I hope you guys enjoyed your time and had a great time with family and friends.

Mom and dad came and visited us from Canada and we enjoyed all the good food that mom made.

It was a great, great time with them.

Looking back at 2016, it was really a great blessed year for AAA-AMC.

We tripled our business, we moved to a bigger space and now we actually are looking that we need more space.

We keep and going, going, you know going forward.

So today I want to share some personal experience that I went through in 2016.

I started my business in 2008, and I, when I started I started by myself,

it took me few years before I started like hiring more people and growing and

obviously as we all know, it's not an easy industry

and going, you know keep going.

So after a few years I felt like you know…I,

"Marlene, I've reached my limit."

You know like there's no way I can get it to another level and this is when you know like it's so hard, you'll be like getting to this level and all you need is a bigger jump and BANG, you know you can expand.

So I was always there, you know, for a few years I was always like this, so I felt and I thought, okay I guess that's all I could do,

there's no way I can get to the next level on my own,

I need some,

I need someone to help me go to the next step.

And I stayed like this for a long, long time.

So, in 2015, I took the Future Leaders class with the California MBA.

This class helped me in so many different ways,

and, one and the most important one by the end of the class,

I felt like if I brought my business to that level,

I can definitely take it from this level to whatever level I want.

And wherever I want to reach.

So, I kind of like gained more confidence and I believed more in myself and I felt like,

whatever you want, anyone, whatever you want, you can focus on it,

keep working, keep working,

no matter how many walls you're going to hit,

you might hit the wall a 100 times.

And you might feel like ahh, I hit the wall so many times and it's so hard to get up again.

But let me tell you something,

keep hitting the same wall!

And, when you do that,

this wall will break

and you can do whatever you want!

So if you think as a loan processor you can think, oh I can do maybe 10 loans, or 20 or 30…

it doesn't matter.

Let me tell you something,

you can double up this and triple up this.

You might have to change things,

you might have to re-organize the way you do it, the way you do your job, or whatever you can.

So I am telling you from experience,

at the end of the day, you're going to break that wall!

You're going to go through it and you're going to reach whatever you want it or whatever you're focused on.

if I did it, you can do it.

How to Create and Save a Cal Answers Briefing Book - Duration: 5:11.

Hello and welcome to this video on creating Briefing Books in Cal Answers.

Cal Answers allows you to save an updatable or static snapshot of your dashboard pages

that includes the applied filters and any data table formatting in one or more PDF files

or Briefing Books.

Once your Briefing Book is created you can add, re-order and /or delete dashboard pages

from your saved Briefing Book.

Briefing Books are downloadable as PDF documents making them perfect to share with others for

viewing offline.

This is particularly helpful when sharing with colleagues who do not use Cal Answers.

Additionally, Briefing Books automatically generate a table of contents page that lists

all the included dashboard pages.

To get started creating your Briefing Book, navigate to one of the dashboard pages you

want to include in your Briefing Book.

Apply the necessary filters and modify the data tables as needed to set up your first

dashboard page (apply filters, Sort/Move/Hide columns, etc.)

Once your dashboard page is formatted, navigate to the "Page Options" icon in the upper

right corner, click on the "drop down arrow" and select "Add to Briefing Book."

The Save Briefing Book Content box displays.

From dialog box, set the "Content Type."

Choose "Updatable" if you want the content to be refreshed whenever the Briefing Book

is downloaded.

Choose "Snapshot" if you would like to preserve the current data and not have Cal

Answers update it when the Briefing Book is downloaded in the future.

Leave the "Follow Briefing Book Navigation Links" set to the default "No."

Do not add a description of your Briefing Book in the Save Briefing Book Content dialog

box as it will not display.

An optional description can be added to the Briefing Book properties once created.

Select "Browse" next to the location box and choose the folder where you want to save

your Briefing Book.

The "Save As" dialog box defaults to "My Folder" because you cannot save in the Shared

Folder.

From the "Save As" dialog box, select the folder, input the name for your Briefing

Book and click "OK."

If you need to add a folder click on the "New Folder" icon to the right of the "Save

In" drop down box and input a name for your new folder and click "OK."

Then input the name for your Briefing Book and click "OK."

This brings you back to the "Save Briefing Book Content" box with your folder location

displayed.

Click OK again.

You'll see a message that says "Successfully Added to the Briefing Book."

Click "OK."

You will follow these same steps for each additional dashboard page you want to include

in your Briefing Book.

Navigate to each page you want to add, apply your filters and format as needed.

From the "Page Options" click "Add to Briefing Book", choose either "Updatable"

or "Snapshot" from the "Content Type."

Click "Browse" to navigate to a Briefing Book you previously created and saved.

You can tell an existing file is a Briefing Book if it is denoted by a blue book icon.

Select the Briefing Book from your folder and click "OK."

Repeat these steps until you have added all the dashboard pages you need to your Briefing

Book.

How to Edit a Cal Answers Briefing Book - Duration: 3:38.

Hello and welcome to this video on editing Briefing Books in Cal Answers.

To locate a saved Briefing Book, select "Catalog" from the blue menu toolbar and navigate to

"My Folders" from the left hand navigation pane to locate the Briefing Book.

Under the title of your Briefing Book, you'll see a list of clickable options.

If you want to edit your Briefing Book, click "Edit" and from the "Edit Briefing Book"

dialog box and click on the page you would like to edit.

If you want to re-order the pages, click a page then drag and drop.

Drag until you see a gray bar.

Otherwise, your action will not be saved.

If you want to edit the Briefing Book page properties, click on the pencil icon to open

the "Page Properties" Dialog Box where you can change the content type or description.

The description is displayed here internally and not in downloads of this book.

If you want to delete a page, click the page and select the "X" icon from the upper right

hand corner of the "Edit Briefing Book" dialog box.

When you are finished with all of your edits, Click "OK."

To download the Briefing Book as a PDF document, click the "PDF" button.

The Briefing Book will download.

Open the downloaded book to access the auto generated Table of Contents and all the reports.

The Table of Contents has clickable links to navigate directly to the dashboard page

selected.

You can see the description we added did not show up in the PDF.

Please note that if any of the dashboard pages are set to updatable, and the Briefing Book

PDF is downloaded during non-operational Cal Answers hours, the updatable page will display

an error message.

You can change the order in which the dashboard pages appear in your Briefing Book after you

create and add pages.

Navigate back to the Briefing book in the My Folder and select "Edit" to do this.

You can also continue adding pages after you have downloaded a PDF.

Each PDF download will be updated with the latest content.

If you would like to add a description to display in your Catalog under the Briefing

Book name,

Select "More" from the clickable options below the name.

Select "Properties" and input a description into the "Description" field of the Properties

box and click "OK."

The description now displays below the Briefing Book name.

This description is also displayed here internally and not in the PDF.

Hello!

The topic is Rights of Persons With Disabilities Bill 2016.

You all must have heard that we started protesting and fighting for our rights back in the year 2010.

And now, in 2016, after 6 years, big news circulated amongst everyone saying that the RPWD Bill has been passed.

I want to share a few things about the RPWD Bill with you all: -

• The Rights of Persons With Disabilities(RPWD) Bill became an act in 2016

• The Rajya Sabha and The Lok Sabha passed this bill on 14th December 2016 and 16th December 2016 respectively.

• Recently the President of India also passed the Bill on 28th December 2016.

• The Gazette Of India has published the news.

How does the RPWD Act benefit the deaf?

1. Communication: the deaf people use sign language for communication just

like a hearing person uses a Spoken language and a blind person uses Braille to communicate.

2. Education: The PWD Act passed in 1995 condemned deaf people from teaching and stated that they could only teach art and sewing.

After 21 years of fighting for the right to teach, the allowance has been passed for the deaf to teach through sign language.

3. Culture and recreation: Ensuring that persons with hearing impairment can have access to television programs with sign language interpretation or subtitles.

4. Accessibility to information and communication technology:Many music videos on the Internet do not have subtitles enabled or sign language for the deaf.

This law states a directive for subtitles and sign language to be enabled for the better understanding of the deaf.

5.Reservation of Jobs: There is a lot of confusion about that. Allow me to clear that.

The Person With Disabilities Act 1995 stated that the hearing impaired has jobs reserved but this only included only the hearing impaired and not the deaf.

Now, after 21 years, we have made sure that the deaf and the heard of hearing persons

get 1% job reservation i.e. 0.5% for the deaf and 0.5% for the heard of hearing persons.

2. Deaf and Hard of hearing,

3. Locomotor disability including cerebral palsy, leprosy cured and muscular dystrophy

4.Autism, intellectual disability and mental illness etc.

7. RPWD Act also states that if any person discriminates, mocks and/or deceives any person because they are disabled

Hi, this is Dr. Hourglass, and welcome to another video in our channel Wonder Breasts.

Today we are going to discuss breast implants and stretch marks.

In this channel we discuss everything related to breast surgery.

Welcome back.

Stretch marks occur when the skin is suddenly stretched to the point that its internal structures suffer

in terms of elasticity, such as when we gain weight or with pregnancies.

In a breast augmentation, an implant is placed and the breast is inflated to a given volume,

which may cause stretch marks.

There are two concepts that you need to understand with stretch marks.

If you have stretch marks before breast augmentation surgery, the stretch marks will still be there after surgery,

but they actually are going to look better, because the skin will be stretched, making them less visible.

If you do not have stretch marks and you get implants, you might develop them.

When an implant is placed, the breast pocket needs to expand to accommodate its volume.

The bigger the implant that you choose, the more likely it is that you will develop stretch marks.

When an implant is placed, the skin stretches just like when we gain weight.

So, yes, there is a risk of having stretch marks after breast augmentation surgery,

although this depends on the patient's skin elasticity and anatomy.

The bigger the implant that you choose and the tighter your skin, the greater the chance of stretch marks.

saw Star Wars round one and I'm a huge

Star Wars man we're gonna do like a

yes it was a pretty good movie so yeah

off the bat

it's a good movie i enjoyed it I don't

know if I enjoyed it because I just love

like the star wars universe or like that

universe he never really know and i

think i think that is the good thing

that was going for it at all the movies

that they've announced sorry I have a

little bit of a cold tired of all the

movies they've announced that they're

doing so far and this expanded universe

now of Star Wars this was the movie I

was most excited to see because like

there's like the trilogy that they're

making there's like on solid movie above

that movie

those are all things we know about this

was just like a story set in the

universe and it was awesome just to

behold something unique and Star Wars

eat it was almost like learning a

history of something that you know like

I things like a beloved battle but that

is that's a weird word but yeah it was

like you you know what happens and I

guess that was really exciting because

you're going to a movie where you know

you like you know you don't know it's

the personal story but you know you know

the out-of-the-way fit into the bigger

picture but I also maybe even in saying

that would say that this movie was

probably the most personal movie of all

of them

ok that and that's like there are a lot

of the personal stories and the

characters but i mean frankly speaking

Star Wars doesn't really get into much

too deep character development know all

the other movie so far are basically

fantasy movies they're like they have to

do a lot with like magic like before so

I conversing were inward kelting

fantastic simplistic yes but this I

gareth edwards the director has said

straight off the bat that this was going

to be more like a gritty war movie

that's exactly what it was like yeah

like you

didn't like Star Wars yeah i think if

you don't mean he's like Apocalypse Now

and yeah jacket and like all the classic

shape ever right heel to my like

wargames tendencies because it pretty

much was like yeah it was an action

movie yeah was a fantasy I was a sci-fi

but it really was a war movie was about

the battle and the strategy and like it

almost in a weird way was like dry if

you like if you were like not into like

this cool side of things

yeah well like all I find like I read a

lot of action and all of the ones that

George Irene I love George Lucas because

he created Star Wars but all the ones

that George Lucas had his hand in the

politics are a little like okay that's a

little like over-the-top but this was

like very very realistic like politics

and it wasn't even my final exam and it

was like good and bad guys like it

wasn't as clear who were the good guys

and what was that night you see rebels

and prosecutors yeah oh yeah and you

haven't seen before but I guess overall

that's pretty much all i can say about

the movie itself okay yeah like it

probably it definitely stood apart

slightly any other Star Wars movies if

you watch all the move those hours

movies you would know for sure this was

something different Frank but you can

also tell with something within Star

Wars fully give us our yeah and even

trying to say which was the best of the

Star Wars movies because it's the world

and that I'm in love with so i could

probably watch a terrible maybe like

Star Wars movie and love it but it

really it was watchable and super

looking forward to seeing it again and i

just want to see more star wars movies

but I think now boiler

turn away now now that everybody i think

we've given every time so if you're

sticking around now you're like I don't

want to go swimming now I'm not so sure

so everybody's dead i was to be expected

i really thought this was gonna be the

outcome after because i thought there

was gonna be a rope to I think they're

because it was like the first it was the

name of the ship which i love that it

was like it was an enemy ship and like I

think the kind of nice thing better is

it's almost like the Phantom side of the

warlike the lego never really existed it

was flown by a defect pilot it was an

enemy warcraft know my people that

weren't actually in time like they went

rogue they weren't actually really part

of the rebellion even officially so like

it was it was really cool is like a loss

secret story of a warm yeah it was

really cool I yeah this is the first

time we kind of sound like regular like

drinking directory of like the rebellion

because it was always like and like

Skywalker I'm the leader of the

rebellion lies i mean it's just like

we're just a bunch of guys it

what did you guys think about like there

were no actual jedis in it but I was me

it supported the force more than any

other movie like it took the force to

like an everyday thing we weren't such a

these people who are like a force that's

never seen anything as ridiculous as

Revenge of the Sith and the new hope so

like there's 20 years we're like every

ounce of like the Jedi has been expunged

but you always wonder how are the people

going to like react to this because they

know that it happens

well the thing is like in this mood

maybe they destroy the Jedi Temple so

when you when we see Han Solo and them

it's after like Jenna has been destroyed

which is like the shrine so it kind of

makes a lot more sense why it kinda pic

like how it would have been before

like what the force would have been like

if it was actually an everyday thing

mmm i love the the cameos from like old

people who are like have been dead for a

long time

Tarkin was a little weird and I enjoy a

way like have a pilot's from the first

line work and I was a little worried

when they introduced roboti alan tudyk

with his name because I was like oh my

gosh like he was a little more annoying

than see if you guys are gonna know did

they Jar Jar it but they didn't he just

wasn't in it enough and he was almost

like needed because that wasn't actually

really in it anywhere else in this

community timing yeah i integrate and of

course at the end birthday and Michelle

is so cool like when you didn't show up

and I'm gonna Willie I was a little

upset that he wasn't going to come back

and we're going to see him actually do

anything all my teammates this one guy

but that always use a laser shows it was
