Minecraft Llamas: How To Tame, Decorate, Breed, Feed, and EVERYTHING You Need To Know! - Duration: 3:52.

hey guys this is scruffy and today I'm gonna show you everything you need to

know about llamas in minecraft including how to tame them click the

link in the description below for more minecraft fun and make sure you hit

subscribe so you don't miss anything llamas come in four colors tan which

seems to be more common to me white gray and my favorite dark brown to tame

a llama you just keep trying to climb onto it and that's right click on PC Mac

or Windows 10 ZL for Wii U or switch L2 for PlayStation and LT for Xbox the

llama will keep throwing you off and you just have to keep climbing back on its

back until you see the hearts that mean it's tamed. Llamas spawn in extreme

hills and savanna biomes the only really negative thing about llamas is that you

can't control where they go while you're riding on them or put saddles on them

like you can with horses I'll show you the only way you can control where they

go in just a minute my absolute favorite part about llamas is that you can put

carpets on them as decoration open your inventory pick the carpet you want and

drag it into the slot next to your llama and then you will see that the carpet

looks completely different on your llama I love the purple and green carpets

because they make Enderman and creeper carpets once you put them on the llama

to get off the llama you're riding you just press shift for PC Mac or Windows

10 and right stick for Wii U switch playstation or xbox one of the best

things about llamas is that they can carry things for you in chests first you

get chests out of your inventory and then for PC Mac or Windows 10

you right click where the chest should go use ZL for Wii U or switch L2

for PlayStation and LT for Xbox then you can try putting things in a chest each

llama can carry a different amount depending on how strong it is it's from

3 to 15 items so now we're gonna talk about the only way to control where your

llamas go you can make a llama Caravan by attaching a lead and walking around

holding the lead you can make a caravan of up to 10 llamas per lead so if you

have two leads you could have 20 llamas total so if you're moving somewhere this

is a really good way to move all of your things you want my biggest tips for that

use is to put carpets to mark which llamas are carrying which items or you

can use name tags instead to make llamas breed you need to use hay bales and then

you get these adorable baby llamas llamas eat wheat and hay bales and you can make

baby llamas grow faster by feeding them llamas will spit at wolves but wolves

will attack the llama if its strength is not high enough llamas will also spit at

you anytime you attack them even the babies will spit at you if you do kill

an adult llama it will drop leather thanks for watching guys and let me know

what else you'd like to see in Minecraft I'd also love to have you subscribe

Mas Sajady | Exponential Intelligence® 104 Demystifying Religion: Jihad - Duration: 36:41.

For more information on my programs, please visit MasSajady.com

That's MasSajady.com

Hello, this is Mas Sajady. Welcome to my podcast, Exponential Intelligence®.

We are on Episode 104 Jihad, the holy war. This is part of a series of Demystifying Religion.

Very sensitive topic, especially this time in history, a lot of issues around religion going on.

And as a note, I'm not here to distort religion,

to dissuade you from any religious practices that you may be practicing.

I'm actually here to clarify religion for you.

So, what that means is that through time, through history, religion has been distorted.

What the originator really meant or thought is very different than what we read in books or

what we hear in church or the mosque or any religious or spiritual topic.

So, I'm here actually as a consultant to really help you understand, so that your religion, so that your faith

actually enhances you whether it's supposed to enhance you in this side, in this physical plane, or the hereafter.

Okay. So, what we're going to just jump right in, again, Jihad, the holy war.

And then after, like always, we're going to do a Medihealing®.

Medihealing is a great way where I get you into a deeper state of meditation,

past hypnosis, past neurolinguistic programming, NLP, or anything physical here.

And then, I work on you at your source code

to help you understand it, to help you actually live through the concepts.

So, let's just jump right in.

And, these are some of the comments that I've gotten over the years about what holy war means.

So, I'll just go ahead and read them to you, and then we'll tap into Exponential Intelligence,

and see what Exponential Intelligence says.

"Holy war, it sounds like the war of all wars.

"It sounds like that God's involved. And, who can possibly defeat God?

"But if God is not personally fighting, but having the humans fight for him,

"then whoever that God wants to fight against has no chance to win and live.

"Anyway, jihad, the holy war, sounds scary, ruthless. The fighter is fearless, and the victims, hopeless.

"Jihad is the ultimate religious justification for violence."

It sounds about accurate, the way that most people see it, right.

Here's another one. "It makes me perceive Islam with lots of fear.

"It's a loveless religion of intolerance and violence.

"If God wants to fight someone, that person must be guilty and deserves to die.

"So in some cases, the terrorists, because they are fighting for God, are actually the good people.

"Why does God want us to fight? What's so holy about the war?

"But if the war is fought in the name of God, why does the almighty God need the humans to fight his war?"

So, these questions and much, much more probably go through our minds, right.

So, let's go see with Exponential Intelligence has to say about jihad.

And, jihad, although it's a Muslim term for holy war,

if you look at history, and again I'm not going to get into the details of history, but just tapping into,

say the religions that are out there, the three major religions that are out there.

Christianity had The Crusades.

That was sort of a holy war, we consider it although we don't name it, call it jihad. They had that war.

The purpose of cleansing. The purpose of bringing in a new theme, a new religion.

Destroying the old religion, destroying people, killing off people.

Same thing that the Islam or the Muslims do in their quest to rectify God's message.

If you look at the missionaries the Christians brought in, Catholics brought in

where they're there to purify or help people ascend higher.

In reality they had a lot of, the Africans for example, the missionaries that were brought in to Africans,

soon after there was a lot of those Africans turned into slaves, and slavery was started around that time.

So again, another holy war to control people, right, or to bring them into a purer state, so they say.

Islam as well, time after time, you see the 9/11 bombings, whether it's true or not,

whether it's actually the Muslim or somebody else perpetrating that,

I'm not going to get into the details or what I believe in, maybe on another podcast.

ISIS, what happens in Afghanistan, where I was born.

Over time and time and time again, we're always using religion, we're always using the word of God

to kill humans.

So, one has to wonder, one has to ask, well if God created humans or these individuals,

why do we have to obliterate them? Why do we have to put sense into them, knock sense into them?

So, these are the kind of thoughts that we have to think about.

If you really understand what jihad is, it's not about killing other humans.

In fact, why would God create humans for other humans to kill? It's totally against God.

It's totally against what Exponential Intelligence teaches.

The reason for jihad or the true meaning of jihad in any religion,

or even spiritual practice, is really about the war of the internal self.

For man to kill man is not holy war, true holy war is to praise God,

is to cut away the enemies of truth within us.

This is the holy war we must fight.

So, this is the evil. This is what religious talks about the devil that infiltrates us, that distorts us,

that allows us to kill other humans in the act or in the name of God.

Ethnic cleansing, and then there's presidents or countries that go I am doing this in the name of God.

Again, we have to enter, if God created those humans, why does some other human have the right to kill

those that God created? What justifies that?

And in an efficiency standpoint, why would God create humans to be killed?

It doesn't seem right at all, especially if it's an almighty God.

Why would God need to have somebody else do his dirty work?

So, the holy war, the jihad in any religion, including Islam is really talking about that internal fight

to cleanse ourselves, to purify ourselves, to get rid of the demons that distort us, destroy us, not only us,

it destroys our family. It destroys our cities. It destroys our countries. It destroys the human race.

So one may ask, what are we killing off inside?

If we are not awakened, we're going to be distorted and we might kill off the wrong things or we might try to stop

the wrong things happening to us or the wrong mental thoughts.

So, let's really clarify what I mean by waging that internal war, that jihad inside us that takes us, or keeps us away

from the acts or that connection towards Pure Source or, in some religions, God.

So, this is a concept that I'm talking about, again, purifying ourselves to a state

that we understand Pure Source or God in its truest fashion. How do we do that?

In scientific terms or in EI, Exponential Intelligence terms,

getting away from the religious notions and the spiritual notions, what does that mean?

And then, what we're going to do is we're going to take steps, a few steps that we can take almost immediately

to help us win that internal jihad.

So, Exponential Intelligence definition of what the religious books talk about

when they say jihad or killing off the demons inside.

So, what we're trying to do, over time, we get distorted, over lifetimes or family lineage,

the way we see the world. Well, we have a ton of filters that we see the world through.

Those filters are distorting us. Those filters distort the perception that we see towards other humans,

towards ourselves, towards our family, towards how we see God.

So, in EI's perspective, what it's about is that you have your spirit.

Your spirit is creating the hologram of your body.

And, I'm not going to get into all the details that's been covered in previous podcasts from Podcast 50 on up

that should give you a strong basis. So, let's jump back into this example.

Say there's a movie projector. Your spirit is creating the hologram that we see and that's our body.

So, we have two different distinctions now – spirit, and then physical form.

And most of us identify as two different beings ourselves,

and then we're always trying to reach for our spirit.

And, through awakening our spirit, we try to reach for God or a Pure Source.

The concept of Exponential Intelligence is really to merge the two together, merge spirit and body into one.

Now, no other religion or no other spirituality that I've heard about, seen, studied, does that.

It's always about your physical form identifying who you are in physical form,

and then reaching outside of yourself for something grander, whether it's your higher self,

or whether it's God, or in this case, Pure Source.

In true reality, and that's why there's the distortions, and that's why none of the religions

that you see or you hear have made the mark.

None of the individuals of these religions can really stand out and say we're the best.

Why is that? Because, well, they're off their mark. How do we get back on the mark?

Again, you can use your current religion that you are with a different understanding, so it actually helps you.

So, let's redefine what this means through the process of your current religion.

So, you're not trying to ascend, or reach out and leave your physical form behind.

That's a misconception in the religion, and that's a misconception in this jihad or this war.

We're always trying to say absolve something, to clarify something, to protect ourselves

from an outside perspective, from an outside perpetrator. It's not about that at all.

If you looked at through the thousands of years, we've always been in war.

Religion is the number one cause of death of humans.

So, obviously, it's not working.

But time and time, year after year after year, we send trillions of dollars, and also

a lot of lives trying to save our religion or our faith.

Coming back to the example, what EI proclaims and it works, I've helped tens of thousands of people with this,

is that you have your spirit body around you, usually it's arms-length around you, above you, below you.

Your physical form is that hologram that's created, and that's what we see.

The point is or the key is to merge the two together, to merge physical form and spirit form,

so you act as one.

That's what jihad is about or the holy war that the Muslims talk about, Christians talk about,

the Jews talk about, the Buddhists talk about.

All in different forms, but again, a deeper or higher clarification of what that truly means.

Again, it's not reaching outside of yourselves, all those religions

say that you have to reach out outside of yourselves. Although you look inside,

again, you look inside to clarify to reach something outside of you. It's not that all.

Once you start to understand or remove all the filters or the darkness or whatever you want to call it, sins,

whatever you want to call it, that layer between spiritual body or your spiritual essence,

the connection between your physical form that layer starts to merge together.

Let's go a little deeper while we're at it,

and then we'll get into some exercises where you can practice daily through

whatever religion you are practicing to help you understand this,

or actually live through it, and that is your soul.

A lot of people use your soul or your spirit interchangeably.

What does EI define or how does EI define your soul? So, there is that third component.

You have your physical form. You have your soul. And then, you have your spirit. That soul is a communication

just like Google Translate. It communicates or relays messages between your spirit and your human form.

So, your spirit does not have the five senses or how we view our life. So, how does it understand feelings,

the emotions, the sensory perceptions that we perceive?

It has to get translated into something the spirit understands.

Same way in physical form, we are a sensory beings,

how do we understand the concepts of what a timeless being,

again, part of ourselves is trying to relay to us, so we have a better, more abundant life here.

That's that soul. That's that translation kit.

So, what we're doing as we say release the demons inside, as some religions call it,

is actually making that soul thinner and thinner. So in time, there's no need for the soul.

It's just you, your spirit, and furthermore, what happens is that when that soul completely disintegrates

because you're at a purer level, the two converge together.

So, your spirit and your physical form unite and it becomes one, and you become one.

And, this is what jihad, holy war, is all about is becoming that oneness. You are just a state of being at that level.

There's nothing else needed. You are complete.

The beauty of this is that you don't need to fight anything outside of yourselves to be complete,

feel complete. Now, imagine if our leaders, or terrorists, or whoever claims a holy war outside of you,

if they were complete, would they ever even think of killing or oppressing individuals? No, they wouldn't.

There's no need for that. If you are at completeness like you are, especially if you're at the higher levels.

And by higher levels, I mean political leaders, kings, presidents, so on, like that. They were complete.

And, they resonated as oneness or a state of being or a being that was just say one.

What would that do to the country? What would that do to your company if you were a company owner?

What would that do to your family if one of the parents or both parents resonated as an individual

or a presence that just was?

Some of the things that we can do right here, right now, although I can help you do it faster.

Let's just get into some of the physical things no matter what religion you practice.

So for example, the Muslim religion, they pray five times a day. The Christian faith, they go to church Sundays.

The Jewish have tons of holidays. You go through a lot of traditions.

You go through a lot of customs in those religions.

And, some of the other religions, the Buddhist religion or your spiritual movement,

a lot of you who are listening that have moved away from religion because it didn't work for you.

So you're using something else – spirituality or even atheism.

Again, a different form of religion, I look at atheism.

So, whatever practice that you're doing, notice why you're doing that practice,

is it just a custom that you've learned from your parents, or does it really work?

Where does that custom come from? A lot of the religious customs actually come from pagan ancestry.

So, be aware of that. If you are doing a custom and it brings you distortion

and it wreaks havoc upon you and your family, and just look at your family.

If your family's distorted, obviously, the customs, traditions that you practice are part of that havoc.

You can still practice that custom. You can still practice that faith.

You can still read holy scriptures or the book that you like.

However, start to understand it, start to peel away, and start to read in between the lines

of what they really meant. Start to move away, start to ask questions. Do not just have blind faith.

Just because the preacher or the Mallaah told you this is what it is, don't trust that,

especially if it doesn't feel right. You've always had questions. This is the time to stand up.

I'm not saying go ahead and go and fight, or say that they're full of crap.

But again, wage that holy war internally, cleanse yourself of the distortions

that humanity has brought about within your religion.

The best way to do that when you're praying, when you're going to church, be totally completely aware

not of what's being said, the important thing is to be aware of your body as you're sitting into church,

as you're sitting in the church.

Notice what your body is doing. Notice the thoughts that's going through your mind.

Are you just wasting time being there present, your mind wandering?

Again, notice your body, the position of your body, as you're listening to the sermon.

If you're praying, again, most of us, like for example, never pray like the way Mohammed did.

He got into those deeper realms. In fact, one of the stories was he got shot by an arrow,

there was no anesthesia, and he said, well, I'll pray, and then you can pull the arrow out.

That's how deep he got into those realms where he was void of his body to the higher planes.

And, that's where he came back with the knowledge. Most of us, again, most Muslims do not practice that.

They're out there thinking something else while they go through the motions of praying.

And, they've memorized the prayer so well that it's just rote.

So again, being completely aware of what the words that you're saying,

the position of your body, the actions of your body as you go through it.

Another thing, another step that we can do to bring us back into our space

is outside of whatever that you practice, no matter if it's work, no matter if it's pleasure,

always again, be aware of your body,

study your body, study how you think, study the idle chatter that goes through your mind.

Take notes on how many times you think about a certain thing.

Take notes on how many times you think about or the process of thinking about why you think about,

say that topic over, and over, and over again, the feelings that it elicits just like a scientist following you.

You would be amazed at how clear your mind becomes, and you'd see the patterns that run in you.

All these things that I'm talking about is really about clarifying patterns,

understanding the patterns that you resonate, once you get into those understandings,

you get to see where those patterns originated from.

A lot of the times, it's not even your patterns. It's parental, what you see on TV,

what you've heard in the mosque or churches. They've just absorbed into you.

So, start taking control of your own life.

And before we end, before we do the Medihealing, again, is helping you to wage that internal jihad,

so you can be a strong warrior towards that connection to Pure Source.

One clarification about Islam, about Mohammed, actually, in Islam, true Islam or his definition,

the originator of the religion, was that you're not supposed to fight.

The only one reason where you can fight somebody else

or draw your sword upon them is if they drew a sword first.

If they attacked you first, that is the only reason.

So again, if you're Muslim and you're using Islam as a tool for war,

go back to your literature, go back to your scriptures, go back to the Quran and read it again.

So, let's jump into the Medihealing.

Whether you're sitting or standing or lying down, for the new individuals, again, just to break you free,

I prefer you to be standing up. So, away from anything that you've practiced before.

If you can physically stand up, go ahead and do so, even seasoned individuals.

Let's go ahead and take a nice strong deep breath in.

The way we do that is taking that disciplined breath in, nice strong four count in,

inhaling through the nose, holding it as you become aware of the expansion of the chest,

the shoulders as we release, exhaling through the mouth nice and slow, letting go,

letting go of the tension in the shoulders. Your shoulders relax, drop down.

Strong breath in again, wondering how many people are listening to this podcast,

hundreds of thousands, a lot of momentum. There's strength in numbers. We can use that to our advantage.

We can use it to break down those blocks that keep us from seeing who we truly are.

We can use it to pull away from those shackles that bind us.

As I generate those frequencies that help you shift, to help you transform much easier, much faster,

all you have to do is take another breath in, again, same process, inhaling through the nose.

Holding it for a second, and then releasing, and asking ourselves

how do I connect to Pure Source even stronger?

Again, that question, how do I connect to Pure Source even stronger?

Nothing religious, it's nothing spiritual, and nothing to dissuade you from your religion.

It's actually there to enhance the practice, the faith that you have.

As you note your body, and it didn't take long to get you into those deeper states

beyond hypnosis, meditation, just focus in on that sternum, the bone that connects the ribs in front.

It's all you have to do.

Whatever religion you are, whatever non-religion you are, look at the society that you live in.

What is the belief system on jihad?

Look at the history of humanity.

It's something that we need to propagate forward.

Has it ever been a useful tool?

As I continue to work on you, again, a strong breath in.

This time going deeper into the chest, sternum, noticing the chest, the ribs, going into the lungs, the heart,

and right through, right into the back,

noticing the ribs from your back, noticing your spine, helping you open up the true understanding

of what jihad means, no matter what religion you're in.

Helping you get a clear direction on what you're aiming for. Many religions, there's no clear direction.

So many variables, we don't know where we are, mostly confused.

Start removing the clutter, so we can clearly see that direction connecting to a higher self

which allows us to connect to Pure Source, or whatever your definition might be.

And just noting your breath,

becoming strong, confident, fighting for the right to be your highest possible self, to be that oneness,

all religions, all spirituality, all individuals, at your core level, want, again,

being that oneness, that completeness.

Again noting your breath as we take another strong breath in, inhaling through the nose,

holding it for a second or two, and then exhaling through the mouth, confident, clear focus.

Okay I'll go ahead and leave you in this space for as long as you wish.

As long as you stay in this space, and be connected to that mastermind group that was created,

I recommend staying here as long as you can.

Thanks for being on the podcast. Notice what you notice.

And then, start noticing the details of what you notice. Take care, and I'll see you soon.

Dare To Speak - There was a man from Earth - Duration: 2:05.

John Oldman, the main character was packing his belongings when his colleagues showed

up to give him an unexpected farewell party.

They are all scholars and teachers at the university where John had been working for

ten years before he resigned.

Harry, Edith, Dan and Sandy were talking in John's living room about a Van Gogh painting

when Art the archaeologist and his student Linda arrived.

None of them had seen that painting before.

They all wanted to know the reason for John's departure, so he posed the question: "What

if a man from the Upper Paleolithic had survived until the present day?"

As the story progresses John slowly reveals that he is the "caveman" under discussion:

he had a chance to sail with Columbus in the 15th century and he was once Jacques Borne,

a friend of Van Gogh's and he was always moving on, because otherwise people would

have noticed his lack of aging.

His friends thought that John went crazy and they called another friend, dr.

Gruber, an elderly psychologist.

Meanwhile Sandy confessed to John that she had been in love with him for years, but John

told her they could never be together because of his immortality.

After this, John resumed the story by stating that he was once a Sumerian for 2000 years,

then he turned into a Babylonian under Hammurabi and finally he became a disciple of Buddha.

Emotions in the room ran high when John revealed how he survived the crucifixion when he was

Jesus by "blocking the pain", a technique he learned in India.

Later, he explained the origin of the Resurrection, Moses, and other events and people in the

Bible.

So was his story true and he's indeed 14000 years old or did he just make it up?

Improve_Your_English (ep#12): Join Us - Duration: 4:36.

You are probably watching this video because you want to learn English, but do you belong

to a community of English learners?

Would you like to join one?

Because if your answer is "yes", you are in the right place.

"But hold on a second.

Why would I join a community of language learners?"

Well that's what this video is all about.

In today's video we are going to take a look at the importance of being part of a community

and as the title suggests you will be invited to join our own community of English learners.

Coming up.

[Intro]

So, let's start this video by trying to understand what I mean by the word community.

The meaning that I am referring to here is: a group of people who share the same interests

and are trying to achieve the same goal.

A great example of a community is what we are trying to build here on this Facebook

Page along with the YouTube channel.

Most of you who are watching this video are interested in English and we all have a common

goal: namely learning and mastering this language and as a result, we form a community of English

learners.

We have the same Interest and we are trying to achieve the same goal.

Now, to go back to my question, what are the benefits of joining a community of English

learners?

What will you get as an English learner?

Well, being part of a community allows you to inspire or be inspired.

But what does that mean?

Well, it means that you will either be a role model or you will find role models to follow.

A role model here meaning someone who is successful and that you would like to copy.

In our case for instance, seeing someone who started out exactly like you speaking English

fluently shows you that it is possible and that you can do it, too.

It shows you that learning a foreign language is quite possible.

It's kind of like a source of motivation for you.

Number two, being part of a community allows you to learn from the mistakes of others.

Rather than having to learn from your own mistakes every single time, which is basically

impossible because it will take a long time if you have to make every possible mistake

and then correct yourself, instead you can reach out to your community and ask if anyone

has had this problem that you are facing before.

And what are the solutions that they've found.

And ask what are some common mistakes that you should avoid.

Community members tend to have a lot of shared lessons and by joining them you get to learn

from these lessons.

And they tend to help each other all the time.

Number three, joining a community of English learners allows you to have lots fun and learn

at the same time.

I mean check this out, you are an independent learner.

You are here because you want to learn English.

Not because someone is forcing to do so.

Well guess what?

Most of those who are watching this video are exactly like you, they are also independent

learners.

We are here because we love this language and we have fun learning it.

So as you can see being part of a community will be of great help for you if you want

to improve your English.

And it's for these reasons that trying to turn my Facebook page along with my YouTube

channel into one of the best communities out there for English learners.

But I can't do that alone.

I need your help.

I need YOU to be an active member with us.

"Great, so how can I join this community now?"

Well you simply join us on Facebook, subscribe to the YouTube channel, and try to be active

with us.

Leave some comments, and share with us your ideas you can even write a post every now

and then.

7 Things You Should Know About Sex Therapy

Key Takeaways A sex therapist can help you work through emotional issues that may be contributing to sexual problems such as erectile dysfunction.  While nothing sexual in nature will happen at the office, the therapist may offer some ideas for things you can try at home.

Sex therapists often hold degrees in marriage and family therapy, social work, theology, psychology, or medicine. If you're experiencing a sexual problem, the last thing you probably want to do is talk about it.

But sex therapy is designed to help you do just that so you can get to the bottom of your sexual issues and reverse them.

Whether you work with a psychiatrist, psychologist, or marriage or sex counselor, sex therapy can help with a variety of issues including erectile dysfunction, low libido, and other sexual problems.

And it can help you and your partner work through these issues in a supportive and educational environment.

So what does sex therapy really entail? And who qualifies as a sex therapist? Read on to discover the truth about this type of therapy.

Sex Therapy Is Like Other Forms of Counseling Contrary to what some believe, there's nothing strange, deviant, or kinky going on behind the walls of a sex therapist's office.

Indeed, sex therapy is not very different from other forms of psychological counseling. "Sex therapy is conducted by a person trained in psychological methods of treatment and rehabilitation for sex and relationship problems," says Yvonne K.

Fulbright, PhD, a sex educator and professor of human sexuality at American University in Washington, D.C. "Your therapist may collect a detailed sex history and formulate goals and interventions for solving your issues." 2.

You'll Explore the Psychological Side of Sex Your therapist will help you work through emotional issues that may be contributing to sexual issues such as erectile dysfunction, says urologist Drogo Montague, MD, professor of surgery at the Cleveland Clinic Lerner College of Medicine in Ohio.

"Sex therapy typically begins with learning about performance anxiety and then moves on to teaching a couple how to establish open lines of communication to discuss sexual wants and needs," he explains.

"The couple may also explore issues causing relationship stress." 3. There Might Be Homework While nothing sexual in nature will happen at the office, the therapist may offer some ideas for things you can try at home.

"The therapist may suggest you try something called sensate focus exercises, which are designed to help you attune more to your partner," says Dr. Montague.

The exercises are typically done in stages, starting with touching or stroking anywhere on the body, except the breasts and genital areas. The goal is to experience the sensation of touching rather than trying to reach orgasm.

Eventually, the exercises can lead to intercourse. It May Help to Bring Your Partner If youre dealing with issues as a couple, its a good idea to bring along your partner, says Fulbright.

But if youre looking to work on personal issues, you may want to meet with your therapist one-on-one before bringing along your mate.

You Keep Your Clothes On One thing is certain: Under no circumstances should you have to take your clothes off in a sex therapist's office.

Fulbright says that this should never, ever occur, and if you are asked to do so, leave immediately.

You Should Be Picky When Choosing a Therapist Check credentials, ask for references, and make sure you find a therapist who is qualified to help you.

Fulbright says it's important to look for a focus in human sexuality or the words "sex therapist" in the professional's title. Professionals often hold degrees in marriage and family therapy, social work, theology, psychology, or medicine.

Sex Therapy Isn't for Everyone It's important to remember that sex therapy is similar to psychological counseling — that means, it won't fix any physical limitations that are leading to sexual dysfunction.

What it can help with is problems that are primarily mental or emotional in nature, says Montague.
