Hey everybody and welcome to Leia's Lair.

In this episode, I will be going over 7 interesting facts you might not know about Count Dooku.

If you are enjoying the videos, please give them a like, share and subscribe to the channel

so I can continue making them for you.

Number 1: He was part of the Lost 20

The Lost Twenty referred to the group of Jedi Masters, numbering twenty in total, who had

abandoned the Jedi Order throughout its history.

"He was one of the most brilliant Jedi I've had the privilege of knowing."

"I never understood why he quit."

"Well, one might say, he was always a bit out of step with decisions of the council."

These were Jedi Master's who left the order over ideological differences, believing that

the Jedi were wrong.

Count Dooku was the last of these members, leaving the Jedi Order after the death of

his former apprentice Qui-Gon Jinn.

Number 2: His lightsaber emphasized his fighting style

Count Dooku was known for being a very dangerous fighter and extremely talented duelist.

He was a Master of form 2, Makashi, which was known for its elegance and was designed

specifically for lightsaber to lightsaber battle.

This form was all about technique.

Dooku actually designed his lightsaber with a curved hilt, allowing him to perform perfect

lunges, parries and slashes, techniques that were emphasized by Makashi.

Number 3: He really disliked Mace Windu "Master Windu, how pleasant of you to join

us."

To Count Dooku, Mace Windu was the embodiment of everything he did not like about the Jedi

Order.

Windu held great authority and power on the council, and Dooku blamed him for a series

of political and moral mishaps.

One example of Windu's pride was when he refused to believe that Darth Maul was a Sith

Lord, because Windu believed that if this were true, the Jedi would have sensed him.

"I do not believe the Sith could have returned without us knowing."

Number 4: He had at least 5 apprentices (Canon)

Now this number is canon, but in legends it is thought that he had upwards of 7.

Before he turned to the Darkside, Count Dooku had Qui-Gon Jinn as his apprentice.

After turning, he trained General Grievous in the Jedi arts.

"You fool, I've been trained in your Jedi arts by Count Dooku."

He then trained Asajj Ventress during the Clone Wars.

"Your assassin has become very powerful."

After her, it was Darth Maul's brother, Savage Oppress who would receive training

from Dooku.

Finally, there was former Jedi Quinlan Vos.

Number 5: He once kidnapped Jabba's son

As part of an overall goal of gathering as many systems to the side of the Confederacy,

one particular plot was kidnapping Jabba's son Rotta, to gain the allegiance of the Hutts,

a very powerful family who were central to the galactic crime rings.

Dooku enlisted the help of Rotta's uncle Ziro to kidnap the infant Hutt and blame the

entire incident of the Jedi, thus putting the Hutts in debt to the Sith.

Unfortunately for Dooku, the plot was eventually foiled by Anakin and Ahsoka.

Number 6: He chose Jango Fett to be the clone template

"I was recruited by a man called Tyranus on one of the moon's of Bogden."

"Curious."

In Canon, the story is pretty boring, Dooku went up to Jango one day and asked him, and

Jango agreed.

In Legends however, Dooku recruited him through a contest to capture or kill Dark Jedi Komari

Vosa, Dooku's former apprentice in Legends.

The winner would granted 5 million credits in exchange for becoming the template for

the Clone Troopers.

Jango Fett won the contest so Dooku decided to use him.

Number 7: He had two masters

When Dooku was a youngling, he stood out amongst his peers, especially in his abilities with

the Force.

He was then recruited to be an apprentice by Master Yoda.

He would eventually go on to become a Jedi Knight and then Jedi Master.

All of his great abilities and his ambition led him to being recruited by Emperor Palpatine

to lead the separatists against the republic.

It was not until the very end that he realized he was being used as a placeholder apprentice

by Palpatine.

"Dew it!"

And there you have it!

Thanks for watching everyone!

(For Them) You'll Die | The Falling Man - Review (Vlog) - Duration: 9:46.

Here we are Mork and... oh! Damn

I can't...

Come on, man

Here we are, Marc and Sam

In this section of videos we will be analyzing part by part and explaining each the songs of our album, The Falling Man

After the intro, (For Them) You'll Die is the song with which the album begins.

This song talks about the reason whereby our protagonist is on the roof of a building ready to jump into the void

Now, let's dismember the song

This is a very powerful and forceful riff, that passes over you, whether you want it or not

And with this, we wanted to demonstrate the new style of this album

It has a very compact and direct sound

Remember that both guitars and bass, are tuned in D standard

So when I refer to a chord, it will be playing a tone lower than the real height

The riff is characterized by a movement of halftone, playing with the power chords of E and F

Following this rhythm

Between the chords sounds a harmonic representing the sirens that we can hear in the first song of the album, "I Apologize"

Let's go with the verse

Here, the lyrics tell us the reason whereby he is on the roof

This reason is the death of his wife

The murder of his wife

who died of three shots fired by an ex-convict

and for that in this same verse I say Bang! Bang! Bang!

The guitars continue with the riff throughout the verse

dragging the aggressiveness that we showed in the initial riff

and then the pre-chorus comes in

This is the moment that the protagonist finally makes the decision

and decides to jump into the void leaving all his life behind

At this moment I use a more melodic voice, with a melancholic expression

with a small phrase in whispered

representing the voices he hears in his head

prompting him to jump.

Here, the chords spread out, following a C D Em progression, harmonized with a lead voice in the background

preparing us for the chorus.

In this part, the protagonist relieves himself by screaming aggressively

telling us that he is tired of how the world works

and he swears he will come back to take revenge on all the people who have ignored him or hurt him at some time.

The chorus is divided into four large parts, where the band sounds as open as possible to represent all that relief

The chorus chords are Em C G B

Then these chords are repeated changing only the last one to A to give a little bit of hope

where the melody that accompanies the voice enters in the background

Then we play the three chords ending in F to link it with the riff.

After the riff we would play the verse, the pre-verse and the chorus

and then the bridge of the song arrives.

This bridge starts by changing the beat of the song to a ternary beat

with a riff like that

that at the end it ends following a pattern through the Em scale.

This is where the character's insanity voices enter.

The voices of this bridge are whispered as in the pre-chorus

In the same way, the whispers represent the voices that he hears in his head and make him even crazier.

To increase this feeling, I play this chords that go up

to the guitar solo.

The guitar solo is divided into two large parts

one part is very pentatonic and the other part is more melodic

in the first half I play in the Em scale adding some chromatism

In the second part I use the triad arpeggios (formed by three notes) Em D G Am C D

ending with an ascending pattern

thus reaching the climax of guitar solo to link with the final chorus.

After the final chorus, there is a silence that represents the break of time that the protagonist feels when he jumps.

After this break we return with the initial riff but with the drums playing a half time feel.

With what we want to represent the slowdown that the protagonist suffers while falling

thus achieving a much heavier and forceful effect.

CURIOSITIES

1. The provisional name of this song was SINGLE.

2. This was the first song that we all composed, back in 2016.

3. During the recording of the videoclip, shot by David Romeu of Winner Horse Production

a gasoline canister caught fire

and Sebas saved us all.

See you in the next episode!

Can You Get a DUI on Weed? | WheelHouse - Duration: 8:27.

(bright upbeat music)

- Can you get a DWI driving with (mumbles)?

I'm driving while high.

Dude I'm too high to do this episode.

Can you get a DUI from driving high?

One thing we can all agree on is that drunk driving

is a selfish devastating thing to do.

On average 28 people die from drunk driver

related crashes every day.

It's dangerous and rightfully illegal.

Driving under the influence of marijuana on the other hand

it's more of a gray area.

Humans have been altering their state of mind

for thousands of years.

It's been found that cavemen drank alcohol,

consumed opiates and dabbled in psychedelic plants.

They would get slizzard on some weird plant stuff

then presumably drive their stone wheeled cars

to the brontosaurus rib joint.

Nowadays people aren't much different.

After years of debate, marijuana is rapidly

becoming legalized in more and more states in the U.S.

10 states plus the District of Columbia

have legalized recreational marijuana

and in other 21 states have allowed medical marijuana use.

People are getting high all over the place

and unfortunately driving home.

Overall, it's not really seen as problematic as alcohol is.

In a recent poll 70% of people thought that driving

under the influence of marijuana was not much of a problem.

Look I'm not a square, I'm down for a little

nerp schkirp, nerp purp nerp (laughs).

But there's a time and place for marijuana

and ultimately it's up to the driver

to take responsibility for their own actions.

We've all had a buddy that thinks they're actually

a better driver when they're stoned.

Dude I swear I'm more cautious,

I actually drive slower when I'm high (coughs).

But does it actually make them a better driver?

No, not at all.

Driving impaired is driving impaired

whether your buddy realizes it or not.

Studies indicate that marijuana makes you

a worse driver for a number of reasons.

One, slows your reaction time.

Two, it lowers your attention span.

Three, it worsens hand-eye coordination.

One study found that a driver is 300% more likely

to get into an accident while stone versus driving sober.

All signs point to the fact that it's not a good idea

to drive while high.

But when it comes to arresting stone drivers

on suspected DUI, that's where the gray area is.

Testing to see if a driver is drunk is pretty easy.

All it takes is a straight line and intimate knowledge

of the ABCs and most importantly a breathalyzer.

You might be able to walk a line

and recite the alphabet backwards when you're drunk

but there's no cheating the breathalyzer.

If you get pinched and blow a blood-alcohol level

over the legal limit, you're getting a DUI or a DWI.

But it's a bit different with marijuana

since blood and urine samples take up

to a few weeks to process, cops in the u.s. rely heavily

on the field sobriety tests to determine if a motorist

is under the influence of marijuana.

Three standardized tests give the cops all the evidence

they need to bring you in.

First is the horizontal gaze nystagmus test.

It's just a fancy way of describing when the cop

moves an object in front of your eyes

to see if they jerk around.

Second is the walk and turn test.

It's exactly what it sounds like.

Cops watch you to see if you stumble,

stop to collect yourself or start before being prompted.

And third is the one leg stand.

Again they just want to see if you lose your balance.

If you fail any or all these tests, you could be arrested.

You can still be arrested even if you pass

the field sobriety tests.

It's really kind of up to the cop.

In the state of California for example,

if a cop thinks that you've been driving

under the influence of any drug,

the state sees that as probable cause

and that means they don't need your consent

for blood breath or urine test.

It's kind of a catch-22.

It's harder to test for marijuana in your system

but because of that it's easier for cops to arrest you

on suspicion of driving high.

One test that has become more common

over the last few years is the saliva swab test.

This test is often used at DUI checkpoints

and takes about eight minutes.

It can detect substances like marijuana,

crystal meth, cocaine and prescription drugs

in trace amounts in a person's saliva.

The swab test has stirred up quite a bit of controversy

because it can detect substances up to three days

after the drug was consumed.

And according to lawyer Randy Collins,

this leaves plenty of room for doubt in a courtroom.

If a person is able to hire good counsel,

it could easily be dismissed but without these privileges,

someone who might have smoked hours earlier

not been a threat to other drivers,

could have their lives severely disrupted by DUI charge.

What's maybe the most convincing argument

against swab, urine and blood tests is that

they often contradict each other.

Imagine other tests having that kind of failure rate.

So we have some good and some bad news.

We did three tests and two of them show that

you don't have cancer and the other one shows that

you might have cancer or might be tired,

we don't really know.

That's not scientific, that's just information

you can't use.

Canada has recently legalized recreational marijuana

and they've run into a number of issues

when faced with busting stone drivers.

Last September Public Safety Canada

dumped $81 million into a training program

designed to teach cops how to detect if a motorist is high.

The system is similar to the one used in the U.S.

except it has 12 steps but it's just as flawed.

The one legged stand might let the cop know

if you're high, sure, but it could just mean

that you're bad at balancing on one leg

which a lot of older people are.

This has led to numerous accounts of motorists

being detained while police run more tests

before the suspect is ultimately charged with,

Oops, I guess you're just not good

at balancing on one leg or sorry

because they're in Canada.

Shout out straight pipes.

Overwhelming evidence exists that being high

on marijuana impairs your driving.

It's not just the narcs saying it.

Marijuana lobbyists have run tests

and ended up with similar results.

Another very credible group has done

an experiment with stone drivers.

This organization is known for their very scientific methods

and completely unbiased reporting.

Some might even call them,

the most credible source on YouTube.

Roll that foodie.

(James freaking out)

We put Matt a normal guy through a rigorous driving test

to see if marijuana had an effect on his driving.

He did it first sober.

He wasn't the most seasoned driver

that's ever been on the course but did pretty well,

- Speed, brake!

- Matt handled the reverse section and the slalom awesomely.

The biggest hang-up for him was actually

the math problem.

(Matt cursing)

- Wait 2x 4 plus 3!

- He dodged the bunny with no issue

and even parallel park quickly and efficiently.

Sober Matt finished our course in 2:23, not bad.

Then we gave Matt a bong load of the stickiest

and the ickiest and had him do the same task.

- How are you feeling?

- Different.

- Straight off the bat he seemed frazzled

but it could have been that James Kirkham

was pretty aggressively yelling at him

from the driver's seat.

(James freaking out)

He accidentally pulled a sick reverse 180.

The slalom course was a bit sloppy this time around .

He missed the RC rabbit and went over the dirt just fine

but this next challenge was the nail in the coffin.

Matt tries to parallel park and totally beats the entry.

By this time it's far too late and Matt gives up.

His official time for The Stoned run was 3:38,

more than a minute slower than his sober time.

Overall not too bad.

But there were a few moments

when it could have been much worse.

And keep in mind this is a very small sample source

from just one test.

If you want to see that video, hit the link right there.

The evidence is pretty solid.

If you smoke weed before driving,

you're more likely to get in an accident.

It's completely selfish and stupid, don't do it.

Sure it's pretty maddening that cops have

the benefit of the doubt and the ability to pop you

even if you're not impaired but as bonk as that sounds,

they usually have everyone's best interest in mind.

Ultimately it's up to you to know

if you're good enough to drive.

And why is the front door so locked up so much?

Is that some kinda joke?

Wait why do you have a bat?

What are you gonna do with that?

And I woke up in a different room,

Sweating and confused

Did she hit me cause i'm feeling that she left a bruise

Oh this lady's crazy, i gotta escape

But now there's bear traps that's surrounding the place

What am I gonna do, I gotta run

Cause she's after me and I don't know what I've done

Cause I found a car, but it wouldn't start

Then I got hammer from the glovebox

I see you!

Now why on earth in the toilet are there pliers?

I could probably use these to cut the blue wires

Now all i need is the key

To escape granny's house so I can be free

And then i got a yellow key that got me

A crossbow and tranqulizer

Popped up right behind her

Then I surprised her

Fired a shot shot then she dropped

Yeah, it's time to leave

Granny's house

Time to say goodbye, I feel like I could cry

Can't believe that I survived

Unsolved Celeb Deaths That Will Keep You Up At Night - Duration: 8:22.

People have always had a thing for unsolved mysteries.

We can't stop thinking about the possibilities and it doesn't help when the creep factor

is through the roof.

High-profile unsolved cases are even worse for the coverage they get.

Here are unsolved celebrity passings that'll keep you up at night.

Jason Mizell, better known as Jam Master Jay, the DJ who anchored the iconic Queens trio

Run-D.M.C., was as well-liked as anyone in the hip-hop industry, so his shocking passing

was especially baffling.

In October 2002, Jay was working in the studio when an unknown group of people arrived.

An hour later, he suffered a wound to the back of the head, and to this day,

the only people who know why aren't talking.

Fifteen years after the crime, former NYPD detective Derrick Parker revealed that the

case was once actually close to being "somewhat solved."

"So you think you know who killed Jam Master Jay?"

"Yes."

Parker chalks the case's persistent unsolved status up to the failure of witnesses to cooperate,

which there just may be a good reason for.

According to Jay's cousin Ryan Thompson, any potential witnesses would be jailed as accomplices

if they spoke up.

But by late October 2017, the case was officially deemed cold, and it doesn't seem like it'll

be heating up anytime soon.

The passing of Natalie Wood riveted the nation in 1981.

During the filming of the thriller Brainstorm, the actress was enjoying some R&R aboard a

yacht anchored off Catalina with husband Robert Wagner and castmate Christopher Walken.

Somehow, Wood vanished from the boat, and her body was later found floating over a mile

away.

The death was ruled an accidental drowning, until the case was reopened in 2011 due to

new information from witnesses.

Investigators have largely kept the nature of this information under wraps, but enough

is known to poke some serious holes in Wagner's story.

He claims he and Walken had an argument, then calmed down and noticed that Wood was missing.

But multiple witnesses claimed to have heard a man and a woman arguing heatedly during

the time frame in question, and investigators have also noted that Wagner has at times failed

to get his story straight.

Furthermore, Wood was known to be terrified of water, and according to Los Angeles County

Detective Ralph Hernandez, she looked like she had been assaulted when investigators

recovered her body.

Wagner, now in his 80s, was deemed a person of interest in 2018.

The renewed investigation has been ongoing ever since.

Bruce Lee wasn't just a master of martial arts, he was martial arts.

He beat up Chuck Norris onscreen, and he once kicked karate master Bob Wall so hard that

he flew backward into an extra and broke the extra's arm.

It seemed like nothing could ever take him down, but something did, even if we still

don't know what it was over four decades later.

Lee passed at the age of 32 in a friend's apartment.

The official cause of passing was cerebral edema, a swelling of the brain, but theories of the

underlying cause immediately began to fly.

These included heat stroke caused by having the sweat glands in his armpit removed, an

allergic reaction to a painkiller, and even a ninja assassination.

But no satisfactory explanation was ever found, unless Lee indeed found it himself.

As depicted in the 1993 bio-pic Dragon: The Bruce Lee Story, Lee was convinced that a

demon stalked the male members of his family, including his son Brandon, who would pass in

a tragic accident in 1993 during filming of The Crow.

Jack Nance was the unlikely muse of David Lynch, who cast him as the lead in his surreal

masterpiece Eraserhead.

Nance also appeared in Blue Velvet and Twin Peaks, and he would've gone on to anchor even

more Lynchian weirdness had he not gotten involved in a random street fight in 1997.

After exchanging words with two young men in a doughnut shop, Nance was punched twice

in the head.

He arrived home complaining of a terrible headache, but otherwise he didn't seem out

of sorts.

The next day, a friend who stopped by to check up on him found him succumbing of his injuries.

Lynch remembered his friend as easily irritated and prone to being vocal about it, which may

have had something to do with the altercation.

The men who delivered the fatal punches were never identified, and decades after the fact,

it's highly doubtful they ever will be.

Bob Crane was the genial, handsome star of '60s sitcom Hogan's Heroes.

His squeaky-clean image made his gruesome 1978 death all the more unfathomable.

He was discovered in his Scottsdale, Arizona, home with his head bashed in and an electrical

cord tied around his neck.

But if his passing was shocking, the details about his private life that leaked out afterward

were even more mind-boggling.

Crane was heavily into photographing and otherwise documenting his romantic encounters with women,

something his friend John Henry Carpenter might have helped him with.

Carpenter immediately became the focal point of the investigation and was even tried for

the crime in 1994, but he was ultimately acquitted.

A 2016 re-examination of DNA evidence also failed to pin the crime on Carpenter, who

died in 1998, and the case officially went cold once again.

The case was the subject of the 2002 film Auto Focus, starring Greg Kinnear and Willem

Dafoe as Crane and Carpenter.

While the film certainly isn't reserved in its opinion that Carpenter was responsible

for the crime, it's doubtful we'll ever know for sure.

"If the blood found in John Carpenter's car is from Bob Crane, Carpenter is almost

certainly the villain.

There is no other plausible explanation."

Musician Peter Ivers composed some of the music for Eraserhead, and then he spent the

early '80s making a name for himself on the burgeoning New Wave scene.

He championed the genre as the host of USA Network's New Wave Theatre from 1981 to 1983.

His eccentric style could border on performance art in its own right, and he may have well

been on his way to national stardom had his life not been cut brutally short on March

1, 1983.

Ivers was found bludgeoned to death in his L.A. apartment, and police determined he had

been offed by an intruder, perhaps an "opportunistic burglar."

However, one potential suspect was David Jove, the creator of New Wave Theater whom Ivers

didn't always get along with.

But Jove was never charged, and it soon became apparent that no additional leads would be

forthcoming.

On November 16, 2010, Hollywood power agent Ronni Chasen was driving along Sunset Boulevard

through a ritzy neighborhood after leaving the premiere party for Burlesque.

As she slowed her vehicle, someone pumped four shots from a handgun through her drivers'

side window, killing her almost instantly.

It was a shocking killing, and if critics are to be believed, the Beverly Hills Police

Department bungled the investigation so thoroughly that it's unlikely to ever be solved.

The BHPD's search quickly focused on Harold Smith, a down-and-out nobody who killed himself

when police confronted him.

The case was declared closed, but documents released in 2017 show an extremely limited

investigation that ignored other persons of interest and failed to take advantage of all

available surveillance footage.

Even in light of this information and the fact that not one shred of physical evidence

links Smith to the crime, the case has not been reopened.

Christa Helm was never a household name, but she might've been eventually if she hadn't

met her mysterious fate.

Arriving in Hollywood in the early '70s, Helm managed to land bit parts on such popular

TV series as Starsky and Hutch and Wonder Woman, but she was allegedly much more prolific

with her romantic dalliances.

She was rumored to have bedded such diverse talents as Warren Beatt, Joe Namath, and Mick

Jagger, and she wasn't shy about recording all the juicy details in a diary.

One day, a friend received a postcard from Helm with an ominous message:

"I am in way over my head here.

I'm into something I can't get out of."

Shortly thereafter, Helm was brutally stabbed and bludgeoned to death on a West Hollywood

street.

When investigators attempted to find her diary, it was conspicuously missing.

It was theorized that she had turned to extortion to supplement her sparse acting gigs, but

nothing was ever proven.

In 1966, rocker Bobby Fuller was riding high with his band, the Bobby Fuller Four, basking

in the success of their hit single "I Fought the Law."

He had just signed a fat distribution deal when he received a fateful phone call early

in the morning on July 18.

After the call, he departed his apartment in his mother's Oldsmobile, but we'll never

know who he was going to meet or why.

Later in the day he was found dead of asphyxiation in the car's front seat.

Bruises covered his body, and he'd been doused in gasoline.

Amazingly, responding officers quickly determined that Fuller had killed himself.

A nearby gas can was disposed of without being dusted for prints, people were never questioned,

and the bruises were chalked up to the gas fumes and the summer heat.

Fuller's family, however, never believed that he had killed himself.

He was at the peak of fame and showed no signs of depression.

The 2015 book I Fought the Law: The Life and Strange Passing of Bobby Fuller offers the theory

that Roulette Records owner Morris Levy was involved with Fuller's passing after Fuller

2Minutes2Virtue: Think You Know God? - Duration: 2:25.

Hi, I'm Father Carroll, parochial vicar at Holy Spirit Catholic Church in Annandale, Virginia

In today's Gospel, the townspeople take Jesus to a cliff

outside of Nazareth

with the intention to kill Him

but what did He say to cause such reaction?

They had grown too familiar with Him

We can hear it in their words "Isn't this the carpenter's son

"...the son of Mary?" "Don't we know His relatives?"

"Where did He get such learning?"

They thought they knew Jesus so well and so the news that the Scriptures were

fulfilled in their own small village caused doubt and anger rather than

excitement and joy

They had put Jesus in a box and so they missed out on the

greatest news of all time

that Nazareth is where God chose to physically step

into our world

We must also be careful when it comes to spiritual things

and thinking that we already understand it

that there's nothing too new for us to learn

The beginning of wisdom is to know that we don't know everything

Wisdom means we're open to a deeper understanding of the things we already know

If anyone knew Him well it was our Blessed Mother

She gave birth to Him and raised Him

And yet she knew that she didn't know everything about Him

She rejoiced as He revealed Himself

And so her relationship with Him continued to grow

Like Mary we must remain open to all that Christ wants to reveal

One saintly nun said for example that if God were to simply reveal the

mystery hidden within the Eucharist that this alone would make us happy for all eternity

Imagine how much we had yet to learn still about Christ

Rather than being closed in familiarity, may God keep our heart and minds open to the greater

truth and to the deeper love He wants to offer to each of us

Your challenge this week

is to reflect on the ways that God wants to reveal Himself more deeply to you

God bless you.

Hello Friends My Name Is Bigger Smile And Welcome To Bigger Smile Sj.

Here Is An Another Tutorial Video.

In This Video I Am Going To Show You How You Can Convert Any Image Format To Any Other Image Format.

I Have Created Python Script For Converting Images Formats.

So Without Further Due Let's Start The Tutorial.

Here I Have Created Two Type Of Script.

First One Is For Batch File And Other One For Single File.

Here You Can See .Exe And .Py Files, I Complied .Py Script To .Exe For Easy Use.

Let's First Try Batch File, Then We Go With Single File.

When You Execute File Then You Have To Provide The Path Of Images.

If You Want To Use Current Dictionary Then Type "Cd", Program Will Understand That You Want To Do Task In Same Folder.

Or Use Any Custom Path, Choice Is Yours.

Now Put Input Type Format, It Will Take Every Single Given Photo For Processing Which Is Available In Same Folder.

Do Not Put "." Before Format Name.

Now Provide Output Format Same As Input And Also Don't Use "." In Format Name.

Converted Photos Will Store In New Folder With Name "Converted" With The Same Name As Inputted Filename.

Now Lets Check Single File.

Here You Have To Provide Input And Output Format Same As Batch File Also No Need To Put ".".

After That Just Drag File Into Command Prompt.

It Will Not Store That Single Photo In Separate Folder It Store In Same Path.

Now I Am Just Showing Different Possible Conversion By This Script.

I Will Make Changes In Script And Update "How To Use" In Blog Post.

Also This Scripts Can Convert Apples ".Heic" Format Into ".Jpg" Or ".Png" Format.

This Script Can Convert Over 2000 File Formats.

For Running This Script You Have To Install Imagemagick Software Into Your Device.

And Also Add Environment Variable Like Shown Here.

For Any Problem Comment It Down.

Using intonation to help students understand you - Duration: 5:36.

So the first tip we're going to give you today is about intonation.

Susmita has been telling me that many students have said to her

That they don't always know when a professor is asking them a question

They can't always follow when the professor is changing from one mode to another

Well, why is that so why are they having trouble?

Well, if you remember something that Susmita also told you when she was talking about Indian English

is that the accent is quite different and

Part of the accent is the melody of English. And the reason why it's different is the influence from the students' mother tongue.

So let's talk a little bit about

Cues that we can use to help students understand our intent

But let's start by talking a little bit about how we use intonation in Canadian English

There is a basic pattern that we use there's lots of room for variation

But there is a basic pattern

What we tend to do is we use if these were five

Pitches we tend to use three main

pitches

We tend to stay up on one line as we talk and then where we're almost finished to thought

We'll go up and then we'll go down at the very end of the thought that

means that

that's the clue that as you go up that you've reached the most important part of the thought and this is the clue that the

Thought is finished

The other thing we do if we want to show that it's a it's an unfinished knot

Or if you want a yes or no answer as we tend to go on the thin line and then up and then stay going

Up until it's sort of the top of that pitch and that is the clue or the cue that we are asking a yes-or-no

Question or I'm not finished yet. Wait till my next moment

Okay, so what can we do to help students with cues one thing we can do is to vary this pitch

Normally this higher pitch. We only use it if we're really excited or this lower pitch

We only use it if we're kind of angry

We tend to stay in these three, however

if it and and just to keep it longer lecture a little more interesting but to use

Your voice as a cue of when you're changing your modes or changing your purpose of talking just vary that pitch a little bit

Maybe go a little higher than you usually do or maybe a little lower to show that the thought is finished

Okay, so that is tip number one

Very you pitch especially when you're asking a question

the second q1 will give you is tied to this and that is

Used pausing and so you can pause at the end of a sentence

Possibly pause before just before you ask a question to pause at the end of the sentence to get people's attention

But you can also pause in the middle of a sentence and and chunk things into thoughts

So for example, I might say nice day, isn't it?

Pause a little bit between those two and I would go nice day

Don't like this and then isn't it for the tied question the little pause?

helps people have time to process or if I'm at the end of explaining something or telling

Students a piece of information. I might ask them

pause

Can you tell me why this is so?

So a little bit of a pause before I ask this question and you'll notice I said

Can you tell me so it's I've almost broken it into two

To thought groups. Can you tell me a little bit up? Why does this soap and then down at the end?

Okay, so using varying pitch and pausing the third cue

Is actually to use cubes

I'm sorry, the third tip is to use cubes. How would you how do you do that?

Well, what I tend to do is be really explicit about it

so if I'm talking with a group of students, and I want to ask some

Question, I'll stop and I'll say question. Well, there's no there is no doubting my intent

I'm about to ask a question

If you want to be a little more sophisticated about it, you could say I'd like to ask you a question

Or please tell me or you could say something like here's a question

so

Good tip use cues that prepare students for what's coming

forth

Use gestures for example susmita

Could you tell me what how many main pitches do we use when we're talking three you're right

We use three so you'll notice palm up gesture

Inviting Susmita to ask me the question and she has that visual cue that I'm expecting an interaction

so there you have it you have

four suggestions for helping

Your students to better follow the lecture and know when they're being addressed and when they're expected to participate

barrier pitch pause

Use cues and his gestures

doors and closing properly for this repair we'll be using a 5/16 inch nut

driver warning before doing any repairs please disconnect your power source so

keep in mind yours might be a little bit different at home than what we have here

but the same techniques should still apply so right down here we have our

bottom hinge washer it's in order to get that off what I'm gonna do is I want to

put a block of wood underneath the door here first and that'll just hold the

door up in place and now I'll use my 5/16 inch nut driver and I'll remove

these groups down here now as you remove the second screw keep in mind that the

door isn't being supported by anything but your wood so make sure you don't

bump into that wood and knock the door down now we take the old washer off just

clip it upside down and should come right out now you can grab your new OEM

How to Get More Creative in Your Business - Duration: 12:25.

Hey, Amber Vilhauer here, your online business development expert, and during

today's fast-track video, I want to talk to you and challenge you to get more

creative in your business.

Now, creativity is something that is sort of a lost art. It's not a science, it's an

art. It has to do with trusting your instincts and the ideas that come to you

naturally. When we get an idea to do something, usually we're looking for

validation to see if we should really, you know, leap, right? Make that jump

and will that net appear? Oftentimes we might even get started with that idea

but then talk ourselves out of it. And then we start to play small and feel

small, you know? It makes sense. We don't want to be rejected, we don't want to be

criticized, we don't want to fail. We want to be perfect and happy, right? But

creativity is something that is really a game changer, right? I encourage you to

dare to be different. Go against the grain. Yes, there's

something to be said about doing your due diligence, being educated and picking

and choosing, you know, what you hear is a successful strategy to implement in your

business. I'm all for that, but could you put a creative spin on it to make it

your own? Make it in more in alignment with who you are and what you believe? I

guess that's really what I'm trying to offer is a distinction. Now, I look back

on my career. The 11 years that I've been in business. My company is NGNG

Enterprises, which stands for no guts no glory. We're a website and online

marketing agency. Look back over the years at all of the ways that I've been

really creative and innovative and, honestly, everything that I look back on

where I went against the grain and came up with a new idea that I hadn't seen

before and trusted my instincts and just went for it, no guts no glory, it was

successful. And I'm gonna give you several examples. One that happened

toward the end of 2018 is, I got this idea on a random a Saturday morning and I

thought, you know, I've heard of these pop-up events where

restaurants will pop up and appear for a night or a week, and then they'll pop

back down and never be offered again. And I thought that's really creative. Yes, it

sounds like a lot of work, but man that could really keep an audience on their

toes, a community on their toes. It could be something really fun and exhilarating

and different, and I like to shake things up. Otherwise, I'll get bored. I like a

good challenge, and so I thought, I'm gonna do a pop-up event. I went out that

morning, I recorded a little three to five minute video talking

about offering a five hour master class in about a week and a half's time, and it

was just a pop-up event. I was just gonna throw it out there and and then, you know,

run the master class and then never offer it again. And that's exactly what

happened. I created this little video. I wrote up some text, put it on a web page,

the whole thing took me maybe an hour. And I sent the video out to my my

close-knit following and I said, hey, one-time-only I'm gonna do this five

hour master class. You are gonna get all of my best ideas in this five hours and

a customized action plan for each of the people that join. Sold out. Ran the event.

Huge success. Really enjoyed it, and we, you know, moved on. Haven't offered it

since. So that can be something really fun and creative and different and

interesting. I haven't seen other people in my industry doing these pop-up events.

Yet, I'm sure they'll grow in popularity. That's one example. Another thing is that

at the beginning of 2019 I thought, I'm gonna

send a video to my clients and to my following that gives them a refresher on

all things Amber. My beliefs, the things that I'm focused on, the trends that

I see shifting and changing, an overview of the services that we offer

and why those are valuable. So there's definitely an educational

component to this video. I spoke to a content marketing system that's a

passion project of mine called Leverage To Scale. I spoke to all of the different

ways that people can get value from me for free, and then I just put it out to

the world. I've never heard or seen anybody doing that before, not to say it

hasn't been done, right, but it was just a I took a different approach, and I think

oftentimes we sort of hope or kind of make this assumption that people know

everything that we do and offer. It's simply not true.

So by creating the sort of refresher video and sending it out to your

audience, could you do that once every six months? I don't see why not. That's

being creative. Or, let's go back to the early days of NGNG. It was highly

innovative and creative for me to come up with a service menu at the time. If

you go to NGNGEnterprises.com, the top toolbar underneath the header, it says

download our service menu. It's about a 20 page document that

outlines all of our services, our pricing and our payment plan options. Full

transparency. And you can download that document before you ever have a call

with me. And by putting that out there for people, man, the prospects I

attracted in loved that. They loved the transparency, they loved that they could

really kind of settle into decision making before feeling trapped or

anything on a call with me, which is funny, because if people get on the phone

with me, I have often been told by customers that

I am the lowest pressure sales person they have ever spoken to. But that's

my method, that's who I am, and I have to trust that, right? So by offering

the service menu, it was really creative at the time. This was many many years ago.

Now all kinds of people have service menus, right? Another thing that was

highly creative and innovative, again, this was well before video became what

it is today, I thought, you know, I want to have a home page video that describes who we

are, what we do, who we do it for, how we do it, and what I want people to do next.

And then I'm gonna have people watch this home page video and then invite them

to watch or download my service menu. And now, this became a Sales System inside of

my business. People got to understand what we did and what our process was and

the pricing and payment plan options before they ever even got on the phone

with me. Now, some people might be really worried about that, oh my gosh, you know,

what if they just don't buy and and nobody ever has a call with me, right?

This is why creativity requires guts, right? And I say no guts no glory. You

have to trust your instincts. You have to test. You have to be playful. You have to

try new things, be innovative, right? Dare to be different. Go against the grain. And

I'll tell you that once I implemented the service menu and the home page video, I

went from a very rocky 25 percent sales close to an 85 percent sales close in

half the time it used to take me to talk to prospects while doubling our rates.

Another time that I was very creative, again, years earlier before video

became when it was today. I thought, you know, I'm gonna send out like a weekly

tip video, and then I'm gonna repurpose that video to get my blog post done, do

all of my social media, send an email to my email list and then track all of the

growth metrics in my business. We got that process, that marketing system, so

dialed in, that our team could do all of that content marketing, getting me

exposure on all major online channels in less than two hours per week. And if you

know anything about me, you know that I will not sacrifice quality. I constantly

over deliver at every turn. I want to have an excellent customer experience

and follower experience. Even if I never get to have a conversation with

you, and you just enjoy these YouTube videos, right? So quality was a must.

Getting my message out to the masses was a must. And, not spending tons and tons

of time and resources was a must. And doing these activities every single week

consistently was a must, right? So I thought, I've got to find a way to make

this really highly efficient, and I did. And then, I documented that approach and

turned it into LeverageToScale.com. It's a training system that allows me to

train you or your virtual assistant how to do all of your content marketing in

less than two hours per week. Now, just imagine how much greater your impact

could be and how much money you'll save, not just from, you know, messing around

trying to figure it out, battling technology, doing it yourself and

probably totally missing the details that actually are responsible for

getting you results. But, perhaps, you've been spending tons of money hiring

agencies or other freelancers, being disappointed, because they're full of

empty promises, let's say, I don't know. So this gives you the control back. It

allows me to train you or your team how to do your content marketing in less than

two hours per week without sacrificing quality. So once I implemented this

simple concept, very creative, right, into my business, game-changer. We started to

attract in qualified leads. Qualified. I don't want to work with just anybody,

right? I want to work with a specific type of person that gives me so much joy

and enthusiasm, and I just want to do anything for those people. And those are

the types of people that we attract in using this Leverage To Scale marketing

system. And then once they come in, we use the home page video and the service menu

to go from that 25% conversion to 85%. So, by being creative, I hope you can now see,

you really can have the kind of business that you want with the impact

that you want, with the lifestyle you want. I'm not working a hundred hours a

week, right? But I am achieving great impact. I am building wealth. I am having

fun. I am doing what I love, and I am trusting myself in my instincts. And that

is what I want to invite you to do as a result of watching this video.

Trust your instincts, go against the grain, dare to be different, be more

innovative, be creative. Trust it, okay? If you liked this video be sure to

subscribe to my YouTube channel so that you get notified when future videos like

this become available. Head on over to LeverageToScale.com. You can watch a

90 second video on what I'm talking about with this content marketing system.

And if it resonates with you, you're welcome to watch our full demo. And, no

matter what you do moving forward from here, I want you to move forward through

your day in your other activities and just remember, no guts no glory. Thanks a

lot.

The resort is in a place known as Wailea, the waters of Lea, the goddess of canoe building.

We believe that the area was associated to Hawaiian voyaging, navigating.

There's many stories about travelling and voyaging the seas that come from this area.

You know Hawaiian not being a written language passing on information came through storytelling,

came through oli, chanting, and that translated into singing, and music, and hula.

I would wish that our guests take back home with them an authentic sense of the uniqueness of this place.

Not just as a Hawaiian vacation but as this very special place

Importance of Teamwork | Key to "Dreamwork" - Duration: 3:20.

If we work hard and are dedicated we can get better at the thing we are aiming to master,

it can be art, music, inventing something and so one.

However, we cannot be good at everything at the same time.

Hence, you would need a group of people who would assist you to assemble all the parts

to create the thing that you want to make.

This is what is called teamwork.

It basically means a group of people who share the same objective and each member specializes

in a particular thing, to create the end product.Hence, an effective and cooperative team determines

the level of success in achieving your goals.

If every member of the team works efficiently and there is good unity and comradeship among

all the members, it will surely be the dreamwork.

If we look up, we can find out how teamwork helps you to achieve your goal.

Let me tell you the story of the company named Apple.

The Founder of the company, Steve Jobs said that in order to build Apple, technology was

not the most important thing that he had to take note of but it was interaction among

the employees that mattered to him the most.

He was of the view that if there is a goodbond among the employees and the sharing of ideas,

there will surely be innovation.

When all the good ideas are discussed, the dream product is created.

Hence, Jobs made a big open space for the employees to interact and communicate and

hired people from different parts of the globe to get a variety of ideas to create the end

product.

Today, Apple is a Billion Dollar company and have indeed reached the zenith of success.

Hence, this example clearly proves that it is a good team that can make all dreams come

true.

There is another example of teamwork that we can notice in popular culture and you know

it very well.

It is Marvel's The Avengers.

In the comic series, you must have noticed how our favorite superheroes use theirpowers

together to take down any challenge that come towards them.

This is a perfect example of teamwork.

It would have been impossible for The Incredible Hulk, or Thor to take down Thanos individually.

But with their teamwork, they have been able to show a success.

We can relate this very much to our daily lives.

Every day we face several challenges at work and we overcome them successfully and efficiently

with the help of a good team.

Hence, a team should be a balance of members who can tackle different kinds of challenges.

It is not possible for a single person to face all the difficulties because he or she

might not be good at everything.

Hence, teamwork represents the division of labor which results in dreamwork.Hence, if

you are planning to start your business or an enterprise, make sure to build up a strong

team first.

You will definitely need the help and support of your team.

5 Health Facts to Know About Blood Clots - Duration: 13:29.

Blood clots they could be hiding in your body

and lead to serious complications and even death but how would you know if you have one?

Keep on eye on this video to find out the answer

so you'll know when to take action.

Hey Everyone, Aqila here..

In this video I will talk about 5 Health Facts to Know About Blood Clots.

Blood clots often fall apart on their own but when they don't

they can block oxygen flow and lead to conditions like heart attacks and strokes.

It's important to know the signs before it gets to that point.

And here are 5 Health Facts to Know About Blood Clots:

1. Defining a Blood Clot.

Before you continue watching this video

Don't forget to subscribe this channel to see other useful health videos.

While blood clots are healthy when they're stopping the blood flow

from a cut or injury, they can also form when they're not actually needed

which can be a real problem for our health.

Platelets in your blood are activated by damage to a blood vessel

changing shape to form a plug that fills in the broken part to stop blood from leaking out.

Chemicals from the platelets further the clotting process by attracting other platelets,

and then proteins in your blood called clotting factors end up as long strands of fibrin

that get "tangled up with the platelets in the plug,

to create a net that traps even more platelets and cells.

While there are usually other proteins to break down the clot but cholesterol buildup plaques

can trigger a clot as well when they break open.

2. There More Than One Type of Clot.

There are different types of blood clots depending on where they occur in your system.

While different areas of your body can be affected by clots, there are generally 2 types arterial and venous.

The arterial clots block blood (and oxygen)

from reaching vital organs which can lead to tissue damage

They may also form in the heart or brain setting off a heart attack or stroke.

Meanwhile, venous clots in veins tend to develop slowly, therefore the symptoms may not be as obvious.

There are different types of clots in the venous category superficial venous thrombosis (near the surface)

deep vein thrombosis (DVT), and pulmonary embolism (PE). I'll look more at those next.

3. Going Deeper About Thrombosis.

Deep Vein Thrombosis or DVT occurs in a deep vein in your body most often in the legs.

This can set off some telltale signs in the legs or you might not suspect anything at all.

DVT can also occur if you have certain medical conditions affecting the clotting of your blood.

It can also happen if you don't move for a long time

such as after surgery or an accident or when you're confined to bed.

4. Symptoms By Region.

Arms and Legs.

The American Heart Association says a blood clot deep in the leg in particular can cause symptoms of pain

redness, warmth, and swelling in the lower part of the leg which could indicate DVT.

If the blood clot is in your arm you'll have the same signs in the affected arm.

Heart

The clots that form in or around your ticker can cause a heart attack, which is obviously a medical emergency.

You must to look out for signs such as severe pain in your chest or arms, sweating, or trouble breathing.

These common signs can also be present on their own and indicate another problem

but it's best not to leave it to chance if you're experiencing these on their own or in combination.

Brain.

Blood clots in the brain may be most infamous of the clot family as they can lead to a stroke.

Strokes can be minor (transient ischemic attack) if the blood clot breaks up,

but they can also lead to permanent damage and major complications.

There are 5 common signs of a stroke depending where the clot is in the brain up there.

5. Risk Factors of Blood Clots.

While there's no foolproof way to avoid them altogether there are certain factors that put you in a higher risk of blood clots.

One of the factors includes a recent extended hospital stay that could be related to major surgery

Other risk factors some which can't be controlled, include age (65-and older)

lengthy travel of 4-or more hours at a time, obesity, family history

smoking, cancer, and even some birth control pills.

Well, Its very important to talk to your doctor when you suspect you have blood clots.

Getting help now, could make a huge positive impact on your health immediately and in the long-term too.

No matter your situation it's critical that you and your doctor work on a plan to help you find the causes.
