CLEAN WITH ME | WHY I'VE BEEN GONE | CHANNEL UPDATES - Duration: 8:31.

Hey guys it's Daryn

Welcome to my channel, or welcome back!

I have been gone for about a year

And I just wanted to make this video

To show you guys that

Anxiety and depression can be super crippling

That's why I've been gone for so long I haven't wanted to put effort into anything

That's really been affecting me

In just my everyday life

Not even including my hobbies, like this.

I only have Luna in my life right now

I mean, I have family, but

As a pet, I only have Luna.

She will be coming to stay with me here

Obviously, as you guys can see,

I am not in the room that you just watched me clean

That video has been filmed for about a month now

But due to some software issues

-er, hardware issues, I guess-

I haven't been able to edit it or put it together until now

And I didn't know how to film an intro or an outro

Until I had it edited together

That video has probably been filmed for about a month now

And I'm back at school

Luna's back at home with my parents

For right now, she should be coming to stay with me very soon

Probably in the next couple of weeks and I'm super excited about that

But that's a whole 'nother video

I'll be explaining that in another video

There's a lot of videos that I have ideas for

with Luna, coming out

But I will say that -

I intended for this to be a pet channel

So I'm going to start making this channel about a little bit of my life

You know, being in college, being a college student, living away from home

This is my third year in college.

I'm just gonna kinda post videos about what I want to post videos about

And I hope you guys like that

I hope you guys will enjoy getting to see, like, a look at my everyday life

And I can't wait to share that with you

If you're new here, go ahead and hit that subscribe button for me

I would really appreciate it if you guys would hit that thumbs up button for me, too!

I will see you guys in the next video

BYE!!!

Top 4 Things Weakening Your Immune System | "Doc Talks" with Dr. Daniel Nuzum - Duration: 4:38.

Jonathan Hunsaker: Curious about the top four things

that are weakening your immune system?

Stay tuned to get the answer.

Thanks for watching.

Jonathan Hunsaker here with Organixx, once again.

Today we're talking about your immune system,

and we're talking specifically about the things that are

damaging your immune system or weakening your immune system.

If you find yourself getting sick

a little more than you used to,

if you find yourself just feeling under the weather,

don't have the same amount of energy that you used to,

it's likely because you have a

weakened immune system,

and there's things that you may be doing

in your day-to-day life that is

compromising your immune system.

So, let's go to Doc right now to find the top four things that are weakening our immune system.

Dr. Daniel Nuzum: With the immune system,

what causes immunologic dysfunction?

And that goes back to, number one, faulty nutrition.

When we have faulty diet, we get this- we get dysbiosis.

We've talked about dysbiosis in quite a few of our other videos.

Dysbiosis is an imbalance in the microbiome.

The microbiome is that sleeve, or coating of probiotics in your gut.

And when you get dysbiosis, you get this imbalance.

You don't have as many probiotics in there as you should.

A bad diet creates dysbiosis.

Number two, toxicity.

Have you been exposed to heavy metal? Have you been exposed to mold?

Have you been exposed to industrial toxins of some sort?

How fluorinated and chlorinated is

the water you've been drinking?

So, we've got nutritional deficiencies,

we've got toxicity,

we have chronic infection is the next.

When a microorganism enters the body and

the immune system is in a weak state,

that microorganism gets a foothold on your system.

And it can stay there for forever.

It only hurts you a little bit and keeps hurting you a little bit

and a little bit, little bit, and you don't die from it.

We call that a chronic infection,

but it causes damage every day,

day in, day out, 24/7.

What happens is the immune system gets exhausted.

We have one more major factor, and that's trauma,

and it can be any kind of trauma.

It can be you got hit by a car trauma,

it could be you had a divorce trauma.

From an immunologic standpoint,

your body has the same response to any kind of trauma,

regardless of the source.

So, we have these four different pathways that cause

immunodysfunction in our system.

So, what do we do about all this?

You say "Doc, oh my gosh, what do we do?"

Number one, we have to fix your nutrition.

We have to supply all the nutrients your body needs

in order to maintain itself.

And if you've been deficient for a long time,

you're going to have to consume more than just

the regular amount in order to fill all those holes.

Number two, detoxify.

We have to cleanse the system.

If waste accumulates in your body,

that's like slivers accumulating in the bottom of your foot.

Fill in the blanks with the nutrition,

we've got to remove the waste from the system with detoxification,

then we need to colonize the body with probiotics.

This is how we offset the chronic infections.

As we colonize the body with probiotics,

you only have x amount of space in your system.

So, if you fill that space up with the good guys,

there's no space for the bad guys.

Our last thing is trauma here.

Learning how to handle stress, learning how to let go of the past,

learning how to just move forward,

those are all things that we have to do to help our immune system.

These are things we have to teach patients that

have severely-compromised immune systems.

So, I hope this answered the question of "How do we heal the immune system?"

Jonathan Hunsaker: Thanks, Doc.

Love all the information you're sharing.

The takeaway to this video: the four things -

bad nutrition, toxicity, chronic infection, and trauma.

Those are the things that we really want to focus on

if we want to boost our immune system,

or at least prevent ourselves from weakening our immune system.

And I promise you, with a strong immune system,

you're going to have more energy, you're going to feel better,

you're going to fight off all those little colds

and sniffles and things that come along.

So, I hope you love this video.

I hope you learned a lot from Doc.
