Alpha Details

DICE have finally revealed some details for the Battlefield V Closed Alpha.

The Alpha goes live on June 28th and is only for PC players in particular regions.

One of the big questions on everyone's mind is "how do I sign up?"

The short answer is - you can't.

Devs say invites have been sent to a small group of Battlefield players - but you will

have an opportunity to win a code during official livestreams this week - and I'll be giving

out a few on June 30th - so keep an eye on my social media for the latest.

The Battlefield V Alpha build is similar to what we saw at EA PLAY, and features the first

two days of Grand Operations on the snow-covered Narvik map.

Players can try out classic conquest as well.

Weapons include the STG44 and ERMA EMP for the assault class, the Gewehr 43 and MP 40

for the medic, the Bren and MG 34 for the Support, and the Kar98 for the recon.

The standard sidearm is the P38.

I'll pop the archetype details up on the screen here, if you want to pause the video

and take a closer look.

Like the build at EA PLAY, it looks like players won't be able to change up their classes

much for the Alpha.

A noticeable addition, however, is the return of the Pilot and Tanker classes - these are

equipped with the MP 40 and P38 as weapons, while the Pilot has a flare gun and the tanker

has AT mines.

For vehicles, the British faction has access to the Spitfire and Blenheim planes, as well

as the Valentine and Churchill tanks.

The Germans will be flying the Stuka and BF 109, while they will also have access to the

Panzer IV and Tiger tank on the ground.

Unlike the build at EA PLAY, players will actually be able to call in squad reinforcements,

which include the flame-throwing Churchill Crocodile tank for the British, and the Sturmtiger

for the Germans.

The V-1 rocket will also be available as a reinforcement.

Alpha players can take on one Special Assignment and several Daily Orders in-game.

The former consists of a series of in-game tasks, challenging your various skills on

the battlefield.

Complete the Special Assignment, and you'll earn a Battlefield V Dog Tag which will be

added to your profile if you buy the full game once it's released.

The Special Assignment must be activated via the "ASSIGNMENTS" tab in the main menu.

system requirements up on the screen here, and you can also find them in the description.

Even if you don't get into the Closed Alpha, there's no embargo on footage, so there

will be plenty of eye candy on this channel as well as others.

5D Diamond Painting -- How I prepare for a new Project - Duration: 8:21.

okay so basically what I'm doing right now is I'm actually just going to go

through each of the packets to make sure that I've got everything that I need

there so I've got a Sharpie which I'm going to write onto the top of this and

just a little bit of nail polish remover will remove that when I'm finished

working with this particular diamond painting so I'm just gonna grab my

pencil and I'm gonna start just looking for the numbers and then I will make

sure that I have got what I'm supposed to have so this is three eight three

five and yes there is only one of them

okay so in this pack here you can see here that it's three eight six five and

it says it has 49 okay so what they've done is enlarged the packet and then

they've put a number five on that so can you you can just make that out the

number five so this little pack here equates to being five of these little

packets okay so basically this I've got nine of those day so nine fives are

forty-five and then I've got another four packets here which make forty-nine

so if there is definitely 49 packets there so just be aware of that so if you

do you get that on on some of your iron paintings and it's not just limited to

this company I've actually seen it come from

companies from wish and from Aliexpress and all those sort of places so just be

aware of that that sometimes I'll have it written like that and there'll be an

extra number on your pocket

so they're all there so now I can start marking them out and what I do to make

it easier for my selection when I'm working away

I actually number each one one to two whatever it ends to so this one I will

just put beside the little symbol a one and two three four and five and continue

on between each one and then basically I also put a one so then I'll number these

as well as having the code that I'm looking for as well um the color code

so there's 15 numbers all up so basically all and it just can all be

rubbed off so I make sure that all my little pots are up the right way and

I'll just put one and then

so I've got full 15 colors all up so I've numbered 1 to 15 and now I can go

through and wait for that to dry a little bit and then I can go through and

put the color codes through and when I'm using them I just put them back into

that and then it just makes it easy I just get a little bit of nail polish

remover or white board cleaner or something along those lines and it'll

actually get rid of it for you say and then I can reuse them for another

project

and that's it and now I can start actually opening up each one I can find

the package that I'm looking for and I just opened that up and then I just tip

the little diamond drills in there and this is what I do to prep for each

project

so as you can see this one is now full and I do have several more that I've got

to put in there so I've got some other jars that are a little bit bigger if

there's only a couple of jars I'll just write another one of these up but

because there's a few of this one I actually get my bigger jars just over

here and I'll just put the remainder in these ones over here and I'll write what

that is on top so it's 9:00 exactly what I've got written on that one and it's

963 and then I can fill that up and then when I run out of this one I can just

top it up

and then that one I can just sit aside and then I've got it there to top this

one back up

okay so you can see there that's what I do that's how I prep and then they're

all ready to go and I have all my tools and everything as well I generally just

leave these empty ones in there just keeps it neat and tidy but yeah that's

how I prep get to get ready to do my project I hope you liked this little

Good Times, Bad Times You Know I've Had Them All - Duration: 1:04.

James here, and important update - today's surf report is rubbish. Surf was pretty

bad today. It was cold, windy and not that satisfying. Two waves in 45 minutes. There

were very short rides. Basically about the worst surf I've had other than

yesterday when I didn't surf at all because it was too flat. And the point is

you get these dips. There are times when things don't line up. There's nothing you

can do about it, you just roll through. And I'm really looking forward to the

good times that are coming on the other side of this. So, I'm not sad about it. I'm

not mad about it. It just is and at least I'm still getting my exercise and you

know, the sun's out and it's healthy and all that good stuff. So, that's my message

today. You can't expect it to be amazing all the time because that's not life and

when the good times come, you'll know them from the dips. See ya!

Janoris Jenkins' brother facing manslaughter charge has lengthy rap sheet - Daily News - Duration: 2:31.

 The older brother of Giants cornerback Janoris Jenkins reportedly has a lengthy rap sheet, which includes multiple arrests for burglary, battery and selling drugs

 William Jenkins, 34, is facing an aggravated manslaughter charge in connection to the death of family friend Roosevelt Rene, who was found dead inside Janoris' New Jersey home on Tuesday

 The ex-con has spent nearly seven cumulative years behind bars — with his first known arrest coming in 2002 when he was just 18, according to records obtained by NJ

com.  He was busted six more times after that in both Florida and New York, the website reports

 The elder Jenkins was taken into custody on Tuesday in Ontario, NY, for a parole violation on two felony drug convictions

Rene's body was discovered in the basement of his brother's home that very same day

 William's longest jail stint came in 2011, after he was convicted for drug possession and selling drugs

The former inmate reportedly served 63 months.  Janoris, who has seen his fair share of controversy as well, vowed in 2016 — after landing with the Giants — that he wouldn't follow the same path as his older brother

 Speaking to The Post, he said: "Certain places you turn up, certain places you can't turn up

I wasn't ever gonna be the guy in the club on top of the tables bringing 20 girls in, drinking bottles

I wasn't going to be that guy because that's not me."  The Pro Bowler added, "If I'm at a party and somebody's trying to hand me something that I don't do or I don't need, first of all, I'm gonna leave the party

Now I know when I'm partying with you, I can't hang around you on that level, I got to separate myself

I'm gonna tell you no every time, and if you get offended, that's on you."

Sermon Clip: "Stop trying to earn your salvation, recognize that Jesus earned it for you." - Duration: 1:54.

The old way, religion says, "If I obey God, therefore, if I obey him,"

"therefore I'll get salvation. God will love me. God will save me."

The gospel comes along and says,

"God does that which is going to save you, and therefore you obey."

Everything gets flipped around, everything. Order matters.

And so, Jesus constantly in his ministry is talking about -

when he meets the woman in John chapter 8,

and she's been caught in adultery and everybody leaves,

and he looks at her and he says, "Did no one condemn you?"

And she says, "No," and he goes, "Neither do I condemn you, go and sin no more."

Recognize, order matters.

He does not say, "Go and sin no more, and then I won't condemn you."

That's what religion says. That's what religion preaches.

"Be a good person. Do good things. Go to pilgrimages,"

and then God won't condemn you.

Jesus says, "I don't condemn you, therefore, go and sin no more."

"Go live a life for me." So the gospel literally comes into the universe,

and says, "All of these ways we thought we could get to God, all of the fires that we would create,"

"all the sacrifices, all the grain offerings,"

"all of the good deeds that we did,"

all of the things that you grew up in church trying to do so that God would love you and pay attention to you,

it's all over. The temple is now gone,

the curtain has been torn. In the book of Hebrews it says,

he offered one last sacrifice,

that is done and over and we don't need anymore sacrifices.

That's the beauty of the gospel. That's the beauty of what the cross actually accomplished.

And some of you, that's the thing that you just need to hear today,

is that, stop trying to earn your salvation,

recognize that Jesus earned it for you

and then live from that place in the power of the Spirit

where he says, "Because all this is true,"

"because I came and filled the presence of God,"

"because I came and fulfilled the sacrifice,"

"you can then go and live a life,"

"where you're not trying to earn salvation, but you are coming from a place where salvation has already"

"happened in your life,"

and then you go out from there and live in power.
