Waching daily Dec 5 2018

How would you like to have someone

working for you full time whose only job

is to send out emails to your prospects

and generate leads and meetings for you.

Here's the thing, having a human being

actually do this for you is so 2010.

And thanks to the wonders

of some very inexpensive technology you can now

set up a fully automated,

cold email prospecting campaign that will help you

or your sales team get in front of well-qualified leads.

Even if you are a salesperson yourself,

you can own this entire process

for really, really cheap money.

And this means that while you are off doing something else,

personalized emails are going out

to your qualified prospects all throughout the day,

as if it's coming directly from you.

So if you saw in a world with a larger potential audience

then you must implement a cold email prospecting campaign.

At my company, Mark Wayshak Sales Research and Insights

we have personally used this strategy

to get me in front of tons of CEOs leading to huge dollars.

And I've also used this approach countless times

with my clients and the results are amazing.

In this video I'm going to show you

the nine steps to a cold email prospecting campaign

that gets you meetings in your sleep.

Check it out.

(pages flipping) (whooshing)

Number one, build a rock-solid cold email list.

Now this is all about understanding

exactly who your target prospect really is.

You can't build an email list for cold prospecting

until you know exactly who that ideal prospect is.

So what we need to start with is really understanding

who is that perfect prospect for you and for what you sell.

And you're ultimately going to create

a list of the ideal prospect.

So you wanna be thinking about

what are the industries that are best

for what you offer.

What's your prospect's title.

What are the typical company revenues

of the most successful clients that you sell to?

What's their employee count?

All of those factors are what's going

to go into ultimately creating

that really, really rock-solid email list.

And I highly recommend that you build

your cold email list with LimeLeads.

I talked about these guys before

and I will talk about them again,

because what I love about them is that all of their emails

are actually good email, they're valid.

So you don't get tons of bounces.

There are so many list companies out there

that will sell you a list with emails.

And then you get so many bounces.

What I love about LimeLeads

is you only pay for the valid emails.

This is a huge difference.

And I've actually worked directly with the CEO of LimeLeads

to provide our community with an amazing deal

on email list leads.

And so you actually get half off of your first purchase

which is unheard of.

Just use the link either in this video or below this video

or you can even just at the limeLeads site

use the promo code SalesStrategy2X.

It is a no brainer.

You're going to need the email list anyways,

and what you want is to make sure

that you are only emailing to valid emails.

It's such a waste to get all those bounces,

and it's gonna shut down your emailing account.

Number two, map out your entire email campaign.

Now you are going to use a cold emailing service

like QuickMail or Reply.io,

I'll have links to them below.

They don't pay me to do this.

But they're both great services.

What you don't wanna be using

are services like Constant Contact or AWeber,

or those email services are going to send out

that HTML email that's going to seem like it's a blast.

These emails that you're sending out need to be perceived

as if they are sent directly from you to that person

as a personal email.

And what you want to do in this campaign

is at least have a series of about five touches.

That means that you're going to be sending out the email,

you're going to be following up,

and in these systems you can set up a sequence

where you're following up on these emails.

And it just seems like you

are a very persistent salesperson.

And by the way, the second that

the prospect actually replies, the sequence stops.

Number three, personalize your emails as much as possible.

It's so important that you don't misspell their name

or use a mister or a missus.

Instead, just use first names.

In the email, reference the company name.

Reference the industry, if that's relevant.

Make it seem like you've actually

written a real, personal email.

That is going to increase your response rate by so much.

If the prospect looks at the email and says,

oh, wow, this person actually wrote me a personal email.

Number four, make an offer in the email

that is of high value to the prospect.

So what you want in these emails

is to answer that age-old question of WIIFM,

what's in it for me?

Your prospect is receiving so many emails all day long,

and the last thing they need is some cheesy email

that's offering some BS discount.

Usually in these emails

we're not selling something directly,

we're offering them something of value.

And so that could look something like a special report.

Something that you or your organization has put together.

Maybe a free assessment that you'll do of their website

or whatever it is that you sell

that would be relevant for them,

providing them with free information.

Maybe it would be a book.

Maybe it would be some kind of really cool sample.

Maybe it's a white paper.

Whatever it is, it's got to be something of value.

Not just, hey, could I pick your brain

or could we jump on a call for a minute?

That stuff is not of value.

No one wants to just jump on a call with you.

They don't want to jump on a call with me.

Offer value.

Number five, have a very easy call to action.

What you want to do is make your email

as easy as possible to respond to.

So you want to really be asking a very simple question.

At the end of your email that's going to suck them in

and is going to be very easy to answer.

An example of a closing question in an email

might be something like,

would you like me to send over the report?

This is really easy 'cause all they have to do is respond

and say, sure.

Another example is what's the best mailing address

to send the book to?

That's a question that we've used in our emailing campaign

where I offered to send them a free copy of my book

and the only thing they have to do is just reply

with what's the best address to send the book to.

Another example of a question might be,

if I sent you the white paper

would you be interested in reading it?

Again, you're prompting them to either say yes or no.

Either answer's fine, you move on,

you're going to get people to respond with a yes.

Number six, follow up at least four more times.

Now I already referenced this before

that you really want to have followups

at least sending out about five emails in total,

which of course means there's four followup emails.

One email is simply not enough.

People are getting emails all the time.

They don't know if you're a real person.

So actually the followup emails

is where they start to think to themselves,

wow, this is a real person.

But it's all automated in your campaign.

One email is not enough.

We need to reply to that first email at least two times

with something really simple like hey,

you might have missed that first email,

wanted to see what the best address was

or whatever the question is.

After those first two followups

then maybe send them a completely different email

with maybe a different offer.

But you want to stay on them.

It makes you seem more real.

And what's amazing is that when you reply that many times

or you follow up that many times,

they start to think, wow, this is a real person.

Staying on them starts to almost develop

a little bit of a relationship.

It's a very, very weak relationship,

but they're starting to think, wow,

this is a real person, they're persistent.

Number seven, split test your emails

to see which are working.

In any cold emailing system it's going to allow you

to split test your emails,

and it's going to give you data

in terms of how many people opened it,

what were the open rates?

What were the reply rates?

And if you're sending out enough email this data

is going to be tremendously valuable

because what we find is that, for example,

our subjects in the emails

will send out a couple different variations

of the same email basically but with a different subject.

And what we find is that one subject always works

way better than the others.

And you never really know exactly

which one is going to work.

The other thing that you might want to split test

is the actual offer.

So maybe you might call something a special report,

you might call something else a white paper.

Of course, because the only thing we can really test

with an offer is the actual reply rate,

you're going to have to be sending out

quite a few emails to get really valuable data.

But we want to be thinking about different things

that we can actually offer something.

And ultimately we want to measure everything.

Number eight, call prospects

immediately after they open your email.

Now this isn't required but will give you a huge increase

in the number of meetings that you ultimately set.

If you as a salesperson are already in the process

of making prospecting calls,

maybe you're making cold calls,

now you will never have to make a cold call again

because you're going to simply use your emailing service

to let you know when prospects literally open your email.

And when they open that email,

just call within two minutes,

you will never have to make a cold call again

because they will literally have just looked at your email

and then it's like their ears are ringing

and suddenly you're there to follow up with a call.

You are going to get so many more appointments or meetings

and ultimately sales as a result of that followup call.

Number nine, keep feeding the beast with new prospects.

What we want to do is not just do this campaign once,

but we want to keep this cold email

prospecting campaign going all the time.

And so what you wanna be doing

is using whatever list service you use

to add new people with their emails regularly.

And this again is why we love LimeLeads

because it's a subscription.

So you can just keep using it to fill the beast

with new emails once a quarter or so.

That's exactly what we do.

We'll get a big group of emails,

and then we're only sending out about 40 to 50 emails a day.

And so over the corse of a couple of months

we go through a couple thousand emails,

and now we're going to another group.

So there are the nine steps to a cold email

prospecting campaign that gets you meetings in your sleep.

Again, I have worked with the CEO of LimeLeads

to provide our community with an amazing deal

on email list leads.

These are for cold emails and you can get

any types of prospects, business, consumer,

you will get half off of that purchase,

which is truly unheard of, I'm super excited

to be working with them on this.

Why You Should Ditch Coffee For The Benefits of Yerba Mate - Duration: 3:13.

You've probably never heard of a plant called yerba mate, or if you have, you only know

it as an alternative to coffee.

It has more medicinal properties than green tea, especially due to its high antioxidant

count.

Yerba mate is consumed largely in South America, but its popularity has grown substantially

all across the world.

In today's video we're going to show you some of yerba mate's main benefits and hopefully

convince you to start including it in your diet.

It provides energy Yerba mate is considered to be a good substitute

for coffee because it provides the same kind of stimulus for our brain and muscles and

the energy to wake up first thing in the morning.

It's even considered to be better for you than coffee.

While several cups of coffee can start to have side effects, yerba mate helps you feel

both energized and relaxed, even after a few cups.

This benefit is believed to be due to the adaptogenic properties of the herb and its

relaxing compounds.

It reduces cholesterol levels Yerba mate is rich in phenolic compounds that

contribute to the decrease of total cholesterol and bad cholesterol, also known as LDL.

A study performed in Brazil showed a significant reduction in participant's cholesterol levels

after 40 days of consuming yerba mate.

Since high cholesterol is one of the main causes of heart diseases, yerba mate helps

prevent heart disease.

It prevents cancer In a study performed at the University of

Illinois in the USA, scientists proved that the caffein derivatives in yerba mate not

only kill cancerous cells in our colon, but also reduce inflammation and prevent the cancer

from spreading.

It fights diabetes A study performed in Brazil on participants

with type 2 diabetes, showed that their blood sugar levels went down considerably after

60 days of consuming this herb.

This benefit can both help prevent and control diabetes.

It has anti-aging properties Yerba mate is able to keep our cells from

aging, thus helping our skin, hair, and overall body.

This is due to the fact that its antioxidant polyphenols fight against free radicals and

slow down the aging process.

For this reason, this plant has been increasingly researched and also used in the production

of natural beauty products.

It can aid weight loss Green tea is a powerful ally for people who

are looking to lose a few extra pounds.

In addition to being a natural appetite suppressant, tea made with yerba mate has a thermogenic

effect on our body, accelerating our metabolism.

Yerba mate is also good at treating fatty liver and has diuretic action, eliminating

swelling.

What about you?

Have you tried drinking tea with yerba mate?

Uncountable English Nouns to Count Drinks - Basic English Grammar - Duration: 8:21.

hi everybody my name is Alisha today I'm

going to talk about some counter words that we can use for explaining drinks so

if you've seen some of the other videos we've done in this whiteboard series you

may have seen some information about countable and uncountable nouns so

uncountable nouns are nouns that we cannot count with simply 1 2 or 3 in

front of the noun instead we have to use what are called counter words to explain

the quantity so these are some words that we can use to talk about drinks

specifically before we begin though I want to mention that the an easy hint

for counting drinks is to remember that we often count drinks according to the

item the container they are sold in or the container they are served in so this

can help make it really really easy to choose your counter word when you're

thinking about drinks also you'll notice that each one of these counter words is

followed by the word of so for example mug of something will be our first one

so remember to use your number before the counter word next comes the counter

word then of and finally your now the item you're counting so let's take a

look at a few ways that we can count liquids and drinks okay so as I said

let's begin the first word is mug mug so mug has this sort of image we use a mug

primarily for coffee and tea so something that we typically have hot

drinks in is a mug a mug of coffee a mug of tea we use mug for items that have

this shape it's kind of a tall shape usually a bit thick and it has this

handle perhaps there are different shapes of mug but they generally they

can hold heat quite well a mug of coffee a mug of tea the next one is glass so a

glass of water a glass of juice a glass of wine these are just simple simple

glasses as you can see the word glasses here but the container it doesn't have

to be made of glass it's just a glass is the

word that we use to talk about the serving size keep in mind a glass of

wine means one serving of wine only so you might have a special wine glass to

drink a glass of wine from so wine in this case is referring only to a single

serving so please be careful there so glass is another word we can use for one

serving of something the next word is bottle so we can say a bottle of beer

like a it's it's made of glass yes but we use bottle to describe it a bottle of

beer a bottle of wine a bottle of water a bottle of tea a bottle of Cola or soda

any drink which is sold in a bottle shape a bottle container we can use

bottle for please remember however that bottle of wine and glass of wine are

quite different a glass of wine is a single serving of wine a bottle of wine

is a large large quantity a large amount of wine so a bottle of wine has many

servings a glass of wine is one serving in theory okay next is can-can so we can

have a can of coffee a can of tea a can of soda a can of cola a can of beer by

the way the difference between soda and cola it really depends on the place

you're in depending on the place in the US or the place in any other

english-speaking country really there might be a preferred way of saying Cola

or soda or even pop so just keep in mind that many people use different words to

mean the same thing it depends on region so soda and cola this is an example of

this so we use can if it is sold in a can we can use can to describe it so any

of these items or maybe there's a different item in your country sold in a

can but we can use can of to talk about these nouns next one is Cup Cup so we

usually use cup with coffee and tea so this is a little bit different from mug

so a cup maybe look something like this a mug maybe look something a little bit

more like this they're very very similar mug kind of has the image of something

warm something a bit thick and heavy cup has sort of a feeling of a little bit

lighter maybe it doesn't have to be hot mug kind of you imagine that it's going

to be a warm drink or a hot drink cup not necessarily so so we can use cup for

tea or coffee as well okay let's go to the next group

next is drop the word drop we can use drop to count liquid but just a little

bit of something so for example we use drop to count rain so rain drops drops

of rain we could use it for water like drops of water on my iPhone screen or

something we could say drops of wine got on my sweater for example so drops means

a few pieces of water but we cannot use pieces for a liquid instead we use a

drop so please use drop to refer to the small parts of liquid drops of something

drops of liquid okay next one is sip sip is interesting

sip refers to a small taste of liquid so if you want to try a drink you can say

for example can I have a sip of tea can I have a sip of your wine means just a

small taste a small taste of something is a sip a sip of something so we can

use a sip of water like I need a sip of water or can I have a sip of tea or she

took a big sip of beer we could say a big sip if we want to kind of make an

interesting phrase so a sip yes but a big one maybe sounds like a mouthful

instead of just a small quantity so usually sip means just a small quantity

okay next one is carton carton so I've used milk here as the primary example

but anything sold in this sort of cardboard shape that we have to open and

pour from we can use the word carton to describe so a carton of milk in your

country or in your city there might be a different item that is sold in cartons

you can use carton to talk about that to count it one carton of milk two cartons

of another one that drinks are commonly

sold in is jug jug so we can say a jug of milk sorry a jug of milk a jug of

juice the difference between a carton and a jug is that a jug is usually made

of plastic and it has a handle on the side so a jug of something is different

from a carton a carton is usually made of cardboard or some kind of paper

material and it does not have a handle on it okay finally is keg keg keg is

something typically we do not buy ourselves in stores but we can see at

bars or restaurants maybe so a keg is used to count beer keg is used to count

beer it's as very large often very large though sometimes there may be smaller

kegs there are these storage containers for fresh beer so you might see beer

being served from a tap the tap is connected to a keg so we can say one keg

or two kegs of beer or let's preserve a keg of beer for our party next weekend

so this is a word we typically use only for beer okay so those are a few counter

words that are commonly used to talk about drinks and maybe other liquids too

if you have any questions or comments or if there's another counter words you

know please feel free to let us know in the comments I hope that this video was

useful for you please give it a thumbs up if you liked it check us out at

How-Slow-Can-You-Go Horse Racing in Hokkaido - Duration: 2:47.

- [Narrator] In most of the world,

horseracing is a fast-paced, head-spinning event.

But here on Japan's northernmost island, Hokkaido,

the races move ...

(quirky music)

A little bit slower.

(quirky music)

Ban'ei is a form of horseracing found only in Hokkaido

in which draft horses pull heavy sleds

down a 200 meter dirt track.

The sleds can range from 900 to 2,000 pounds,

so Ban'ei horses are often twice as big

as their speedy counterparts.

(quirky music)

Kikuchi Kazuki has been a Ban'ei jockey

for the past nine years.

But the history of this race goes back much further.

- [Narrator] The popularity of the races grew,

and starting in the 1950s there were four cities

hosting races across Hokkaido.

However, in recent years interest has waned.

And today the races are only held at this racetrack.

But that didn't stop Kikuchi.

- [Narrator] Pulling one-ton sleds is no easy task.

But these draft horses race only every two weeks.

And in-between, they're well taken care of.

- [Narrator] And for first time spectators,

seeing Ban'ei horses can be a bit of a shock.

- [Narrator] There have been signs that Ban'ei racing

may be regaining popularity.

Either way, Kakuchi is happy to be part of this tradition.

Reverse Stamping with a Die Cut Using the MISTI! - Duration: 8:17.

Hi it's Therese from Lostinpaper and today I'm going to be doing some

MISTI reverse stamping using the coordinating dies I've got this really

cute cat it's a new release of from Waffle flower crafts and this is the way

it stamps but what I wanna do is actually stamp a second image so that

they can face each other I've used the coordinating die already to cut this cat

shape out of a piece of white cardstock and I've got it facing the way that it

would normally stamp I'm adding my low tack tape to that side of the cardstock

because I actually want to be stamping on the reverse side of this die cut okay

so I'm just taking out the padded layer of my Misti because I am kind of

doing a kissing technique so I do need to fit two stamps in here together and

that's a great way of doing that because it's actually a bit wider it's made for

when you're using the red rubber cling stamps and I've got this technique from

Jennifer McGuire I'll link her video below because she goes into so much more

detail and always shows so many fantastic examples of how to do this

reverse stamping with the Misti I've got my sheet from the stamp-a-ma-jig which

is a tool that I used to use all the time before the Misti and I thought I'd

use that because it's nice and sturdy you could also use a piece of acetate

here just so that you can line the cat image on top

of the die cut so to get the reverse image you need to have a nice solid back

of a stamp so this is actually a new release from Waffle flower crafts as

well it's called the halftone background and it's a nice solid big square stamp

and I've actually got it facing backwards on my Misti so it's the flat

surface that I'm going to be using because that's where I'm going to add my

ink to okay so this is the part where I'm going to get the image on to the

back of the stamp so I've got my onyx black this is a pigment ink

and it's a good idea to use a pigment ink because it's a slower drying it

just gives you that few more seconds and I'm adding ink to my cat twice and then

picking up the ink with the stamp that's on the lid of my Misti then what I need

to do is actually put the pattern I'm working quite quickly here put the

pattern section back into the Misti and the reverse side of the stamp and then I

can just press that ink onto the die cut that I've got there my problem here was

I didn't actually have my square stamp very well aligned in my Misti and it was

touching the bottom portion of the Misti door like the well in the Misti and I

suppose I could have gone back in and done the whole process again I just

thought it was easier to come in with a copic multiliner

and draw those few little lines in that hadn't stamped out perfectly and often

you'll find that with reverse stamping anyway the image is never going to be as

perfect as when you stamp it as its intended all right so the onyx black is

really easy to clean off the back of your stamps and I'm just using a stamp

shammy to do that now because of use the onyx I'm using my pencils today

I've got my prismacolor I haven't used these for a while and I really did enjoy

coloring with them,I still get them out all the time but my copics and

the watercolors have kind of encroached just in case you hadn't noticed

so I've sped this up because this video is more about the reverse stamping

technique and I find that even though those lines weren't stamped quite

perfectly the two things that really fix the image are adding some line back in

with the copic multiliner and also coloring by the time you finish

coloring you really often can't tell the difference. I will link all the

colors that I use at my blog below I have made another two cards at my blog

you can go and check them out and this and all the products and everything will

be linked there for the new waffle flower crafts release and it's another fun one

of course I always have the best releases and did I say I'm gonna link

the colors that I've used here at my blog as well this set, even though it's a

small one, does come with the coordinating dies which is always really

very handy and this is the reverse cat I think you know it's not too different to

the other one and I'm trying to find my French gray colors do you think I keep

all my colors separate like in color families and I don't know I did find him

eventually but you think only having those few pencils to choose from I would

be able to pick them out night I was grabbing for about 5 minutes before I

like to actually read every pencil and find out where in my French because I

kind of look Brown it's weird alright so I'm just gonna start sort of getting the

rest of my card together now I've got one of the plaid maker stripes and some

fish in pond ink and I'm stamping out a stripey background this is like the

prettiest color ever I was thinking about like creating a whole scene for

these cats but I thought there's such a there was such fun images

I'm actually glad I went with this rather than a scene because it just

added such a sort of a fun element to the background with these stripes and

I've got one of the nesting rectangle dies here and I've just cut that out

with my Gemini have I told you how much I love my Gemini Junior it is awesome!

I have done so much die-cutting lately it was the best thing I have ever got was a

birthday present for me this year so maybe it might make a nice Christmas

present for you and I saw they've got a little one and now I know I don't need it

but, it'd be nice to have it don't you think

okay so I am adding all these bits to the front of my card now I have you some

fun foam behind the panel I've used some foam dots behind the images I did stamp

the sentiment directly onto the panel but as well I heat embossed a couple of

those some the other sentiments from the set and put them on some black cardstock

I just thought that would it really helped the sentiment to pop on this

design and I couldn't resist adding a little mouse you know how much I like my

little mice and I'm still using up my foam squares these are the ones I hate

these little black ones I'll link to the ones that I like. that's my finished card

So definitely follow and like my facebook page facebook.com slash, Krishna yoga

So if you're ready grab your yoga mat and let's get started

I'm going to begin lying down on the back

Take your blanket

And fold it into a square and then from there fold it into a long rectangle lie down flat on your back

Place your knees to meet each other at the center line of your body and walk your feet all the way out to the edges

Of your yoga mat, so your knees are knocking in towards each other

Take care. Yo go blanket

And place it on top of your pelvis

Pressing the blanket into the pelvis will help to relax the body calm the body down

Help to add some pressure to your lower abdominals

Which you might be experiencing some cramping in that area

Once your legs and pelvis are settled shove your hands down by your sides. Turn your palms up towards the ceiling

Close your eyes begin to deepen your breath

Focus your attention on your inhales and exhales here come inward breathe deeply

Bring some slight motion back into your body gently moving your arms. Bring your legs back in towards each other

When you're ready remove the prop setting the blanket off to the side

And from here just hug the legs in towards the chest flex the feet hold on to the shins

Breathing here

And release your hands from your legs make your way up to a hands and knees position

Bringing your knees. They're actually under the hips hands underneath your shoulders

Well step the right leg forward

Bringing it into low lunge

Your knee is directly above the ankle on the right toes are facing forward. The back leg is on the diagonal

Have your hands down flat on the floor framing your front foot if they can't be flat on the floor

You can come up on to your fingertips. That's totally fine. Whatever is most comfortable for you today

This might be a tender area here that we're stretching the front of the hip on the left

The right hip socket the pelvic floor area. So be very gentle with yourself here

If you can't come all the way deep into the lilandra can come up a little bit. That's totally fine as well

Do what you need to do for your own body

Once you're settled in your low lunge

Relax here for a moment looking down keep as much length in your spine as possible and hold here

From here, we're going to take a twist

Tuck the left tail and then you're going to bring the right the left leg in

Coming to sit on the outer edge of your left leg or your left hip

The right leg remains up knee pointed up towards the ceiling right foot is flat on the floor

Wrap your left arm around your right leg

Bring your right arm behind you, press the right hip down towards the ground

If you need to use your hand to do that, that's totally fine pressing it down

Bring your right hand behind you

Use your arms to help you lengthen the spine take an inhale and on your exhale twist your upper body around to the right

Looking as far behind you as you can keeping both sits bones even on the ground

Breathing deeply in and out through your nose here and with each inhale that you're taking your twist

Allow yourself to lengthen the spine a little bit more sitting up taller

with each exhale that you take try and twist a little bit deeper without

forcefully pushing yourself too hard and

Remain here

Slowly unwind from your twist on

Crossing your body and crossing your legs

And make your way back to your hands and knees stepping the left leg forward this time

Coming into the low lunge on the left have your hands framing your left foot? The back leg is on the diagonal behind you

Lunging forward into the left leg breathing into your hip sockets and your pelvic floor here and hold

From here, we'll come to our twist. Once again tucking the back toe to bring the right leg forward

Sitting on to the right hip and the outer edge of the right leg

Bring the bottom of the left foot to the ground remaining their knee pointed upwards

Bring the left hip down towards the ground. If you need to use your hands to help you press it down

That's fine as well. Once your legs are settled wrap your right arm around your left leg

Bring your left arm behind you on the ground

Inhale lengthen your spine up sitting taller

Exhale twist the upper body around to the left

Looking behind you as much as you can breathing here as you twist

Lengthen the spine with your inhales

Deepen the twist just a bit with your exhales

Slowly unwind from your twist and

Uncross your legs

From here. We'll stay seated bringing the feet to meet each other at the centerline of the body and knees out to the side

holding on to the feet or the ankles here

Inhale lengthen your spine exhale forward fold once again

Holding on to your feet and your forward fold find as much length in your spine as you can looking down

and from here if you'd like a deeper hip stretch and stretch in this area your pelvis area you can have your

Elbows on your knees and gently press them down towards the floor as you fold forward

if that's uncomfortable for you, if it's too much then just remain in your forward fold and

Relax here, wherever you are breathing deeply and hold

Slowly come up out of your forward fold and from here stretch her legs out to the side

You can bring them in closer to each other

That's fine if it's uncomfortable for you to bring them as wide as I have them here. Everyone's body is different

So your body will likely not look like mine forever

You are here flex your feet have your toes and your knees pointed facing up towards the ceiling

But your feet are flexed. So they're facing the ceiling put your feet are flexed

From here. We'll take a forward fold

Keeping our knees and toes

Facing up walk the torso forward any amount that you can today reaching forward

As far as you can in front of you looking down

Keeping lengthen your spine here feeling a stretch in the inner thighs the low back the glutes

Relaxed here and breathe

Bring yourself up to a seated position bring your legs in towards each other and we'll come to lying on the back

We're going to take our bolster and our yoga blanket

Placing it at the top of the yoga mat

Vertically, I'll take our yoga blanket as well and turn to face away from the bolster

Bring your feet to meet each other at the center line of your body and your knees out to the side your

Sacrum the bottom of your spine is at the shorter edge of your bolster

folding

Unfolding my yoga blanket here to a wide rectangle and then I'm rolling it up

I'm going to bring it into a long roll

Placing the center of the roll on top of my feet taking the edges of the yoga blanket

And I'm going to wrap them around and underneath

My legs, this will cradle my legs and bound angle pose a bit

Allowing you to relax. It'll allow you to

Relax, and not feel such an intense stretch in your pelvis in your pelvic floor area

So once your legs are settled here gently relax your torso back onto the bolster

You will feel a slight arch depending on how high your bolster is

If you'd like a lower pillow that might be less intense for you. If is this feeling too intense

However, this does allow the pelvic floor

To release the lower abdominals to release

Helping you to alleviate

potentially alleviate some of the cramping that you might be

Experiencing and also you will be finding that if your bolster is as high as mine your chest is opening

Here so you might need some yoga blocks on your hands if you don't want such a chest opening

However, the chest opening helping the heart Center up towards the ceiling and allowing

The shoulders to drop back will help to give you some energy which might combat some of the fatigue you might be

experiencing from your symptoms

So wherever you decide to be here

Whether your hands are raised and you're not opening the chest or whether your hands are on the floor

Wherever your pose ends up being that's totally fine

Just quiet the mind turn the palms up towards the ceiling close your eyes and begin to deepen your breathing

Will remain here for quite some time. So focus all of your attention on your inhales and exhales

If another thought comes into your mind at this moment gently set it to the side coming back to focusing on the breath

breathing

Into your pelvic floor your lower abdominals, wherever you're experiencing the most pain

Breathe send your breath

Mentally imagine you're sending your breath to that area and releasing it out with each exhale that you take

And just remain here

Bring some gentle motion back into your body gently moving your limbs

When you're ready

Bring your legs back to me each other at the center remove your blanket set it to the side

Engage your abdominal muscles so feel them working and roll to the right side of your body off of your bolster

Gently using your hands to help you come up to a seated position

Cross your shins flex your feet bringing them under your knees

Sitting up tall bring your hands to your legs. Close your eyes take a deep breath in and

a deep breath out

Bring your hands to meet at the center of your chest bow your head to your fingertips Namas

5 СТРИМЕРОВ ИНВАЛИДОВ (ИГРАЮТ ЛУЧШЕ ЧЕМ ТЫ) - Duration: 10:55.

Life unpredictable thing.

You may never know that waiting for you around the corner - unexpected

good luck or great misfortune.

However, do not let the vicissitudes destinies break you!

Healthy guys!

With you, Forkman today I will tell you about the five streamers that

continue to play and stream despite their disability.

I will say right away, this movie is not top and collection of something like

small stories.

Stories numbered for convenience and not for that

to belittle someone of the people who will go

speech

If you like the movie, then I ask you to put

Like him, but if you don't like the movie by

for some reason, too write a comment about

this, I will be pleased guys and I will know your opinion.

Before this, I will insert a small reklamku because now

I cook something very interesting and I hope

you do not bother small reklamka.

And now we begin!

The first on our list will be, perhaps, Blink.

In the west, this yutuber much more famous

than we have, which, by the way, is sad.

His sad story is the best motivation for people not

give up no matter what...

Ricky Williams (namely and the name is Blink'a) became famous

their streams on Fortnite.

You probably already write in the comments, they say "What

deal, fork? By

fortnight and so streamers like a gypsy in the underpass. Why

do we know one more thing? " BUT

the fact is that Ricky hasn't wrists. But,

so serious for him ailment is just a trifle.

is he

not trying to seem special because of its problem.

Blink is real

an example of how to strive to his goal against all odds.

Let be

he has no hands and cannot play using the keyboard

and the mouse, this man does not give up and does not rely on anyone

help, he copes with its burden.

Blink

does not like to complain about missing hands or telling

about why they are not. On

such questions he usually answers "It is what it is".

Despite

on popularity he doesn't lead yourself as pretentious and hypocritical

scum as many famous streamers. is he

sincere he communicates with my fans and ready

answer any of their questions. is he

appreciates her fans. Already

for that he is worthy of respect.

The second

disabled tape drive o which I will tell you, will

World of Tanks streamer under Nickname lolokoko2009.

Just do not have to crow and scream in the comments

and yelling that "WoT-shit", "Fork rolled down "," Dislike-unsubscribe, suck "

etc.

This video is about about PEOPLE and not about the games in which

they are playing.

Maybe some of you already heard about Vasily Pustovarov-streamer, who

even paralysis does not interfere bend down in "tanks".

And for those who are "in the tank" (yes, dumb pun, sorry), I

tell you what it is unique and why I respect him.

In 2008, Vasily got in a very serious accident.

He got very serious spinal fracture in

a few places and a miracle survived.

The result of this tragedy there was a complete loss of sensation

legs (he even sit without help can not)

and hands.

Only 30% hand mobility preserved.

However, Vasily did not give up and lives a full life

despite his illness.

And besides, he is quite currently playing games successfully

and streaming.

Despite limited opportunities he can give

a lot of head start in "tanks".

Completely healthy at times people can't reach the rate

50% wins.

Basil was able to reach already 53%!

Basil is not discouraged, constantly communicates with the audience, plays

with them. Another example for imitation.

You may have heard about streamer under the nickname Adam

"Loop".

Adam is 16 years old and he lives in southern california.

At the age of 2 years he was given disappointing diagnosis syndrome

Riley Dey.

The diagnosis was wrong, but some time later, the doctors

put him another on this time accurate diagnosis is a disease

like CIPA.

This disease is extremely rare. The 4th type of this disease is characterized

immunity to pain and lack of sweating.

Adam has a second type-HSAN, due what he can't feel

pressure, cold, pain and heat.

So that Adam does not accidentally crippled during receptions

food, doctors removed him teeth.

Due to immunity to pain, he was injured many times.

Subsequently, he lost nose and partially blind half

on both eyes.

Adam is actually only alive. thanks to medicine.

Ability to feel trite pain is impracticable on

this moment is a dream for him

His favorite activities are play in CS: GO and stream.

Adam could remain obscure if not for one shocking

an event that happened to him during the next stream

on ks.

At the beginning of the round, he, as usual, warned teammates about their "features"

and apologized to them for your weird voice.

Nerds from his team thought he was just

jitters and fouled him, deciding at the same time deciding to make fun

over it.

Adam couldn't even hold back tears because of their jokes.

They pretty well won, but, it was worth im losing once like

they blamed loop and kicked him.

This incident did not stay. unnoticed.

Many people have shown to Adam sympathy and support

him.

Yes, even pro-players are interested his story as a result

what did he get to play with ScreaM and Freakazoid.

Caring people encouraged his on broadcasts hundreds of

dollars.

The very next day his Not 80 people watched, but

thousands.

Few remained indifferent.

What is not an example for you to follow? Blind

the boy plays better morons that random

picks up my teammates!

Next up

there is a streamer on our list under the name Spons.

This tape drive name is Dmitry

He does not have both hands and one legs to the knee.

Despite this he could achieve quite high

titles in CS: GO and quite a successfully streaming this

the game.

Boy lost hands and leg in 2015 when he

with friends decided to climb to an abandoned factory to

look for something to make money and the result is so

crippled that I had to amputate damaged

limbs.

I think you understand how it's hard for a person to live without

hands-legs.

Dima, however, does not lose heart and tries to be positive.

Spons could gain fame his streams looked in

such famous personalities as the same Russian Butcher, Ludozhop

and Marmok.

No, well, just think man has no three limbs

out of four, and he achieved such success!

Worthy of respect.

Rocky Stutenburg, aka RockyNoHands, had an accident when

he was 19 years old and, as a result, lost the opportunity to move his hands ..

However, his brother collected for him the device is the device,

which helped him again start playing video games.

Rocky demonstrated all that can not just

be on par with ordinary people, but also to achieve "victory

instead of lunch "in PUBG.

His dedication he shows everyone that

loss of arms is not the end of life.

No, well, you just take a look on his nickname, he's over

most ironically calling Rocky himself Armless.

Unfortunately, not all people pretending to be disabled

are they really.

And I'm not talking about vjlink'e and other Nerds who

just trying to draw attention to itself is inadequate

behavior.

I'm talking about the real ones. scammers like ZiloanOP.

I think everyone heard about it. streamer.

This asshole for a long time pretended to be chained

to the disabled chair to play on people's feelings.

This asshole lured out people collecting money

then on "prostheses", then on "operations".

Naturally, as soon as this fool was sleeping, getting up

from the chair he is suddenly went to ban on twitch.

Unfortunately, as I know, given the silly ones didn't stop

stream but does it now on other services.

Before you were 5 stories people who were able to overcome

yourself and despite being disabled give people a positive

streams

Looking at such people involuntarily think so much

are your own serious problems in comparison with

problems of those guys?

If you know other tell interesting stories about tape drives

in comments.

I would be interested to know.

Like as always, subscription and hit the bell guys.

Well, do not call your teammates disabled people with disabilities

and drag, you know, know how .. unlike my teammates ..

Avoidance and Anxiety // Changing the way you see it - Duration: 8:39.

- I had an interesting realization not too long ago

when I was thinking about the nature of avoidance.

I really wanted to share it with you today

because it really made me see it in a new way.

Sometimes just this little perspective shift

can really open up a whole new world of possibility for you.

So firstly, let me say that about,

oh my gosh I'm getting so old,

about 15 years ago I went on a 21 day vow of silence

and I started to understand as I sat with my mind

that (laughs) there was so much more madness in my mind

than I thought.

The more still I became, the more mad my mind got.

And it was like every single voice

that I ever tried to run from was coming to me.

And each and every voice in my head

that had ever clashed were like a war within.

And if you haven't yet watched my video

about the tail of the two wolves,

I'll link it up top or below this video

so that you can watch that

'cause it's a really powerful tale

that perfectly illustrates this,

but I had these two aspects of my mind,

the part of me that was like, you're not good enough,

you're not smart enough,

who are you to think that you can help people,

who are you to think that you can change the world?

Who are you?

You need to be better.

You can't change people or help people

the way you are right now. I had that voice in my head

and then I had the voice in my head like,

you can do it.

You're amazing, you were born for a reason.

You are capable of making any dream a reality

and these two voices were literally colliding in my mind.

And I'll never forget that on day seven of the meditation,

of the vow of silence, my last thought was,

oh my God, my parents and my family,

I've literally, finally lost my mind,

'cause for those of you who know

I suffered for years with depression and anxiety.

And I literally thought in that moment,

oh my gosh, I've really done it this time.

I've officially lost my mind

and my family is gonna have to

come and get me from a Thai mental institution.

I was literally that disconnected from reality

and I was really spiraling downward.

It was really interesting because in that moment

I focused on my breath and I went very, very deep

within my heart and I just had to focus on my breath

and get into my body.

Now what happened through that experience

was nothing short of miraculous.

All of a sudden, like getting into my body,

it sounds crazy, but it started really vibrating

on a level that I could feel every single cell

of my being vibrate.

And all of a sudden for the first time in my life,

my mind stopped.

The chatter stopped

and I experienced what I later learned,

Eckhart Tolle calls the now or pure presence.

I didn't stay there,

it was just a moment oIdipped into infinity,

or a moment, I think it was about an hour

where I really felt like pure presence

and finally the madness in my mind evaded

and I truly realized that we are not the thoughts we think.

We are not the stories we tell ourselves,

whether we tell ourselves a story about being the victim

or the victor, we are really neither.

We are the entirety of the space

that contains those stories.

And so that was a really powerful experience for me

that made me realize that my entire life

I had traveled the world for two years on my own

trying to run away from my problems,

trying to run away from my mind,

trying to create a solution by looking without

but really what I needed to do

and it sounds cliche was actually go within.

And I realized that each and every moment of pain

that I had ever, ever tried to run from

was really just begging for me to be with.

It was begging me for me

to listen to the wounded person inside,

to the madness of my mind

so that I could be with it long enough

for me to realize that it wasn't me.

And so in that moment I realized that through being

with my pain it actually became my greatest power

and it actually became the greatest source of presence

that I had ever experienced

and once I truly sat with those voices

and gave them space,

I felt emancipation that I had never felt before.

And it's truly what Bob Marley says.

Emancipate yourself from mental slavery.

None but ourselves can free our minds.

And that's what I truly began to realize.

So here's what I realized when I started thinking

about avoidance the other day,

because I started to understand that

our nature of avoidance and our mind

is actually trying to fill a void.

And I'm going to say that again

because it's really, really powerful.

When we are going into avoidance or addictions,

whether it be to negative thinking,

whether it be hypochondria,

whether it be to smoking, drinking,

toxic relationships, whatever the distraction may be,

overeating, working out too much,

it can even be like a quote on quote positive thing,

all of these things, even if something

can be good in moderation,

it can also in obsession become a problem.

And so what I started to realize is that

because so many of us aren't comfortable

with the nature of our mind

and so many of us are trying to run from our thoughts,

I was drastic, I came to Australia and Thailand

to get away from my thoughts,

but we all are trying to fill the void.

We are all avoiding and when we are creating

and placing something into our void by our addictions,

then we are really avoiding the space and the work

to actually go within and just be with our pain.

Now I know that sounds challenging

because people are like, how can I be with my pain?

And that looks different for everyone.

Sometimes that just looks like being with it, being angry.

If you're angry, be angry.

Anger isn't a bad emotion as long as we channel it

in a healthy way.

Jealousy isn't even a bad emotion

as long as we realize that it's an indication

of what we desire, not necessarily that something

that needs to be projected on the other person.

And so we can either, for example, if you're angry,

go out in the middle of a forest and scream.

Scream into your pillow.

Channel it in a healthy way

because when we give ourselves the permission

to feel our pain, emotions become emotion

and they move through us.

It's when we deny them that they get stuck

and we constantly go into this avoidance.

We never actually address the true issue that's within.

And those are truly the things

that holds the gems within.

That's when the pain becomes our power.

That's when the suffering becomes our salvation.

And when I say pain, I don't mean you need to be

in deep states of depression,

although that can work for this as well,

but I also think that overwhelm and stress

and being a workaholic and all of these different things

are also a source of suffering.

And I think that the more we're disconnected from ourself

and seeking stuff outside of ourselves,

the more we are always gonna be

disconnected from our purpose,

the more we're always gonna feel dissatisfaction,

no matter how much money we have.

No matter how many friends we have.

Look at people like Robin Williams and Avicii

and all of these incredible people

who on the outside have everything that you could ever want,

but who still struggle.

And so let's be real about where we're at.

There's nothing wrong with feeling pain.

There's nothing wrong with having a little bit negativity

in your mind, but it becomes a very challenging thing

when we can't address it

and it's actually what's holding us back

from actually achieving our success.

It's actually what's holding us back

from showing up more powerfully in the world.

Because when you truly love the unlovable within yourself

you become unstoppable.

You wouldn't be scared like me right now

to be filming this video

in front of tons of people on the beach.

You wouldn't be scared to step out and share your message

or tell the person that you love that you love them

or feel fear around embracing that part of yourself

that you're feeling fear around doing.

And so I hope this viceo served you today.

And let me know in the comments below

that you are committed just even one day

to being with your pain rather than filling the void,

rather than avoiding it.

So let me know in the comments below.

Say, amen if you're down with doing that

and I really hope, again, you like this video

and if you did, give it a little like,

give it a subscribe

and hit the notifications tab

'cause I'm doing videos here every single Wednesday

to help you unleash the success within.

So have an amazing day guys and we'll speak soon.

Take care.
