Greetings Wargamers & Players, Welcome to Miniature War, I'm Meinkopt and in this painting guide we'll see how to give color to Hoggar the Zombie Troll Shaman.

We start with the skin, in this mini I want that the same havea variety of tones, in some parts a piece of normal skin without corruption, then another parts with putrid skin and other with pale skin and without life. For this we only need to follow this simple steps.

We start with a mix of Ratskin Flesh and Mourfang Brown in a 60/40 proportion.

We cover all the miniature with it.

Now we apply to all the skin a wash with the glaze, Waywatcher Green.

With the Glaze dried, we apply Castellan Green to the mix of the layer base and give it a completly coat to the skin, but not cover it completly, in this was we leave some green and brown tones from the previous layers.

To lighten and get a more pale skin we add Pallid Wych Flesh to the mix.

And for last, we add some mild tones of light adding Ushabti Bone to the mix of paints that we created.

Now it's time to get to the zones that are open where the muscles and the interior flesh are exposed. We start covering it with Khorne Red as a layer base, then we apply a wash in this zones with the Biel-Tan Green shade and then we add light with Mephistone Red.

With the skin finished, we pass to paint the fabric that Hoggar have. We give two tones, one for the superior part and another for the inferior and the part of that's covering the back.

for the chestguard we use for the layer base Castellan Green mixed with Abaddon Black in a proportion of 80/20.

Then, for the light we use pure Castellan Green.

For the other zones of the fabric, we use for the base Kherni Brown. Then we apply a wash with Agrax Earthshade. When the wash it's dried, then we apply some soft strokes with Kherni Brown again.

The strips of fabric in some zones of the miniature, we shall paint them in black and give them some light with gray. In this case I use the set of black from Andrea colors.

For the straps and the cane of this shaman, we're using Mourfang Brown mixed with Rinox Hide for the layer base.

Then, we give it some soft light with pure Mourfang Brown.

For the bones in the minituare, like the cane, pendant and the dead critter over the back, we use for the layer base Calthan Brown or you can use Leather Brown from Army Painter.

To this color we're going to add little by little Ushabti Bone to stand out the bone tone, the more you add the more polish will look the bone.

I'm Projecting My Average Deal To Be About $5,000 - Duration: 6:22.

My name is Trish.

I'm from Lansing, Michigan.

I heard about Joe's program because I was looking online at some options for owning

my own business and becoming independent financially.

And I saw a lot of Joe's videos online and they were very good, well put together and

I really liked Joe because he seems very honest and genuine and having met him, he truly is

the real deal.

I started Joe's program about five months ago.

For my first deal, it took me approximately 3 months and I made $3,000.

From beginning to end my first deal took approximately I would say under 20 hours.

As I'm studying all of Joe's paperwork and reading through his books, the girls at work

are asking me, "What is that?

What are you doing?"

And I said, "Well, I'm taking this real estate investment course and I have a mentor," and

so we got talking about real estate and one of the coworkers said, "Well, I have a house.

I'm having a lot of trouble selling this house, and I need some help."

And so as I was talking with her, she was in an upside down mortgage, and she basically

needed time, which is what Joe's program gives them in the for rent method.

It gives them someone else paying their mortgage that's not them.

And it was a perfect situation for her.

It's exactly what she needed because she needed someone to help her pay down the principal

and took care of all her taxes and insurance and gave her about $150 positive cash flow,

which, of course my coworker loves that.

And so it worked really well for her.

I'm projecting my average deal to be about $5,000 per deal.

As a real estate investor I have two primary goals.

My first primary goal is to make money for myself and to become independently wealthy

as far as to the point where I have an automated system that will consistently bring in positive

cash flow for myself so that I can quit my job, get to the point where I can quit my

job and do real estate.

Because that really leads me to my second goal which actually is helping people.

The more I do this and the more I become passionate about it, I realize that it really does help

people.

It's a great service that people really need.

They really do need help selling their homes and actually making a profit from it and the

people who want to get into those homes that are wanting to rent to own, they really need

this.

They need this service and they need help repairing their credit.

They need the services that we are providing for them.

The impact that Joe's program has had on my life has been great.

It's really exactly the boost that we needed.

We have an entrepreneurial spirit and that has really sparked that and given us a very

direct avenue to be able to fulfill that entrepreneurial spirit and to realize that our goals and our

visions and our dreams of having a steady income, of being able to give back into peoples'

lives is within our reach.

It's tangible and it's something that we can accomplish very easily with Joe's program.

My plans with this sort of program, I would like to become a real estate investor and

an entrepreneur.

I will be quitting my day job as soon as it is economically feasible.

It's definitely within my goal to do that.

My advice for someone who is wanting to get into real estate who doesn't have, you know,

any realtor degree, or anything in that, it's actually very easy with Joe's program.

He really lays it out nicely.

He takes you from knowing absolutely nothing, teaches you, coaches you, mentors you, takes

you all along the process, gives you the correct contracts that you need and it's actually

made the whole process very streamlined.

I've gone from not knowing anything about real estate, real estate investing, to feeling

very knowledgeable and competent in doing so.

Actually, I have been looking for a business that I could own that would take me to the

wealth level that I want to go to, that had no cap.

I've been looking for something that, you know, you couldn't necessarily cap out and

with real estate, there is no cap.

You know, as hard as you want to work and as much as you want to put into it, there's

enough avenues that the cap -- there's no cap.

And that's what I was really looking for.

That type of business.

I've been dabbling in a few businesses, but I really love this.

I love the, all aspects of it.

I feel like for myself the most challenging part is getting sellers on board, allowing

them, allowing me to work with them.

The, getting the buyers and the tenant buyers in there is super-easy.

There's absolutely no problem with doing that.

I actually have way too many of them that want this sort of an option, which is what

drives me, what makes me more passionate about doing this because I really feel like it's

a service.

As soon as I can get more houses, I have absolutely no problem, I have no hesitation that I will

be able to get people in there for them.

It's not always easy to deal with people around you

sometimes that voice in your head tell you smack them, SMACK THEM. but then again

God made angels for something.

It's not easy like I said, but it can be just remain yourself when people bother you

think about yourself, don't give to much about them

a friendly smile will do the trick while in your head your thinking... geeesh

A dog is something great but a friend even greater

It takes a bit of practise to let go of a dog

which has rabies who will have no more time left

but you can't change that, unless your a dog physician, maybe you are,

but will you get something out of it, nothing exactly

In life it's all about money, if it won't pay you,

cuz it's a dog, you shouldn't care to much however the dog-owner might be gratefull

and have a couple bucks to spare, but does he truelly understand

the patience you put up for cleaning up the dogpoop

maybe he doesn't, maybe he does.

Dealing with people around you is about dealing with yourself... are you going to poop

all over the place cuz you couldn't handle the dogpoop all

over the place or are you going to find a place where you

flush those awefull nasty feeling and get

done with the fact you are living in a poopy place

or are you just going to go to another place because you are constipated and you don't even poop

that much at all... maybe a nice mental facility where they have hot nurses...

What are you going to do!

Anyway dealing with people around you ain't that

hard if there aren't any people around you at all and you are just living

in an imaginary dream Maybe that will grant you the harry-powder

technique to make of it whatever the fck you want and

actually give you a change to live outside a poopy place

Breaking dad is as easy as a prison break A good mason, is worthless without a trustworthy

architect and a architect isn't anything without godly insight form a grandmaster,

and a grand master isn't anything without himself

really... so dealing with people around you isn't hard at all if you master yourself and

make the best out of it.

but are you going to pull up on a shabby foundation

Or on some crazy guy who has a strong will and heart

who isn't that crazy if you truelly get to know him, yourself

Dealing with people around you is one thing but creating a long lasting bond with the

best in ourself even when we do not see it, is

what makes us strong without anything else making

that foundation shake.

So people step out of your comfort zone, get out of that poopy place, whipe your azz or put a cork in it and

really find out what you are capable of if you get to know yourself.

Nice things might come from it and time might not be over.
