In this video we're going to share with you another simple and easy DIY project

for your RV, today we're going to be upgrading the igniter to an electronic

one in an RV cooktop so let's get started. Hi youtube and welcome back to

another video my name is Aron with 3tailsRV.com if this is your

that out of the way let's get started with today's topic if you're like us in

the early morning and you get tired of hearing that annoying sound turn on your

cooktop and your RV then this video will help you to solve just that something

that you're going to need for this build are a double-a battery a cordless drill

a step drill bit that will accommodate up to three-quarters of an inch a screw

driver an electronic igniter art this particular brand has three outlets in

the back and that all depends on the number of burners that you have for your

RV cooktop and finally the optional item is igniter wires later on the video will

show you how you can use your current ones to fit with the new system so let's

get started

first we need to remove the Nava gently point on it now with a screwdriver

remove the two screws and remove the old igniter assembly here is what it looks

like ever it's going to remove now it's time to enlarge the hole to fit our new

igniter we used a 1 6 5 7 8 step lid and a favorite cordless broom

now it's time to insert the new igniter into the hole and then hand tighten the

provided plastic retaining nut and install a triple-a battery and finally

screw on the spring activated

now we need to move to the back of the igniter and install the wires you can

purchase new with neither wires like we did or you can reuse existing wires if

you reuse the wires provided you will need to crimp the ends with a pair of

needle nose pliers so that they fit the pins on the igniter posts now that we

have everything put back together it's now time to check out our completed

project simply turn on the gas and put your new install the igniter button and

there you have it another simple and easy RV project completed Lori and I

Decision VS Declaration★ #Distinguish with #TheSimplifier - Duration: 4:01.

welcome to distinguish the place where we make distinctions I'm the Simplifier you

can think of me as that part of you who seeks clarity who likes to make

distinctions and like to think with logic and when you get in touch with

that part of you let me present you the words for the day declaration versus

decision you see many people say many things like your friend might say to you

yeah I will do A then I'll do B then I'll do C a week goes by nothing

happens he does nothing but when you heard him say that I'll do A I'll do B

I'll do C you think that he might made a decision but when a week goes by and

he did nothing you think about it again now I ask you that question has he really

decided well that's a good question my personal opinion he didn't really make a

decision you see saying stuff and declaring stuff

is very easy but if you don't follow with an action

did you truly decide consider this quote if there's no action if there's no action

you haven't truly decided make sense by the way I remind you I'm the simplifier

but I'm also known as the action simplifier

I don't just simplify things for you I simplify them for you

so you can take action what do I mean by that next time you say to yourself I

want to make a decision so you say something I want to be there on your

shoulder reminding you that's not really a decision that just a declaration

that's a distinction that's just a declaration you want to really decide

make the first step make a commitment make the first step

send the email make the phone call send the text

message do something about that I tell you something personal about that as I

grow older I pay much less attention to what people say I just

watch what they do so next time you think (about) that distinction not only on

yourself but on other people when you hear your friend your colleague

your boss whoever it might be says things like I'll do A B and C remember this is

just declarations you wait before you said yeah they made

a decision you wait and watch what they do you watch what they do yeah then

you'll see if they are we were truly making a decision so that's the distinction

if there's no action you haven't truly decided you just said that you just

declared that so until next episode be aware of what you declare and what you

decide make the distinction and of course comment below ask for put your

requests for things that you want me to simplify for you for your family for

Should I worry about email unsubscribers? - Duration: 2:32.

Yesterday, one of my clients give me a call.

Hi Clarice, someone just unsubscribed from my email (list). How many people unsubscribed?

Two people unsubscribed. Should we stop sending them newsletters? What should we do

Am I going to lose all my subscribers? So essentially your email list, the list of subscribers

to what you send to them via email, information, content showing them

your cool videos, your blog posts, all this content it's meant to nurture and

it's a form of interaction with them to show them valuable information that they

can use in their professional career, in their business, things like that. And when

people unsubscribe it means potentially they are most likely not interested in

what you are telling them, they're most likely not gonna buy anything from you

so why should I bother about them let me put it this way if you go and check out

those people who unsubscribe for you, from you, you can look at their

activities so for all the previous emails that you've sent them you probably

see that they have never opened the emails at all, most of them or not even

clicked on any of the links in those emails, there were no interactions it

wasn't relevant to them and they'll never buy. So forget about those people! Focus

your energies on people who are interested in what you're selling, who are interested

to hear what you say, interested in your expertise and want to learn from you so

that they can do better in what they're doing. So instead of pulling your hair out

worrying about those people, think about what value can you provide to those

people who are most likely to buy from you. So the next time if you get any

unsubscribers, don't bother. Don't even think about it.

3 Dating tips that make you more attractive - Duration: 6:47.

- In this video, I'm gonna share with you

the three qualities that make somebody naturally attractive.

Now, I did mention in the last video

that in today's video I was gonna tell you

about how you can obtain a secret hidden video from me.

Make sure you stay tuned,

because I am gonna be giving you access to that

at the end of this video, so do not miss it.

But in this video, first of all,

we are gonna talk about the three things

that make somebody naturally attractive and why.

So I believe that there are three qualities

that if you have all three of these things,

then people will naturally be drawn to you.

They will naturally wanna be more attracted to you.

And this is a quality that most people forget

when it comes to their dating life.

They'll learn lines or learn tricks

or learn good places to take somebody on a date,

which by the way I'm gonna talk about

in my next video on the channel,

so make sure you watch out for that one too.

But there is more to dating than that,

and a big part of dating is improving who you are,

becoming more attractive.

And I believe there are three qualities

that make somebody naturally more attractive.

These are abundance, confidence,

and the ability to escalate.

You can remember these as ACE, A-C-E,

abundance, confidence, and escalate.

And each one of these qualities

is a natural trigger for attraction.

The first of these, abundance, is all about making sure

that you have opportunities, you're not just limited

by only meeting people in your workplace,

that you actually have a lot of people around you,

or what I'd like to think of as a healthy social life

with multiple opportunities to date.

At any one time, I've got five, six different people

who I'm attracted to who are attracted to me.

And I'm not necessarily dating them, they're just friends.

But by staying in touch with them and making sure

that I'm constantly surrounded by people

who may or may not be attracted to me,

it improves my natural attractiveness to others.

Other people around me can see

that there are people that want me,

and it makes them realize that I am a candidate,

I am somebody that they could date,

and it boosts my attractiveness.

In fact, many psychology studies have shown preselection

or the concept of abundance

can improve your attractiveness by 20%.

That means if you typically,

I don't believe in rating people in numbers,

but if you rated yourself a six out of 10,

you're an eight out of 10 if you have abundance.

So it's a huge quality to make sure you develop.

The next is confidence.

Confidence I used to hate, right.

I used to be like, oh, confidence,

how do you get confidence?

You just be more confident?

But that's not really what it's about.

Confidence can be developed.

The real key to developing confidence is with experience.

That's what makes actual confidence.

The key is you've gotta make sure you get the right kind

of experience that makes you attractive

versus the experiences in the wrong things

that no one cares about or a false bravado,

a fake experience where you're showing off to everyone,

and that's not attractive either.

But if you learn how to generate the right kind

of experience, then that makes you confident

in all the settings where you have experience,

and that makes you more attractive.

So it's a very easy way to build real confidence

as opposed to the fake bravado that doesn't attract anybody.

And lastly is you have to know how to escalate.

If you don't know how to get things

a little bit more intimate

and a little bit more X rated and naughty,

then your situations are gonna end up stuck

in the friend zone all the time.

Someone is just gonna view you as a friend,

and they're not gonna find you

as a potential romantic partner.

And it doesn't matter if you're a guy, girl,

or whatever you identify as.

You need to know how to get somebody aroused

so that they know that you're interested in them

so that they don't feel awkward and they're like,

well, I like this person, but I don't know if they like me.

So it's really important that you know how to escalate

in a way that doesn't weird somebody out,

in a way that makes sure that it's consensual,

but also it lets them know that you are interested.

And if you have these three qualities,

then it's very easy for you to be naturally more attractive.

But what if you don't have all three?

What if you're somebody that only has two

of each of the qualities?

In fact, more commonly than not,

you'll see people do only have two of these qualities,

and it's the reason they struggle at dating.

For example, if I have abundance and confidence,

I've got a lot of friends who are naturally attracted to me

and I'm a confident person,

but I don't know how to escalate,

what happens then is I am that really cool friend

that's constantly single.

And it's simply because I don't know

how to let others know that I'm interested in them.

On the other hand, if I have abundance

and the ability to escalate but no confidence,

then I've got a lot of friends

who may or may not be attracted to me,

I know how to set up a relationship,

but I'm never getting the person that I want.

I'm never getting the quality that I want

because I'm afraid of going after the one that I truly want.

And lastly, if I've got confidence

and the ability to escalate, they're the kind of people

that don't really have lots of friends.

They're going out into bars, meeting somebody,

having one-night stands,

ending up in relationships with people based on luck

that just happen to be single,

and they're going out constantly trying

to make something happen,

and yet they don't really have that healthy social life.

And what happens is every time they meet somebody,

they try and have a relationship with them,

and so they never really develop a friend group.

And then when they get single,

they're left alone again and don't know what to do.

And you probably identify

with at least one of those three things,

especially if you're watching this video.

Or I suppose there's a chance

that you don't have any of them,

and then your situation's even worse than that.

But if you have all three,

then it is naturally easy for you to meet people,

or at least a lot easier than it is for you today.

Callum Hudson-Odoi everythings: 10 things you didn't know about about Chelsea's in-demand wonderkid - Duration: 4:51.

Callum Hudson-Odoi has made his name as one of Chelsea's finest young talents, so much so that Maurizio Sarri said he could become one of Europe's best players.

Unfortunately, the 18-year-old is being eluded of any first team chances by his boss, with the Italian insisting he has to be "patient" to get game time.

Now, to the fear of the Stamford Bridge faithful, Hudson-Odoi could take matters into his own hands – with Bayern Munich reportedly making a third £30million bid for the teenage sensation.

With just 18 months left on his contract, Hudson-Odoi has so far refused to enter any negotiations with the Blues hierachy due to his lack of first-team action.

He has played just six times this term and could seek a move away to Germany – where his England youth counterparts Jadon Sancho and Reiss Nelson have enjoyed so much success.

Sancho and Nelson have torn up the Bundesliga for Borussia Dortmund and Hoffenheim respectively – and you can only imagine Chelsea's young sensation would want the same even if it means leaving the club he has been at since he was seven-years-old.

We know he's a skilful left winger, capable of creating chances with his mazy runs and dribbling ability, but what else do we know about Hudson-Odoi?

6. Hudson-Odoi made his senior debut in Chelsea's FA Cup match vs Newcastle, replacing Pedro in the 81st minute.
