INFP personality type is one of the 16 personalities in Myers-Briggs.

INFP stands for introverted, intuition, feeling and perception.

INFP is basically a really good personality with its sociable trait.

INFPs are dominated by introverted feeling, followed by extroverted intuition, introverted

sensing, and lastly extroverted thinking.

They are also one of the idealist family along with the INFJ, ENFJ, and ENFP.

As a true idealists, INFPs see the best in everyone and everything, processing everything

in their rich internal world and constantly dreaming about how the world could be a better

place.

With similar functions to ENFPs, they are often mistaken to be them.

Despite their special personality traits, INFPs also have some struggles they have to

face everyday.

#1 - Cannot finish what is started.

INFP wants to experiment with something they like.

Unfortunately, this makes INFP difficult to complete the task at hand.

Sometimes, the working strategy is not enough to satisfy the INFP.

#2 - Indecisive.

Something being INFP actually makes you feel like a procrastinator.

It also happens even though they are afar something important.

It is so difficult to be assertive, and it is just the character of being INFP.

#3 - Over planning.

Being INFP also limits you're from doing things recklessly.

You want everything to be perfect and you start planning things.

However, at some point, you just never plan anything anyway because you just want everything

to flow nicely as is.

#4 - Offering compassion.

It is really nice attitude of being INFP.

Unfortunately, you also offer this luxuries to people who do not care about you.

This way, you actually make yourself difficult in having enjoyable life.

#5 - Not focusing on your goals.

No matter how smart or powerful you are, you always want to make sure you have the required

skills and ability to achieve your goals.

So, instead of achieving your goals, you actually only focus on honing your skills instead.

INFPs actually likes to help others.

Unfortunately, they forget that they need to help themselves first.

#7 - Having high standard.

INFP is quite idealist.

They want to be someone special in this world.

They want to change the world.

#8 - Low self-esteem.

Even though INFPs tend to have high goals, unfortunately they have low self-esteem for

obtaining required skills.

This has been stated earlier.

However, it is worth emphasizing that INFP is frequent drawn into general current.

I want to ask all of you a question this morning.

And that question is, what gets you going?

What keeps you going?

What is that thing in your life that motivates you?

I feel like we all need to have something, in our lives that we can rely on as a tool

to keep us motivated.

I just got back from the gym.

Big ups to Bo Francy by the way at Evolve Fitness for kickin my butt for the last couple

of weeks.

And the question, again, around what keeps you motivated.

I'm gonna answer that question for me.

For me, it is, Music.

By far, absolutely.

It is music.

I highly recommend getting a set list of songs that actually mean something to you.

I used to not listen to lyrics when I was younger.

But man, language is so powerful.

I was listening to this song this morning.

It's by Neo.

I actually wrote down the lyrics just to make sure I get it exactly right.

I'm actually listening to it right now as well.

He says, "It's not about what you've done.

It's about what you're doing."

So it's not about what you've done, no matter how much success you've had, or how

much failure you've experienced.

But more importantly it's about what you're doing right now!

He talks a lot about, "it's the Here and Now".

It's the Here and Now, right.

I'll come back to that in a second.

The next line in the song says, "It's all about where you're going, no matter

where you've been."

It's ALL about where you're going, no matter where you've been.

So what he's talking about is, we've got to be present!

Right?

We've got to be present.

So, I LOVE music.

I love that song.

Thus, as we grow older, the body's ability to absorb and retain this vitamin decreases.

Muscles don't get enough strength Vitamin B-12 is responsible for manufacturing

of red blood cells.

Because these carry the oxygen to the muscles, you may experience weaker muscles if you have

this deficiency.

Fatigue If you don't get enough vitamin B-12, chances

are you feel tired all the time and hence have a hard time staying awake.

If your sleeping routine includes the sacred 8 hours (at least), then vitamin B-12 deficiency

might be the cause.

Vitamin B-12 deficiency has also been linked to depression and generally low energy.

Annabel Bowlen, wife of Denver Broncos owner Pat Bowlen, has announced that she has "joined her husband" in being diagnosed with Alzheimer's disease.

In a statement released on the Broncos website on June 26, Annabel said, "I recently learned that I've joined my husband Pat and the millions of others who have been diagnosed with Alzheimer's disease.

Since Pat's diagnosis, I have gained a vivid understanding of this disease's progression and its effect on those living with it as well as their families.

My family and I have been — and will remain — dedicated supporters of Alzheimer's awareness, treatment and research funding.

I decided to make my diagnosis public right away in the hope that it continues to raise awareness for those battling Alzheimer's and their loved ones.

With June also being Alzheimer's & Brain Awareness Month, the timing was right for me to share this personal update with everyone… I intend to proceed in life with the same strength, courage and endurance that Pat has shown in his battle with this disease.

Like Pat, I know there will be good days and bad days ahead.

I'm grateful to have the support of my family and especially my children — Patrick, Johnny, Brittany, Annabel and Christianna… Most importantly, thank you to all of our incredible fans for the compassion and support you've given to me, Pat and our entire family.".

In a separate statement, Annabel's children said that they have been "inspired by the strength and courage our mother has shown as she's supported our father in his own battle with Alzheimer's disease… We'll continue to support our parents, stay strong as a family and do our part to raise awareness for everyone affected by Alzheimer's disease.

" While Broncos' CEO and President, Joe Ellis, said, "All of us at the Broncos are behind Annabel and know she'll face this challenge with courage and determination.

Here's what you need to know:.

Annabel Was Formerly a Figure Skating Teacher.

Annabel is a former figure skating teacher.

In a 2009 interview, Bowlen talked about living in Edmonton, Canada and working as an elementary school teacher and a figure skating teacher.

When asked what she does to keep fit, Annabel said, "I do the elliptical machine for 45 minutes – five days a week and walk my Samoyed Husky daily.

I love skiing in the winter – and figure skating." Bowlen is a graduate of the University of Alberta with degrees in physical education and education.

A 2008 Denver Post article on debutantes on the city named Brittany Bowlen, daughter of Pat and Annabel.

The piece mentions Brittany as being an "accomplished figure skater." Prior to the 2008 Olympics, Brittany Bowlen worked with the Canadian figure skating team as part of her internship with the Institute for Sports Medicine in Toronto.

When Pat Bowlen Was Honored by the Broncos in 2015, Annabel Said it Was the 'Players & Coaches' that Brought Success, Not the Owners.

When Pat Bowlen was honored at the Broncos' Ring of Fame in 2015, he was inducted by Annabel.

She told the audience, "To my husband, there is no one more important than the players and coaches who have made this franchise what it has become today.

It's not about me' is a simple phrase of his that has defined his ownership." Annabel continued, "Although Pat is now focused on his battle with Alzheimer's, he would never want that terrible disease to define who he is or take away from what he has accomplished.

But, fair or not, it is part of who he is.

It's part of his story.

It's also how Pat continues to have a positive impact on others.".

Since Pat Bowlen's Diagnosis, the Broncos Have Raised More Than $500,000 for Alzheimer's Research.

Since 2014, when Pat Bowlen was diagnosed with Alzheimer's, Annabel and her children have led the Walk the End Alzheimer's every year in Denver.

The Broncos organization has raised more than $500,000 for Alzheimer's research since then.

Annabel was quoted at the opening of the 2014 walk, "I like being part of the Walk so we can all come together in unity to raise awareness for this dreadful disease that is plaguing our community and our nation.

The fact of the matter is, we all know someone with Alzheimer's." Tragically, long time Broncos' coach, Dan Reeves, was quoted in 2014 as being asked by Annabel not to visit her husband because of his condition.

Reeves said, "You don't want to go here.

He wouldn't recognize you.

He wouldn't know if you were there or not.".

Annabel Bowlen Is Also Involved in Raising Money for Those Diagnosed With Down Syndrome.

Annabel is also heavily involved with Down syndrome research charity, Be Beautiful Be Yourself.

She told their website about her involvement saying, "I joined the Global Down Syndrome Foundation committee because the charity, Cherish the Children, that I formed many years ago, closed its doors and I was looking for a charity to become involved with that also centered around children with special needs… It means a lot to me because of my love for children and also the great admiration I have for Michelle Sie Whitten and her dedication and devotion that she has poured her heart and soul into… People should support the Global Down Syndrome Foundation because it is a solid first-class operation that is working with the top scientists and specialists in the world to significantly improve the lives of people with Down syndrome!".

Brittany Bowlen Is Positioned to Become the Broncos' New Controlling Owner.

In the 1990's, the Bowlen's set up a family trust that was designed to one day see their children run the team, according to a January 2018 Denver Post report.

During the set up of that trust, CEO and president, Joe Ellis, was appointed as one of the three non-family member trustees.

Pat Bowlen ceased to run the team day-to-day in 2013.

NBC Denver reports that Brittany Bowlen is the "frontrunner" to take over as controlling owner.

The Denver Post reports that each child will have the same stake in the team but only one would be responsible for making decisions on the running of the team.

That Post report says that Brittany Bowlen has worked in the NFL's junior rotational program in New York City, was completing an MBA at Duke University and has worked as an analyst with the Broncos.

go do something that I really hate doing because reality is that it's 2018

and I don't understand why anybody in 2018 would have to go to the bank but

yet Here I am don't to the bank it's not that I have anything against the bank

personally it's just I feel like it's unnecessary but we're gonna be traveling

out of the country soon and so anytime you do that it helps to have passion and

the crazy part in all this is that you know we have things available to us

already that we shouldn't have to do this stuff so I think about digital

currency Bitcoin so what it means to have money you'd have to have a bank

it's gonna change I don't know when I don't know how long but it will so one

question that always comes up from folks when they say hey I bought my first

Bitcoin I just bought some etherium what do I do

with it where do I keep it it's crazy to me how many people buy Bitcoin or just

start to get into crypto and they leave all of their coins and online wallets

not a good plan that's probably the worst place you can keep it now it's

nice from either you standpoint it's always online and available but

depending on how much you care about the principles of you know Bitcoin and

decentralized currency again you're putting trust in a company you're

putting trust in people you're putting trust in an exchange to keep your money

safe that's a choice you have to make but the challenge with Bitcoin and you

know crypto is that unless you're a person with a technical background it's

confusing and it's not real intuitive in terms of how it should work and what you

should do and really one of the biggest issues and gaps that needs to be

addressed before it can be more mainstream is that some level it needs

to become less technical because your average person isn't going to know how

to do these things I don't know if I'ma make it actually I

might be late so where should you be storing your Bitcoin in your crypto I'm

the huge fan of hardware wallets because they're a relatively easy way to store

your keys offline and have them be a hundred percent within your control and

those are two critical things the other ways to do that are pretty technical and

require people to know quite a bit which is just not realistic for the average

person hardware wallets are the closest thing we have to really allowing people

to be safe and have it be easy enough to use that you can get most people there

people drive we can drive as baby

hardware wallets are also relatively cheap you can get them for under a

hundred bucks and even if you got the latest Trezor Model T with the

touchscreen it's still gonna cost you under $200 and that's a relatively cheap

price to pay to basically have an encrypted bank in your pocket we just

recently did an unboxing for the Ledger Nano S that's obviously a popular one and a

good one I've also used Trezor before which is also great either one of those

should work for most people just another benefit of having it on

that physical device it makes it easy to store so if you have a safe deposit box

you have a safe at home it's easy to kind of put it in there for added

security drive it to the bank sucks

I barely made it but it's all good but crazy but is instead of carrying

something like this around we could be carrying something like this around I

know what y'all think you know look at the big baller you know those are all

ones I'm balling with ones yeah alright here we go

whoa so obviously as you guys can tell I'm a huge fan of hardware wallets if

you have Bitcoin you hold any cryptocurrency today and you're not

using a hardware wallet I strongly advise that you give one it's one of the

safest most cost effective in easiest ways to store your keys offline just

driving dropping knowledge on hardware wallets doing it all so if you like this
