Hi i'm Mike you may need to replace the small burner tube on your range if you notice that

the small burner on your range is not igniting properly for this repair you will need a puddy

knife a hex spic a Phillips head screw driver a quarter inch nut driver a half inch wrench

and a 5/8th wrench before starting any appliance repair completely disconnect your appliance

from its power source to begin our repair we are going to remove everything on the surface

of the range

next using your hex spic we are going to unscrew the orifice holders from the top of the range

so once all of the screws have been removed pop any remaining electrodes clips to the

inside of the range making it easier to lift up on the this front top using a puddy knife

lit up on to the range to release it from the lock once the top of the range has been

popped out of the locks lift up pull out of the left side and slide the right side out

after the top has been taken off we are going to remove all of the burner knobs

next using our quarter inch nut driver we are going to remove this front panel

next unscrew the front panel from the switches on the range next we are going to pull the

front panel away the small burner tube is going to be located right here behind the

large burner to begin the repair use your 5/8th wrench to loosen the small orifice holder

off of the burner tube once that bolt has been loosened up just use your fingers to

slide the bolt off take the small orifice holder off the of the small burner tube next

using your half inch wrench loosen up the bolt that is holding the small burner tube

to the main gas supply once that bolt has been loosened up just use your fingers to

disconnect the small burner tube from the main gas source next grab your new OEM replacement

small burner tube if you do not have one of these burner tubes already you can find one

on our online stores using your fingers just gently snug the small burner tube back onto

the main gas supply using your half inch wrench tighten that bolt until the burner tube is

snug next we are going to reattach our small orifice holder back onto the burner tube

once the small orifice holder has been reattached to the burner tube next you are ready to put

the top back on the range so next we are going to slide the front panel back onto the range

we are just going to make sure that all of the switches fit through the front panel properly

first screw the front of the panel back onto the range next we are going to screw in the

top panel to the sides of the range do note that you may have to push in the sides of

the range in order for the holes to match up

next we are going to screw the bottom of the front panel

next grab the top of the range and we are going to slide the right side into the range

back into the hook then place the left side up and over so that it stays in place next

we are going to make sure that these clips right here fit into the sides of the range

just press down once the top of the range has been securely put back on next using our

hands we are reattach the orifice holders back to the top of the range

so once all of the orifice holders have been screwed back into the top o the range next

we are going to replace all the burner caps and the burner after all of the burners and

burner caps have been put back on we can put our grates back on and after all of your grates

have been put back on your repairs are officially complete finally do not forget to plug in

Hi i'm Mike you may need to replace the large burner tube on your range if you notice that

that the large burner on your range isn't igniting properly for this repair we will

need a puddy knife a hex spic a Phillips head screwdriver a quarter inch nut driver a half

inch wrench and a 5/8ths wrench before doing any repairs completely disconnect your appliance

from its power source to begin our repair we are going to remove everything on the surface

of the range once you have removed everything from the

top of the range next we are going to unscrew the orifice holder that are also screwed in

to the top of the range so once all of the screws have been removed pop any remaining

electrode clips to the inside of the range making it easier to lift up on the this front

top using a puddy knife lift up on onto the range to release it from the locks once the

top of the range has been popped out of the lock lift up pull out of the left side and

slide the right side out after the top has been taken off we are going to remove all

of the burner knobs next using our quarter inch nut driver we are going to remove this

front panel next unscrew the front panel from the switches

on the range next we are going to pull the front panel away the large burner tube is

going to be located right here in front of the smaller burner tube to begin our repair

we are going to use our 5/8ths wrench to loosen up on the bolt that is holding the orifice

holder to the large burner tube and once that bolt is loosened just use your fingers and

gently roll the bolt of of the burner tube lift up on the large orifice holder next using

your half inch wrench loosen the burner tube from the main gas supply and once that bolt

is loose enough just use your fingers to gently disconnect the large burner tube next grab

your new OEM replacement burner tube if you do not have one of these burner tubes already

you can find one on one of our online stores using your fingers just gently secure the

burner tube to the main gas supply next using your half inch wrench make sure to tighten

the large burner tube to the main gas supply just so that it is snug enough to stay attached

next we are going to replace the orifice holder once the large orifice holder has been put

back onto the burner tube you are ready to put your top back on so next we are going

to slide the front panel back onto the top of the range we are just going to make sure

that all of the switches fit through properly first we are going to screw the front of the

panel back into the range next we are going to screw the top panel to the sides of the

range do note that you may have to push in the sides of the of the range in order for

the holes to match us next we are going to screw the bottom of the front panel next grab

the top of the range and we are going to slide the right side of the range into the hook

and place the left side up and over so that it stays in place next we are going to make

sure that these clips right here fit into the sides o the range and press down once

the top of the range has been securely put back on next using our hands we are going

to reattach the top of the range

so once all of the orifice holders have been screwed back to the top of the range next

we are going to replace all the burner caps and burners

after all the burners and burner caps are placed back on next we are going to put our

burner grates back on and after all of your grates have been put back on your repair is
