Waching daily Sep 2 2018

What's up everyone my name is Ben and today we will be reviewing my favorite app at the

moment.

This is called Habitify and it is a very interesting app.

First, let me start off by saying habits.

Habits in our life are crucial.

Everything we do in our life repeatedly is basically what defines us.

Habits can result either into something positive or into something negative over the years,

because of the compound effect.

So if you want to reach a certain goal, what I recommend doing is clearly defining that

goal and then breaking it down into something simple or a few things that you can do, every

single day.

Once you do that, make sure you do that simple little thing every single day and believe

me over time, maybe over a course of a year, two years, five years, you will certainly

achieve that goal.

Today I will be reviewing an app called Habitify and this is exactly what I mentioned earlier.

It's an app that will allow you to track all your habits in detail, it will provide you

with the data, results and all that.

In my opinion, it's the best app for success out there right now and at the end of the

day, it is my favorite.

So without a further ado, let's jump straight into the video.

First off we will be reviewing the journal, which is part of the app.

At the top you have a little calendar and at the top you also have the + button, which

will allow you to add a habit, when you are adding a habit you will be presented with

a little field to enter the name of the habit, you will be given the option to be reminded

every single day, you will be able to choose what time you will be reminded at, you will

be able to choose what days you need to complete this habit on and when you need to start performing

this habit.

You also have a little separator, which will allow you to only show the habits that you

need to do this morning, this afternoon or this evening.

Or you can just click the left button and you basically have all habits.

By clicking on the completed or complete button, you get a really nice sound, which just gives

you a little bit of satisfaction in my opinion.

You can also click on a habit to track it even further.

Basically if you click on a habit you will be presented with all the days that you have

successfully completed the habit, you will be presented with the streak, basically how

many days in a row you have completed the habit, you will also be presented with a number

of days that you have completed this habit on in total and you will be presented with

completion rate.

Under the progress section, you will get a little overview of everything, the overview

or the progress section will show you the days where you are most productive.

It will show you the habits that you have the most often or the most times, it will

also show you the current streak, your completion rate and basically a lot a lot of other stuff.

This is something called the chain effect, because when we do something every single

day it creates momentum in your brain and basically when you have momentum it means

that everything gets a little bit easier, you don't need as much energy to perform that

habit and basically performing good habits gets a lot a lot easier, over time and that's

why they say, making a good habit usually takes 66 days or less.

Under the settings section, you have a bunch of useful little things.

So basically first off you have my favorite thing, you have the dark mode.

In my opinion, out of all the Habit apps, Habitify is the best looking, it has an incredible

design and I'm really really happy with what the team has done here.

You also have ''Dark Mode'' which I have mentioned earlier, which will basically give you a dark

feature, dark theme over the whole app.

You also have the ability to be reminded, so if you haven't completed all the habits

by the end of the day, you will be reminded.

You also have a privacy lock, PIN code, which you can also access via the touch ID and a

bunch of other stuff.

Here are 3 or maybe 4 things that I really love about this app.

First off once you buy it, if you buy the premium feature, you also get access on your

Mac.

So the app allows you to sign in with your Facebook, Google or you can just register

for an account and basically once you have an account it will sync across all your devices,

that means if you have a Mac also your iOS device and also Android once this app is available

on Android.

Another cool feature that I like is the elegant design, I also love the sound that the app

makes, once you complete something, it's just really really satisfying.

I like the constant reminders that basically remind me when I need to do something and

I also love the fact that this app reminds me, before I go to sleep, if I have not completed

all the habits yet and that basically I need to complete them.

This app is like a checkup buddy that checks up on you, how you're doing, if you're doing

good, it also motivates you, inspires you, in my opinion it's the best app out there

if you want to reach a goal, if you want to be successful, you should definitely check

this app out and download it.

Before we head out I really want to thank Peter from the Habitify team, they're doing

an absolutely incredible job on all the apps and I'm really really happy to be given the

opportunity to make a video for them and also share this incredible app with all of you

guys, that I'm using to reach my lifetime goals.

Thank you so much for watching this video, hopefully, you enjoyed it, if you did, definitely

consider dropping this video a like and I will see you all, next time.

What Is Happening In The World Right Now - End Times Current Events - Duration: 8:33.

What is happening in the world right now? this might be the most transparent video

that I ever make an extremist um I think

that I'm being judgmental or that I

think I'm above it all

some might roll their eyes and

completely ignore this and some might

unfollow me or say nasty things to me

but I've decided that no matter what

people say or think or do that I'm gonna

make this video anyways anyone that

knows me that really knows me knows that

I'm making this video because I

genuinely care like I care so much if

this resonates with just one person and

helps them to just re-evaluate their

life then it's worth whatever negative

feedback I make it for this past week

I've been working on just a lot of

trainings and a brand new website and

I've got tons of video content that I've

been wanting to put together but I just

felt like I couldn't do those videos

until I did this one first and this

video might seem like it has absolutely

nothing to do with my business but has

everything to do with my business my

business is to be about my father's

business I only want to do what he wants

for me to do so here goes nothing

I've been pursuing my relationship with

God since 2010 I actually have the

letter officially wrote him at 6:35 p.m.

on December 3rd where I asked him to

come into my life and to forgive me for

my sins and I accepted Jesus Christ as

my savior I've made a lot of mistakes

since then I'm still nowhere near

perfect today but I do try every day

just to be better in the last three

years specifically I've been more open

about publicly sharing my faith it only

took me like five years to just get over

that fear I knew by being more open

about my relationship with God that it

would turn people off and it has if

anybody thinks that being a Christian is

supposed to be easy you're sadly

mistaken it's not easy you're sadly

mistaken

it's not easy you actually get mocked

and you get made fun of and people just

start to separate themselves from you

and push away from you a little bit or a

lot but up until this point when sharing

my faith I can't say that I've ever

nicely shared anything that was

offensive at least not that I'm aware of

or that was convicting my job isn't to

condemn people but I also have kind of

tiptoed around sharing certain things

that I felt might rub people the wrong

way I've always tried just to be

encouraging and uplifting I just wanted

to be loving and although Jesus loves us

where we are it doesn't mean that he

wants for us to stay where we are so if

we as god-fearing Christians want to do

what we are called to do then we have to

share his whole

truth not just about how much he loves

us but even the parts that maybe don't

feel as good to share what we put into

our bodies what we physically put into

our bodies how we choose to raise our

children up how we treat our spouses

what we do with the money we made words

that we speak from our mouths things we

say about others activities that we

participate in the television shows that

we choose to watch the things that we

support or don't support and the things

that we choose to speak up about or not

speak up about it all matters to him God

is a loving God but he is also just and

some of the things that we've casually

allowed into our lifestyles it's not

okay with him we are to be the salt and

the light we are to be in the world but

not of the world did you know that

according to a life weigh Research poll

that 80% of Christians actually emit and

not reading their entire Bible and 50%

of Christians

admit to not reading any of it or just

reading certain stories or passages and

then we wonder why we have such a dumbed

down watered-down powerless compromising

church I'm talking to the church right

now I'm talking to my fellow believers

the ones who say and claim that they

believe that Jesus Christ came to this

world to die and save us from our sins

that's who this video is too many people

claim that they're Christians but they

don't live like it I can say this with

confidence because I see Christians who

are under this impression that anything

goes and that their sin is amusing we

all sin we all fall short but it's not

amusing when I see Christians on social

media who are posting about their sin

and they're bragging about it or joking

about it there's no conviction

where's the conviction this whole I love

Jesus but I cuss a little no I am a

god-fearing woman and I do take my

relationship with him seriously

I owe him all and because of that I

can't stay quiet my eyes have been so

opened to all of the evil that's really

truly going on in this world like things

that your news channel is not reporting

and things that your doctors are not

discussing and things that even a lot of

pastors are not preaching and my heart

is so heavy we are living out

revelations right now we are literally

watching revelations unfold before us

and many are not awake I think people

have a feeling that certain things are

going on or they might assume that

certain things are going on but they're

really not paying attention or they

don't even seem to care I care it's time

for us as Christians to truly stand up

and set ourselves apart and do what

we're called to do no matter what that

cost is we need to be showing up for him

on his behalf speaking the truth in love

before

we're completely silenced the enemy

wants for us to be silent and we have to

decide as a church that we're not going

to be silent that we're not going to

just go along with this anything-goes

mentality we need to pray and we need to

repent and we need to truly genuinely

get right with him it's time to wake up

Would You Rather Tag (Horror Edition) Created By Geek Legion of Doom) - Duration: 11:01.

So, um, yeah, remember when I was gonna

shoot a whole bunch of videos at once and

edit and upload throughout the week?

That didn't really work out.

It turns out the longer I talk, the stupider

I get and trying to edit that into

something that doesn't make me want to

kill myself is impossible. Anyway, uh...

maybe I'll go back and redo some of

those eventually but today I am doing

the Would You Rather...? Tag (Horror Edition)

created by Geek Legion of Doom. I was

tagged by Sean Erschen of--- Ow! I have

like, tendonitus in my elbow or something. Ow.

I was tug---tag---tugged...tagged.... I was tagged by

Sean Erschen. Links in the--- links in the---Ow, that really

hurt...

Links in the description. Question 1:

Would you rather spend a weekend in the

cabin in the woods in the Evil Dead series

or Camp Crystal Lake?

I am going to go with Camp Crystal Lake

because

cabin... I mean, like, I'm not even taken

into account Jason Voorhees or the evil

demonic force in the Evil Dead series.

I'm just going by location and that

bridge you've gotta cross to get to the

Evil Dead cabin is scary.

And, you know, it's like in the middle of

nowhere

ain't no street lights or anything so

you know it's probably DARK. My dad used

to live in a cabin next to a river so I

feel like that's closer to Camp Crystal Lake

that's what I'm gonna go with. Would you

rather receive as a gift

Chucky or Annabelle? Okay, I haven't

actually seen Annabelle or Annabelle 2.

I've just seen the first Conjuring movie

but Annabel is scary as hell so I'm

gonna have to go with Chucky. I mean,

he's kind of annoying but he has to be

modeled after the My Buddy dolls from

the 80s and I had one of them.

Question 3: Would you rather be a

prisoner of Jigsaw from the Saw films or the

The Hostel from the Hostel films? which I

haven't seen because, uh, aren't they like

considered torture porn which doesn't

really sound like my thing. Actually I

remember when they came out my cousin

who's really into horror movies...she used

to watch Creepers in, like, elementary

school like every morning before school

while she was eating her breakfast.

Like Jennifer Connelly would be falling

in the maggot pit and she'd be sitting

there eating her Fruity Pebbles and

Hostel was too gross for her, so I

figured I didn't have a chance so I

never did watch those. What was the

question? Okay,

yeah, Jigsaw...My trap thing would

probably be that I would be submerged in

Cheetos cheese puffs and have to eat my

way out or something... but you know, I mean,

there's worse ways to die. Question 4:

Would you rather be trapped in a room for

24 hours with Hannibal Lecter or Regan

from The Exorcist?

um

I think that me and Hannibal Lector

could find plenty of things to talk

about, you know, since I'm a

Hideous Broken Human.

Maybe a little more hideous than usual

this week. Yeah, so I'm gonna go with

Hannibal Lecter. Question 5: You have to

go on a date with one of the following:

Jennifer from Jennifer's Body, SIL from

Species, Patrick Bateman from Psycho---

American Psycho

Jjerry Dandrige from Fright Night... Please

note this is the characters played by

the actors not the actors themselves. Okay

Number one, I don't date but I've also

never seen any of these movies except

for the original Fright Night but

I did a little research, so, um, I'm going

to go with Jennifer from Jennifer's Body

because she only kills guys, right? So

I'd be safe. It'd be like a friend date and

if not, there are worse ways to die.

Question 6: Would you rather spend 12

hours in a city on Purge night or 12

hours in an infected city in the 28 Days Later

universe.

I've also never seen The Purge movies.

I am some kind of horror fan, ain't I?

I think I'm familiar with the

premise so I'm gonna say The Purge

because maybe I could find a place to

hide. The zombies in 28 Weeks Later... 28

Days Later... I don't wanna mess with 'em. They scary.

Number 7: Would you rather be part

of the team on the Blair Witch

expedition or the Grave Encounters

expedition?

Again, I have not seen whatever Grave

Encounters... is that the name of the movie

or is that just the name of the thing...

yeah, but I'm gonna go with the Blair

Witch Project because there is no way I

would lock myself in a haunted

psychiatric hospital. ungh uh.

because I'm gonna assume they probably

tortured people there... people probably

died there and that kind of freaks me

out like when you go someplace and then

you find out like somebody died there or

something really bad happen there you

just ...you know I get that weird just

weird feeling... hair stands up on the back

of my neck... I don't like it. So, uh, yeah

that always gets me. Question 8: Would

you rather try to ride the shark in Jaws

for ten seconds or the crocodile in Lake

Placid for ten seconds? I would probably

get drowned and eaten either way. I'm

gonna go with Jaws because I don't live

near the ocean so...

I mean

I guess at least I'll get a vacation out

of it. You know, ocean... ocean... that's that's

more than like some stagnant old lake.

Question 9: Would you rather try to

run away from an alien

Oh! Look I got I got like a little

alien necklace

and the chain broke

as soon as I touched it so I put it

on this little thingy.

What was the question? Run away from

alien or predator. I haven't seen a

Predator movie since the 80s.

[singing] number one horror fan

and I can't run so it'd be a short chase either way but

I think I'm gonna go with the Predator

cuz you know I mean like as long as he

keeps his mask thing on, he's kind of hot.

Question 10: Would you rather watch a

circus

featuring Pennywise or a stand-up

routine featuring Freddy Krueger? I'm

gonna say a circus with Pennywise

especially if it's the Tim Curry version

because, um, I found him very entertaining

in that role and, you know, maybe he would

throw in some Rocky Horror Picture Show

songs in there. Plus, I don't really like

jokey Freddy. Sorry.

I like 3 that's about as jokey as I

like. Pretty much like 1, 2, 3,

New Nightmare, Freddy vs. Jason and I love

the remake

but that is not the question. That was a

question on another tag or something.

yeah

Pennywise circus

and I have lost my question...was that... oh

that was the last question.

Okay, well, that was the Would You Rather

Tag. What am i working on? Yeah like I

said, uh, I shot some tag videos that I

don't think I can edit

but I might reshoot them...who knows. I'm

working on a podcast episode this

weekend... I've got to record vocals for a

song... I do have some video ideas that I'm

working on. I was thinking about maybe I

would start doing like a weekly, you know,

what I've been watching kind of thing

kind of like Lisa Loves does, except I don't

watch nearly as many movies as she does.

But, say I watched three movies a week... I

could maybe keep the video short... I also

like the sound of that Shocktober thing

she's gonna do...like watch one horror

movie every day in October which is

something I always say I'm gonna do and

then I never do but I maybe I could do

that

if I didn't do anything else... yeah

Yeah that's all that's going on with me.

you are caught up with me. It is hot.

Happy Labor Day weekend if you're in the

U.S. Happy first week in the September

if you're not. Sorry I haven't been able

to keep up with videos

everybody's...watching everybody's

videos or actually replying to the tag

videos. I just I can't do it.

Yeah. Cheers. Thanks a lot.

Repetition IYP #101 - Duration: 8:04.

We were too busy talking then good afternoon welcome to the show ignite your purpose episode 101

Today's subject we're going to keep it quite short and sweet because I've got to be somewhere else in about 10 minutes. So a

repetition repetition repetition

We'd like to repeat things. Sometimes that's the good stories, but it's also the

negative and the

energy-sapping sometimes

And I had this at hapless 5:00 this morning

on the way to the gym, and I was getting this story about

and see the client and I got the brief and I made what they asked for and it was a pain in the ass and

And now I took the job and I installed it and it's not right and they've changed it

Ok. Well, I you know that since then and it's glad that you can accommodate that

and do you allow for that in your pricing scheme and

Ok, but he's saying it in a negative tone, you know, I've got I've got this to do and not to do and clients

Never happy and then when the other guys comes into the pool and he gets a story and it was only repeated twice

But it reminded me about how we love to tell the tales of woe

Something that's happened in the past and sometimes it's just the discussion

but sometimes we're just

Bitching and repeating it for the moan of it

and the there's a phrase you are what you think and you you are how you how you act and when you

repeat this this

Thought which generally has a negative concept you create negative

Hormones within your brain and your body and that just keeps rolling on

To making you more and more negative person

And on the flip side is when we have good stories and we tell good things. It makes us feel good

We send out these good vibrations and then people go

Back, he's a great guy to hang around. He's always just full of beans and it's always got something positive to say

It sounds quite cheesy, but it generally lifts the the environment. Those people are hang with you and around you

Of those

you hear these words said about yourself and it's not in an egotistical way, aren't I great but sometimes you can say

Yeah, I think I'm a nice person. I think I'm just that I'm just a normal bloke I once

Dated Emma, and I was introduced to her niece and her husband and they said he's just normal

what what a compliment I

Like to think I'm normal but

No, how are you rolling this morning?

Welcome welcome come back. Welcome to the show Thank You max

Beautiful. I think you know what John I think

You've actually nailed it on the head if each and every one of us could have that

self-awareness to pause or

Break that

Repetitive

Story that repetitive move who we keep watching right which John just talked about

It keeps it keeps just firing that same loop in the neuroplasticity and the same chamber in the brain, right?

It just keeps taping it up and making that loop stronger and stronger and stronger if we can actually stop and break that yep

We have the chance to change

We have the chance to grow we have this chance to expand and I know different John ten years in the game

The other day I was telling one of my partners one of my companies I said well

You know if we do this if we do a you understand there will be a consequence for that

Right. Yeah

So that's my that's always been my let's go back to my immigrant mentality of if you don't work you won't have money

there's the wiring it's still the same but different right that loop is still there instead of going if we don't do a

Guess what? There's a hundred thousand other opportunities instead of saying you won't get B, right?

I hope that makes somewhat sense, but it's just it's just taking that pause and going wait a second

There is so many other options to look at like John said buddy was talking negative. Well, hey, I

Know I an amazing job, whatever whatever

Each other gonna be happy or he can go somewhere else, you know, what and on Monday morning and then mr

Pig and he knows about it. He got in the car

Ten plus five in the morning so we can go for a swim different pool and he just frickin snide

and I got about

Three miles out of the a to where we're going and said John we you just shut the fuck up. Would you negative?

I could deal with it but not five o'clock in the morning payment

You had people you can't make these stories up mr. Pig in this is this is real life people

Yeah, I

Love it

Hello that name

But it is if you can just get that second to stop it or to pause on it and like John said see

Look at it comedic comedy-wise

5:00 a.m. To early. Let's shut the F up. Okay

Yeah, I always always think okay

It may have been damaging. It may have been scarring. But what does it actually achieve?

to tell this story over and over and over again and as family members your perm, you know, and they love to

To repeat the story freaking three four five six seven or ten times, but what does it achieve?

Apart from putting you in the limelight whilst you're telling that story. There you go doesn't undo

It doesn't change it. It just makes that notion or that feeling more deep-seated

So that it is stuck in there

Why do you think I can't done I can't change it what can I change

let's make it better my influence that incident and

I said if there's something you can change about your behavior or the people you hang with or the way you communicate or interact with

people

great do it make those changes and

Be the better person truth. You can't change ancient. You can't affect it f it they ass off

Because you can't do anything about it

Well negative

thinking

What do you want to be at a pity party or do you want to be at a positive party?

right, like it's that simple and John said it you all you're doing is strengthening that that one bond and

yeah, you know you you it'll never change you'll just use that same because a thought is attached to a belief which is attached to

A motion which is much attached to your past

There is no way to change that unless you us

Cognitively try so let's try people. So no, there's seven we do every day, right John

Oh man, doesn't that there's a quote by Margaret Thatcher. Who was the first female?

Prime minister of the UK and it's and it's like that talks become actions actions

become words words become and

I'll dig it out and I'll type it up but it's brilliant you it just says what you think what you say what you hear

What happens it drives your behavior? It does we go

So get out of that negative get to that positive. This is what ignite your purpose is all about people each and every day

With mind body soul connection, that's it. We talked long Jodie through a healthy lifestyle people negative to positive

It's dust. We thank you for joining us when you could be any with where in the world. Mr. John's got an appointment

So I have to do my due diligence and shut the F up. I'm sure we've talked about that

Thank you people. We will talk to you this

Thanks max. See you tomorrow. Bye

Relationships to positive taken being better than you were tomorrow. We put on our shoes to be better

Correct. Johnny now John, what are we talking about today?

Hello, sir. We were we were just talking about this

And after yesterday's we have a list man

We have no annoying subjects

that kind of tied into

yesterday's and this is tied to this and this one this one I never could talk about this off the back of that one and

Then we can remember

when

yesterday

Was the art of listening

Which in some way is

When we listen

The art

Let's change your mind listening to the other side

And

Being interested in the other person not necessarily trying to be interesting

Try that

Tracks, please

Anybody

Feedback people feedback

What happens when we go live baby this is it this is this is real life

Anybody objective funny kind of have a snack while we I

Think it's brilliant. Tell people what you got actually while you're there. I we've got some

We've got some customer cheese sauce that's not cheese sauce made with cashew nutritional yeast a bit of salt but a lemon bit of miso

dutifully pasta and then question

Courgettes or zucchinis and some maybe some onions some sun-dried tomatoes

some chili

Anderson, couple types of mushroom in there. I

Can't I can't put my snub up on to that that looks pretty damn tasty raps so

When we've been talking for ages when actually 17 yet. So let's talk this then

Holding our feet to the fires, but baseball going to come down to talk about the art of listening yesterday

but also

talking about the hard work

it takes to actually be in that spot where you can actually listen and then the fact that we are human and we

Always fail, right?

we always always fail one of the biggest things I would say currently that I am doing he's just trying to shut off my

I want to talk reaction point so

and again

I've said this John I've been in so many spots lately where I'm just with interacting with people that have such different lifestyles than myself

instead of interjecting and talking

I'm trying to practice what I preach by just not talking and actually

Listening to that humans speak to me and just seeing where they're at. I mean and and it is

That in itself is the practice

you know I'm saying that is holding my feet to the fire that's practicing when I'm preaching and

At the same time it allows me to sometimes succeed and sometimes fail because man, there's so many times

I just want to be like oh my god. Are you kidding me? I

Just want to squeeze your head and kiss you and tell you that that's not great

But I have to step back right and there's some times where I think they're so far off letter Center by telling me for example

By drinking a

Coke with or a pop with you know low calories. That's that's still good, you know, and I'm just

Trying not to say anything, right? So it's it's a daily lesson to try

To improve yourself right in it's hard work. It actually is hard work

Well think

Already, we're gonna spin off subjects are set in the iron. I

Had on that

The majority people just don't know

They just don't know what's helping of them

They know what they read in the paper and in a headline

but they just don't know and then I guess so frustrated I go from being you know in

Restaurants and out if I would certainly in a supermarket

One way you can't be that

lucky shot controlling

Okay

Good and awesome and look green green green quick color are the vegetables and then being kind of all high-and-mighty

Superior and looking at these trolleys and then the next week. I've just got this utter sadness

Because these people don't know

It's got low fat or low calorie low, whatever it is on there, and they just don't know

And that is where it comes into and you sit down with people and they're talking and you just want to go

Yeah, they said all of this

The knowledge this learnings this experience that they exactly you've read and the understanding

not that it's perfect by any way shape or form, but

With the best knowledge that we have available today

There are certain choices that you can make and it doesn't involve that

lot there

but at the same time people are so

Food is such a person on food, for example, it's such a personal thing and then it was next for that. So that's

That's where that is. And then in that moment, I have to take it back to where I was but when we will beginning and

Maybe it wasn't quite quite that far back all that bad. We use that word

late

yeah, you put you've got to think back to these these baby steps and actually been

More compassionate compassionate what the steps? What were the mistakes I made. When did I learn? When did I make back breakthroughs?

So yeah being compassionate please not being judgmental

And not beating myself up in judgment. I'm just saying judging

you keep doing it and more your conscious or

Judging have been critical and being obnoxious or everywhere might be you become more aware of what we're doing

Thank you. Well in it always comes back to this for me

It's like if we come back to compassion we come back when we're sitting with people

And you're interacting and you're you're either having a good time

I mean the conversations if they're not

mundane, absolutely

Useless conversations and you actually get any conversations that are somewhat deep and you want to interact but we also have to remember

where we've all come from right like I

Mean think of our education system think of the way we're parented now

I mean back in the day and I'm reading some ancient style books right now where I mean you had

Pharaohs and monks running some of the biggest empires in the world at 14

I mean look at what we do today at 14. Look what we do today

I know people that are still 3035 live with mom and dad you I mean like it's

And I'm not laying blame. I'm not saying good or bad. I'm just saying it's so

Twisted and different I mean none of us even understand how money is created or my how money come from and finances

We're not taught that shit in school. We're not taught anything about health and nutrition in school

And it's very true that our doctors maybe are not either taught about health and nutrition right? So

So many factors at play when you're just sitting down having a conversation with somebody else that we don't even take into factor

We just want to be right we want them to be wrong

we want we want we want to impose our way on them, and it's

like I said, everything's so tied in with everything else that it's just

You know, sometimes you sit there and you're just like wow. Yeah. Can I just have a conversation?

Yeah

For the majority people they want to be right and they want to say their own thing

and it's just

Well, for example, when you need to say your piece stop listening to what's going on, and that was yesterday's conversations

What was that kind of most truck today?

Like I just tried to get in there before Jones finished but what I'm saying?

Think about this John some of the healers you have some of the healers I know

You know chiropractors all this stuff we go to them to heal but actually our belief systems are totally different

Most of the guys I know do not believe in the vegan lifestyle they do not

Believe in that yet. We go to them for healing right and I'm not saying I'm vegan anymore

I'm not saying that I'm just saying when your belief systems don't even match

you know, how does it all work right you're going them for healing but

They probably know things or we know you know, I'm saying like it doesn't nothing really lines up anymore. Right? Like there's so much

There's so much ancient knowledge

none of us know there's so much information and none of us are even able to to get that's out there that

leaves us all kind of

Really? We're all really babies in these conversations and we should really be taken in everybody's knowledge to try and be better, right?

And yeah went off on a little jag there. Sorry, but what he did now most listening whilst I was picking up a phone but

Steve Maxwell's

Monthly blog whatever it is today in this there's a couple of lines that I'm going to read it to you

So I find it quite funny. He said that

My mailbox is literally is littered with emails coercing the same series of questions over and over

But I don't have all of the answers

I

have a lot mostly for my own personal experience and much from working with thousands of men and women of

all ages the world over for many decades

It's in the interesting thing

Is that many people once they receive the answer and then so they do not like will continue asking the same question

Until they get the answer they like

the truth was very pretty but

only if you really wanted to hear the truth and it has been

Steve's first experience in the field of health and fitness education for 50 odd years that people don't really want the truth

They want to think they want they wanted they have they want what they think they want to hear sir

And they want that truth to align with their belief system. So so we can share some of this knowledge

People doing a hearing slow filter all there

Yeah, like you and I you want you and I don't want to hear ya like the when I was in my stage of

Whatever. Well, we'll just talk health when I was in my stage of I'm not for this. I'm not for that

I would I did I did not I did not take any of the facts they put in because my facts were better

Yeah, right. I didn't believe their source. I didn't believe their research, you know, I mean

Hmm. So I like again we're talking about heating, you know, holding your feet to the fire and you know practicing what you preach

There were times

In this there have been numerous times in this journey where I put up a brick wall, and I'm like, nope

I know better. Fuck you

Until the universe teaches me different, right and I've and that's comes usually through a health scare or sometime of crashing of your body

Listen he's being prepared to change your mind. You have to change your mind be prepared to change your mind

Through these one of these

At its simplest form people and that's I think I should be I think that's pretty good for a rant today John. Yeah

Zero structure. This is how we roll. I love it. And that's what I love about it

And that's what the listeners love they tell us every day. They like the weirdest shit

We do it's not the structured stuff when we got our notes, and I'm reading a line in John Riis line

It's the it's the off the fly authentic shit that they love and hey, we're here to please you

We're here. We aim to please so to do this organizers we can I'm drinking my chaga. I can honestly feel the vibrations. I

Should probably tone it down because I'm gonna skyrocket pretty quick

Probably had one too many Chagas this morning, but hey, it's Sunday. You know, we only live once people enjoy. Yeah

So we're gonna

Call it day. We thank you all for this thing for tuning in for watching

In the car could be anywhere in the world, but you we're right here with us with a handmade

We appreciate that. Thank you. So subscribe like

Subscribe ask questions do whatever you got to do. We yeah, that's

cool, we're definitely building a community and we want you to be part of it because it's simply

Blowing some sunshine up your ass every day to make you better

party

Yeah, we have a short time logging time. Is that hey say, let's make the most we're here for a good time

Not a long time, okay

Sure. Anyway, go and have an awesome day. We're about thanks John

You see that?

Patience You Must Have IYP #92 - Duration: 7:59.

Beautiful people welcome to episode 92

In this format here of the ignite your purpose vlog blog podcast

So wherever format you're listening to we've been working hard to get on to that format Gemini which has been a beautiful thing

I mean in relationship to that John and I today are going to be talking about what mr. Johnny

Patience or lack of patience or awareness of pacing patience?

How did that come up for you today

John just because we've been we've been just like I said

We've been trying to put this on all the audio files all the yeah

So all of that, so tell him tell them where we're going here

It's kind of holding our own feet to the fire because you know

We we sprout all of this learnings and knowledge from our own pasts and from thousands of years of Chinese, you know

Zen Buddhist traditions and I woke up this morning and we've got

fuckin hundred shows kind of almost almost ready, but not quite ready to

start

streaming up to YouTube

And I just want to stop right? We've got twenty done

I just want to start getting them delivered and then maybe louder create some traction some connection across to

if you want to see our live shows at any come over to YouTube and I've found myself being kind of really

Not really uptight but a little bit

You can see, you know, I love him up here and up here, you know kind of reshot of Vern

Shot the headspace of the mindfulness

To kind of think about it and I did think about it and I took some deep breath

So I got down into the year the belly breathing which shuts off the fight-or-flight

responses

and it's

It's okay to be excited about the project and it's okay to want to get things done. I

Think he's decided to do that. Then that was brilliant. But know why you choose to move forward now rather than waiting

Until whichever project has got all the pins lined up

That's kind of what came up for me I found as I've been really uptight and

impatient and I thought through the process and we may still decide to

Drop a couple of shows to see what happens at that little experiment. I mean my not because we haven't spoken about that yet, but

That's what's coming up in my life

Yeah, wait, so we're just gonna talk it

We can't do it as well. We you know you happy. I mean, we're human John

I mean in this, you know, like I said unless you are a monk

You know up in the mountain cave and somebody brings you a piece of rice every three days

I mean you we have to deal with the reality that's hand. We are in the matrix. We are on the plantation

We mean we are part of this you and I have to pay bills we have to work

So we yeah, we we live in this matrix

So we have to hold our feet to the fire and what I said in rhetorically to John was you know

and he just mentioned as well, but we're so so early in our our

endeavors next book where we are into perspective

perspective

View that's look dad where we are

Totally and that does not mean no

That does not mean in this this is where all these things that we always talk about come into John

So if we were if you and I thought shit, we only have a week left

You see what I'm saying? So that's where that's where we we want to work harder

For example Bryan from London Rio. I noticed he's starting to kind of or he's gonna begin to do a live format, right?

like he's gonna take questions from his

His community on Facebook and YouTube so when John and I have now been doing for two full months

Maybe three months so we could almost say we're ahead of the game there or on par with the game, right John

it's just we haven't we didn't start in 2011 like Bryan did I think he's been

We have to put that perspective in where we have six months. Somebody's also put in ten years or eight years right like

So we wanna John and I are of the mentality

We want to work harder to get there quicker and I don't think there's anything wrong with that if we want to hustle

That's fine. But to know where our impatience comes right is is a huge thing and

Is it also a blessing and a curse? You know, can you use that impatience as a positive John you?

Yeah, it lets us know that we are still

driven

About let necessary the project this project the you know, your purpose podcast

I think it expresses the

Reality that we it is still in our gun and it is driving us and it gives us purpose each day to get up

Think about our lives think about what context for my lives we can bring into a conversation

We we have a chair online. I think we both get great value from it

And so there are there are many

many positives

Of course in its us bringing or absurd being of service and all that and

Yeah, I want to work hard early. You know, I mean like yeah, it's in our I know it's in your DNA

I know it's in my DNA so in paper, yes, and I and I said this to like

You know, we're working on a new

Logo for us right?

That takes time, you know and John and I are very perfectionist oriented, but we're gonna be like, you know what this is

96% perfect, friggin put it out instead of pausing. Okay. Now it's you know, it need to know two weeks

What do you think John? Yeah

Job said waiting for the iPhone be perfect. We still would not have it

You know

Get-get-get whatever it is. You want to deliver?

Get it most the way there. It's pretty good. It's not perfect and let people decide and then you will

Find your way through the paths and veer left and veer, right?

As things come up. They there's a phrases one of our favorite army phrases from back in the day and it says

no plan survives first contact with the enemy we can make the most incredible plan and this is our five-year mission and I

Listened on that but on day one if frickin

Suddenly turns rights to determine left and you've got you've got to start again and your ego is still the same

But you just take a different path together

Truth very true. Very true

Okay, you know part of our plan for John and I also relied on

You know getting this logo done to release everything on our audio format, right? So

You know that impatience right there where we're kind of waiting on, you know?

somebody else to release right it builds anticipation you

know so it's that but

But it's and we we may want to start to do his job, but he's got a life as well

he's got other clients and so

Gonna wait that's it. It's a teeter-totter II game and we have to

You have to love them in the yin and the yang and it's it's a balance, right?

So we're working on it every day as well John

Okay

I

Think that's about as said as much as we need to to spare today to be laughing

Thanks very much. Those who are listening

To those who are watching

For those guys got a good friend JJ

Who?

Write name continent asking his questions

In relation to to himself, but also when I add to the wider his wider community as well. He's trying to work gather information

so he can

Be best serving them. But thank you all for me. Goodbye, and we'll see tomorrow

Suitable guys, we know he could be read into her world and you're rocking with us and we damn well appreciate see tomorrow. Alright

30 Days to a Better Website: Day 2 – Do you understand your target audience? - Duration: 2:40.

Today you're going to make sure that you understand your target audience.

Welcome to day 2 of 30 Days to a Better Website.

This is the video series where we look at a different aspect of your website every day

to see where you can make improvements.

We're going to help you transform your website so you can make it much more successful.

The best website content feels like it's speaking directly to the person that's reading it because

you understand their needs and their wants and you provide a solution.

If you can do this on your website, your visitors will feel much more connected to your business.

To do this, you need to know who you're addressing.

So, you need to understand your ideal customers.

You do this through creating customer profiles.

Basically, you need to capture certain information about them.

At a minimum this should be; Age, Gender, Circumstances, Challenges and Needs.

But, if it's important, you should capture more information because the more you know

about your target audience, the better equipped you are to create successful website content.

You may have more than one customer profile if you do that's fine.

You just need to make sure that you repeat this process for each of those profiles.

Here's an example of a customer profile.

Once you know all this information, it's much easier to create compelling website content.

You can create words that are more likely to resonate with your target audience, you

can choose images that will provoke the right emotion.

You can also use more effective calls to action that your visitors are more likely to execute.

There'll be more on all of this later in future days in this video series.

Now it's over to you.

Do you know who your target audience is?

Do you know all the information about them that we've mentioned?

If not grab a paper and pen and create your customer profiles now and keep them to hand

because you'll want to refer to them as we go through the rest of the videos in this

series.

Now check your website content.

Does it speak directly to those profiles you created?

If not, don't worry, we're going to cover all the changes that you need to make in future

videos of this series.

We've created a free downloadable eBook covering all the days of this video series.

If you can't wait for the videos, there's a link in the description box to where you

can get your copy.

Otherwise, we'll see you tomorrow for Day 3 where we'll look at every single image on

your website.

No 1 mistake you need to stop doing in your job - Duration: 6:59.

Hi guys and welcome back to my channel. This is Zuzana from coachzuzana.com

And in this week's video I wanted to talk to you about number one

mistake you need to stop doing at your work. And I've been guilty of this myself but

once I figured out it significantly improved the quality and the speed of my

work. So you now might be wondering what is this and quite frankly it gets as

simple as making assumptions and do not get me wrong. Us as human beings we

would not be able to exist if we didn't assume that the Sun is going to come out

tomorrow or that if we take that permanent

job we are not going to get fired for you know unless we are given a significant

reason. So there is one type of assumptions but then there is

another type of assumptions that can be quite

deadly to our work and this is what we are going to discuss in today's video.

In particular, I'm talking about assumptions we make about information we receive

how this information is being understood as well as how what are the people

motives when they are interacting with you. So for example the other day I had a

chat with my brother when he told me his story from his work where his colleague from

the States assumed that he's going to

take on a really big and urgent project just because he was the only person he's

been working with in the in the mother company and he thought he's also the

only person in the mother company with this particular technical

skillset and that happened three days before my brother was due to two weeks holiday.

So you can imagine what kind of disaster it was. Another example,

would be let's assume you are starting a new job and you feel like obviously you are new and you

don't know what's going on and you know people are giving you information and

because they've been there for a longer time you take it kind of for granted

time and you almost don't feel confident or comfortable you know asking any

more questions about that and you just take it as a gold - Another recipe for

disaster! Another thing is with senior leaders where people come to them for

advice and because they think that they know better but quite frankly senior

leaders they don't understand sometimes your day to day your day as well as

you do and sometimes you just may take their word for granted and it can turn

in a total total utter disaster so what to do for it not to be a disaster.

Well, the thing is I already

kind of elaborated on that earlier it's to start asking clarifying questions.

And another thing I wanted to add here is that sometimes we feel like

things are just obvious and I came across these

situations where people think that things are obvious but maybe they had

like just like a tiny small little doubt and they didn't ask the question, right?

and this is what I want to encourage you to start doing because

if you already have a slightest feeling that something

you might be potentially misunderstanding you have better chances

of perhaps looking a little stupid when you clarify and I have a zero problem

with doing that because trust me when you then deliver and it's wrong you will

look like well pretty much a like a proper fool so do ask clarifying questions

the earlier you can do that in the project in the process the better for you.

So what are the best ways to clarify. First of all, I would advise you to sum up everything that you heard

and feed it back to that person so for example you

can say: Well, I understand we have to deliver 200 pallets. One to downtown and

20 pallets to Upper East Side and you will let me know the names of the drivers and

the addresses tomorrow. Or you can say something along the lines: Well, correct

me if I'm wrong or if I understood this correctly and then rephrase what is it

that you understood in your own words this gives the other person an

opportunity to either elaborate or correct you at the right stage and you

don't have to feel like you are a fool! Another useful question that

you can ask is: What is it that you are assuming I know so for example I will

use that question when I'm working on something that I've never done before

and I'm working with someone who is a seasoned person in that, right? So someone

who knows the job inside-out and this is a scary place to be because when you're

working when you don't know something inside out when you're working with

someone who knows something inside out there is a lot of assumptions made on

their end so it is always good to ask that question and maybe have a chat with

them and sit down so they can take youthrough whatever is it whatever it is

that it's required for them to have in order to do the job successfully. Another

thing that is important is to clarify responsibilities so sometimes we get

into projects or assignments where there's multiple people working on that

and there's perhaps not a clear line of responsibilities and with those

situations I want you to take a bit of an ownership there and say okay so you

are delivering this part of the project and I'm delivering this part of the

project and what about the third part is that you or is that me so you just take

an ownership and you assign this right away.

Another point what you need to be clarifying is about people's motives so

sometimes you know that there can be a lot of conflict or misunderstandings

behind why are people doing what it is that they are doing or the way they are

delivering work to you. So here what is that you can be asking is: Okay, Can you help

me understand why have you taken those steps or what is the reason behind this

particular action. This does not sound accusatory and this way you will be able

to resolve and understand really what is going on. So this is it for today guys I

hope you liked this video and I would absolutely love to hear from you what is

it that you are assuming at your work and what are the assumptions that you've

taken at your workplace and they caused you some trouble or headaches or even nightmares

Please let me know in the comment box below, if you like this video

please give it tumbs up and subscribe and as

always: Be Kind.Stay Positive and I'll see you next time!

Practise What You Preach IYP #104 - Duration: 15:26.

What is that beautiful people Saturday morning where I'm from Saturday afternoon

We're Johnnie's from it is ignite your purpose Show podcast vlog. It is episode 1 0 for

100 for baby and in the ignite your purpose we were all about talking longevity through a healthy lifestyle a mix of mental physical and

Spiritual knowledge, right you're called with a mind body soul trifecta

And we're just basically trying to go from that negative to positive. That's simple people

we're here to preach and

Speaking of practicing what we preach. I wanted to talk to Johnny today. We did on the previous show. We got into this

how

Due to the fact that we've built this community I

Actually look at it like

not being up here in a soapbox, but instead of

You know, what would my listener? What would the listeners want further ourselves? They're their best self, right?

So I actually took my own advice this weekend and as John knows

I've been

Double triple timing down in summertime, right? It feels so good. The days are so long

We're eating so good so much energy in the system that vitamin D. Everything is beautiful. I tend to go overboard and last year

I did this and I crashed hard

and this year I decided to

Triple down this month on, you know, Krav Maga

So I'm taking massive blows for bigger boys getting CrossFit going running all this crazy stuff, right?

but I

Decided the last couple days. I'm like, oh man, I'm starting to starting to feel it. I'm a little I'm a little sore

I'm actually really sore to be honest, but I still feel a million percent

I am a little fatigued but I still feel so so good, but I decided Friday Saturday Sunday

John to let go of the ego and to

follow what the hell comes out of my own mouth and what comes out of your mouth and I decided to do

Absolutely zilch when it comes to physical activity and to relax

Relax, relax and on the cheap in my own home

just doing the spa weekend eating a little less drinking a lot of teas and just trying to

completely

Rehabilitate my inner body my mind and my soul

So you're you're taking time off

your saw

85 90 % baby

Yeah, and exactly you just feel a bit battered and bruised or you feeling those really really early stages of kind of

illness

Yeah, I know the most you just a little bit just not quite

Just not. Yeah, I'm just feeling

Sore for sure cuz you know, I'm whatever I'm doing right I definitely know illness

but I

Think and I think I said this in the pre was I bet you if I went, you know

If I had it gone crushing laugh, sorry lifting today, maybe for a run Sunday then back at my normal training regime Monday

Definitely with within a week or two. I bet you the body

You know

Would maybe crash do you know what I'm saying? So I'm trying to do a preemptive strike here

I'm like, you know what I'm starting to feel it

Let's just check. Oh, oh and that's a huge step for me, man

Because I am so like and like you I want to be on all the time

I want to feel better better better better better better

I don't want to take any time off just in case I you know get a little smaller than I already am or something

I don't know what it is in there, but I

Decided. Hey, we we're up on a soapbox

Sometimes preaching well, son. You better practice what you preach and

I already feel the difference. It's only I took Friday off totally today's you know

Only half done and I just I just feel I just feel out of a lap eise. I just feel happy with the decision

This is really interesting. Good adjustment

Everybody who doesn't know John if he doesn't jot it down seems to forget things very easily. Hey, so,

I've been able to visit max a few times and

Max often says ten years in the game Ted years

Self-awareness, I know my body. I know my mind

but my my my observation in this may be incorrect maybe not but it's my inspiration is

max is just on the fridge go all the time and

And there has been times. I'm thinking

hazel a self-aware

marries

You may feel it, but I don't see it

and certainly it's you know, when there's been occasions when he's absolutely wrecked and

I

Understand and agree that we think we can go to the gym. Let's do CrossFit or Olympic lifting or crap and

That is our escape from the stressful times and and that kind of lifts us up again

But but this time didn't I've seen now Maxie's time. You just needs to take some some time off

Brilliant may but much respect

likewise when recently you said

I'm gonna stop

Jumping every time the client checks

Jump and you said right?

Well, I'm gonna take more time for me three days or weeks than five days a week or five days a week

But it's just five days

And I think that's that's actually

Game-changing kind of decisions. These are this is for me. I

This is the way I run my

training I

Kind of rape my rest and recovery

above

Doing the trainer

We don't get fitter and stronger and healthier more

noble or flexible or agile or

You know, we don't improve it all happens

not when we're doing it, but when we rest and recover and people I

I think of rest and recovering as a discipline in itself

Whereas lots of people just don't will it's day off from training and the yeah all that time

million other things and

Don't get you know, there might not be down the gym running or in the pool swimming or fighting or whatever it is

But they'll be in that we down the term doing the chores running the kids around in the garden

and actually they are not giving them set themselves a great deal of chance to recover their my

day off will grow every day night from meal and have

massive greasy

middle

which the body's gonna find hard to process and so therefore you then

Where you should be going from here to here. You're only getting this far true for?

Your back training and the body starting to go downhill. So I rate training above everything else. I

genuinely do and

I don't feel like I train anywhere is anywhere near

Close to what some luggage train and I'm always there there abouts and I'm probably ten years older than most of the guys

I don't know. I'm not competing at higher level

Are you rate my fitness for my health or my strength and my agility down to the ability for my body to?

Absolutely

Master

Taking in food processing it get any inflammation at the body. So

And body it may give you some tips

Well one thing is, you know, we got all and remember that everything we do to our body is a stressor so

You know

It's just it's just finding that balance right but I'm just proud of myself that you know free

Free feeling anything I'm like, you know what let's just let's just do this like just just enjoy three days, man

and it's already you know, it's crazy smokey here, and there's not much to be doing anyway, so just

Just take a step back and spot out. So I don't believe I do not believe I'm gonna say this, but I'm gonna say it

so

Max, he's taking three days to look after his body

How how how good for the body do you think sitting in front of the computer? Seven hours is?

Possibly today probably not that great, you know, and I don't

Know I know but it you know if I had to do that for a living holy shit, brother

I couldn't I couldn't do it for a living. There's no freaking way

There's no friggin way

It affects my III. There's so many things that go on there, right? But yeah

And I think again we can do that because I've God is in you know the condition

It's not something we do each every day, you know get regular breaks take them good food

moving standard up sitting down

But I did it myself yesterday. I I had five six hours in the machine and

can feel it and

I'm really taking my house to people who do that day in day out

Especially these people who do it for jobs. They do not love

Ya unless you're you know one of those day traders with 18 of them and you're making a couple billion a day

that's a

Union hats off to them. And and I think one other thing too is is I think we're all cook

We all Coast you and I probably John

coasted and I've been told this from a lot of the elders that I that I mess with the shaman the

healers who were in their late

Forties fifties sixties seventies eighties, they tell me you know, they say they say because because of our

Well for me the the the meditation aspect, right because I go into such deep states of meditation

The food I eat the training I do

They say that you you know, you you cut you're coasting off a lot of those things right? So hence where?

You know you and I if we were doing anything else our bodies would crash sooner, you know

So we're definitely coasting off some of the good things we do that doesn't mean we're immune to it. Right so

likely, that's what

So for those people who do not have a hot tub at home ordained sauna at home

Is what's well shown them in your primo piece on my favorite

So we didn't have the sauna what would you do to to switch off my

Favorite thing and this is dirt cheap and I will be doing in this for the next three days as well candles

Alright, just cheap right hot. Hopefully you got a bathtub put some hot water in there

Whatever you wanna do epsom salts dirt or sea salts dirt-cheap

Get that in there light the candle and just five baby put on your favorite Marvin Gaye Hawaiian reggae Yan

Okay, what you put on and just chill sitting there and soak maybe read a book

Eat light I

Don't care how you eat man. You just don't eat shit

Yeah, and sip some good teas

And just get just get your mind as well into that that relaxing spot

Just just know that it's okay to just be relaxing instead of always being like, okay

Gotta hustle want to do this want to do that?

Yeah

Number one for myself is it's the big deep bath the epsom salts

Turn the lights down

Some tunes on or not. Just the line. Just just chill in a nice warm bath

Good, enjoy it. Yeah particular liking before

it's nothing quite like clean bedding, you know once a week change the bed in I

do it every day if I could be bothered to make the bed, but I

Once a weekend in the fresh bed go to bed a bit early just sitting in there. Maybe read the book or

Chat in chat with the partner. We spoke yesterday about relationships. And one thing I did main to say is

Doing all the same things is not necessarily that good doing separate things is great

but if you imagine

Like a little river and you partly goes and does his or their own thing over here and you do your own thing

but just coming together on that bridge and just chat about your day and where you've been and what you've done and taking interest and

what the other person is done and that sometimes those

Those evenings where you go go to bed 40 minutes early and just just have a good old chinwag. Yeah

Just enjoying your top quality time together, right? Yeah, you know, it's it's still day night. Let's let's take a day night and

Rent a movie on Netflix or iTunes or whatever it might be

You know, just just take time don't be rushing around everywhere and allow your body to switch off turn the phone off

that's another great one if that doesn't make you anxious and

We'll call you Beth

You know, yeah, or there's this thing called a message. I'll leave you an email

They should be worried about you. No

Reply to my email. You should be worried about having not replied. They'll wait exactly

Take the bath clean bed. Just have a chat about your day catcher

you know chat about you know, what you hope to achieve over the next couple of years and

Throw through there are a few ideas in there and we like to talk about the air the top five destinations. We've not been to

Just create some

Yeah, just good odds in the house

Yeah manifestation and just positive talk, right? Yeah a nice juices smoothies

You know foods that will just nourish the body nutritionally dense foods

Generally, they don't come out of a packet. They have you got the best before thank on them
