HOW TO LOVE YOUR WIFE WELL - with Larry McCall - Duration: 6:54.
Hey guys, how many of you married men have marriage completely figured out?
Yeah, me neither. Well, if you've ever wondered what it
takes to love your wife well, you're gonna want to stick around. Because
that's exactly Wilfred cover next this week's bonus session of (phone rings) . . . oh yeah . . . go ahead. A gallon of
milk . . . a loaf of bread. Got it. I gotta go. . . of Manly Moments.
Well, I've been married for over 20 years now, but if I'm honest, I still make
plenty of mistakes when it comes to loving my wife well. That's why I'm so
excited today to have my new friend and pastor and author, Larry McCall, join us.
How's it going, Larry? It's going well. Thanks for having me, Robbie? No problem.
Larry has been married for over 40 years now and he is the Educational Pastor iof
Christ Covenant Church in Winona Lake. Larry, can you share a little bit about
your wife and your family and your desire to reach men? Yes, well my wife
Gladine is a wonderful lady. I had to get her young before someone else grabbed
her. So I married my high school sweetheart when we were in college. And
we've enjoyed this journey together. We've got three married kids. We have six
grandkids and a seventh one on the way. My word. And you asked about my heart for men . . .
Yeah I love ministering to men: my own son, sons-in-law, men in our church, and I'm so
glad that I'm able to serve you men here today. Excellent. Well, one of the reasons
I invited Larry is because he's the author of a book called, "Loving Your Wife
as Christ Loves the Church." Can you tell us why you wrote this book and how it
came to be? Well Robbie, I tell guys that I wrote this
book for me because I needed this. I mean we've been married for 43 years, but we
still have our struggles. And when I wrote this book, I really wanted to know
how to be a better husband. But having been in pastoral ministry for a lot of
years, I noticed a lot of men feel like, "No one ever taught me how to be husband!"
They had coaches for their sports. They had someone keeps them how to drive. But
they never had anyone teach them how to be a husband. So I'm trying to point
people to the perfect mentor, Jesus Christ. It's funny because a lot of guys
go into marriage kind of guessing. Yeah. And unfortunately, they guess wrong. And
if they're wise, they learn from their mistakes. But how can that book help us
with that? Yeah, thanks for asking. I think the main benefit of this book is
it gives men hope. A lot of guys feel like, "I don't know what I'm doing. I don't
what questions to ask," but when they see Jesus Christ as the perfect husband,
in fact the only perfect husband (he loves his wife perfectly - the church) and
so we can learn from him. So this book gives hope and it gives help because
guys begin to see practical ways in which they can love their wife.
And so showing men that and giving them the hope of trying, so men actually begin
to pray for their wives, for instance, or men realize, "I should be a spiritual
influence on my wife. I never knew how to do that before." This book helps them do
that. I think one of the misconceptions for a lot of guys when they come into
church is they think , "Well everybody knows everything, and I don't know
anything," or "Everybody's led many people to Christ. I've never let anyone to
Christ." But really, quite the opposite is true. Many people come into church and
they're hungry. They're trying to learn. They just don't know where to go and . . . you
know us guys, we've got this pride thing that keeps us from asking
questions, or really admitting, or being vulnerable. And so that's what I really
like about this book is that it kind of gets past some of those questions and
helps men actually grow. I was wondering, Larry, could you share maybe just one or
maybe two nuggets or practical things today that we can actually work on that
would improve our marriages? Yeah, anything come to mind? That's a wonderful question
to ask, Robbie. I think what I would like to encourage men, encourage myself, you,
other married men, is always go vertical in your orientation to marriage. So often
we're just reacting to what's happening. "I don't like the way my wife said that. I
don't like the fact that my wife forgot that." And we're just reacting to her. But
if we go vertical and we remember that God loves me because of Jesus Christ, I
can take the love he gives me and then pass it on to my wife. He's so patient
with me, I can be patient with my wife. He's so forgiving of me, I can be
forgiving of my wife. And helping men see what I call it is to go vertical and
then bend it toward our wives so the Gospel helps us take the love of God and
bend it toward our wives in a daily way. And I think focusing on that can
transform our marriages. Can you just come move into my house with me? If you
want to learn from my mistakes, Robbie, we need to block out lots of time. Okay.
Wow, Larry that's all great stuff. You know I probably should have written some
of that stuff down. Well you know, Robbie, it is in the book. You're right. Speaking
of which, how can guys go about getting a copy of your book? Easiest thing to do
would be to get on Amazon. If you get on Amazon, you can see it comes to print, it
comes as an ebook. It comes as an audiobook. I mean
take your choice. Even if you're not a reader you can listen to this book. There
are other places you can get it, but Amazon is probably easiest. I'll have a
couple links listed in the description below, so all you have to do is just click on them, but
there's actually one other way guys can possibly get a free copy of this book,
isn't there? There is. How's that? I'm glad to give a copy away. Guys, what we're
gonna do is have a drawing. All you have to do is leave a comment below that
says, "I love my wife," and we'll enter your name into a drawing. If you want to go an
extra mile, leave not just, "I love my wife," but give me why. "I love my wife because . . .
she's everything." Or, "I love my wife because she completes me." This is
your chance, my permission to you to brag on your wife, publicly. That will do two
things. One, it'll affirm your wife and she'll feel great. And secondly, do the
second part and you'll get 2 entries into the drawing. And then next week we'll draw
one lucky winner to take home a copy of Loving Your Wife as Christ Loved the
Church. And if we're lucky, Larry might even autograph it, right? I'd be glad to. Speaking of which, we have
to do a drawing from last week's video. For those of you who watched, it was a
hockey themed video. And if you commented, "I love hockey," or "I love the Komets," you
got your name entered into the hat. We've got those names right here in the Man
Camp jar. Larry, I'm gonna have you draw one lucky winner. Drum roll, please. (drum roll)
And that winner is . . . .
Paul Neukom! (cheers)
Way to go, Paul. Paul, you are a winner. You won
4 free tickets to a Komets game. And for the rest of you, don't despair. We're
having contests all the time. Like this one. So make sure to leave that comment
below and we'll see you next time for another installment of Manly Moments.

How to Make Time for Something Within Your Business - Duration: 19:03.
Hello.
This is Debbie Drum, and welcome to this week's Workshop Mini.
Today, we are going to be talking about time.
It's such an important topic, and one of the questions that I ask to get into my Facebook
group, Passive Income with Content, which everyone here watching should be in, because
we talk about topics to make passive income with content, that's what we do.
One of the questions that I ask is, what you struggle with when it comes to making money
online, and your online business with content, and one of the most popular answers is, "I
don't have time."
And this kind of frustrates me because especially even when people say that in their personal
life, I get ... I question this because you know it to be true, right?
If you really, really, really want to do something, you know that you can make time for it.
It's just an excuse that people say when they didn't do something, like return a phone call,
or they didn't do something that they said they were going to do.
I had a friend the other day, I texted her and she never texted me back, and I was like,
"Well, why didn't you text me back?"
She's like, "Oh, I'm so busy.
I was working, I had one thing after another."
I'm like, "Yeah, but a text takes two seconds."
We all make these kinds of excuses, but again, the truth is, if we really wanted to do something,
we make the time for it.
So having no time is really not an ... it is an excuse, and we have to admit that is
an excuse, and we can make the time if we want to get something done or if we want to
see a result, and work needs to be put in, and it needs to get done, okay?
So let's eliminate the time excuse.
Today, I'm going to give you three tips to get more time and get more things done, and
really never feel like you don't have any time because you'll have time for everything
that you want to do.
So three tips.
The first tip is you want to prioritize.
Now, this could be a task, let's say that you have a to-do list that has like 20 things
on it, you want to really weed out the stuff that maybe just doesn't need to get done right
now, or maybe you know you're really never going to do it, and just take it off the list.
Maybe it's something that you don't even want to do, and you feel like you have to do it
because you feel bad or you feel like you should be doing something.
You should be doing it, so you have it on the list, but in essence, it's really just
weighing you down.
You have to take that list and literally write it out and say, "Okay, I don't want to do
this.
I don't need to do this.
I don't need to do this."
So that's how you get that list shorter.
So that's the whole point is to make it a workable list, to actually get excited to
complete this list and have it be something that can be done.
We don't want to create an impossible lifestyle where we have a million things to do and it
feels like we're not doing anything because we're so bogged down that we have a million
things to do.
That's the whole point.
So this is still step one, we're still working on this list, and we want to prioritize.
Now, prioritizing a list does not mean that the most important thing gets done first.
You can prioritize a list in these different ways.
Maybe you want to get the fastest things done first because you know you can just get it
off the list and cross it off and feel better about it.
Maybe you want to get the easiest thing done first.
So maybe it takes less brain power, maybe it's just a no-brainer to get it done.
You can get that off the list.
You could, of course, do it by importance.
So if something is really, really important that you need to do, then that should jump
up, right?
Let's talk about maybe some kind of health appointment that you need to make.
A doctor, or just something that is crucial with time, that you need to do now as opposed
to putting it off for two weeks.
That's pretty obvious, right?
Maybe the priority list has to do with something that's enjoyable, right?
So right now, I'm working on this project that, it's not necessarily going to be this
money maker for me, but I enjoy doing it, so I'll spend a chunk of time throughout my
day working on it because I like it, it makes me happy.
And sometimes we need to incorporate that in our life.
And then of course, and this should be a good practice that you implement in your business
is that you want to really incorporate money making tasks in your to-do list.
At least have one to two in there that is like, "Yeah, this makes me money, so yeah,
this is a priority, and yeah, I'm going to do it."
So these are things that you could be thinking of, and I think the most important thing that
I said is step number one, or tip number one, prioritize is, take the stuff off the list
that's weighing you down, that you're just not going to enjoy, that you don't have to
do now, you can focus on other things right now, and you'll worry about it later, or we'll
go to step number three.
We'll move it there.
So before we get there, let's talk about tip number two to get more time, and this is really,
really important.
I've started to implement this in my business and I've been getting a ton more done, and
that is to do the task that you're doing without distraction.
So take note of the things that distract you.
What distracts you?
Maybe your family members coming in your office when you're working, maybe that's distracting
you and maybe you're like, "Dude, I need 30 minutes of nobody opening this door so I can
get this done."
Right?
Maybe social media distracts you.
That's a big distraction sometimes.
You take a little break and wonder what other people are doing, who's doing what on social
media, and before we know it, 20 minutes passed by, and that's just a waste of time.
It happens.
If I had my phone, if I wasn't recording right now, I'd raise it up.
Your phone, text messages, phone calls.
Put that puppy on do not disturb for a chunk of time that you designate to get the work
done.
And also, make this chunk of time realistic.
Maybe you only need 15 minutes, maybe you need 30 minutes, maybe you need a solid hour
or 90 minutes to get this done.
Think about how you're actually going to feel when you get the task done.
You're going to feel pretty darned good when you're a step closer, a step closer, a step
closer to getting the work done.
That's just it, and you have to realize that that's the feeling that you want as opposed
to going around on social media and wasting time, and texting people, and just doing things
that, yeah, you're sitting in front of the computer, but what are you actually getting
done that's going to move you ahead in your business, that's going to move you ahead in
your life?
Okay?
So first step is to prioritize, second step is to take action without distractions.
All right?
Really, really important.
And actually, I haven't done this yet, but we of course hear this from people all the
time, to maybe get some kind of timer out and really put the work in for that allotted
period of time, and then you know that you've completed that work and you've put it all
in for all of that amount of time, and not just 10 minutes, or five minutes, or 10 minutes
with a distraction of 30 minutes of social media, right?
Social media will always be there, texting will always be there, all that stuff will
be there.
You need to get the work done, okay?
So number three is something that I'm also ... I've been working on since literally the
beginning of my business.
I'm getting really, really a lot better at this now, and that is of course outsourcing.
And I don't know about you, but for me, this was always a little bit tough because I like
to do a lot of things myself because I know that it's going to be done right, so I take
a lot of time out, even if it's the littlest things, I'm like, "Oh, this only takes five
minutes.
I can do it.
I don't need somebody else to do it for me."
And this is actually a mistake because all these little things add up, and the stuff
that makes you money in your business is what you actually should be focusing on, not making
Aweber forms or scheduling out social media posts or whatever it is that you do in your
business that you could be handing off to somebody else to do.
So the biggest thing that takes the most amount of time when you're outsourcing is training,
but I think I did a session on this a while ago, I'll find it and link it to this video,
but what you want to do is when you actually do the training on whatever task that you
want to outsource, you want to do the training as if you're doing this training for not just
one person, but this one person that's going to do it, and then maybe two years down the
road, or even six months down the road, that person maybe will leave and you need another
person, and you already have the training done, and you say, "Here, this is what you
have to do."
So you only have to do that training once, and you keep that training in an organized
fashion, where anybody can go in and do those tasks for you.
It doesn't matter if they're new, or if your other employee just quit because you have
the training.
Sure, there's a learning curve, again, that's inevitable, but at least you've done the work
of saving that training, putting it in in an organized fashion, where anybody can just
come in and do it.
So we did a workshop this week on outsourcing with Davin Michaels, and he is very successful
in the business of outsourcing.
He has a whole team, it's called 123 Employee, and he has trained people that could go in
and not only do the stuff that takes a lot of time, like blog posts, and whatever else
we need to do for marketing in our business, but also additional stuff like lead generation,
finding podcasts to speak on, finding other speaking engagements.
Things that really take up time, the networking that you need to do to get further in your
business that you might not have time to do because you're doing so many other things
in your business and in your life.
So imagine if you had somebody doing all that stuff for you, where your connections, and
speaking engagements, and calendar is just full from work that somebody else has done
for you and you didn't even have to do it because you trained somebody once to do it,
they know how to do it, they know how to reach out, they know how to be polite, they know
how to send an email, they know how to interact and correspond.
They basically do the networking on your behalf.
I know that I've gotten so much publicity with podcasts that I've been on.
They've been remarkable interviews, and these people work so hard on their podcasts, they
rank them high in Google, and I didn't have to do anything but just do an interview, and
they did all the work.
And I didn't have to find those speaking engagements because somebody else found them for me.
So I can be talking about my books, I can be talking about my products, I can be talking
about my software, and it's just being sprinkled around all over the internet, and I didn't
have to do any work for it.
It's a beautiful thing.
So that's why I really enjoyed this week's workshop.
I'm going to put it in the chat box right now if you want to go take a look at that,
and I believe like with the deal, it's really, really good.
You get over 50 hours free of somebody who will work for you included in that package.
So 50 hours of people who will get you those speaking engagements, get you the leads, get
you the blog posts that you can be posting on that are not yours, like affiliate posting,
partner posting, things like that.
That you just might not have the time to do because you're focusing on other things in
your business with the little amount of time that you might have to focus on your business,
right?
So these little things that you might not have time for, now you have time for, and
now you're getting even further in your business because you're actually having a team of people
help you get the things that you need done, and it feels so good.
It really, really does, when you start to just take one step and outsource one thing,
and you're like, "Oh, I kind of like this."
Then you outsource another thing, then you outsource another thing, and it just makes
total sense because you want to live your life.
You don't want to be tied to your computer.
You want to be spending time with your friends, your family, and you want to be doing the
fun stuff in life, and you don't want to be in front of your computer seven days a week
or long nights because you just don't have time during the day to get stuff done, and
it's going to really, really help you.
So I really urge you to watch the replay from this week.
Great.
Thank you, Sally.
Perfect.
Sally says that she started outsourcing based on our last video that we talked about.
Okay, great.
That's amazing.
Donna, yeah.
Donna, you can definitely outsource articles.
One of the things that I've done in the past is that maybe you want to write the articles,
but you don't necessarily want to put it in the blog post yourself, you don't want to
find the images yourself, you don't want to make the big splash image yourself, the featured
image.
You want other people to do these little tasks that help you get the whole thing done quicker.
So you don't have to outsource an entire project, you can outsource specific components of it,
okay?
And yes, we did do a workshop mini on outsourcing, and one of the tools that I recommended was
Screencast-O-Matic, and that's how I film a lot of my videos to do training because
you can do quick videos and you can even have them host it on Screencast-O-Matic, so we'll
definitely link this video to that one.
All right, guys, that is it for today.
Thanks for joining, and go check out that workshop for sure.
I put the link in the chat.
It'll also be inside the YouTube video as well, and those get posted every Friday, so
go check it out, all right?
Thanks for joining, and I'll see you next time.

How to fix smoothly broken Barbie neck repair broken neck reattach - Duration: 3:12.
Greetings and welcome to Busy B from Germany my dear fellow collectors. Today
our topic is the repair of a smoothly broken Barbie neck. Maybe you know this
situation too? Okay here's the solution how to treat the
broken neck. You need MEK, an empty jar, a paintbrush and some patience. Not more and
not less. I have not tested it for Barbie bodies
from the 1960s and 70s but I think it should work for them too.
It should work because all Barbie dolls consists out of PVC. You dip the
paintbrush in the MEK and brush on the neck and the broken piece of the neck
that has caused the hole. I wrapped the joint in grease proof paper to be sure
that I can still move the joint later like before. It lasts several minutes
until the plastic starts to melt. Don't forget MEK is a solvent. Be careful when
using it. Of course that does not mean your Barbie doll is melted in a minute
or so but I would recommend to wear old clothes when you're doing it. Then
it's no problem when the paintbrush touches your clothes. I have brushed the
liquid several times on the neck and the broken piece now I insert the broken
piece into the neck again that should not cause any problem since it was
smoothly broken. For my own inner security I brushed over the two pieces again when
they are put together. I really want to be sure that this works out the way I
want it to. Forgive me but I always try to be as much perfectionist
as possible. Okay then we have to wait another 24 hours before the MEK is dry
and then it's time to remove the greaseproof paper and then
we're done with our repair. The next step is to soften the head with a bowl of hot
water and put the head back on the body. Of course don't forget to dry the head a
bit with a towel. We don't want the head to be too wet .That could cause problems
in the future. We don't want that. Now I let the Barbie doll dry overnight. Thanks
for watching. every Friday comes a new exciting video
for you and I'm open for donations. Thanks !!!!

Gini Wijnaldum brilliantly catches fan red-handed on plane - Duration: 1:26.
We've all been there. You catch a glimpse of someone famous and suddenly you've got to try and look cool and style it out
You could be in the street, in a bar or just bumping into them randomly during some menial activity, but the key thing is that you don't want the famous person to cotton on that you are completely and utterly starstruck in their presence
But uh oh, what if the famous person notices you noticing them? What then? Well if you're Liverpool's Dutch midfielder Gini Wijnaldum, you clearly take great pleasure in catching people red-handed as they catch sight of you
The former Newcastle and Feyenoord man uploaded a video to his Instagram Story on Friday as he took his seat on an EasyJet plane behind a fellow passenger, who had just spotted him and was sending a message to the world about it
Wijnaldum saw the passenger type in his name on the phone, and so zoomed in to see what he was saying
He tweets: "I'm 99% sure Georginio Wijnaldum is on my EastJet flight. Am I going to embarrass myself by saying Feyenoord with an awkward thumbs up on the way out? Almost certainly
" And what's more, we've only gone and tracked down the tweet: Only 99 per cent sure mate? Really?! We'd love to see that awkward conversation when the plane lands

Pastel Chameleon polymer clay tutorial - Use your scrap clay challenge - Day 7 - Duration: 18:25.
Hello dear polymer clay enthusiasts. I'm Mihaela from Learn Polymer Clay and
I'm back with more inspiration for your work with polymer clay. In today's
tutorial I am going to work mainly with a tool that I think I should use more often
in my work and I also encourage you to use it often in your work as well. I'm
talking about the etch`n` pearl tool and you can make amazing designs yet using
this tool. In this tutorial I'm going to use eyeshadow that have a matte effect
You can achieve a similar effect using chalk pastels, pan pastels, soft pastels
You can go for shinier look and use the mica powders to color the white clay or
you can go for bright and vivid colors and use alcohol inks on top of the foil
decorated dots applied with the Etch`n`Pearl tool
I'm working again with scrap clay that I have previously conditioned and passed
through a medium setting of my pasta machine then I'm going to use the trial
piece that I made to to see how this idea would look in polymer clay not only
in my mind so I've used this trial piece to make a chameleon outline you can
download a photo of a chameleon and then use your scissors to cut out the
chameleon and use this outline to draw an outline on top of the polymer
clay. Then I've made sure that I had a second piece of scrap clay conditioned
and passed from the medium setting and this piece is going to be the back of the
chameleon brooch and then I am going to use white polymer clay properly
conditioned and passed through a medium setting as well , you can use a lower
setting, even a lower setting, lower the medium and then I'm just using matte
eyeshadows to color the polymer clay I'm putting shades of pink violet and
green one next to the other
I'm even mixing them a little bit then I used gold foil could decorate a little
bit of the scrap clay from the first block of polymer clay and then I'm just
using the largest Etch`n`Pearl tool with the foil decorated polymer clay to make
the eye of the chameleon so it's very easy to use the etch`n` pearl
tool you just press it into the polymer clay and then you'll just have to make a
rotary motion to go all the way through the polymer clay sheet and then
you put the tool on top of the polymer clay base on which you want to apply
the polymer clay dots and then you you'll have to make a rotary motion
again and the polymer clay from the etch`n`pearl will stick to the
polymer clay base and I'm working with raw polymer clay for the two sheets
of polymer clay, for the scrap clay and for the colored polymer clay , so I used
the largest etch`n` pearl tool to make the eye of the chameleon. I'm using a
middle-sized etch`n` pearl tool to make dots all over the chameleons body and
I'm trying to use the etch`n` pearl tool in between colors because I would
prefer these larger dots in several colors the
best look that you'll get is when you'll have several colors are on
those dots then I'm going to use the smallest etch`n` pearl tool and the foil
decorated polymer clay sheet and I'm going to make small dots decorated with
gold foil and I'm going to apply them randomly on top of the chameleon base
I've used the medium size etch`n` pearl tool for some dots so I'm trying to make
an interesting design. I'm just playing with the colors, I'm playing with the
sizes, I'm playing with with the gold foil effect
and sometimes you get scrap clay on the etch`n` pearl tool so you have to be
very careful and remove this scrap clay before applying the dots on top of the
polymer clay and this is the let's say a time consuming project but it is so
relaxing to to just play with this small or I don't know larger dots, to play with
these pastel colors and with the foil and of course you can turn this idea
into any design. For me I thought that the chameleon idea will go very well
with these colored dots
and then I I just took the time and I decorated all over the piece. I tried to
use more green dots to have a
dominant color in the green shades
so as you can see I decorated all the chameleon design then I removed the
scrap clay the part that I decorated with gold foil and that I used to make
the golden dots or pearls you can you can call them pearls I think and then
I'm just removing a part from them
polymer clay sheet just above the chameleon¨s back then I
prepared the second sheet of paper clay that I said I would use for the back of
the piece so I used the makings texture to texture the back then I applied
the front the polymer sheet decorated with the etch`n` pearl tool and the
textured back one on top of the other and then I'm going to use ball pins
and I'm going to use the round nose pliers to make a little loop so
that I will be able to to secure these
pearls inserted into findings and secure them into the piece. So again I'm just
inserting the pearl onto the ball eye pin then I've made a simple small loop and
for the moment I'm just checking them against the design, I'm not pressing them
into the polymer clay base yet, now I'm just preparing them and checking to see
how they would look on the final piece. For the trial piece I've used four
pearls, for this piece I think I'm going to use five
so I'm putting the pearl on top of the ball eye pin, I'm trimming off the excess
wire and then I'm using the round nose pliers to make a little loop that I
am going to press into the polymer clay base
and as you can see I'm just sandwiching those pearls
between the two layers of polymer clay
and I thought that these pearls would look very nice with the pastel colors of
the piece and I thought they would enhance the beauty of the piece, at least
I hope so
and when you are inserting findings into the polymer clay it is recommended to
curl or I don't know to make a loop at the end of the wire not let it
straight because this is more secure, you are really sure that these the findings
will stay inside your piece and I am using as well fimo liquid to make sure
that this pieces will stay in into this piece and then I'm going to use the
rigid blade and of course the flexible blade to cut all around the design. It is
very easy to see the lines that I that I've drawn initially
and I'm trying to use the flexible blade because if possible it is better to
use the flexible blade when you are cutting through several layers because
you will have a nicer look on the edges and you'll have less work to do for
smoothing out the edges
Of course in some areas you have will to use your craft wire craft knife sorry
and then you'll just have to smooth off the edges. In case you decide to turn
this design into a brooch as I did you can apply the brooch on top of the raw
polymer clay so you'll just have to flip the piece which is not baked for
the moment then I applied the brooch finding on the back of the piece then I
used the same texture plate to texture the round cutout shape that I cut using
a Kemper cutter and then I pressed these pieces into the polymer clay base and I
used a dotting tool to make a beautiful design but in the same time I am making
sure that these pieces are connected to the base and I've used the
Kemper cutter to cut out part of one of the round pieces because they would not
fit otherwise on top of the brooch component so you will have to as I said
bake your piece for 45 minutes at the temperature recommanded by the polymer
clay manufacturer and then you will have to decide what kind of finish you would
like for the piece. You can use varnish in two layers, in two coats, you can
use resin or diamond glaze for a glossy resin-like look , you can use a thin layer of
fimo liquid or liquid paper clay and cure this layer using a heat gun. So you
have several possibilities to finish your piece but don't forget to seal it
to make sure that the colors and the foil are well-protected. Thank you for
watching the tutorial! I hope that you liked the tutorial. I hope that you found
it interesting and I hope that you are inspired to use up your scrap clay.

bruce & selina — you know I love you so. (+5.04) - Duration: 2:11.
It was Selina.
She's gone after Jeremiah.
You want to follow her, do you?
She's not herself, Alfred. She's desperate for revenge.
I like you.
As more than a friend.
There isn't a single part of Bruce Wayne's life that we don't know about.
Selina.
His joys,
his disappointments...
Your boyfriend's worried.
You scared, Bruce?
Of course I'm scared.
He almost killed you.
I'm gonna be here the whole time.
Promise?
I promise.
Bruce, I'm gonna be here...
whenever you need me.
You sided with them.
Whose side are you on, Bruce?
Yours.
Always.
Okay, so why do you need Bruce?
Why does it have to be about sides?
Why can't we just be us?
You know, one of these days you're going to realize...
Selina.
Look at me.
She was trying to kill herself.
I won't lose you.
I'm not yours to lose.
You sure you don't need my help anymore?
You don't owe me anything, Selina.
I'm not going back.
You never did.
It's not over yet.
I don't expect you to.
I don't expect you to understand!
Right. 'Cause you're Bruce Wayne,
and I'm street trash.
That's not true, I feel something.
And I know you do, too. We're the same!
So, you do have feelings for me?
I'm confused.
Good.

How to Be a Good Husband - Duration: 4:46.
Is there anything more manly in life than being a good husband? Think about it.
A good husband is a provider . . .
He's a protector . . .
Honey, honey. There's a noise. Huh? I heard a noise. Oh. Don't worry, I'll take care of it.
Here you go. What re these? Earplugs.
That should take care of the problem.
. . . He's a lover.
Honey! Your Romeo is homeo. Ouch. Stupid thorn.
You got a bandage handy? Some bacitracin?
Basically we are their knights in shining armor.
Honey, don't forget to take out the trash. Yes, dear.
And while you're up, do you want to unclog the kid's toilet? Do I want to? No, I don't want to. What do you
think I am? What was that? Um, yes dear! Coming!
Hey guys, Robbie Sondag here with a little Godly
advice for living a more meaningful life. Well, if you already are, have ever been,
or hope to someday be married, you may have wondered, "What exactly makes a good
husband?" And while it's important to be a provider, a protector, and a lover, there's
something even more significant at the core of being a good husband. And you can
find that answer in Ephesians 5:25, where it says, "Husbands, love your wives just as
Christ also loved the church and gave himself up for her." And I know what
you're thinking. "I've heard that before, but what exactly does it mean? I mean am
I supposed to die on a cross, too?" -Well in practical terms, if you want to be a good
husband, you should model your life after Jesus by doing these two things: Number
one - Love Her Unconditionally. Your love for your wife shouldn't be based on how
she looks or what she does for you. It should be based on her worth as God's
gift to you. Cherish that gift and stop trying to fix her to fit your needs. And
stop trying to solve all her problems, and just listen to her. I was in the
store last week and I saw a t-shirt that said, "My wife always goes on and on about
how I never listen to her . . . or something like that." The reason that's funny is
because it's so true. Here's an idea . . . why not fill your wife's emotional tank by
taking her out for a simple coffee date once a week, and then look into her eyes
and ask her a few questions like, "How was your week?" "What's been on your mind
lately?" And then just shut up and listen. Once
she picks her jaw off the floor you'll know you're on the right track. Then if
you really want to blow her away, later on give her a back rub without expecting
anything in return. That's called unconditional love. Number
two - Be a Servant Leader. Find out what your wife's biggest needs are and then
meet them. And again you're wondering, "Well how do I do that?" Well, remember that
weekly coffee date we just talked about? Go deeper with the questions. Ask her things
like, "What are your biggest needs right now?"
"What do you worry about in life?" "What do you spend most your time thinking about?"
"What types of pressures do you feel?" "What are your hopes and dreams?" "How can I be a
better husband?" And then take notes. The goal isn't to solve everything. It's to
learn about your life and be proactive and making her a priority. Guys, if you'll
make the effort to do those two things and then act on them, trust me, it'll
revitalize your marriage.
So yes there is a more manly way of being a good husband,
in addition to being a provider, a protector, and a lover. It's learning to
love your wife unconditionally and become that servant leader that meets
all the needs. How's that clogged toilet coming? Almost got it. (water drains flushing sound) Yeah, I think it's
fixed. Honey, you're the best. Thanks. I think. Hey nobody said it's gonna be
easy. Hey if you'd like a weekly dose of humor,

Kettlebell Fat Burning Class I 27-Minute Workout With Music For Home Fitness by 2FitnessLovers - Duration: 27:47.
Hey my friends
are you ready for kettlebell workout?
today we are gonna do little bit
shorter kettlebell workout
this is perfect workout
if you don't have so much time
but you still wanna do effective workout
we are starting with the three minutes warm-up
you don't need a kettlebell
after that you need a kettlebell
or if you have more kettlebells even better
then you can variate the weights
are you ready
let's start 3 minutes warm-up
with the X jump
here we go
let's jump 30 seconds
now prepare to sweat
inhale and exhale
three more
great
squat and arms up
sumo squatting and lift your arms high up
little stretch
two more
great
then start to walk forward
plank position
and come back, arms up
little bit faster
one more time
great
and jumping time
now use your arms
and legs
this is not really effective
jump!
squat time
start to walk forward and add here push up
just easy push up
you can as well put your knees down
if it's too difficult with the straight legs
or if it's too challenging to do push-up,
then just do plank
time to take the kettlebell
we are starting with the one arm swing
we are starting with the one arm kettlebell swing
almost the same than
doing the kettlebell swing with the two arms
the lats are working a little bit harder but
the glutes and the hamstrings are also working hard
maybe take maybe bit lighter weight
than if you would do normal swings
so join, me join, me join me
I'm starting now, 45 seconds
squeeze your butt, drive from hips
we do 45 seconds and then we change
we don't have here break between
and switch
be careful there that you are not dropping the kettlebell between
so here really effective
squeeze, make your glutes work
ten seconds and then we have a little break
shake your arms, shake your legs
now you can decide if you have more variation
you can decide if you go heavier lighter or if the way it was okay
stay with the same weight
I will stay with the with the same weight
five seconds and we start again
swing baby swing
5 seconds and we switch
pulse is going nicely high up
break
shake your arms, shake your legs
one more round to go
I don't go heavier,
I stay with the same weight
Oh baby I feel it I feel it
five seconds
are you ready let's do this
time is starting now
do you feel here,
your lats are working,
your upper back is working?
10 seconds
five
are you ready to switch
last switch
20 second
break
uuuuh
if you want you can drink a little bit of water
I definitely need a drink
that was a good start I would say
great start
then we have three movements
so we start with the, I quickly show you
kettlebell thruster
I go a little bit heavier
then we have kettlebell on your chest, lunges
and then we have row, both sides
check here that the back is straight
now we do reps
so no stress about the time
I try to count correctly, I promise
so let's start first with the kettlebell thruster
going little bit heavier
12 reps
sumo squat position
chest lifted, back straight
knee and toe same direction
sit down and explosive push-up
if you don't trust my counting, you trust yourself
12 reps
I'm talking at the same time so sometimes Im so concentrated to this
I'm doing too many reps
Nice greetings to you Sophie :)
break
lunges
I go a little bit lighter
I have been doing already one workout today
excuses, lame excuses
I'm gonna use it anyway
alternating lunges
kettlebell on your chest
keep good position
good body posture
forward and back
check that the knee doesn't go over the toe line
back is straight
enjoy the ride
then we do rowing
I go maybe little bit lighter
but my technique lately
this was surprisingly hard movement for me
if I wanna do really nice technique
so today I'm not gonna be greedy
I'm concentrating that my back is in right position
so are you ready
15 reps
each side
back is straight, core working
resist when you go down
I'm glad that I didn't take heavier weight
other side
little shake
I am sweating already
I hope you too
work there between your shoulder blades
make your upper back work
also triceps are working
great
sip of water
kettlebell thruster, squat and press up
go little bit heavier if you can variate
12 times
12 times my friend
this is the last kettlebell trusters
a bit wider than your hips
are you ready
let's sit down
check here not lifting the shoulders up
core activated
half left
great little break
lunges
forward
remember always when you're lifting the kettlebells
know I say this often but
just if there is someone who is just starting
with his /hers kettlebell journey
not lifting the kettlebells never with round back
always good posture
ready to go with the lunges
20 reps
very concentrated
looking angry
this is very serious time
serious workout
halfway
five
great
rowing time
I take little bit more water
I'm extremely thirsty
are you ready to go
are you ready to row
15 reps each side
if you have heavier weights
you can as well do this 10 to 12
Breath, I'm sure you hear me breathing
last ones
keep the good posture
my legs already starting to shake
great
let's do a little thing for the core
little thing for the core
if you have more option take the
lightest kettlebell
I'm going now
I even have 4kg kettlebell at home
but I'm going now
with 6 kilo kettlebell for the core
let's do a little rotation
20 times
rotating
check now the posture
chest is lifted
you are tall
and leg position
are you ready
great
then come in the middle
sit up position
arms up
dive between your arms
and go slowly down ten times
if this is too challenging with the kettlebell
if you feel like you are not getting up
and it's too heavy
do without the kettlebell
also possible also the rotation
if it feels, you feel it's hurting your back
or you shouldn't have any kind of pain
so then just do without the kettlebell
always concentrate on your technique
very important with the kettlebell or
training with the weights
prefer to take lighter weight
and learn the right techniques
great, one more time the rotations
second round just basic position
heels down and
and 20 reps
great ten times
sit ups
resist when you go down
exhale when you go up
kettlebell down
turn around
stretch your belly
if this is too challenging you can as well be on your elbows
down facing dog
check here your shoulders are down
not lifting them up
just short stretch
walking down
stretch here for your quads
maybe I change little bit my position
this way you see me better
continue
change the other side
you can as well lie down
and the butt
then chest and shoulder
front part of the shoulders
flip around
other side
round your back
and easy rotation
shoulder circles
and the triceps
before you go to the other side
round your back
do here as well rotation
breath, easy rotation
oh I feel between my shoulder blades
nice stretch
other side
great we are ready well done
I hope you had fun with me working out I certainly
had a good sweat
it was very effective work out
well done keep going and I see
you soon my friend bye bye
