Waching daily Dec 27 2018

2019 really looks stacked as far as the big blockbuster films we got Avengers

endgame captain Marvel's coming we got Godzilla king of the monsters John wick

parabellum coming out and of course Star Wars Episode nine but believe it or

not there are other movies coming out in 2019 so in this video I'm gonna run down

real quick some of the lesser-known movies their sequels that are coming I

had no idea that we're gonna be released some other pretty interesting titles

that are coming out let's get right to the list

hi my name is Joe welcome to Color Positive Movies if you like watching movie

reviews and talking movies make sure you hit that subscribe button

quick little hey this is movie this what's the bow have some release dates

I'll give them out so let's check out some other movies it could be pretty

cool in 2019 first we're going to talk about is called ad astra this is Brad

Pitt Tommy Lee Jones and ruth negga it's a sci-fi movie where Tommy Lee Jones who

plays Brad Pitt's father does this one-way trip to Neptune as never heard

from again so Brad Pitt decides to go on his fantastic voyage to go find him this

one has a may 24th I believe his release date 2018 gave us a biopic of Freddie

Mercury 2019 we're gonna biopic called rocket man this is going to be Elton

John we got Taron Egerton and Jamie Bell in

it this was directed by Dexter Fletcher he did a film called Eddie the eagle few

years back Eddie who kind of captured hearts and minds during the Olympic

Games so that's a pretty good move you haven't seen it I got any Eagle the Eagle but

anyway here comes Rocket Man Rocket Man also has a mid-may release date so we'll

see how that goes with the big Marvel movies coming out greyhound greyhound is

a world war 2 film it's gonna start Tom Hanks also has Elisabeth Shue in there I

haven't seen Elisabeth Shue in a while so be pretty cool to see her again Tom

Hanks is the commanding officer of this naval vessel greyhound and are being

chased by German u-boats so i supremists and that's a March release there's not

much information this next movie but they are going to bring back the powers

of Grayskull

Esther's of the universe it's coming it's got a December release so we got

about a year to go but they're gonna try once again to bring this to the big

screen first animated film I'm gonna talk about is the Addams Family

doot-doot doot-doot we got Oscar Isaac Charlize Theron Chloe grace Moretz their

voices they be kind of cool to see an animated version I fit the director's

name which is sausage party so I don't this be more of a dull teen type of

having family kind of interesting which direction they go but yeah I'm excited

for this one yeah I know some you like hey hey wait a minute you guys are big

horror fans and so hard movies coming out in 2019 there are it'll be a separate

video so hopefully they'll be up in a week or so so make sure you check back

if you hit that subscribe button you know what's up so yeah we got some hard

news coming 2019 but I'll be a separate video and so bond 25 has been delayed

till 2020 we're getting Kingsman 3 we have Colin Firth and again

Taron Egerton is back and not much about this one either but apparently it's

going to conclude their relationship I really like the first one part two is

okay I don't know if we warned the third but we're getting a third Kingsman the

next sequel is to the surprise hit Jumanji we're getting Jumanji - this

will be in December Wayne Johnson and Kevin Hart our sign they'll be back I

believe Jack Black as well we'll see so expected Jumanji - about a

year from now next sequel up is our second animated film frozen - disney's

back at it we got Oleg in the gang back we got the same voices Kristen Bell Josh

glad they're all back see where this leads us - I'm sure we're gonna get a

bunch catch these tunes that you'll be singing to your kids 10,000 times again

frozen - more frozen songs

next one's more of a spinoff the sequel it's Hobbes and Shaw fast and furious 27

DwayneJohnson Jason Statham or back in this kind of buddy-cop sequel it looks

like there's not much about the plot which there probably won't be a plot

anyway but anyway Hobbes and Shaw whoo-hoo Broadway adaptation wicked this

is probably one of the most successful Broadway runs ever and they're gonna

finally put it on a feature film really isn't much about this one yet has no

director or it has no stars but it has a late 2019 release date so wicked on the

big screen it could be pretty cool there's some of them maybe the

lesser-known titles and some of the sequels of it know we were getting hey

I've forgot about Downton Abbey Downton Abby's coming what you're looking

forward to the 2019 aside from the big blockbusters I mean I'm looking forward

to endgame Captain Marvel yeah Godzilla we have Lion King but all the big ones

Here's Why Costco Really Checks Your Receipt Before You Leave - Duration: 3:30.

Every Costco shopper has been there.

You've just spent hours loading up your cart with everything on your shopping list, and

more than a few things you didn't even know you needed until you saw them.

You waited in line, you made it through the checkout, and you're wondering how on earth

all of this is going to get in your car.

First, though, you have to go through the exit receipt check.

It's a weird thing, right?

It's like driving along and being followed by a police car.

Even if you haven't done anything wrong, it makes it feel like you have.

They're watching you, they're checking to make sure you paid for everything, and they

want to protect themselves against sticky-fingered customers.

Like you.

Right?

Actually, like that cop who just happened to turn in behind you, there's nothing really

sinister about it.

A lot of what they're doing is looking out for your best interests.

One Costco-centric Reddit thread had employees sharing what they were looking for, and part

of it is confirmation that the number of items in the cart is actually the number that's

on the receipt.

One employee shared some eye-opening figures, and claimed their store kept track of how

much merchandise was stopped at the door because it wasn't paid for.

It was in the tens of thousands of dollars, but the official line is pretty different.

MSN did a little digging into just what else those exit greeters are trained to look for,

and found they're actually checking your receipt to make sure your transaction went smoothly.

Ever get home, check your own receipt, and realize you've been overcharged or one of

your items was accidentally rung up multiple times?

They're looking for that so they can fix it before you get out the door.

Still doubtful?

As one employee explained on Reddit:

"Trust me, we're not loss prevention, we have loss prevention in the store and that's not

us."

One former employee wanted to clear the air on Reddit, and said a big part of their job

is also making sure customers don't forget some of the things they pay for, but have

to pick up separately before they leave.

It's easy to forget things like gift cards, or merchandise that has to be retrieved from

inside cases or behind counters, after all.

They're also looking to make sure any store promotions were properly applied, because

hey, technology isn't perfect, right?

Neither are people, and that's why Kevin Heuer, a Costco general manager, told the San Francisco

Chronicle they were also looking to make sure cashiers didn't miss anything in the bottom

of customers' baskets.

Costco isn't the only store to employ exit greeters, most of the warehouse-style stores

do.

When MSN reached out to Sam's Club corporate, they said they purposely hire friendly, chatty

exit greeters as a way of making sure app-related transactions went smoothly, to make sure they

found everything, address complaints, and share information about upcoming promotions.

And Costco representatives say the same thing, with one employee saying they'd caught hundreds

of dollars in overcharges, and had immediately helped the customers get their refunds.

So is the policy legal, or is it a violation of your rights?

In Costco's case, they're perfectly within their rights because it's written into the

membership agreement you voluntarily signed.

It's the same for other warehouse-type stores that have similar memberships, like Sam's

Club and BJ's.

In other words, we don't recommend running out without showing your receipt.

But that brings up an important question: What if you do refuse?

In 2013, Timothy Walls refused to show his receipt for his $102.66 purchase and the employee

he tried to bypass grabbed his cart and wouldn't let him leave.

Walls shoved the employee, and that's when another employee stepped in with some martial

arts, and broke Walls' leg in several places.

Walls sued for $610,000, but lost when the judge ruled he had pushed an employee first.

Still, demanding to see your receipt is not OK in most stores.

Consumer advocate Edgar Dworsky says that if you're in a conventional retail store where

you didn't sign anything agreeing to allow employees to inspect your receipt or your

cart when you're leaving, you don't have to hand it over.

That return trip to get your refund for a double-charge?

That's on you.

When to seek help. Monitor your body when running - Duration: 6:52.

Today we're going to talk about the importance of the need to monitor your

body when running and when to seek help.

When you start running, it is very normal just to feel aches and pains.

It certainly depends on your level of experience and if you're a beginner or

if you're more experienced at running, you might just get different aches and pains.

When people come to our clinic, it's normally because they've been

running, they've had some aches and pains and they thought it would go away and it doesn't.

These things are far easier to sort out sooner rather than later.

It's Claire, I'm a physiotherapist from PhysioFit Health.

When people attend our clinic, it's normally for two main reasons.

So the first reason is - they've

been running and they've fallen or they've got a sudden pain, that on the

pain scale 0-10 is pretty high, so the pain will drive them to get things sorted out.

The second group is probably the main group, the biggest group that we see

and they will leave things that little bit longer before they come to

the clinic for help. So, generally, on that pain scale 0-10

they are sitting just that little bit lower, it's a little bit grumbly

and it can come and go. So people leave the aches and pains thinking it will

just go away.

When you're running, it's important to be objective about what you're trying to

look at and measure.

I'd certainly suggest when you're running just do a

check from head to toe and do that just at different intervals during the run.

At the beginning, middle and end or after a particular interval training or after

any hills that you've done.

When you do your check from head to toe you can just

gauge it on the 0-10 scale for exertion, to see how the body's feeling

and if you're thinking that you're working hard or not so hard.

When you start to monitor your body like this, you'll get used to how things are

feeling during the run and that's when you can start to pick up on any aches

and pains.

If you do notice any aches and pains, then you've got that 0-10 scale

to measure just where it sits on it whether it's low, middle or high.

Once you've got a number you can then compare to

the next time you run or, you know, compare it to running in a couple of

weeks time and you can see if there's any difference, so, for example, if it goes

from a 2/10 to a 5/10 and you can obviously see that it's

getting that little bit worse.

If you monitor your aches and pains at different points during the run you can

see if there's any pattern so whether you notice anything at the beginning of

the run, or the middle of the run, or at the end of the run and then next time

you go for a run you can just check it again to see whether you notice at the

beginning, middle or end. I'd also suggest as well as looking at everything during

the run, monitor how you feel after so that evening and also monitor how you

feel in the morning after you've done a run.

So taking all of this information

into account will give you a little bit of a picture as to if you're getting the

same pain at the same time during the run and also if anything's getting any

worse, so if those numbers start to creep up on that pain scale 0-10 then

you can obviously see that things aren't getting any better and they're getting a

little bit worse.

If I talk through an example with you. We'll take a fictional runner, he's

called Chris and he's just started running and is really enjoying it.

He's been running for about 3-4 weeks, did a little bit of the walk-run-walk

and now he slowly got into just being able to run for the whole time and now

he's starting to notice pain at the front of his shins.

Now, pain is about 2/10 and it goes away completely once he stops running so

he doesn't really think about it too much,

he thinks he can give it a little bit of a rest so he leaves the run just for a

week or two to see if that helps and then he starts back running again, but

unfortunately, he's still feeling the pain at the front of the shins and it's

now maybe a 2-3/10.

At this point I certainly think he's an idea for

him to get it checked out because there's a pattern emerging so that every

time he runs he's noticing the pain it's that 2-3/10.

Potentially what's going to happen

is he keeps running and the pain will go from a 2/10

and then increase to a 4-5+/10.

The other thing that might happen is -

he notices the pain during the run and then he starts to

notice it even when he's not running so walking down the street or going up and

down stairs.

The hard thing about this really is that the pain can sometimes go

away and once you have no pain you're thinking everything's ok.

The take-home message that I'm trying to get across is the pattern that you are

noticing. You notice the same thing on the runs,

it's feeling the same intensity or getting a little bit worse, that's

certainly a pattern and get it checked out sooner rather than later, it's far

easier to sort out in the early days rather than leaving it for weeks and

months.

Please remember to listen to your body and certainly get things checked out sooner

rather than later.

Please share this video with anyone who has started

to run and would benefit from knowing how to monitor their body when running.

We'd love to hear from you so please contact us if you have any questions.

How To Reduce Post Injection Swelling - How to reduce Post Injection Pain - How to reduce PIP - Duration: 3:34.

Being a dermatologist, an advanced lifter, and experienced with TRT I give you in this

video expert advise on How to reduce PIP.

I get asked very often How To Reduce Post Injection Swelling and How to reduce Post

Injection Pain?

Well, here it is: How to manage swelling and pain at injection site?

First you have to realize that most reactions to TRT injections will be temporary, and will

probably not cause any serious problems.

However, if any doubt, go find yourself a medical doctor that can help you out.

This is only general advise, and without studying the skin up close, it is impossible to give

any personalized advice.

Next, it is important to make a distinction between an infection and purely inflammation.

Signs of infection are -next to redness, swelling and pain- systemic reactions like fever and/or

the presence of pus at the injection site.

This can be under the form of a pustule or an abscess.

In case of an infection, you really need to go see a doctor to get a prescription of local

and/or systemic antibiotics.

If there is only inflammation, under the form of redness, swelling, pain, and the feeling

of a hard subcutaneous nodule or lump, then the following actions can be taken.

You can be conservative, and just wait it out.

In most cases, the inflammation reaches its maximum after one to two days, and then slowly

fades down.

The whole process can take up to 2 weeks.

Sometimes a painless subcutaneous lump can still be palpitated months after the injection.

Next, applying cold (like a cold compress) can calm down the inflammation.

You can for example apply cold compresses twice a day for half an hour.

Local application of creams, containing (the anti-inflammatory) cortisone can be very helpful.

Systemically an antihistamine drug can help with the swelling, a painkiller can of

course help with the pain (type paracetamol or aspirin, if you're not allergic to it),

and a NSAID (Non Steroidal anti-inflammatory drug) can be useful to fight the pain, the

swelling and the redness.

Most people are familiar with over-the-counter, nonprescription NSAIDs, such as ibuprofen.

NSAIDs are more than just pain relievers.

They also help reduce inflammation and lower fevers.

Okay, that's about it for this video.

If you are experiencing Post Injection Pain and Swelling right now, I really hope this

video was helpful for you.

Please leave further questions or comments under the video.

I try to answer everything every day.
