What we're working on today is an idea that you can use for developing solos and fill

ins and the idea is that you can play two in the hand two in the feet, four in the hand

two in the feet, six in the hands to in the feet and you can just combine them in random

ways.

So if you're in a solos context you just think of the ah, quarter note pulse and just playing

against that.

But here it is applied as a one bar fill in in the context of time as thirty second notes.

The possibilities are almost endless be creative and try to find ways to apply the concept

to things you're doing.
