and the link to plugin upload.

I copy this code to my clipboard and go to my website to install the plugin.

Then, I select the Dropship-me.zip file on my laptop and install it.

Then I should activate it by simply pasting my API key.

Now I can upload up to 50 products from the DropshipMe database for free.

It can be enough for the very start of a dropshipping journey.

If you want to upload much more products, you can check other packages.

So now I'll import several products directly to my store.

I can choose the shipping method, warehouse, price range and of course the categories I

am most interested in.

I prefer typing my keywords.

Let's search by category and add some of the products.

I want to add more cute stuff to this store.

Then I need to check which products I have just imported and after that, I can publish

them.

I should also remember to add reviews.

Episode 3 Exercises For You: No Equipment Bodyweight Strength Circuit - Duration: 7:23.

One of my most commonly requested videos is for no equipment body weight strength exercises

I hear you body weight exercises are convenient and a wonderful place to start when you're looking to build full body strength

So in today's episode

I'll cover is circuit with 4 strength exercises that don't require equipment or much space

First, I'll briefly cover the exercises then I'll perform them in a circuit so that you can follow along with me

Let's get started

The first exercise is a squat hold this isometric exercise strengthens your lower body while improving hip mobility

Stand with feet shoulder-width apart draw your navel in and slowly hinge your hips back as if you're sitting in a chair

Breathe calmly and hold this position for 10 seconds. Keep your chest open shoulders down and chin level

squeeze your gluts throughout

This exercise will strengthen your core and upper body while improving shoulder stability

Get into a straight arm plank position with your shoulders directly over your wrists feet shoulder-width apart

Engage your core and glutes and reach one arm forward

Pause and hold this position then return your hand to start position

Reset your hips and repeat on the other side

Breathe calmly and focus on maintaining stable hips throughout. Look at the ground a few inches in front of you

This exercise will train your balance and strengthen your posterior chain, which include your calves

hamstrings glutes and back

Stand tall on one leg with your navel drawn in toward the spine arms wide at chest height

Engage your shoulder blades to hold your arms in place

Bend your knees slightly and reach your torso forward

Extending the opposite leg behind you, until your chest is parallel with the floor

Pause, squeezing your glutes and return to start position

Repeat for several reps before switching to the other side

Keep your back leg active and establish a grounded feeling through the planted foot throughout

This exercise strengthens your adductors and glutes while training balance

Stand with feet close together facing straight forward

Lunge laterally then push off the foot and transfer your weight onto one leg

Pause and hold the single leg position with your knee at hip height.

I like to touch the ground each rep

repeat several times on one leg before switching sides

Keep your weight shifted straight back and push through your heels as you stand

Move in a controlled manner and establish balance each rep

That was a great round. Now it's time for you to practice. Do two more rounds for a total of three

You can make the circuit more challenging by adding reps

Polvoron Recipe (Filipino Dessert) - Duration: 3:41.

What's up guys? In this video we're gonna show you how to make polvoron!

Polvoron is a crumbly Filipino powdered milk candy that's super easy to make and is usually eaten during the holidays...

but you can eat it any time!

To make polvoron. You're first going to need to lightly toast some cake flour.

Take one cup of cake flour and pour it into a pan over medium-high heat. And

then continuously stir the cake flour for several minutes, so it doesn't burn.

Depending on how hot your pan is, it should become a super light toasted brown color within 5 to 7 minutes.

When it's done take your toasted cake flour and sift it into a mixing bowl.

You can use a serving spoon to help push the cake flour through your strainer.

Afterwards add in 1 and 1/2 cups of powdered milk.

Followed by half a cup of white sugar.

Next just thoroughly mix everything together.

At this point it's time to melt some butter.

In a new small pot drop in half a cup of salted butter over medium to medium-high heat.

Continuously move your stick of butter around in your pot.

When your butter is completely melted,

immediately turn off your stove and then pour it into your dry mixture. And

mix everything really well.

If you want

you can use your hands and just squish everything together,

or you can use our preferred method and use a rice paddle to mix it all.

Now all you have to do is mold your polvoron!

We're also going to be wrapping ours, so we prepared a couple cellophane wrappers.

It's a little hard to see them because they're transparent, but they're there!

To shape your polvoron you're going to need to use a special polvron molder like this one. If you don't have one, we

have a link in the description if you're looking to get one!

First what you want to do, is fill your mold with polvoron mix and press it against the side of your mixing bowl.

You want a little bit extra coming out of the mold because you'll have to compress it and it helps to have a little extra.

Just take your mold full of polvoron mix and firmly apply continuous pressure against it onto your plate while sliding it around.

Do this for a couple seconds or so or until it feels compact.

Pro tip, after you mold your polvoron, tilt your mold on one of its edges while pressing it against your plate and

simultaneously tilt and rotate the edges so that you end up trimming off the excess.

Next just diagonally position your polvoron over one of your cellophane wrappers and push it out of the mold.

Repeat this process until you've used all of your polvoron mixture.

When you're done, it's time to start wrapping them!

Simply take two opposite corners of your cellophane wrapper and press them against each other.

Then fold them over like so, two to three times, so that you have a nice little strip going across your polvoron.

Afterwards twist the right and left sides of your wrapper, and you've wrapped your first polvoron!

Now just wrap the rest of your polvoron. When wrapping your polvoron,

it's important that you use a cellophane wrapper that can hold its shape and not unravel when you twist the ends. If

you're having trouble finding some, we have a link in the description below.

Typically Filipinos like to use colored cellophane wrappers,

but these transparent ones were the only ones that we could find, so we just had to make do!

We recommend letting them sit for a little bit so that the butter can firm up and won't crumble all over the place when you

try to bite into it. It's talagang tasty!

'Monster Hunter: World' Deserves Better - Duration: 7:45.

Monster Hunter World is a game that leaves me both in awe and saddened.

It launched on January 26th, 2018 and received almost unanimously positive reviews.

Among the most common laudations were the game's unbelievable amount of content in

the way of monsters, biomes, and missions.

The rigor with which the game's combat was designed allows for there to be fourteen completely

unique weapons with individualized animations, damage outputs, and play strategies.

Furthermore, you can upgrade each of these weapons to one of at least eighteen different

variants to even further customize you character according to your play style.

The game is also huge, according to Howlongtobeat.com, the average play time for players across PS4,

Xbox One, and PC is ninety-two freaking hours.

However, if you are looking to play through most of the content at a leisurely pace, you

can expect to have at least 192 hours of content at your disposal which, in my experience,

is closer to the actual play time that you can expect.

I've been playing this game, off and on, since it came out and I am still finding new

and interesting things to do.

The art design, gameplay design, the world building, crafting, are all amongst the best

I've ever encountered.

Now, it's important to say, it isn't a super narrative heavy experience, in fact,

the narrative isn't very important in Monster Hunter.

Effectively the narrative just serves as the plate upon which your meal will be served.

It's there, but it's definitely not why you bought the meal that you did.

Rather, it is a gameplay heavy experience.

For those of you that know me or have been following my content for a while, you'll

know that I tend to be engrossed in the narrative experience much more than I am in the gameplay.

And while that is true, it isn't to say that I don't like to stretch my legs and

try something new.

And this game does just that.

It gives the player so much that it can definitely be overwhelming at first.

Believe me, this game does for gameplay what Red Dead Redemption 2 did for narrative: it

is incredibly vast, unendingly deep and complicated, and never ceases to amaze.

Now, I could talk about this game ad infinitum, and may end up doing a critique of it (make

sure to like and subscribe if you'd like to see that), but that's not the point of

this video.

The point of this video is instead to discuss the unfortunate reality of Monster Hunter:

World's reception and the recognition it has received.

You see, the game was very well received on launch, but was quickly forgotten.

The game launched in January of 2018, as I said earlier, which is just about the worst

time of the year for a game to launch if it wants long term recognition.

Look at Resident Evil 7 which launched almost exactly one year before Monster Hunter: World

on January 24th, 2017.

The game was very well received but was passed over by most reviewers and commentators for

game of the year considerations.

Now don't get me wrong, this is a very good problem to have.

We are living in a time where, in the span of 11 or 12 months, so many high quality titles

can come out that we find ourselves forgetting the games that were released just before.

Now perhaps I should clarify that when I say "forgot" I don't mean that players and

gaming personalities are straight losing memory of the game that came out less than one full

orbit ago.

Rather, when I say "forget," I mean that it is being buried in a sea of other titles

that are fresher in our minds and because of this, we lower it in our intercranial hierarchy

and these titles can often be passed over, failing to receive the recognition they deserve.

This is exactly what happened with Monster Hunter: World.

You see, for any game that releases, the time that it drops is sometimes indicative of what

is important to the developer.

This usually breaks down into one of two time frames: spring and fall.

This makes sense because in the spring people are often buying up the games that they will

be playing through the summer.

These players are often looking for a game that they can sink their teeth into and play

for prolonged periods of time.

This is why games such as The Witcher 3 and even the worldwide release of Persona 5 both

took place in this window.

These are games that players can spend months and months engrossed in without losing interest.

As for the fall, these games are often the heavy hitters who make their money by selling

in bulk.

These games can also be heavily discounted at large retailers such as Best Buy and GameStop

throughout the holidays.

Think of Call of Duty, Battlefield, Assassin's Creed, Super Mario Odyssey, or Red Dead Redemption

2.

Most of these games have a ton of content, but that isn't the point.

The point is that these are the heavy lifters for their publishers and are expected to drive

console sales in addition to accessory attachment and microtransaction attachment throughout

the holiday season.

There will be many ads produced to support these games and they need to sell multiple

millions of copies just to break even.

Once again, this isn't to say that there isn't overlap or that meatier games don't

release in the fall.

Rather, I am simply pointing out how and why these games often release when they do.

Do you think that when a Call of Duty game releases is an accident?

Not at all.

When you're playing with a multi-billion dollar franchise nothing is accidental.

The other element of this is that games that release in the fall window tend to rack up

more game of the year nominations and wins than those games that are released in the

spring window.

Again, I would attribute this to the fact that most fall releases will be fresher in

people's minds and also that most publishers put their most lucrative games into the fall

release window.

Now, I'm not saying that Game of the Year nominations and wins are important per se,

but rather that the recognition is important because it informs the gaming community, culture,

and our opinions.

To see that God of War won Game of the Year at the game awards was relieving because it

showed that single player, narrative focused, highly polished experiences were being given

the recognition that they deserved.

Does it matter a whole lot that Red Dead didn't win or that Monster Hunter World didn't

win, probably not in a quantifiable way.

But what is important is to give the developers and the artists who work on these masterpieces

the recognition that they deserve.

And this brings us all the way back to Monster Hunter World.

The game is, for anyone who has played it, clearly one of the best titles of the year.

What is heartbreaking is that it is almost uniformly being overlooked and, for many,

has already been set aside for the likes of Red Dead Redemption 2, God of War, and Assassin's

Creed Odyssey.

Now, I'm not saying this is inherently a bad thing.

These games are phenomenal and should be given all of the attention that they are receiving.

My point is only that this particular title, Monster Hunter: World, deserves to be listed

alongside the aforementioned list of fantastic releases.

I don't know.

This is one of those videos that I just felt like I needed to make.

The point isn't any more complicated than that.

Play Monster Hunter: World; give this game the chance that it deserves, you won't be

sorry.

Marlon Mack Fantasy Start 'Em Sit 'Em: Should You Use Colts RB? | Heavy.com

Shortly after Indianapolis Colts running back Marlon Mack had shredded the Dallas Cowboys to the tune of 139 yards and two touchdowns on 27 carries, it meant a few things.

The first is that if you were a fantasy football player who had Mack (possibly on your bench), you were probably dealing with all types of emotions.

But more importantly, if still alive in fantasy leagues, Mack should have your attention in Week 16.

Even if you're just playing daily fantasy football, there's a real reason to consider Mack as a legitimate option for the homestretch of the season, or at least this week.

With the Colts' playoff push fully on after the impressive 23-0 win against the Cowboys, Mack will be a big part of their success in the final two weeks.

Although the Colts need some help to make the postseason, as they're behind in a tiebreaker with the Baltimore Ravens for the No.

6 seed in the AFC, they're playing great currently.

We're going to break down the fantasy outlook for Mack in Week 16 and 17 and evaluate how to approach him moving forward.

Marlon Mack's Recent Play.

While the dominant performance against the Cowboys was another level of impressive for the 22-year-old, it's not the first time he's flashed this type of upside.

Earlier in the season, Mack posted stat lines of 126 yards and two total touchdowns along with 132 yards and two scores in back-to-back weeks.

These showings came against the Buffalo Bills and Oakland Raiders, while he averaged 5.3 yards per carry or better in each.

But heading into the Cowboys game, Mack had totaled 60 yards on 22 carries in the two games prior, scoring once to salvage is fantasy football stat line a bit.

There's no question that the Colts new lead running back has game-changing potential, but the question becomes whether he can do it on a consistent basis and more specifically, in the final two games of the year.

Marlon Mack's Week 16 & 17 Fantasy Outlook.

While many fantasy leagues wrap up in Week 16, some do go one week further to finish out the year in Week 17.

And unfortunately for those who play in leagues which go to the final game of the NFL season, there's some not-so-great news.

For starters, Mack is in an excellent spot against the New York Giants in Week 16.

The Colts draw a team who has allowed 1,480 rushing yards and 78 receptions for 658 receiving yards with 18 total touchdowns to running backs.

Simply put, the matchup this week for Mack is an elite one, and he could be in store for another double-digit touchdown showing.

But in Week 17, things look very different.

Indianapolis finishes out their season with a game against the Tennessee Titans, who are also battling for a playoff spot.

The Titans boast one of the NFL's best run defenses, allowing 1,267 rushing yards, but just 359 receiving yards and six total touchdowns.

It may be tough sledding for Mack in that game, but if the Colts' playoff chances are on the lines, starting him may be worth the risk.

At the very least, Mack gives you an exceptional option this weekend and can be started with confidence across the board.
