First for news and the best live sport this is BBC 5 Live. I was awake at

four o'clock this morning and I was in the studio at media City at 4:30

then we're on air at 6 o'clock. Working at 5 Live is a fast-paced and dynamic

environment and you can really feel the adrenaline when the red light comes on.

In the nine months since I've been a studio manager the job has changed every

day and there's always plenty of development training and learning skills

that we can pick up in the role. Along the way I was trained and supported by

everybody here, everybody really took their time to help me out and to actually

show me and teach me how to do my job. This is BBC 5 Live.
