here on it somewhere.
All you got to do is find them and it explains that tool.
I'm not going to go into that right now because this video is already too long
but hopefully this is giving you some information
that will make your life easier, make your life better,
make your interactions with other people better.
And get out of that stuff where you go into reaction
or you make somebody react against you by the energy that you're showing up as.
