So I actually took my own advice this weekend and as John knows

Double triple timing down in summertime, right? It feels so good. The days are so long
We're eating so good so much energy in the system that vitamin D. Everything is beautiful. I tend to go overboard and last year
I did this and I crashed hard
and this year I decided to
Triple down this month on, you know, Krav Maga
So I'm taking massive blows for bigger boys getting CrossFit going running all this crazy stuff, right?
but I
Decided the last couple days. I'm like, oh man, I'm starting to starting to feel it. I'm a little I'm a little sore
I'm actually really sore to be honest, but I still feel a million percent
I am a little fatigued but I still feel so so good, but I decided Friday Saturday Sunday
John to let go of the ego and to
follow what the hell comes out of my own mouth and what comes out of your mouth and I decided to do
Absolutely zilch when it comes to physical activity and to relax
Relax, relax and on the cheap in my own home
just doing the spa weekend eating a little less drinking a lot of teas and just trying to
completely
Rehabilitate my inner body my mind and my soul

I think of rest and recovering as a discipline in itself
Whereas lots of people just don't will it's day off from training and the yeah all that time

Don't get you know, there might not be down the gym running or in the pool swimming or fighting or whatever it is
But they'll be in that we down the term doing the chores running the kids around in the garden
and actually they are not giving them set themselves a great deal of chance to recover their my
day off will grow every day night from meal and have
massive greasy
middle
which the body's gonna find hard to process and so therefore you then
Where you should be going from here to here. You're only getting this far true for?
Your back training and the body starting to go downhill. So I rate training above everything else. I
genuinely do and
I don't feel like I train anywhere is anywhere near
Close to what some luggage train and I'm always there there abouts and I'm probably ten years older than most of the guys

I'm really taking my house to people who do that day in day out
Especially these people who do it for jobs. They do not love

it's nothing quite like clean bedding, you know once a week change the bed in I

Once a weekend in the fresh bed go to bed a bit early just sitting in there. Maybe read the book or
Chat in chat with the partner. We spoke yesterday about relationships. And one thing I did main to say is
Doing all the same things is not necessarily that good doing separate things is great

Like a little river and you partly goes and does his or their own thing over here and you do your own thing
but just coming together on that bridge and just chat about your day and where you've been and what you've done and taking interest and
what the other person is done and that sometimes those
Those evenings where you go go to bed 40 minutes early and just just have a good old chinwag. Yeah
Just enjoying your top quality time together, right? Yeah, you know, it's it's still day night. Let's let's take a day night and
Rent a movie on Netflix or iTunes or whatever it might be
You know, just just take time don't be rushing around everywhere and allow your body to switch off turn the phone off
that's another great one if that doesn't make you anxious and
