4 REASONS WHY ISDS IS BAD FOR YOU! #CANADA - Duration: 8:03.

Oh my god... the Investor State Dispute Settlement.

Wow, what a fancy name, that seems cool!

Cool?

No, no, no, no!

It's actually the Holy Grail of big corporations when it comes to free trade agreements.

This dispute settlement that we will call ISDS is everywhere,

in bilateral trade agreements, in international trade agreements, everywhere!

In NAFTA, CETA, Trans-Pacific Partnership.

ISDS is a system through which investors can sue countries for "alleged discriminatory practices."

However, what they call "alleged discriminatory practices" were, in many cases, very beneficial for you

because they were financial, environmental and labour regulations for your interests.

Psh, what?

Because of NAFTA, now Canada is one of the most sued countries in the world.

Canada has been sued more times than the United States or even Mexico.

But let's be reasonable and honest, usually countries win more cases than they actually lose.

But it does not impede us from revealing four reasons why ISDS is freaking bad for you.

REASON #1: The ISDS is a tool used by corporations to make governments pay when they regulate.

Across the world, you can see many corporations that are trying to make governments pay

because of perfectly legitimate policies that were actually supposed to protect your interests.

It could have been for your health, for the environment that you live in or other public interests.

What, what, what, why the f*ck are these companies doing that?

Oh please, regulate your behaviour young man.

They are doing this, why?

Because they actually claim that these regulations and policies have an indirect

consequence of undermining their corporate profits.

Okay, but you need to give me examples.

A Canadian company called Lone Pine is suing Canada via a US-subsidiary for CAN $250 million.

Why?

Because actually Quebec imposed a moratorium on shale gas extraction over environmental concerns.

Okay, now another example?

Wait seriously, again?

Of course!

Ethyl, a U.S. chemical corporation, actually challenged successfully a Canadian ban on its imports of

gasoline that were containing MMT, which is actually a chemical that is a suspected neurotoxin.

So, the Canadian government decided to repeal the ban and they actually paid the company

CAN $16 million for its lost revenue.

So basically, in these cases, the government had to pay millions of dollars to companies, just because why?

They were protecting citizens' interests.

It's actually pretty worrisome as a situation.

REASON #2: The ISDS kills Canadian democracy and sovereignty.

It's important to understand that laws that were supposed to protect your health and

the environment that you live in were completely abandoned, why?

Because of the threat of corporate claims for multi-million dollar damages.

Rather than a shield to defend companies against the unfair behaviour of the state, basically ISDS

is used as a powerful corporate weapon to kill, delay and weaken regulation.

Many law firms that are specialized in this kind of shady activity encourage their corporate clients

to use this weapon, ISDS, in order to scare off governments into submission.

Basically, the ISDS effectively gives corporations the power to strike down the laws of sovereign nations.

In other words, corporations are the masters!

Yes, they can regulate democratic states in their own way, and not the other way around.

This is a frontal assault on the ideas of democracy and sovereignty.

REASON #3: The investor-state arbitration system is fundamentally flawed.

The ISDS creates a parallel business-friendly judicial system just for the transnational corporations.

This is what we call the investor-state arbitration system.

Psh, that seems like a conspiracy, what you are talking about!

No, no, no, no, it's not!

These investor-state lawsuits are decided by private commercial arbitrators who are actually being paid for

each case up to CAN $1.2 million, and they have a clear tendency to interpret the law in favour of investors.

Oh my god, that's a lot of shady business!

Yes, exactly!

And firstly, investor-state arbitrators are actually violating one principle of law,

which is the equality before the law.

It privileges foreign investors over local entrepreneurs, citizens, communities who do not have

the same access to these business-friendly systems.

It is a very, very serious situation.

Secondly, it's a very one-sided process.

Yes, because only companies can sue governments.

Abusive corporations cannot be sued, for example, when they violate human rights, which already happened.

Arbitrators tend to defend the rights of private investors above those of the public interest.

REASON #4: The risks of being sued by big businesses are ever growing for governments.

There has been an incredible increase in the risks associated with states being sued by

corporations on the basis of corporate rights that you can see in free trade agreements.

Okay, why?

Because firstly, the ISDS has been very democratized.

It is a very well known system in the business community.

Secondly, investment arbitration has become the money-making machine.

Today, there are a number of law firms and arbitrators whose business models

depend on corporations suing the government, and they even monopolize the elite,

such as King & Spalding or even White & Case, which are two law firms from the United States.

So basically, these companies and law firms are making hundreds of millions of dollars at the expense of

your health, your public interests and the environment that you live in.

And of course, there are plenty of other reasons.

But as a result, the number of investor claims against states has exploded,

from a dozen in the mid-1990s to more than 568 known cases by the end of 2013.

What we are talking about, it's not something that we should deny.

It's not a coincidence when you see Forbes, which is an economically conservative media,

suggests reasons why the ISDS is very bad.

It's not a coincidence when you see Joseph Stiglitz, an American economist, saying that the Trans-Pacific

Partnership between Canada and eleven other countries may be the worst trade agreement ever.

It is not a coincidence when you see millions of people, today in the streets,

all over the world, resisting this corporate free trade agreement.

We absolutely need to reform all bilateral and international trade agreements all over the world

because I think that we all value this principle: people over profit.

reply to him? Probably not what he wanted to hear.

He probably wanted to hear "Oh Elijah I'm so sorry, we're gonna take care of

everything, everything's gonna get better". He says "I have left or kept for myself

seven thousand men who have not bowed their knee to Baal". And here Elijah is

saying "I'm all alone" and God says "no, there's 7,000 people". 7,000 people that

maybe they're not hanging out with you, maybe they're not going to your

church so to speak, or maybe they're not a part of your friends, and maybe

someone is trying to kill you. But guess what? I'm still actively at work and

there are still people who are faithful to me.

Hello, this is Mas Sajady. Welcome to my podcast, Exponential Intelligence®.

This is Episode 111, and the title is Numerology.

As always, we'll just jump right in.

We are going to be be talking about meaning of 111 plus other, say, facts about numerology,

and then we're going to be doing a Medihealing® based on the meanings of 111.

As a note, a lot of good events coming up.

Who knows? I might be just in your area. So again, let's just jump right in.

The number 1 is known in numerology circles for its assertiveness, independence and uniqueness.

The number also resonates with motivation, new beginnings and striving forward.

Number 11 is one of the most powerful karmic master numbers.

This number is associated with awakening and enlightenment.

It is a number that helps us connect with our higher selves

and learn to understand both our sole mission and life purpose.

Put the two numbers together, and then the numbers become even more powerful.

The number 111 is known to tell you to be very aware of your thoughts and ideas.

You should monitor your thoughts carefully and only think about

what you want, not what you don't want.

So help these positive thoughts more quickly manifest into reality.

Number 111 is a sign that the gate to opportunities open. So in numerology, that's the definitions of 111.

"What does Pure Source think of a 111 and then other, say, numbers or the meanings of numbers?"

So Exponential Intelligence, again, the content derived from Pure Source.

You know, just like astrology, numerology very similar, and what it's about is its history.

It leaves footprints.

So it doesn't create anything, but again, it's a written or historical blueprint on what's happened.

It's very important to know, and as we go through these questions,

it'll explain further what I mean by that.

So when we say, and these are the questions, and again, I've never happened to read these,

so when I do read them I connect to Pure Source or that universal database and then I get the answers.

When higher realms try to communicate with us using numbers, is it always to help us?

Again, a lot of times this question pre-dispositioned on higher realms.

When we talk about higher realms, let's just talk that in the higher realms there

are, say, dark realms that can communicate with you and then pure

realms that can communicate with you.

The tools are not important.

So that means if the higher realms are communicating to you using numbers, again, it doesn't matter.

The higher realms can communicate through you using crystals, using dolls, using voodoo

dolls, using whatever it might be out there in the physical realm for you.

Whatever best fits you.

The important thing to note on that question is that those realms might not be pure for

you, so that's what you really have to be aware of.

It's not, again, the physical-ness of how they communicate with you,

but their intentions or who they are.

"Is numerology accurate and from Pure Source?"

Of course, everything is from Pure Source but is it best used for you?

How is it best used for you?

And that's the key question for you.

You can use numerology, just like anything else, for your benefit.

However, you can use it for the opposite as well, for your detriment.

Just because it is a numeric value, again, anything and everything is created through

numeric values or has a mathematical principle behind it.

It's got physical structure.

It's just not about, again, love, peace, that good feeling.

Again, there's this just proves to you that everything

that's been created has a sequence of numbers.

Again, in this realm, the Fibonacci Sequence, and we might get into it as I purse through

the questions here in these few minutes.

"Do sacred numbers come from our spirit guides?" Not necessarily.

If you don't have spirit guides.

Again, your spirit guides may not be, say, the most accurate or the most beneficial for you.

Your spirit guides are just like your emotions. If they're mis-calibrated, it'll get you into a dead end.

Again, look at, say, when you've listened to your spirit guides,

where has it gotten you in the past?

If it hasn't gotten you where you want to go, then your spirit guides are limiting you.

So even beyond, say, the concept of spirit guides communicating through numbers, again,

your spirit guides can communicate through anything.

If you are a number type person, then yes, they'll communicate with you through numbers.

"So do sacred numbers come from our spirit guides?" Not necessarily.

"Or our higher selves?" Not necessarily.

"Or Pure Source?"

Again, everything is created from Pure Source, so I suppose that would work out.

"How can we tell the difference? Does it really matter?"

The difference is that the important thing is does it benefit you?

And note, if I say that the numeric meanings were communicating through a higher source

communicating to you through numerology or numbers, again, the important thing is is it beneficial for you?

And if you are of a higher value or a spirit who is a successful spirit or an awakened

spirit, again, whether it comes from dark source or a brilliant source, they will use

it to their advantage to help them ascend higher to become even more brilliant.

Moving on. "How can we recognize true divine communication?

"How do we communicate back? Should we?"

So not exactly sure how this question relates to numerology unless that individual's going:

"Is numerology through divine communication?"

Again, anything can be divine communication if used properly.

So "How can we recognize true divine communication?" When it's true for you.

When it resonates a cord and deep inside you, you know that single truth.

And we all know what that feels like.

So more important than say "Is it coming through numerology or any other source?"

Does it ring really true for you?

Is there a cord that it resonates with you that's so powerful

that you stand motionless or almost you become vacuumed into a timeless space?

That's how you can tell.

And then "How do we communicate back?" There is no need to communicate back.

It's an all encompassing knowing.

Again, there is no need to communicate or should you.

That communication is actually there for you, not for Pure Source.

Just to go a little deeper, just kind of just scanning the group, again, outside of numerology.

Many people go, "Well, you know, I'm going to donate money. I'm going to go to church.

I'm going to pray five times a day because God wants me to, because

then I'll look good in God's eyes." God doesn't really care.

God loves you at your highest level, at your purest level,

way beyond you can ever, ever, ever understand.

Those things that man has created for you to see or understand God,

or again, be judged by God, is man made.

Again, it's not God's purpose to do that to you.

However, using prayer and numerology or anything else allows you to understand, say, God's

work, Pure Source's work, at a higher level, but unfortunately most of us don't do that

because we're always discipline-driven, and not even discipline, fear-driven.

So we go to church, so we pray, so we do whatever because we don't want God to get mad at

us because well we want to go to heaven, not to hell.

So we're doing it for the wrong purpose anyway, so it doesn't really even matter

what you do because you're not doing it for the right purpose.

So think about it that way.

And I know that's a lot to swallow but, again, think of the reason why you're doing what you do.

It'll help you far more than anything else.

"How can we best utilize sacred numbers to unlock our own patterns and behaviors?"

Again, there's a whole science of numerology, and just like astrology, it is, say, footprints in the snow.

It tells you where you've been, just like your emotions. If you follow your emotions, right?

If you start to analyze your emotions rather than get drowned in the emotions

or get stuck in your emotions, again, just like numerology.

If you're into numbers, just like scientists. You know they can study the numbers.

They can put numbers to, say, statistics or anything, music,you know

the way things move, geometric shapes, all those and then study the patterns.

The key is if you can use numerology to study patterns, then that's fantastic.

You necessarily don't have to use numbers to study patterns.

However, if that's your choice that's fine. You can use music.

Again, you can use your emotions.

The important thing is to start to notice the patterns that's

running for you, no matter what tool you use.

So using numbers to understand those patterns, that'd be fantastic. It's a fantastic avenue.

"The study of fractals rev eals life, creates in fractals and is proportional?" Yes. It is.

"Each human body part is directly mathematically important, proportional to our height."

You know, any coincidence can be put together. Any proportion can be put together.

Again, any coincidences can be put together.

If there's a loud noise that happens and then you become enlightened at the same time,

you would think that loud noise, and again, I'm just throwing random coincidences together

in a same space and time moment.

And then we connect the two and then low and behold, every time we hear a loud noise, we

think that we're going to be, say, spiritually advanced.

And sometimes people believe in it so strongly that,

well, when they hear a loud noise they'll become spiritually advanced. Kind of like Pavlov's dog.

Again, you can put any two situations together as a coincidence, make it say proportional

or believe in it, and it might sound silly, but the important thing is like look at history.

They've put a lot of coincidences together and because of X, Y happened.

Not necessarily true. Not true at all.

Again, the real reason starts coming out later on, hundreds of years or thousands of years later on

on why things happened the way they did. Again, science.

There's science behind things, not just coincidences.

Talking about the science, and it might not be the science that we understand today.

Just like a few hundred years ago, the science that they had back then, not at its highest level.

The great inventors, the great scientists, the scientists that pushed the envelope,

the were deemed crazy because they went against the science paradigm of the day.

So again, true pure science, and by the way I pushed that envelope and some people think,

"Well prove it or there's no science behind it."

Of course there's no science behind it because there's no instrument that had yet been

created to measure say the frequencies that I've created or that other people have generated.

Doesn't mean that it doesn't hold true, doesn't hold water.

Kind of getting off of the subject.

However, seems like it's needed in this discussion.

Moving on, "How do spirits or Pure Source utilize sacred numbers to create life or bring objects

"into the physical world?" It doesn't.

It is an afterthought.

Spirit, Pure Source, whichever one you want, creates in the same form.

Again, spirit is a fractal of Pure Source, but obviously not complete Pure Source.

It's kind of like, again, a fractal, just like the ocean.

If you take one drop out of it, it has all the properties of the ocean, but it's not of the ocean.

So again, same thing here.

You have spirit, which is a fractal Pure Source, but obviously not Pure Source itself.

So now that that's understood, getting back to the question, "How does spirit or Pure Source

"utilize sacred numbers to create life or bring objects into the physical world."

Again, it doesn't. It is the history.

Because Pure Source creates in a certain manner, we start to see patterns

and then we can start to explain them mathematically. We're doing it.

We're thinking of it, the reverse.

We're seeing, hey, there is a mathematical pattern.

So from this mathematical pattern, we can create?

No, you can understand how it gets created,

but you can't create from mathematical numbers. It has to be the other way.

The way you can test it though is starting to create

and then see what mathematical generates from your creation.

If you think of it that way, then it'll tell you if you're on the right track or not.

This was an interesting question. "Nikola Tesla," again, again, a beautiful alien.

"'If you only knew the magnificence of 3, 6 and 9,' what does Pure Source want us to know

"about the significance of sacred numbers and the frequencies of numbers?

"What are sacred numbers and why are they sacred?" So again, a couple questions. So we'll break it down.

What Nikola Tesla was talking about, and again, I haven't done research or anything like

that, but from just picking up on who he is, beautiful alien by the way.

Well he's not really alien, kind of channeled by aliens.

Again, that's why physically, not very fit.

And well just talking about him, there's a frequency, alien-type frequency,

highly intelligent so to speak. Comes down into a human form.

They resonate at different frequencies, and as those frequencies, again, become distorting

for the human form, although high level ideas, inventions can be brought down or tuned into

just like how Nikola Tesla worked, seems as though from his quote, it means it's from

what I'm sensing 3, 6, 9 seems like – well if you want to call it sacred numbers,

but again numbers found in nature or the Fibonacci Sequence which is found in pretty much anything

that nature creates or how nature creates through the Fibonacci Sequence.

So if you need more information, again, look up Fibonacci Sequence or Fibonacci numbers.

I believe 3, 6, 9 is part of that Fibonacci Sequence or what you would call sacred numbers,

so to speak, again, numbers found in how nature creates or manifests whatever is created by nature.

So it's the building blocks on how nature creates.

What he was thinking on this, it seems like he might have made a machine. Or...

So it seems like he might have made a machine or just theory that if you could resonate

with the same frequency of any material, well you could turn into that – not turn into

that material but then shape that material or that material would destruct.

So for example, if you resonated at the same frequency as say metal, and some people can

actually do this, some monks from what I've heard. I don't know if it's true or not.

Not metal but some monks, they start to resonate.

Their bodies start to resonate at the same frequency as, say, a rock and they can just

push their hand into the rock and pull it back out and they don't have that indentation.

Whether that's true or not, okay, or fables, in theory yes, if you can actually, say, resonate

the same frequency as a rock, metal, wood or any other material out there, again, you

can blend in or be part of that or then also mold it or materialize it into

perhaps something else or shape it into something else or destruct it. It's a very powerful frequency.

Again, to blend in or create the same frequency again,

you could say break things apart, resonating at the same frequency. I believe that's been proven.

Yeah, through the Russians, I think they've done a lot of experiments.

So again, you can verify what I see. "What geometric shapes bring matter into form?"

Again, it's the other way, matter comes into form and as a cause,

we see geometric shapes, not the other way around.

Therefore, "How do the numbers of lines" – so this complete question, "What geometric shapes

bring matter into form; therefore how do the numbers of lines, faces and vertices of geometric

or platonic shapes correlate to the creation of the universe/multiverse?"

Again, the universe or Pure Source to create the universe does not create it by using the shapes.

It's not an afterthought; it's an after-effect.

The universe gets created, and because the universe is, say, science, it's not just

random happenstance, it correlates to, say, a mathematical value that we figured out.

So again, it's the reverse of what we think.

"Is there more than one Fibonacci Sequence unique to other extraterrestrial mathematical systems?"

I'm sure there is.

So you we live, say, in a 24-hour day or space time, so to speak.

In other universes, yes, they would use, say, something else.

So their Fibonacci Sequence would be something different.

space-time sequence would be something different; hence, they resonate at a different frequency.

Their physical properties resonate at a frequency; hence, we might not or cannot, I don't want

to say can't, but that is why we can't see them because the visual field that we

see is very limited to a very small band of visual frequencies.

So again, if they're resonating at a higher or lower frequency outside

of those bands that we see, then we can't see them.

So if you had abilities or instrumentation, I'm sure we could, say, pick up on them.

So that's something to be figured out.

And this is the last question, which is interesting because we always put, again, coincidences into use.

I'll read the question and then I'll get into it.

"Is there any true significance to when a person experiences

seeing the same number over and over again?

"Example, if someone repeatedly sees the number 222 throughout their life, is it simply because

"they noticed it and give it meaning significance, or is it possible that a frequency or

a message that may be important for that individual? "Well a little bit of both.

If I tell you that 11 11, it means relationships, and you're in deep need of relationship,

you'll start to see 11 11 all over subconsciously. And this happens all the time.

Say that you just bought a car, and usually you don't see the car that you bought and

then you buy it and then as days or weeks after, you see more and more

of the same car, exact same car that you bought.

So your brain recognizes patterns. So it'll pick up on patterns for you.

On the flipside, there is an auric field on, say, numerology.

There's an auric field on certain numbers, the meaning of certain numbers.

So if you are of a numerological – hope that's a word – type of person, then yes,

those numbers might have some significance for you. So either way.

The important thing, overall, numerology, just like astrology or anything else,

is a marker or a history.

So notice where it's brought you, and you can use it to extrapolate where it's going to take you.

If you don't like where it's brought you thus far, then something needs to change.

The best way to change, by becoming aware of the patterns,

whether you use mathematics or any other, say, tool.

Again, it's all about noticing patterns.

Numerology helps you notice those patterns, or turns it into, say, math for you.

Let's jump right into the Medihealing, and what we'll do, because 111, just like

this podcast, has such a powerful meaning on success.

Number 1, again, 111 is known to tell you to be very aware of your thoughts and ideas.

That's what Exponential Intelligence tell you as well, especially as you ascend higher and higher.

That gap of making mistakes, what you think about starts to materialize in real time or closer to real time.

So it's very important to stay in the present moment.

So what we're going to do in this Medihealing is bring in the frequencies of motivation,

new beginnings, striving forward and then also that's for number 1.

Number 11 is considered a master number, and this resonates

with the principles of awakening and enlightenment.

Putting the two numbers together, we get number 111, which is that gate of opportunity.

So what we're going to do in this Medihealing is help you take advantage of that gate of

opportunity by bringing the meaning associated to the number 111 in the auric field for your benefit.

So let's go ahead and take a nice strong deep breath in, just noticing where you are,

noticing the space around you to help you guide you into this deep meditative state,

what I call a Medihealing.

And a Medihealing is where I guide you to a nice deep meditative state,

usually beyond hypnosis or NLP or anything that you've tried before.

And then while you're in that meditative state, work on you at your source code,

at your core level programming, and together we combine efforts and that's how your life changes

much easier, much faster, more dynamically.

And again, a strong deep breath in as you become more aware perhaps of your ears, the

side of your face, your jawline, as you start to relax and let go, and then another strong

breath in, asking ourselves, "How do I connect to Pure Source even stronger?"

Again, that question, "How do I connect to Pure Source even stronger?

Nothing to do with religion, spirituality.

However, if you are religious or spiritual, it'll help define your belief, to help

you ascend higher from that belief, whatever it might be.

As we settle in, settle into your belly, again, just noticing your belly,

what's behind your belly, the organs within.

All you have to do is pay attention to your belly, surrounding area, going internal, the

organs and right through the front into the back of the spine.

Just note that area.

The most important thing to know as I work on you, and again, helping you edit your source code,

about numerology

is that it's a history or a footprint of where you've been,

and the important thing to note is, notice the patterns of where you've been to let

you know where you are right here, right now.

If you're not liking where you are right now, let's bring that auric power, that

111 that's created through beliefs of millions to create a new beginning, a new frontier for you.

All you have to do is take a strong deep breath in from your belly all the way up through

your spine into the neck, into your skull, again noticing your head, back of the head,

bone structure, the top of the head, your forehead, right down into the facial features

of your skull, into your chin, and then back down into your vertebrae and the neck.

Just noticing the space around you again, noticing your belly to go deeper yet.

Just noticing your breath, taking a deep one again, noticing your belly as we breathe in,

all the way up the spine, the back of the head, top of the head, melting down into the

There are other meanings of 111, biblical meanings, tarot meanings.

The important thing to know, it's not beneficial for you.

It's not advancing you in your life, as we're studying about it, as we're believing in them.

A wonderful breath in as we end.

On the exhale, just noticing how you're feeling as we come back into this moment in

time, again, noticing your belly, your face, opening your eyes whenever you're ready,

feeling relaxed, refreshed or if it's a disorienting experience, whatever you're

feeling as part of your detox, again, just note it as you start to clean up.

It's again God time in India.

And I just came from Tiruvannamalai a day ago.

Something is forcing me to go back.

It's as if God, Tiruvannamalai, the mountain is possessing me. and I'm very happy about

it.

I have never had an experience like this, And what am I learning from this place?

I'm learning from this place about one thing — changing the unchangeable.

This is something very, very close to my heart.

One thing that everybody wants to change in their life is their Karma.

Which is their bad money Karma, bad relationship Karma and bad health Karma.

Is it changeable?

For most people, if not all, it's unchangeable.

Every day you face the same reality over and over and over again.

Now I am convinced after working for four decades on this subject of changing the Karma

of people, I am convinced that God is the only answer.

But then we live in a civilization and amidst people to whom God is marginalized.

We don't even have any sensibility whatsoever to God.

We have sensibility belief in rationality, in science, but not in God.

We have lost the sensibility towards God.

But let me tell you who can change your Karma is only God.

But how can you bring back God in your life?

One definition of God that I am comfortable with and you can also resonate with it is

— God is Consciousness within you.

God is not outside of you.

But he is not the rational Brain.

Just before I started doing this, I was flipping through many, very interesting video clips

on Facebook.

But not settling on anything, but just being there for a few seconds and then going.

And this is what we do in life.

We don't have just commitment.

We don't have commitment to one thing — to God.

If you have commitment to God, commitment is number one.

And commitment to God since God is very difficult to conceive of and feel.

And I'm offering this solution to you.

Just think of God as your Consciousness beyond your mind, your rationality.

It is the minutest of the minute.

And meditation is one way of getting there.

And then putting all your emotions to God is another way.

These are technologies.

I want you to take this seriously.

Either meditate or believe in God like a child believes in her mother or father solving the

child's problem.

You definitely will get an answer.

God is compassionate.

He's the minutest of the minute.

Meditation will get you there.
