The mission requires you to break all of these in one single game: 10 Windows, 10 Doors, 10 Fences, 2 Cars, and 8 Car tires

The mission has a translation mistake, which is why you get this vague description. You can break doors with a Molotov

so pick these up on your way, and

Even those shotguns need three shots to completely destroy a door

You can also pick up a micro uzi to also work on your 300 rounds Uzi mission. If you have a silenced Uzi

like I have right here, it would also reduce your chances of being tracked by an enemy.

As for where to drop there are a lot of fences here and vehicles that spawn around.

Do keep in mind though that it's best to use your first vehicle to look for other wheeled vehicles for tires to destroy.
