we all know exercise is important to your overall health but finding time in

a busy day can be challenging it doesn't have to be impossible though let us show

you how you can break it up into a little mini workout throughout the day

to get it all in in shorter bits of time brushing your teeth is a great time for

squats you're just going to be standing around anyways using your arms so you

might as well get in a leg workout one or two sets of fifteen to twenty or

simply leaning back against the wall and a half squat and you've got those

muscles working how much of your day is spent sitting you can actually work out

while you're sitting down doing isometric abdominal contractions or

torso twists push-ups at work are you kidding no one wants to get their

clothes dirty on the floor but you can use a high counter or even a wall and be

just as effective with a similar motion while you're waiting for your food to

heat up in the microwave it's a great time to squeeze in a mini workout work

your leg muscles with hamstring curls and calf raises while you wait for that

food to get hot being stuck at your desk all day is not an excuse you can do knee

extensions or cam cam kicks without leaving your seat and this helps to

strengthen the quadriceps and get your blood pumping exercise does not have to

be confined to the gym or the running trail your house and your office have

plenty of spaces where you can squeeze in a mini workout so you can stay busy

but fit
