What a better way to look for properties prior to the auction, to kind of know the city, to kind of know where the areas
are. As you guys know LA has crazy traffic. So these two guys, bad asses over here,
they invited me to this experience
So we're gonna, it was actually a surprise, how we're gonna look at properties differently prior to the auction. As you guys know,
the auction is tomorrow and Tuesday
So we're gonna get into the helicopter right now and not only are we gonna tour the city
But we're actually gonna look at the neighborhoods where we're gonna be
Buying properties at the auction. Come with us!
So this is the helicopter that we're going to be flying in today, it's a Bell Jet Ranger
It's gonna be taking us up. I'm gonna give you a quick safety briefing before we get going to show you how everything works.
We're gonna get in this bad boy over here and we're gonna circulate the city see the best spots.
I got many Manny my broker specialist. He knows the area like no tomorrow I got
DJ they came all the way from San Francisco to join us on a tour and
On the way we might see some cool spots like the Hollywood sign in downtown LA or not

Amazing Israeli food in the valley and we're here
We got a lot of salads and tabbouleh, Tahini, all that kind of stuff
And now we're gonna have the pepper challenge, right? So this is very spicy and I challenged
TJ to have this and Manny is gonna join it. I, check this out, I hate spicy food. So
