Waching daily Sep 2 2018

hi I have two questions but the second

one was following the meditation so I

figured I'd go with that one first

sometimes when I meditate I get really

tired and that seems almost just like

okay now I want to take a nap and that

seems kind of counter intuitive I guess

to why you would be meditating so I'm

kind of wondering what that's about

well there's a difference between

napping and meditating and the

difference is different benefits I don't

fall asleep I just feel really tired

when you quiet your mind and stop

resistance usually the opposite happens

you usually find yourself somewhere

between satisfaction and feeling really

frisky it depends upon how much momentum

you've allowed but if you're feeling

tired then you may be meditating to try

to overcome resistance and you may be

taking the resistance into the

meditation and you may be focused upon

what you're trying to get rid of during

meditation you see what we're getting at

yeah I'm kind of focusing on the feeling

like what it feels like to feel the

energy of you know the universe and

positivity and I kind of get this

tingling in my body and it feels really

good those are all indications of

alignment if you're getting those kind

of sensation if you meditate earlier in

the day it's better for a number of

reasons usually you're more rested and

usually there's less resistance the

earlier in the day sort of like early

flights there's fewer dominoes so the

earlier the flight the more probability

your flights gonna be on time the later

the flight and the more things of the

day could maybe interfere with your

flight it's kind of like that earlier in

the day you meditate the less resistance

that you introduce into the equation

okay and I generally do do that I get up

and you know brush my teeth and that

kind of thing but then I meditate and

you know get on with my day try to take

a walk how long are you meditating I set

my timer for 18 minutes that's a good

time yeah sometimes I'll like be kind of

done I feel sort of done before then and

I'll look at my alarm and it'll be like

you know 16 minutes of Ag on fire or

something like that it's important to

realize that the subject of meditation

is kind of an awkward subject for most

humans anyway

is becoming more and more popular but

it's sort of a weird thing and the

reason that most people feel resistance

to it is because you have trained your

mind you're awake mind to be interactive

and responsive

you've not trained it to be quiet and so

it is unnatural seeming to you to be

awake and alert and to not be focused

upon things where momentum is gathering

so most humans would rather feel

negative emotion than no emotion because

in the negative emotion they feel like

they're getting something done and in

the no emotion they feel like they're

not getting anything done so these are

some of those beliefs that you've

brought along the way that might be

hindering you just a little bit but when

you realize that there is enormous

advantage to quieting your mind because

it puts you in direct concert with

everything that's in your vortex and

with all of the fairies of the universe

that are in there gathering the

cooperative components and so you might

in advance say things to yourself to

sort of prime your pump that I'm really

looking forward to quieting my mind

because there is great benefit in me

lowering resistant energies in order to

allow the rising of my compatible

cooperative component energies and

wonderful things are going to come from

this also the way we mean meditation we

want this meditation for you because we

want for you connection to who you are

we want meditation for you because we

want receiving mode for you period

now receiving mode for you means

whatever you are vibrationally ready for

but most humans want to skip ahead when

we demonstrate turning vibrations to

thoughts and thoughts to things and then

out here is the manifested edge where

the car is in the garage and the lovers

in the bed and the money's in the bank

and all that manifestation that you want

most people want to go right from there

to over there now they have no patience

or enthusiasm for the journey along the

way and yet the journey is the delicious

part of all of this

most people meditate and they want

Source Energy to boom into their mind

and tell them exactly what to do about

everything that matters to them and when

that doesn't happen that first day they

think I'm not good at this or this

doesn't work or something's wrong with

this and so we want you to understand

that what meditation is is the beginning

of the allowing of the connection which

will lead to everything it always feels

good I'm happy that I have you know done

it for about a year and a half that I'm

really consistent with it and it makes

it because we're answering your question

and your question was why do I feel like

I want to go to sleep right yes

sometimes and the reason you feel like

you want to go to sleep is because

you're not in full concert with Source

Energy or you wouldn't feel like you

want to go to sleep when you're fully in

concert you would be in the receiving

mode and there would be a feeling of

anticipation not a feeling of boredom

we're just wanting you to to reach for

maybe pre pave it a little bit this is

gonna be a good segment I'm gonna quiet

my mind and I'm gonna feel really good

and I'm gonna connect with source and

I'm going to get a sense of what source

is thinking about what I'm about and

then relish and the ideas that flow okay

can I ask another questions right I have

two birds and they're amazing and I'm

wondering do they get bored ever I mean

I know that animals are in the receiving

mode most of the time but like when you

leave to go on vacation for a couple of

days do they sense the time do they miss

you how smart are they you know why do

they sleep if they're in the vortex all

the time those are questions the

difference between the animals birds of

your planet and humans is that they lean

more toward allowing and receiving while

you lean more toward asking and creating

that's why the animals are not in step

one very often they're mostly in step

three humans came with different

intention you came to explore to

contemplate to evaluate to determine to

decide to ask for and while that's true

of animals too it's not the

same as it is with humans there is less

gap between their desires and where they

stand they exist in more satisfaction

just naturally than humans do of course

they have intentions but their

intentions are easily satisfied with the

direction of their thought their

thinking even though they're not

speaking even though they may be

speaking a little bit yeah they are a

little bit yes they are thinking they're

flowing thought and they remain in a

state of connection that's why humans

when they acknowledge animals often say

they have instinct well what humans want

to call the instinct in animals is what

we want to call the receptive mode and

we wish it for the humans the way the

animals have it Esther and Jerry had

friends who were living in Albuquerque

for many years and when they would go to

Albuquerque they often had dinner with

their friends and one night they stopped

by their house and as they were getting

ready to go the parrot who had been

there since the children were little and

the children were all raised and gone

from the house so the parent must have

been close to 30 years old and when

doris picked up her keys and went to the

door the parrot said and esther said is

this parrot sad that you were leaving

and dora said no the children used to be

sad when we were leaving and they would

cry and the parent learned to cry when

we leave

so it's just mimicking the behavior with

no emotion so they don't miss you like

what if you're gone because it feels

like when you come back in there kind of

like dogs they're excited to see you but

sometimes I feel bad if I'm on an

extended leave you know well that's a

difference between the animals and the

humans you feel bad

they do not okay all right really good

How Harmless Habits Drag You To The Edge Of Fatality - Duration: 3:53.

We are very bad at

understanding long term

risk. We basically

ignore it because the monkey does not understand probabilities

and it does not understand the future

things like smoking, the many people

who still smoke

although it is proven to increase their risk of multiple diseases

Or eating bad food

that

you know has the risk

to provoke cancer

But you thinkg

Oh, it's not going to happen to me.

Or exposing yourself to pollutants or

using personal care products

that are bad for you

Or not sleeping enough at night

All these things we do, and we basically ignore the risks that they bring to us

Because we never feel it. We never feel the bad effects because we cannot imagine

how it happens.

We take all these risks, we are fine and at one point BAM, something breaks and

a cold transforms into chronic fatigue syndrome

Or into lupus

Or into clinical depression

And we cannot connect

the two things, we don't know what happened.

It seems like fate or God or something.

So I want

to show you a metaphor

that

explains.

these long-term risks

When you are healthy, you are living

close to a cliff, but you are quite far away from it.

When you are healthy, you are maybe here. It's

about 10 meters to the cliff.

And when you are healthy, sometimes bad things happen

Maybe

you catch

a bad flu

or maybe you have a traumatic event. Or maybe

something happens and you have to not sleep for 3 nights. Any of those bad things can

put you down.

They might make you fall.

Temporarily

But you are far away from the cliff

So you are safe.

You fall down and you get back up.

Each of the long-terms risks that we take on, move us closer to the cliff.

Eating sugar,

living in a city, using personal care, not sleeping well at night,

bad habits, smoking.

And when you take sufficient risks, you find yourself

living right

at the edge of the cliff.

You've made yourself very fragile.

And when the next small bad thing happens

when you get the flu,

when you have a big fight with your partner, that brings you down.

And then,

because you are

right next to the cliff, you fall

down off the big bad cliff.

And when you're down there, that's how you get lupus

or cancer,

or might just die overnight.

So it's very simple. Don't live next to the cliff! Live safely!

And that means reducing all of the long-term risks.

And

when you have trouble with this, imagine this metaphor.

So that the monkey can incorporate in in its model this cliff and avoid the risks

as though it had an immediate bad effect

That's it!

Favorite back to school memory

was going to my locker, opening it up,

and notes falling out.

I opened it and I read it,

ad it said, "please stop putting notes in my locker."

Yeah...

My favorite back to school memory was one time we were playing dodgeball,

and I won the whole game for my team, and...

That was a pretty great moment.

Just gotta say.

If it helps you a little bit...

Went into school first day, went into the wrong home room,

and had to switch home rooms whenever they didn't call my name.

So yeah, there you go. It happens to everyone.

- That's actually kind of brutal. - Right?

You always make a statement.

Like, wear all orange like me.

That way people can see you walking from a mile away.

You want people to know that you're there to handle business.

Serious business.

I feel like if you present yourself well,

it helps you start off the school year better, so I mean...

Going to school fresh-faced, happy,

make a good impression on people.

On the first day of school, you gotta dress fashionable.

You gotta pre-plan your clothes.

You gotta totally be you when you're dressing for school.

If there's a fashion trend that you really like, I say go for it.

But if there's a trend that you like, don't want to do, be different.

Do what you want to do. You don't have to stick to a trend.

You can be whoever you wanna be.

I'm following the trend of matching,

but I'm doing it in my own way, my own little style.

Put your own twist on it.

You know, 'cause then whoever your crush is,

they're gonna notice and then, you're in there.

[music playing]

Oh.

I'd say play it cool and take your time if you have a crush.

'Cause there's no rush. There's no rush.

You gotta play it cool. Wait for your moment.

It's like a lion in the jungle.

When you have a crush in school, you gotta play it cool.

Don't be too excited at first.

Just play it all cool.

And then tell them.

[music playing]

I'd say the easiest way to make a friend is food.

Just give them food. Give them pizza, give them ice cream.

Easy way to make a friend.

Be funny, and if you're not funny,

let them look at your answers on the homework.

That'll make you some friends.

If you see someone like, lonely or like,

kind of by themselves at like, lunch or something,

try and sit with them. Make a conversation.

Sharing your lunch, I mean...

That always helps. People like food.

[laughing]

Food.

Food solves all problems.

To have separate friend groups come together.

You just have everybody sit in the cafeteria because

food has everybody come together.

When you're all at the lunch table just eating,

you don't have to make for pleasant conversation.

You don't have to, you know, have something in common.

'Cause you're stuffing your faces with Taco Tuesday food.

I feel like the best part of having friends at school is

because you can have many friends.

You don't have to just stick to one group.

You can have multiple friends.

So, you don't have to end one friendship to go to a different friendship.

Not everyone's gonna get along.

So you just have to remember, be the person who you are,

and be friends with whoever you want.

For all of you starting school,

just get in there, learn, have fun.

Being nervous or having the jitters whenever you go to school,

that's normal. Pretty much everyone has it.

Make new friends.

- And have fun at school. - Woo!

[laughing]

- We did it! - And that's what you need to know

about going back to school.

Sacred Contracts: Before You Were Born - Duration: 3:29.

I want you to think about the hardest

thing you've ever gone through. The most

painful thing you've ever gone through

on this earth. You got it?

Now what if before you came to earth, you

actually chose that to happen to you?

What if? So I'm going to invite you to

come for a little ride now down an

unconventional way of thinking down a

little bit of a different path. So let's

say before we came to this earth that we

were all souls in heaven whatever

dimension you want to call it, right?

We're all souls. We have no bodies. No

form. We're all the same. We all love one

another and we decide we're gonna fill

out some sacred contracts before we come

down to earth.

So as souls we're gonna fill out some

contracts to say what tests we're gonna

sign up for. Perhaps you signed up to

learn about forgiveness so you had

parents that were just absent, not around.

Maybe they were drunk. Just caught up in

their own thing but they were never

around in order for you to figure out

how to move on with your life you had to

figure out how to forgive them. Maybe you

signed up to learn about forgiveness, you

came to earth and it ends up that your

your child or your loved one or your

husband or your wife is killed by some

murderer with a gun. And in order for you

to learn that lesson and to move on you

had to learn how to forgive them. Or what

if you signed up to learn how to

surrender or to let go and you get here

and you're faced with a terminal cancer

or an addiction. In order to move past

that test and to evolve you had to let

go and surrender to that addiction or to

that illness. So what if you chose it?

what if you chose the rape? what if you

chose the abandonment? what have you

chose the depression, the anxiety, the

cancer, the addiction, the eating disorder,

the abandonment, the abuse, the divorce,

the heartbreak? What if you chose it? To

come here to overcome it? Wouldn't that

help you to see it differently? So we can

keep going on this ride so I'm up

there, right? I'll fill out my contract

I'm gonna learn how to surrender. I don't

know how it's gonna take place yet but

it comes to here it happens to come in

the form of me being a drug addict.

Someone else up there when we're in

Souls comes up to me and says Joe I'm

gonna be a part of your life. I don't

know how but I'm gonna teach you

forgiveness and unconditional love.

Come here I become a drug addict. My

mother comes into my life she plays that

role of forgiveness and unconditional

love amongst what I'm doing.

So we're souls we're up there we've

signed our contracts and then what

happens? We jump on into the old river of

forgetfulness. We come here and we forget

all about it. Why? Because if we came here

and we remembered our contracts that we

signed up for it then it would be easy!

It wouldn't even be a test. All right now

I'm not saying this is absolute truth.

I'm not trying to say you should believe

in it. I'm just saying to see how it

makes you feel and if it feels like it

might be right or if it feels like it's

empowering or if it feels good then

carry it with you and use it. All right
