One thing that I scratch my head
every time I talk to a realtor
or I call a realtor because I'm going
to start doing an auction in some markets,
and I need the realtor expertise in the area,
they don't get it.
Right?
Not too long ago, I start reaching out
to brokers, I say look, we need to bring
this knowledge to your realtors.
Often enough,
I hear the broker say, are you crazy?
If I teach my brokers how to become
financially free, who's gonna work for me?
Okay?
That's what I love the most about Manny,
because he gets it.
Makes sense?
When he invited me to do this talk with you guys
and then when we did the Zoom call,
I was like, sign me up, I'll be there,
because there's not a lot of people out there
with his abundance mentality.
The question that I get asked more often
than none is, if what you do is so good,
if what you do is so precious,
if what you do works, why do you share that with people?
Why?
And the answer is very simple:
I come from abundance mentality.
The difference is most people, 99% of people out there,
they operate what we call scarcity thinking.
So if I find a strategy,
if I find a way
to hack wealth,
and if I share that
with somebody else, it's gonna be less for me.
Right?
I'm gonna bring more competition.
Why I'm gonna teach you guys
do what I do, next month in LA at auction,
might gonna be ten of you guys there.
I promise you this, when we done with this,
you gonna be smarter than 95% of people out there.

The way I operate is this:
I operate in abundance thinking, and I think
when I share something, instead of dividing it,
I multiply it.
My goal is that you guys get it,
and you can go out there and inspire
other people to do this.
