Plannet Marketing and Inteletravel

what's up everybody Larry Porter here back with majestic travel and in today's

video we're gonna be talking about Plannet Marketing and Inteletravel

and the benefits of why you should do both sides of the business all right

we'll be right back

alright guys welcome back so in today's video we're gonna cover some topics

talking about the planet marketing business model as well as the Intletravel

travel so if you're already involved in either of these businesses or you're

thinking about getting involved listen up

so you are Plannet Marketing and Inteletravel are affiliated ok planet

marketing when it relates to network marketing that's a team building side of

the business model ok ok now you got Intel a travel which is the travel agent

side so if you want to come in this business and just be a full time travel

agent hey you can do that as well ok if you want to come into this

business and just refer other travel ages to the business model without even

doing the travel agents inside you can do that as well ok now here's what I

recommend doing ok now this is just my opinion just from my personal experience

now I recommend doing both sides of the business reason being ok if you come

into this business and just do the travel agency side that's ok perfect ok

you are now a certified travel agent you're booking your fearing friends

family etc people you send come to your website and you're a travel agent you're

making Commission's through the travel agency business model now here's where

the leverage begins let's say you want to leverage the efforts of other people

ok this is why it's critical to do both sides let's say you refer other people

to the business model ok if you're not involved with the plan

that marketing side you don't receive over on Commission's however you can't

build a organisation that way that's why it's very important to do both sides of

the business model because keep in mind you are a certified travel agent and you

are going to run into other people that wants to be a travel agent as well ok

so this is why it's recommended to do both sides of the business model that

way you can have the opportunity to sell the travel business not just sell travel

okay so that's why I when I first started I started as a travel agent okay

and I got I understood the business got the learning down pack and I understood

the business model so when I started to run across people that wanted to become

travel agents guess what I had to incorporate the plan that marketing

business model as well okay so I can build an organization so that's why I

recommend doing both sides of the business not only are you a travel agent

but you can begin other travel agents and have leverage

okay you can benefit from the efforts of other travel agents so you can receive

overall commissions from your travel agent organization as well as booking

your your own travel ok booking and making commissions off your travel

agency side as well so that's my time just want to put some clarity on it

that's why I recommend I should I say we recommend doing both business models

because becoming a travel agent you're gonna have people that want to become a

travel agent as well you want to have that business model incorporated so

defining value from this video please subscribe to our YouTube channel please

like share do all that good stuff but if you want to learn more about both

business models business models and why I say doing both is highly recommended

please click that link below this video watch that free presentation and make

your own decision ok if you have any questions please feel free to reach out

to me or you meet them alright Larry Porter signing off and we'll see you

on the other side so watch that free presentation learn more about both

business models and you know make your own decision all right I will see you

guys the next video and happy travelling bye bye Both sides of Plannet Marketing

How To Teach Your Dog To Sit And Stay With Distractions - Professional Dog Training Tips - Duration: 8:37.

- In this video, I'm gonna show you the exact steps

to teach your dog how to sit and stay

regardless of whatever distractions are around.

But I'm also gonna talk about why the sit, stay

exercise may be one of the most important skills

that you work on with your dog in training.

I'm Ken Steepe, this is Funkee Monkee,

welcome back to McCann Dogs.

(guitar strumming)

(dog barking)

we train more than 500 dog owners

every single week at our training facility

so if this is your first time on our YouTube channel,

make sure you hit that subscribe button

so that I can help you to have a well-behaved

four-legged family member.

In last week's video, I taught you

how to teach your dog to wait in one position

which is one of the most used skills in our household.

But the stay is a little bit more formal

and it's one of the greatest ways

to give your dog clear and concise information.

It's the kind of exercise that's so black and white

to your dog that your dog will be able to learn

it really quickly as long as you're clear

with your expectations.

Now you're gonna begin with your dog

in that sit in start position at your side

which I showed you in a video earlier

but it's a really clear way to begin this exercise

and this stay exercise is always gonna begin

with your dog in this position.

So I'm gonna tell Funkee

to get in and sit.

Yes, good girl and I'll reward her for that

for doing such a great job.

Now the first thing I want you to do

is clearly tell your dog to stay

and you can even flash a hand signal

like a little stop sign for them.

But then I want you to step out front

but be toe to toe.

Make it really easy for your dog to be right

and the best way to do that is by staying nice and close.

Then I can, yes Funkee, and step back,

yes, good stay, good girl.

Now this is a very foundational step

but I want you to rehearse this

many, many times being really close to your dog

and supporting them with your voice

when you're out in front.

Now you need to be a little bit self aware

about this exercise so if you're rewarding your dog

and then you go to tell them to stay,

it's really important that you don't have

any food in your hand.

We don't wanna make this any more difficult

than it already is for your dog in training.

So when I tell Funkee to stay,

I'm gonna have an empty hand, I'll tell her to stay,

then I'll step out in front.

Food distractions, something that we can build on

we'll work towards, but at this point,

we want to make it as easy as possible

for your dog to be right.

Now at this point, your dog might make a couple of mistakes.

They might get up out of that sitting position

or they might move towards you if you've given them

too much room so it's really important

to know what to do if it doesn't go right.

The first thing I'm going to do,

I'm gonna show you in just a moment

that I'll lure Funkee out of position

or I'll make it a little bit too difficult

and then I'll pull her into a standing position

but the first thing I'm going to do

is use my voice.

A simple oops or ah or hey or something

to mark the moment that she makes a mistake.

The next thing I'm going to do is show her how to be right.

I'm gonna take her back to the exact spot

where we started and I'm going to place her in a sit.

So I'll show you now.

Get in, buddy.

Now I wanna use a stay command

'cause it will be easier to get her out.

So now I'm gonna trick Funkee into moving out of position.

Oops!

So all I need to do is bring Funkee back

to exactly where she was.

Remind her to sit.

Place her in that sit

and then before I go anywhere,

I'm gonna remind her to stay again.

Good girl. Now we're gonna make it really easy.

Yes, good girl.

And I'm gonna reward her really soon.

I've had her in that sit placement.

She's thought about it for a couple of moments.

She's maintained that stay.

Let's try it again, stay. And then I'm gonna move out here

just a little farther.

Yes, good girl.

So I've been able to get a couple

of successful repetitions in after

she had made that one mistake.

Good girl.

Now to be clear, make sure you put your dog back

in the position where they started

in the spot where you initially asked them to stay.

The last thing we want is Funkee slowly making her way

towards maybe another distraction.

Maybe there's a toy on the floor and I keep replacing her

in that stay but slowly and surely,

she's making her way towards that stay.

Okay.

So if your dog happens to get out of position,

I want you to replace them exactly where they were,

sit, in that spot where you started.

Now when you started to teach your dog how to stay,

I want you to remove that word from your vocabulary

at any other time other than training.

Something people often do is once they've

had a couple of sessions of learning how to stay,

they'll start using stay in everyday life

when they don't have an opportunity to train through it

if your dog makes a mistake.

So just abandon that word entirely.

Now we taught the wait last week

which is a similar to the stay

but it's really important that you save

this stay command for that special occasion

when you're working on it in these early steps.

You often hear me talk about consistency,

clarity, and fairness when you're training your dog

and the stay is no different than that.

In fact, it's one of the best exercises

to really be clear with your dog.

That's why the stay can only end,

the only time your dog can get up

is when you return back to their side.

So you saw me at the beginning.

I started with Funkee in this position.

I want Funkee to know that the only way this position ends

and her job is over is when I return back to this side.

Now I'm gonna show you in just a moment

how to increase the challenge a little bit

and for some of your dogs, they may be really tempted

to get out of position.

But if they learn at this point

that the only time that they're allowed

to get up and move is when you're backing

at their side, it makes their job a lot easier

and it makes your job as a training much easier too.

Now that you're only using your stay

when you're training it with your dog

so that that word isn't losing value,

you're gonna find that you're able

to increase the challenge a little bit.

And after lots of successful repetitions

in toe to toe with your dog,

we can start to make it a little bit harder.

So I want you to think about the three different challenges

that you can do with your dog choosing one at a time.

The first one I'm gonna talk about is distraction.

So I'm gonna tell Funkee to stay

and then I'm gonna step out in front of her

and I'm just gonna wiggle the leash,

see if she's excited by that.

Yes, good girl.

And then I'm gonna step in and reward her

for not making a mistake.

The second one I want to talk about is distance.

So if we've been toe to toe or maybe you've been

at a foot or two feet away from your dog,

we can challenge her a little bit by going farther away.

So I'm gonna tell Funkee, stay.

Show her that stay sign and I'm gonna go

right out to six feet.

Yes, good girl.

Nice job.

Fine, then I can return back to her side

for that great reward.

Good girly.

And the third one I want to talk about is duration.

So the amount of time that you're spending away

from your dog can be challenging for some dogs

especially in a distracting environment.

So let's tell her to stay and then

I'm gonna step out for a few minute,

out for 10 seconds or 15 seconds without a reward.

Maybe I'll stand out here for 30 seconds.

Now a really important factor in dog training

in general is your timing.

So at any point, if Funkee were to make a mistake,

I need to mark that with my oops

or my ah or a hey or something.

But if she remains in position for these 30 seconds,

I can tell her, yes.

Then I can step in and reward her,

what a good girl, nice job.

So even though you're getting a little farther away

from your dog or maybe you're away from them

for a little bit longer period of time,

you need to maintain that same great dog training timing.

So mark that moment whether it's a mistake

or a great choice and then step in and reward.

Now if you find like you're struggling

with something like distraction and your dog

when you wiggle the leash for example,

I'll show you, Funkee stay.

Maybe this is too much for your dog.

Maybe they get really excited and they get up

and you've got oops and replace them back in position,

if that's the case, just reduce

that distraction a little bit.

The last thing that we wanna be doing

is rehearsing the same thing where maybe

it's a tennis ball, you bounce the tennis ball

and your dog gets up, well you don't wanna bounce

that tennis ball again, maybe you can toss it

in the air, or in this case, a softer wiggle.

Yes, good girl.

And then step in and reward your dog.

When we're talking about distance with our dog,

this is one of the other really important parts

of going back to their side to release them.

So I'm gonna tell Funkee to stay.

Now as I step out here, I can support her with my voice.

Good girl, good stay.

But she's learned even at this point,

that I will not be releasing her from out here.

My stay is a really formal, really definitive exercise

so she won't be released until I step back in.

Yes, what a good girl.

You did such a great job.

And then I can release her when I'm back in at her side.

Okay.

Using the stay command when you're training your dog

is such an important exercise

because it inherently builds in the value

of some impulse control.

Your dog is rewarded when they leave

those tough distraction.

It also really gives them some confidence

because it gives them an opportunity

to choose and if they choose the wrong thing

like getting out of position, you mark it,

and you can replace them, show them how to be right

and then you can reinforce those great choices for your dog.

The big picture of teaching the stay command

can have such a great value on all

of your dog training skills and exercises.

John Quiñones and Steve Reflect on Racism - Duration: 4:41.

- Please welcome ABC News correspondent

and host of What Would You Do,

John Quiñones.

(applause) - Thank you, man.

Thank you, thank you.

- [Steve] How you been, man?

- I've been good, good.

Thank you for having me here, Steve.

- No man, I mean I've seen you a lot.

We just never met.

- [John] I know.

- It was, so it's really great.

And this is like very timely for

what we're talkin' about, man.

- Yeah, you know we did,

we reenacted.

We saw this on video, right,

when it went viral,

the story of Corey and the Parkers,

and we said, "We can do that one better."

So a few weeks ago we went to Mississippi,

a little town in Mississippi,

and we reenacted this whole thing.

We brought a special clip just for you.

What will people do who don't know

they're on hidden camera, other diners?

What will they say or do?

Check it out.

- All right, well let's take a look.

- Excuse me.

- Huh?

- Are you kids okay?

- They're fine, I'm their babysitter.

They're fine.

- I'm sorry, this is a very strange situation.

- I don't think it's strange at all.

- You honestly think this looks okay?

- Yes.

- Ma'am, I'm so sorry.

This is completely inappropriate.

It is 2018.

- Take their picture.

- I'm sorry, I'm gonna take a photo of this.

- [John] She storms over to our actor Jason,

who's playing the manager.

- There's two children,

a young man who's their babysitter.

- Okay. - He's black.

- [Jason] Okay.

- [Female Diner] And this woman is

taking pictures of them.

Right here in the blue.

- [John] Bring her to the front,

'cause we wanna talk to her.

- [Audience] Wow, wow. (applause)

- It's crazy, man.

See, that's the part of it

it keeps making

it so hopeful.

It's really more good people--

- [John] Absolutely.

- than it is bad people. (applause)

It really is.

But,

the bad people are so jacked up.

- By the way, it's happening more often now

than ever before.

In the last two years--

- Okay now see now I wasn't goin' say that.

- The FBI has just released figures that show

in the last two years,

hate crimes are up by 17%.

- Have you ever found yourself in a real-life

What Would You Do situation?

- The other day I was at an airport, right?

I'm check-in, I'm in first class.

I got in the first class line before I

get on the plane.

Meanwhile all the first class passengers by mistake

lined up in the coach side, the economy side.

It happens, you know.

So I'm standing there, but I'm the first one.

And this lady at the front of that line,

this white woman at the front of that line,

said, "Sir, we're over here.

"The first class passengers are over here."

And I pointed to the sign.

I didn't say a word, but I pointed to the sign.

I was right, but I went back

to the back of that line the way she demanded.

And on my way back she yelled out to me,

"The announcement was made in English.

"We speak English in America,"

presuming that I didn't.

My fear was that I was gonna have to sit next to

this mean lady, (audience laughing)

but I got on the plane and no,

she was by herself by the window there,

mumbling something.

And I couldn't resist.

I leaned over, and I said,

"You know ma'am, I do a TV show

"called What Would You Do,

"and you would be perfect for the show.

(laughing) (applause)

"You could play the part of the racist."

(laughing)

(applause) - She was angry.

- That's so crazy, man.

Last summer I was leaving Montgomery, Alabama

with my good friend.

He's passed now, but we were finished playing golf

and I fell asleep in the front seat,

and he goes,

"Steve wake up, we bein' pulled over."

He was speeding.

So I sit up man, and the officer

is comin' up on the passenger side.

So I sit up and get myself together right quick.

And I put both hands on the dashboard.

She said, "Why are your hands on the dashboard?"

I said, "'Cause I want you to see 'em.

- [John] Of course.

- "I want you to see 'em.

"Because I don't wanna be an accident, not today.

"I don't feel like it." (audience laughing)

And so I have my,

and so she said, "Let me see your driver's license."

She got my buddy's driver,

I said, "My driver's license is in the back seat."

She said, "Why is it in the back seat?"

"I keep it in the backpack 'cause I'm not usually

"in any trouble."

She said, "Well get it for me."

I got it.

I handed her my driver's license.

True story.

She took the driver's license.

She walked back to the car.

She came back and said, "Oh my God, Family Feud."

- [John] Yeah. (audience laughing)

[John] - But imagine if it wasn't you?

- Thanks to my buddy John Quiñones.

Ill Go With You - Duration: 2:41.

I believe that everyone should feel safe and loved in their own skin and they

shouldn't feel threatened for the fact of being who they are you know so that

is why I'm pledging today

I signed up for the pledge because I feel there's a lot of hesitation for people stepping up to be an ally for our Trans community

and they're part of my community, they're part of the LGBT+ community so we can't

have solidarity together without supporting each other

I pledged because it concerns me a lot that we don't give people who have different

gender identities the support they need in society and they end up having a

higher rate of depression and mental health issues and that

really worries me and I think that we should all band together to support them

So I pledge because well obviously I want to be an ally and I'm not a Trans

person but I feel like for those who are it can be really hard to go to a

bathroom where society feels like you don't actually conform to that gender

based off your sex and I feel everybody deserves to feel safe so I want to be

that person who will go with you and make you feel safe

Unity Top Down Colliders and Character Movement - Tutorial - Duration: 8:32.

What's up Game Developers?

CouchFerret here, and today we'll modify our walls by adding

collider and rigidbody components to them so our Archer won't be able to run through them.

We'll upgrade the movement script as well to a physics based one with velocity.

If it sounds fun, then stay with me,

and consider subscribing with the bell icon so you won't miss any future videos of this game.

Cool, let's begin!

Okay, let's make the walls into real and tough walls

so our Archer can't move through them.

We will make this happen by making our gameobjects into physical objects

with collider and rigidbody components.

Collider components, like BoxCollider,

CircleCollider, or PolygonCollider define the gameobject's

shape for Unity's physics simulation.

And Rigidbody components define an object's physical behaviour,

for example, our walls will be tough and unmovable,

whereas our Archer will be a light object that we could push around if we want.

The first step is to select one of the HorizontalWall gameobjects under the Grid gameobject and

add a BoxCollider2D component to it.

There are separate colliders for 2D and 3D games,

so make sure to use the ones that have a 2D in their names this time.

Let's set the Collider's Size to 0.2 by 0.04 so it takes up two cells in our Grid.

We need to set the Y Offset to 0.02 to have it fit perfectly.

To make it behave as a physics object, we need to add a Rigidbody2D component to it.

By default, it will be a Dynamic object that can be pushed

around, but we want our walls stiff.

So let's set its Body Type to Kinematic so Gravity and other physics objects can't move

or apply force to this object.

To change all existing and future HorizontalWall objects in our scene,

we need to click the Apply button at the top of the Inspector window and it will save these

changes to the HorizontalWall Prefab.

And by changing the Prefab we are changing all the HorizontalWall objects.

Now, if I click on another HorizontalWall instance

we can see that it has the components that we've just added.

Let's add the same components to the VerticalWalls too.

But, their Colliders will have a bit different

shape and offset.

The Size should be 0.06 by 0.08 and the offset should be 0.04 on the Y Axis.

The Rigidbody component's settings should be the same.

Let's hit Apply and we are done with it.

To give the pillars a bit rounded shape we will make them a collider which is similar

to a BoxCollider but we will round its edges off a bit.

We can do this by using a Polygon Collider 2D.

It's a collider type where we can set all the individual points to create a custom shape.

Let's align the points roughly.

You can create new points by clicking and dragging the edges,

and you can delete one by click on it while holding down the Ctrl key.

After aligning them, we can set the individual points' coordinates

in the Inspector window, so they will be precise.

Just round the values!

And let's add a Rigidbody component as well with a Kinematic Body Type.

Also, don't forget to hit Apply in the end.

Okay, we are almost done,

we only need to give the archer character a collider and a rigidbody.

Let's select the archer and add a Circle Collider to him.

The radius should be around 0.04 and let's offset it a bit to 0.005 and -0.095.

Give him a Rigidbody, set the Gravity Scale to 0,

and we are ready to give it a test.

He's a bit jumpy but it's working.

This jumpiness comes from our non-physics based movement script.

By changing his transform.position explicitly and out of the physics engine,

it makes our character go into the wall, but when a physics evaluation happens,

the engine will push him back from the wall.

If we move him through his rigidbody component's velocity parameter,

then the physics engine will take care of setting his position counting the walls

in front of him.

To achieve this, first,

we need to create a public variable to access his rigidbody.

Let's call it rb, save the script and drag and drop the Rigidbody2D

component into this new parameter.

Then let's set its velocity based on the movement vector.

A rigidbody2D's velocity parameter is only 2D,

so we need to create a new Vector2 here and use only the X and Y components

of the movement vector.

We don't need a Time.deltaTime multiplier because we are not explicitly setting the

archer's position, only its current moving direction.

The physics engine will calculate his new position and the simulation will take account

of the elapsed time.

We can call this Move function both in the Update or FixedUpdate function because it

has no immediate effect, but calling it in the Update function will

make our a game slightly more responsive because the inputs are updated during every frame.

Let's test it out!

Huh, he started to spin like crazy when he ran

into the wall.

We need to set him a rotation constraint to freeze his rotation.

Let's select him and under its rigidbody/constraints, check Freeze Rotation Z.

Now it looks okay.

Our character doesn't bounce back from the walls.

But sometimes he gets stuck in the middle of the wall.

Seems like there are phantom vertexes.

If we take a closer look in the Scene window we can see that our walls are made of a few

colliders next to each other.

And where two colliders meet, no matter how well we align them,

a phantom vertex could appear which makes our character get stuck or bounces off it.

We could merge these colliders together with a Composite Collider component.

A Composite Collider merges all of the colliders which are set to be used by a composite collider

and are on child objects of the object having the Composite Collider.

Let's add a Composite Collider to the Grid gameobject.

Unity will also add a Rigidbody2D component to it too,

so make sure to set the Body Type to Kinematic.

Now, we need to change all the wall gameobjects' colliders.

Check in the Colliders' Used by Composite parameter and we need to remove the Rigidbody2D

components because we will use the Grid object's rigidbody.

Hit Apply to save the changes and select the Grid game object so we can see how it merged

the colliders together.

It looks pretty solid, except for a few holes here and there where

I forgot to put vertical walls.

Let's try it out!

Ohh it's sooo smooth.

Let's fill in those holes.

We need to duplicate a few vertical walls and move them to the correct place.

Sometimes the Composite collider doesn't merge the neighbor colliders together properly,

so let's increase the colliders' size briefly to overlap a little bit.

Now the Composite collider is perfect and we have one whole piece of a collider.

Let's play the game and run into the walls like a madman.

It's pretty awesome!

It works as it should, and our walls are modular,

so we can build any kind of levels.

Pretty cool!

That's it for today folks!

Next time, we will draw a new character and its animations

to improve our visuals.

We will create a few variations of the Archer and then animate the best one.

In the end, we will import him into Unity as well.

So be sure to subscribe and leave a thumbs up!

If you have any questions about what you have just seen,

feel free to ask and I'll try to answer all of them.

See you next time!

Rival x Cadmium - Willow Tree lyrics / lyrics video ((feat. Rosendale) - Duration: 3:09.

You and me hanging from the willow tree Quietly drifting in the open breeze

Suddenly the wind blows you away from me Now i see we were never meant to be

If only we could travel back in time Oh, right where we belong

Maybe well never need a reason why Oh, we danced until the dawn

If only we could travel back in time Oh, right where we belong

Maybe well never need a reason why Oh, we danced until the dawn

(Danced until the dawn)

You and me born from the same branch and leaves Wild and free, living here in harmony

Dont you see this is where you want to be

But when you leave the world is never what it seems

If only we could travel back in time Oh, right where we belong

Maybe well never need a reason why Oh, we danced until the dawn

If only we could travel back in time Oh, right where we belong

Maybe well never need a reason why Oh, we danced until the dawn

You and me hanging from the willow tree Quietly drifting in the open breeze

How Do Others Perceive You? Ask Them! - Duration: 1:13.

The best way to be able to change and improve the perception around you, one of

the best ways to do that is actually ask how you are perceived. So, what if you

asked for feedback? Now, when we look at page 2, it talks about the feedback

conversation. So, there's a number of people that you could ask and get

feedback from. So, what I want you to do is think about all the different people

in your work environment. Some people cross functionally, some people in other

departments, sometimes customers, vendors, clients, boss, bosses boss, boss's boss's

boss. Yes, you can do that. I want you to jot down three people that you'll

contact, to get their perspective and have a feedback conversation with. And I

want you to write those three names right now.
