Waching daily Dec 2 2017

Good evening guys! I am just quite hurriedly getting ready to go out. This is actually

the second time so far this month apart from going to the post office and like

Tesco Express it's the second time that I've actually left the house this month

which is terrible. The first time was for Ozzy's graduation which was right at

the beginning of the month which was obviously a really lovely big momentous

day and it was just- I don't know- it was nice all-round. I've never been to a

graduation ceremony before and obviously it meant a lot; a big like closing of a

chapter and starting of a new one. Also little things, just being out for a meal

afterwards and also the fact that it was at the o2 or the Millennium Dome which- I

don't know- it was nice being there. I enjoyed being there. Just because I don't

know, we used to go there all the time; me and my friends, when we were a bit younger

just because that was like one of our nearest cinemas to go to so it was nice

just being back there and you know they've got loads of nice restaurants

and things in there. And overall it was just a really momentous and significant

day. And since then you may have seen my like first part of November vlog (I don't

blame you if you didn't watch it because it was purely like postage related,

packaging and posting out the orders for my zines) and that really took over a

large portion of my month so far. And since then I've just been working on a

couple of commissions and also just a few video commitments that I had that

sort of piled up in the background throughout the course of October and

through the start of November. So I still have a couple of videos still left to do

this week pretty much. So honestly the stress levels are still not mellowing

out post-inktober. If I had to put it on a scale I would say my anxiety has been

on like a steady eight for probably the last three or four weeks.

Last month it built and built and built and kind of stayed up so I'm hoping that

once I've done these couple of videos , got that done, I'm gonna take a

week off I've decided and hopefully once all that is like out the way I don't

know... my brain can kind of just settle down, get back to normal, because after that I

shouldn't have any reason to really be stressed out anymore. Today I really felt

myself getting quite kind of... winding myself up a bit so just now I decided to

stop what I was doing- I still have like I said I think like two videos left to

edit, one left to film, I was gonna work on editing this evening before going out

but I decided that I would just save that for another day maybe, probably

tomorrow and just to kind of bring myself back down to more of a normal

level, I sat in bed about an hour eating probably half my body weight in macaroni

cheese and I caught up on all the vlogs that I've missed out on over the last

month or so. So I was watching CatCreature I was watching ByBun as always

and Holly Exley and furrylittlepeach as well and it was just a really nice little

time to myself, nice and relaxing tucked up in bed. If you guys are looking for

videos that will really kind of- I don't know- calm you down and transport you

somewhere completely different, it just makes me feel like you're hanging out

with a friend. I would definitely recommend all of them. Holly especially. I

don't feel like she gets half the amount of attention on her channel that she

should. She makes the most incredible gorgeous artwork and her videos are so

well made and she just seems so lovely. Definitely check her out if you haven't

heard of her but I will have all the people linked below that I just watched

today. I feel like if you enjoy vlogs, if you

enjoy seeing artists making art and like their lives behind the scenes and you

know, just calm and like well produced videos then they tick all those boxes. So

having done that, I felt a bit more like myself. Quite pumped now to be going out.

Getting to see my friends for the first time in quite a while.

We're heading to just a local pub there's a pop quiz on every Thursday and

we're gonna go quizzing. I love love love a pub quiz, it's like my favorite thing

to do. And I don't really get to go to them as

often as I would like to but apparently this is a really good one. I think the

reason I love quizzes so much is just that I was used to

being really clever at school and like since I left school,

because I'm not really using my brain so much anymore my intelligence level has

really gone from like I would say above-average to like 'two plus two is

four, minus one that's three, quick maths'

So even though my brain has kind of turned

to yogurt in the years since I left school, I do have a lot of space for

useless trivia knowledge. There's a lot of like a celebrity facts and all sorts

in my brain so I don't know I just I love watching quiz TV shows. And going to

a quiz, it's just the kind of next level. Obviously can't stay out too late just

because like I said I've got a couple of videos still to work on. Tomorrow will be

Friday and then I want to spend the weekend with Ozzy just because he is

starting a new job next week and we probably won't get to see each other as

often as we used to so it'd be nice just to have that last little weekend

together before our schedules get a bit jumbled up. Which kind of means that

tomorrow I'm gonna have to do all that filming and editing and sort it all out

but we'll see how it goes. And then after that I am planning a week off, I think

from social media. I think my plan at the moment is to delete the social media

apps from my phone because I am constantly checking them. I might only

check my emails a couple of times within the week. I just want to give myself a

little bit of breathing room to sort out the stuff that I you know didn't get

around to in the last month and a half. I'm gonna do a lot of tidying and

organizing I think and just getting to get myself back to zero. Get back to

square one and you know carry on the rest of the month, start a new routine

with like being productive, keep up the momentum that I got from inktober but a

much more you know practical level.

All right so I'm just about on track together on time but I think it's time

for me to stop talking and just crack on get my coat on and get out the house.

(the quiz-master was very eccentric)

'Oh shit, hot diggity-daffodils'

'It's not about me tonight, it's about every son of a bitch with a raffle ticket.'

So I haven't filmed in a while. If I'm being honest ,it's not been the

best week and I kind of just wanted to wait until- I don't know- I didn't want to

come on here and whinge and moan basically because I feel like I do that a lot. So I

just wanted to wait until things had kind of blown over. But to cut a long

story short, well I started the week with an email from a customer- a disappointed

customer- which is probably the worst type of email you can get. Now they were

disappointed, not in what they received, but just the fact that they didn't

receive anything at all. And that's something that happens you know

especially after a big batch of orders like that. Of those 350, there are going

to be some that unfortunately don't make it where they're supposed to go. That's

just how the postal system works. Some things do fall through the gaps. And

thankfully that person was really understanding and just completely, you

know, they accepted that it was something that was out of my control and I can

appreciate that, you know they just wanted their money back, they've been

waiting for quite some time. I would like for them to actually just get what they

ordered if I can. But it turns out that this is part of like a larger problem

that's actually become a little bit worrying just because I now have about

four orders that have gone missing in London in this small bracket of time.

Three of those are the zines, one is actually a commission that I didn't ship

on the same day so that's slightly concerning that something that I sent

out on a different day to the big batch of orders has also gone missing in

London. But as I said it's something that's out of my control. It's a tough

pill to swallow sometimes. Obviously there's something going on and I would

love to be able to give people answers at least. You know, people have trusted me

with their money and I can't explain it for them right now. I can't tell them

what's going on because I don't know, and as understanding as people are and have

been, and I really appreciate that- I do feel it you know. I don't want to

disappoint people and I don't want to seem unprofessional. On top of that, I've

also this week been back and forth every day

with paypal. If you remember in my last vlog I did mention

that PayPal had frozen my account so that I couldn't access any of the money

that I earned with the zine sales, and any other money that I've earned in that

time. So all my patreon payments have gone in there and just you know

different commissions and other print orders have gone into that account. At the

time as as frustrated as I was about it and as much of a inconvenience it was, I

didn't think that it would be a huge issue. I thought that once I provided the

information they wanted we'd be back on. But it's turned out to be one of the

most insane experiences, their service has been absolutely abysmal and having

looked into it I've discovered that this is quite a rampant thing within that

company. So I will actually be making a full video about my experience with

PayPal and why after this experience I will not be using them anymore.

I'd be interested to know if that will affect you guys. You know if you visit a

shop online and they don't accept paypal does that affect whether or not you'll

buy something. For the time being anyway I am only accepting cards, purely right

now because I can't access my PayPal account at the moment. Things are alright

for me financially and as stressful a week it's been, the thing that has helped

me really has just need to be as proactive as I can to just do whatever I

can to sort things out. So every morning every single morning, I have been calling

PayPal just to make sure things are moving forward just to kind of push them

in the right direction. And I've called them twice today already,

I called them twice yesterday. I feel like today maybe today we are making

progress- we're making more progress than we have so far. I've also called Royal

Mail about the postage situation, I've visited the post office, I have submitted

claims for those missing things. I'm not sure if I'll be able to get the money

back for them but I will be able to at least have those looked into, just alert

them to the fact that those things have gone missing and maybe start some kind

of investigation on that. I also emailed everyone else that ordered from within

London around that time just to make sure that their orders are coming

through. And just doing those little things

helps to ease a bit of stress it's just better for me to be doing something than

worrying about it. But just in the last couple of hours or so I decided to just

kind of remind myself that worse things have happened, there's more to life than

you know PayPal and Royal Mail and these problems- as annoying as they are- they

are things that I will be able to solve eventually. You know it's not the end of

the world and the whole point of this week off... this week off was that

I have had a lot of focus on the business side of things over the last

couple of weeks and I really wanted to just kind of take some time to focus on

the art side of things and so far this week I really haven't done that. So what

I'm gonna do right now is probably just stick some YouTube videos on stick some

music or maybe a podcast and do a little bit of painting and my sketchbook. Just

kind of calm myself down a bit. And I'm waiting for Ozzy to finish work and then

I'll head over to his house, spend Saturday there just you know chill

completely, switch off from everything, maybe go for a walk in the woods or

something. Spend some time with him and the cat and then on Sunday I think I'll

be ready to come back and kind of tackle things face on again. I've limited myself

to two calls to paypal a day so I'm all done with PayPal for today. Oh in other

news I did get to have one really lovely day this week where we got to dog-sit a

little puppy called Woody. He was 11 weeks old,

a cavapoo I think- I mean I don't know dogs- but he was the cutest cutest cutest

thing I've ever seen in my life he was so tiny and fluffy and we just had so

much fun running around and he peed on my rug but I loved him anyway. So yeah that's my

little catch-up for now and and I'm gonna crack on with a little bit

of painting hopefully get like two or three coral paintings done now before

the evening.

Hey guys Can't believe it's December already. I'm just

about to start editing this month's vlog but I can imagine it's not gonna be a

great one. I don't think I have a lot of footage to put together and just in

general obviously have not been feeling myself this month. So I apologize if this

has been such a drag to watch. I think in general this time of year a lot of

people will start to feel kind of introspective ... introspective

.... introspective.... introspective and maybe a bit lost a bit disenchanted.

I know I have had to kind of take a break from social media as much as I can.

Just at the moment feeling like I'm not cut out for it but I decided to kind of

just put the camera down, get back into a real life really and just took

some time to appreciate the things that I have and you know I spent time with

friends. Went for a nice Thai meal with my friend Laura and Wing Wednesday

with Annie and Jodie. Hi Annie by the way, I know you're

watching. And yeah just kind of grounding myself a bit in real life and taking the

time to appreciate the things that I have and how lucky I am. The friends I

have and my family and my health and the fact that you know I get to do what I

love everyday as a living and and I have you guys. And I can't tell you enough how

much I appreciate your love and support. And before we get a bit too cheesy, I

thought we would end this one on a bit more of a positive note with some material

items that also bring me joy. So across this month I have been

sort of acquiring a few new things here and there and I thought it'd be cool to

have like a little haul at the end. So some of this stuff was sent to me, some

of it is stuff that I bought myself, some of it's art related, some of it isn't.

It's all a bit random but let me know if you're interested in this kind of thing

and yeah i'll show you what I got. So the first thing is this t-shirt. This is by

the youtuber Nathan Zed. I've never bought youtuber merch before and I've

also never spent like 20 plus pounds on a t-shirt but I really love him, I love

his videos, I love the message that he sends out and I feel like- as far as

YouTube merch goes- there's a really great message behind this and I love the

design of it. Like it's not just someone that's written their name on a t-shirt

and they're selling it to their subscribers. Like there's something behind

this and I just love the look of it. So I'll leave links as well below to

everything I can. But yeah first thing is that t-shirt. Let's see, I also got this

thing. I'm gonna do a proper video on this this is a prynt pocket I think, so

you put your phone in it... you put your phone in it like this and then you can

go on their app and actually print out your photos. I've haven't charged it so I

can't show you it but like this is an example of one of the photos I've done.

And then the really cool thing is if you go on their app you can actually scan

the photo and it'll play a video of it.

Which is really cool! So I'm hoping to do maybe one of my travel

journal spreads to show a nice quick easy way to print pictures. But this was

sent to me by that company so thank you Prynt for that. I also got this book. This

was a gift from my friend Linden, like a late birthday present.

it's called 'mindfulness and the art of drawing; a creative path to awareness' so

it ticks all the boxes for me. I'm currently reading Art and Fear which

I've mentioned a couple of times but because I haven't had a chance to read

recently, I was planning on starting that book from scratch just to refresh my

memory. So before I start on that I'm gonna read

this one first so I'll let you guys know what I think of it. Another book I've got

and this was sent to me by I think Pan Macmillan publishers, this is the 365

bullet guide; it's essentially like a guide for bullet journallers. So they have

you know different ideas for all sorts of spreads that you can do, different

ways to write lists, different ways to decorate your pages.

It's quite a hefty book, really nicely designed and there are some really cool

ideas in here so if you are sort of looking into getting start with bullet

journaling this might be quite a nice thing to look at. Also earlier on in the

month, received a lovely gift from one of my viewers Teri, who sent me this

really cool palette that she uses for her goauche paintings where you have like

the little pots on the side. She said you can make your paints last like months in

here. So so thoughtful thank you so much Teri and she also sent a note with it

and I was reading the note, she's just got really nice handwriting, and I looked on

the back and realized she actually painted this which i think is just so

incredible. I'm gonna put it with my other forest painting that I did, I think

it would just go really nicely with it. But yeah thank you Teri, so amazing.

Also a really old PO box gift I got a while ago from Christine who won my

giveaway and this was before like I had my PO Box address out there, but when I

sent her the prizes from the giveaway obviously that was my return address on

there and she really kindly sent some stuff back for me. And there were quite a

few things but my favorite thing is this pencil extender just because I don't

know- you know those gifts that are so thoughtful and so like catered for you

because basically some of you might remember my sad little pencil, she'd seen

that in quite a few of my videos and thought that I would benefit from a

pencil extender, which I didn't even know is a thing. So thank you for that

Christine and for all the other little bits and bobs that you sent me. Also

yesterday got a lovely letter from Whitney and this really cool bit of art

that she made. Just really thoughtful and nicely done letter, just so nice of you

to take the time to do this. So thank you so much for that. And obviously no one

has to send me anything. My PO Box address is in the description below and

I do love receiving stuff from you, it's just such a lovely treat, it's such a nice

bonus but you do not need to feel inclined to ever send me anything. And

these last bits and bobs... just because obviously I finally got my money out of

PayPal. The first thing I did- well the first thing I did was pay my mum back-

but the second thing I did was have a little Amazon haul for a few new art

supplies. I wanted to just do some art for fun, do something more expressive

and less like thought through. So bought some new suppl- well first- the first

thing I thought was- don't judge me- these trainers which light up in lots

of different colors. These are actually a birthday present for my sister... whens

this video going out .... she is turning- look at that- she's turning 27 this weekend

and this is what she wanted. So yeah I've got these for her and then for some

fun art experiments I got 10 of these canvas boards, just square canvas boards,

I got some gesso to prime them; this is the Windsor in Newton in Galleria gesso

primer, and then I've got a few different colors of acrylic paint; so I

got a white, I got a black, I got matte rosewood which is a nice

pink . I wanted to make some art for my room so I wanted to get some colors I

felt would go quite nicely in here. And I also got this hookers green

because I thought that that would go quite nicely if it was lightened up it

could go quite nicely in here as well and I got some

I'm gonna say phtalocyanine emerald. I'm not even sure why I got this

one but basically just like a nice blue green. So a few acrylic paints, not that

many, they're all pebeo brand just cos they're quite cheap and it is all a bit

experimental. I also got some fluid medium to go with the acrylic paints and

then- this is where things get a bit interesting- and my patrons will know

what this is for. I feel like a few people watching will

probably be able to figure it out. Let me know in the comments if you know what

kind of paint things I'm going to be doing. So I've got some cups in different

sizes, that might give it away. Also got some funnels because I saw

someone using some funnels for this kind of painting, and then I have got some

carbusonic treadmill oil and a syringe. So I hopefully I'll do some of that

either later today or tomorrow. I'll probably make a video on it just so you

can see what I'm doing with it all and let me know in the comments below if you

have figured out what type of painting it'll be. And yeah thanks for watching

guys. I hope you've had a great November and I will see you soon for the next

video! bye!

Trump Hate: CNN Guest Says President Sounds Like He Could Have Alzheimer's - Duration: 3:05.

When you can't argue your position with logic and facts, just make things up.

That's apparently CNN's new strategy to discredit President Donald Trump, at least

if a strange clip from the past week is any indication.

During a segment on Don Lemon's show, CNN commentator Ana Navarro decided that even

though she's no medical doctor, she would just invent a diagnosis in order to attack

the president.

The Nicaraguan-born contributor declared that Trump "looks weird," and took it upon

herself to claim out of thin air that the president has Alzheimer's disease or dementia.

"I can tell you from an untrained eye, it looks weird," she declared.

Wait — is "an untrained eye" now a qualification?

Please keep this woman away from Web MD.

"It makes me recall people who have early onset dementia, it makes me recall people

who are in the early stages of Alzheimer's," the CNN reporter rambled.

"His constant repetition — he goes back to the same themes over and over again.

He continues repeating the same lies, the same fabrications, picking the same fights,"

Navarro continued, apparently unaware that she had just described her own news network.

"He's been going on with the NFL now and the athletes for months," the CNN contributor

whined.

"I don't know what he's going to do when football season is over.

Start picking on what?

Kindergartens?"

Um, are kindergartners being paid millions of dollars while refusing to stand for the

national anthem in taxpayer-backed stadiums?

Because that would be newsworthy.

"Look, it is weird, his repeated lie on the number of — on the electoral vote, on

illegals voting, on the inaugural crowds.

It is downright weird.

And to look the other way and pretend that this is normal is to be in absolute denial,"

she continued.

Yes, it's truly groundbreaking reporting: If you disagree with the president, he must

have Alzheimer's, because an unqualified reporter says "it's downright weird."

This is CNN.

What is it with Trump haters and accusing his family of having disorders, anyway?

It wasn't that long ago that Rosie O'Donnell went after eleven year old Barron Trump and

claimed that he had a form of autism.

Even Chelsea Clinton stepped up to defend Barron from O'Donnell and others who thought

spreading rumors about disorders was a great smear tactic.

"Barron Trump deserves the chance every child does-to be a kid," the former first

daughter wrote in January.

It seems that the left has graduated from spreading autism and Asperger's rumors to

making up claims about Alzheimer's.

Maybe they're slowly working through a medical dictionary.

The good news for conservatives is that these are the tactics of a losing group.

People who have solid arguments and can convince others about their ideas don't need to resort

to half-baked opinions or desperate smear campaigns.

If establishment news outlets are still confused about why the public no longer takes them

seriously, this is why.

You don't need to be a doctor to see that the mainstream media is dying.

Prevent Depression And Anxiety | Stress Free You Helps Prevent Depression and Anxiety - Duration: 8:08.

hi it's Doug Prentiss from stress for you and I hope this finds you well

today I'm going to show you how in just 30 minutes a week you can help prevent

depression and at the end I'll reveal a really good helpful free resource

but first I'd like to talk a bit about depression what is it what are the

causes and what symptoms should you be on the lookout for what is depression

depression is a real illness that affects the mind anybody struggling with

depression will let you know that it's not fictional or made up in your head

depression is more than simply feeling really down the significant illness

brought on by changes in the chemistry of your brain depression is a severe

problem unfortunately it's not an uncommon one

the world health and wellness organization identify as depression as

one of the most disabling conditions worldwide approximately 21% of women as

well as 12% of men in the USA will experience an episode of depression at

some point in their life depression does not differentiate men and women of every

age educational level and all social and financial backgrounds suffer from

depression there is no area of life that is sacrosanct wind' depression is

present marital relationships parenting relationships jobs finances every aspect

of daily life can be endangered by the syllabus once an episode of depression

happens it is also fairly certain to recur the effects of depression can be

even more serious when it occurs in conjunction with other clinical ailments

such as diabetic issues stroke cardiovascular disease anxiousness or

drug abuse the troubles brought about by depression are frequently worsened due

to lack of diagnosis and treatment however on the plus side if the

condition is identified and addressed early it is eminently treatable okay so

now we have a basic grasp of what depression is but before we can do the

30 minute thing we need to identify the triggers and symptoms exactly what

triggers depression except just cannot really agree on this point many things

could contribute to the onset of depression for example hereditary issues

changes in hormone levels certain medical conditions stress pain or drug

abuse any one of these on its own or combined with the others can alter your

brain chemistry resulting in depression bipolar disorder or other conditions so

what are the signs of depression depression commonly affects your

thoughts emotions and actions as well as your general physical health here are a

few of the most common signs that would indicate depression unhappiness

hopelessness sense of guilt bad moods angry outbursts loss of interest in

friends family and favorite activities trouble concentrating difficulty making

decisions memory problems a desire to self-harm hallucinations and delusions

and more extreme cases becoming withdrawn drug abuse missing school or

work exhaustion unexpected pains changes in eating patterns sudden weight loss

again changes in your sleeping habits and lower sex drive now everyone is

bound to experience one or more of these symptoms once in a while one of these

symptoms by itself does not constitute depression when health care

professionals think of depression they generally expect to see a collection of

these symptoms appearing regularly for two weeks or longer

impacting on an individual's behavior on a day to day basis okay I know you're

thinking when is he going to get to 30 minute thing just how can you help

prevent depression in just 30 minutes a week well the answer is surprisingly

Shaun Hadsall here, stubborn fat expert and owner of

Get Lean In 12.

In today's short video I want to share

a sequence I call the Stubborn Fat Sequence, that I

use on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

This is especially effective for people who are over 35 years

old or have stubborn fat to lose.

In other words, if you've gotten great

results and lost your first 15, 20,

maybe even 30 pounds of fat, but you had that last 10 or 15

pounds that you just can't seem to get rid of.

The reason why is because your body

looks at fat like your retirement plan.

It wants to hold onto it as long as it can

and keep as much as it can on the body.

As you lose weight, it becomes harder

and you have to get more strategic

and use a scientific strategy.

On day two here of my 30 day challenge,

I just wanted to share the stubborn fact sequence.

I only recommend that you do this

a couple of times of the week, because otherwise you'll

get adrenal fatigue.

There's three steps to the stubborn fat sequence

and I just finished doing it at the gym.

I'm sitting here in the parking lot.

The first step is to stabilize insulin.

When you stabilize insulin it puts the body

in a fat burning environment.

If you enter a workout with insulin

elevated it can be very anabolic for muscle building,

but it makes it nearly impossible for the body

to use fat as a fuel source.

There's two solution's to this.

Number one is doing what I'm doing,

I haven't eaten since 8 PM last night,

so my body is in a fasted state.

Insulin is very stable and that means

that my body is in a perfect fat burning environment

to engage in the Stuborn Fat Sequence.

The other thing you can do, is if you have to have breakfast

and you're breakfast eater--

I personally like use intermittent fasting,

I'll talk more about that here in a second.

But, if you are breakfast eater, I'd

wait a couple hours after breakfast

to exercise if you could.

Now, if you can't, I would recommend a five minute

walk to make sure you can stabilize insulin

a little bit more before you move or exercise.

That's step one.

Step two is metabolic bursting intervals and today

on the step mill--

You could do this outside on any cardio machine

that you want and you can even use weight exercises,

you just have to pace yourself accordingly.

I used the step mill today and I did 30 second, high intensity

bursts with a 30 second recovery period.

That equals one minute and I did that 10 times

for a total of 10 minutes.

Now, because during that 30 second burst

I pushed the step mill- I used the manual setting

on the cardio machine, I think that's very important

because then you're in control the intensity.

The machine isn't controlling you, you are controlling it.

Use the manual setting, go as hard as you possibly can

for 30 seconds, then recover for 30 seconds at a very slow pace.

Again, you could do this on any cardio machine or even

using body weight movements.

After those 10 intervals what ends up happening is--

Those high intensity intervals kick up

the body's sympathetic nervous system

and force the adrenal glands to release adrenaline.

Adrenaline converts into the hormones

that are responsible for releasing trioglyceral

from your fat cells into the bloodstream to be burned off.

That's where those trioglycerol are

split into three fatty acids and one glycerol molecule.

Those fatty acids then are floating around

in the bloodstream liberally.

This is very important because we have to burn those off.

Step three is to do a 15 to 30 minute cardio session, just

a steady state cardio session, to burn off

those free fatty acids that are floating around

from the adrenaline release that you just

got from the high intensity 30 second metabolic burst.

If you don't engage in this steady state cardio it's OK.

Research shows that as you get leaner

and as you get over age 35, the hormonal conditions are

a little bit different, the body will restore those fatty acids

into other areas of your body in adipose tissue.

In other words, it'll restore stubborn fat cells.

Doing the 15 to 30 minutes of cardio

is your insurance policy to make sure this doesn't happen.

This is something that we call fat defense.

If you want to learn more about this in detail, what I'll do

is--

When I get back in front of my computer,

above in the description, I'll post a link

to my free report that goes into great scientific detail

about how this works.

It's all part of my over 40 ab solution system.

I'll give you a free PDF download

you can check to learn more about this.

This is something I only do on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

I like to do weights on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays.

I like to do steady state cardio on the weekends

to work the aerobic system.

There's one more tip I want to give you before I sign off.

You don't have to do this, there's

many ways to skin the cat.

The best exercise and diet plan you can do

is one you can adhere to.

The reason I like doing Monday, Wednesdays, and Fridays

weights, and Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays cardio

or high intensity metabloic bursting workouts,

is because research shows that when you alternate weight

training days with cardio days you lose more fat

and you gain more muscle.

This doesn't mean you can't get great results

using other methods.

I have other methods that I sell inside my other programs that

work fantastic as well.

This is just something that I want to recommend.

Again, all of this is just advice on my 20 years

experience of being in this industry

and working with people who have declining hormones.

You have to find out what works best for you.

I thank you for taking time out of your busy day

to check this out.

Again, I'll put the link to the free report

so you can click or tap that.

If you got something out of this give me some likes,

give me some loves, throw me some comments,

and then share this with somebody that you know

could benefit from this.

Then I'll be back later today after I

break my 16 hour fast with the rest of my meals

throughout the day.

Karen and I will post our food log at the end of the night

tonight.

Day two of our 30 day challenge on our Get Lean In 12 fan page.

Go check it out, have an amazing day and keep going strong.

BITCONNECT IS A PYRAMID SCHEME? YOU NEED TO WATCH THIS! (PROOF VIDEO) + BITCONNECT TUTORIAL! SCAM? - Duration: 14:21.

what's going on guys welcome back to a brand new video on this channel today

we're gonna be talking about is big connect a pyramid scheme I'm gonna show

you guys what I think I'm gonna prove to you guys what a pyramid scheme is and is

this a pyramid scheme we're gonna get proof at the end and yeah that's

basically what this videos gonna be about so before we get started if you

guys are new to the channel and you guys are interested in seeing more of these

types of videos please click that red subscribe button should be somewhere

over down here and then hit that Bell icon right next to I think it's on this

side right next to it so you guys notified every time we release a new

video and when we start live streaming tube that is gonna come very very

shortly now before you get started with the whole is it a pyramid scheme thing

for those of you guys who don't know a bit connected bit Connect is a landing

platform you give them bitcoin in exchange for big connect tokens which is

a currency you'll find this currency in the coin market cap currently and then

you get paid off 1% every day basically roughly it's not guaranteed 1% sometimes

it's more sometimes it's less if we look at the last few days it's actually been

pretty pretty not so good we've had a few days over 1 a few days very under 1

here and then tomorrow we're gonna begin 1.24 so that's very good again I'm happy

for that but in the last 30 days we have a point 9 7 average at 0.95 in the last

six months so yeah that's basically summary a bit connect also before we get

started I would say thank you to all 35 people on my big connect team for those

of you guys who have made loans and you guys that are lending and are making the

profits I hope you guys are enjoying it make sure to reinvest if it's something

that you guys are interested if you want to you know compound it make sure to

reinvest otherwise you don't have to I'm just suggesting um but yes so I

currently have $34 in my landing wallet I just move myself out of the way we go

back to the dashboard so my total earned my total investment is

nine thousand five hundred and fifty my total earn is 7204 now 1,500 that did

come from affiliate bonuses and this is what people hate I do get an affiliate

little bonus if you guys sign up with the link down below I greatly appreciate

all of you all those of you guys who have signed up under those links but

under that link but you really don't have to don't feel pressured um it does

help me out a ton I greatly appreciate if you do but if you guys don't want to

I mean you don't want to but this is what really annoys people is seeing this

if I go to the certain youtubers like crypto Nick

Ryan Hildreth Trayvon James they've made like four hundred thousand plus just off

philia bonuses while they're lending profits like forty thousand now that's

the part that kind of interests me is how people can tell you that it's a scam

and you can't make money when you know the lending profit is pure profits at

the end of the investment period you get this back right so this is not anything

this this is nothing this is something completely different my initial

investment this is pure profit and then at the end of the X amount of days

depending on how much money you put in this you get back so currently I'll be

getting back nine thousand five hundred fifty plus the seven thousand two

hundred and four so that's the first thing kind of showing that you know I

know that a lot of people make a lot of money with affiliate bonuses if you have

a huge YouTube channel congratulations if you have a huge following

congratulations you probably can do the same but you don't need to right you

don't need to have a following to make money you just need to have a following

to make crazy money but one percent of day I mean that's not going to happen in

most other investments so that's basically the covering of the cover up

of what is bit connect now let's start talking about is it a pyramid scheme

let's get the definition of pyramid scheme a pyramid scheme commonly known

as pyramid scams is a business model that recruits members via a purpose of

payments or services for enrolling others into the scheme rather than

supplying investments of scale of products or services investment

or scale of products or services yeah as recruiting multiplies recruiting becomes

quickly impossible and most members are unable to profit such as pyramid schemes

are unsustainable and often illegal now what I take from that is I can see where

people come from right the affiliate bonuses you get the mud most of your

money if you have an audience will come from affiliate bonuses it's impossible

for you to lend enough for your lending profit to be higher than your affiliate

bonus that's really all it is now the the goal of the game is to have your

total earn to be more than your total invested that way you more than double

your pro your initial investment that's what the image that's what the goal is

for everyone but by the definition of pyramid scheme it says that there's no

way of making money outside of recruiting people now I've made five

thousand six hundred and eighty nine dollars and 82 cents profit just from

this right the 1514 and seventy cents that is the affiliate bonus this I've

made from my total investment and I get my total investment back so five

thousand six hundred eighty nine dollars and 82 cents is 100% pure profit so that

already kinda pawns that it you can make money outside of recruiting people so

it's not really a pyramid scheme you can't say that it is because they're

they offer way they offer money outside of that the affiliate bonus is a bonus

right as the name of says it is a bonus now I know a lot of people still aren't

going to believe me so we're gonna go into some further looking into certain

things all right all right my whiteboard the trusted white board and we're kind

of good we're kind of gonna go over some stuff here because I think it's

important for a lot of us to see this a lot a lot of us that just complain and

just like to find things bad I'm gonna we're gonna kind of go over some stuff

so we have two sets here right one side it's going to be a bit connect

the other side you're gonna have to guess what it is all right so one sides

may connect one sides a question mark now let's break it down how it works

right so I have me on top on bit Connect right

I have me on top you guys can't see that where is it here it is I have me on top

below me there's gonna be people there's gonna be person 1 person 2 person 3

right there you go now I make I used to make 7% I think they brought it down to

5 I make 5% of whatever those people

invested right 5 percent or whatever these guys invested goes to me right

everything these guys invested goes to me now these guys right they're gonna be

lending and they're still gonna be making their 1% every day right the 1%

stays one percents there for everyone these guys are still making their 1% but

let's say this guy decides that he's gonna make a youtube channel okay so he

managed to get a few people under him so that's per bulb y1 y2 y3 so he's got

people under him now right now he's gonna get 5% of whatever they have and

I'm gonna get like 2 or 3 I forget exactly what it is I'm gonna get 2 or 3%

of what of what they invest so that's kind of how the investment thing work

I'm very transparent you guys I'm letting you know that if you guys use my

link I get 5% of whatever you invest it goes to me not the platform your

investment your total vestment still the same as you put in but as an affiliate

bonus I get 5% which is really awesome that's how I've like managed to grow up

grow my affiliate bonus up to was it 1514 right I greatly appreciate that but

a lot of people don't like the fact that you know you have one person on top and

then it goes down here and then dete this guy can have some and this guy can

have some and people are just like why Wow

pyramid scheme why can see if impairment right it's a

pyramid scheme they forget that you know the one percents there for everyone it's

for everyone it's been doing it for months

a lot of people said oh now now it's not gonna be able to do it's been doing it

for months so you can't really say if you like that now what what this is a

little question you guys can answer this in the comments before I give you the

answer what other thing in the world

looks like a pyramid one of the thing in the world looks like a pyramid what if I

told you this guy up top is the CEO and what if I told you these guys are some

managers and these guys are their employees well if I told you that was

the case what is it it's any form of business model or most of the big

business models no it's a huge business model it's a huge business model now in

the business model let's just kind of break it down right everyone makes their

salary everyone makes their salary everyone makes their 1% in here but

these guys these guys are the ones that are doing the work the believe me they

make the least amount of money right these guys will make a bonus if these

guys do well right if their team does well the man shall make a bonus

sometimes these guys will make bonuses too but this guy's bones gonna be bigger

see the manager right now I happens if the whole company does really really

really well this may be the CEO get a bonus

maybe the CFO will get a bonus maybe one of these guys get bones and these guys

bonus are much bigger than these guys bonus and these guys bonus are much

bigger than these guys bonus and all all of this guys bonus technically you can

contribute it all the way down to this guy and to this guy so it's a look

awfully similar to how I'm on top here you know I've my team here my team has

their team and they make percent of them III make a percent off

these guys and I'm and I make a percent off these guys as a bonus for you know

bringing them into the platform everyone still gets the same 1% so I really don't

understand what um a lot of people are saying I guess if you want to say that

oh look I can draw a pyramid yes the connect is a pyramid scheme but it's not

because big connects pays out on me oh it's in its thing that it relies on to

draw you in is the 1% daily interest it's not the affiliate bonus the

affiliate bonus you will only be able to make a lot of money if you either get a

few friends in who you know put it in tens of thousands of dollars or you have

a little bit of an audience now I don't have a huge audience I just hit 1000

subscribers though thank you guys so much

some of you guys are here for Amazon some of you guys here for cryptocurrency

some of you guys are here for both I'm trying to show you guys how to make

money honestly but thankfully to my youtube channel I managed to make 1.5 K

$1500 in affiliate bonus and that's not gonna happen for everyone so I don't

promote the affiliate bonus I don't tell people oh look I made 5 million dollars

and it's all from affiliate moans no I assure you guys that I've made 5689

dollars from a lending profit which comes from this I get this back at the

end so this is all profit super super simple and for those of you guys who

keep saying oh it's a pyramid scheme because of what I show you can draw a

pyramid on it guys most things in the world are a pyramid scheme then you

always gonna have one person on top and they're gonna have their team and those

teams are gonna have their team and the bonus whoever's on the top gets the

highest bonus that's just how it works so before you guys you know say negative

stuff in the comments hopefully you guys watch this whole video I would love to

have some constructive conversations in the comments down below so if you guys

have anything that I missed please do share please do write that down below

but big connect does specifically say it's its thing is that it can pay up to

40% a month right and it's been doing that and that is all profit so it's not

banking on you bringing in a ton of people from the affiliate offers several

people have made millions of dollars from the affiliate bonus that's because

they have huge audience is they've run a ton of successful ads

and that's just how it works so hopefully you guys enjoyed this video

hope you guys like this is a little bit of a different thing I brought the

whiteboard and everything hopefully you guys learned something hopefully you

know it gave you the courage to invest in picnic if you haven't already I love

this platform I've been getting paid out a ton already you guys see the only

reason these things were serviced cuz I did officially transfer a lot of things

to my bit can become if I go to transactions you'll probably be able to

see that ready transactions Bitcoin wallet yeah you guys can see I I

transferred point seven one seven bit connect a Bitcoin which zero point seven

one seven times eleven thousand basically it's almost eight thousand

dollars worth of Bitcoin um but yeah guys hopefully you guys enjoyed this

video thank you guys so much for watching don't forget to subscribe if

you guys are new to the channel and you want to see more of these types of

videos and you just want to get more informed on investment strategies and

how you guys can make money online don't forget to hit that Bell icon also so you

guys are notified every time we release a new video guys thank you so much for

watching I'll see you guys tomorrow for another video

Can Honey and Cinnamon Treat Acne ? - V 4 YOU - Duration: 4:01.

Can Honey and Cinnamon Treat Acne?

.If your inflammatory disease isn't responding to typical treatments, step removed from the

cruel cleansers and 2-hydroxybenzoic acid creams and open up your room cupboards instead.

Cinnamon and honey ar 2 ancient folks remedies for microorganism and flora infections.

Mixed along, they will have the zit-zapping power you would like

Causes of Acne Acne would be easier to fight if there were

just one cause; however, there are three contributing factors that can lead to breakouts.

You're headed for trouble when your skin produces too much oil, when dead skin cells

get trapped in your skin's hair follicles and when you experience a buildup of bacteria.

All three causes lead to plugged hair follicles, which become blackheads or whiteheads.

If the follicle becomes infected beneath the skin, you'll develop a cyst; if the infection

is on top of the skin, you'll develop a pimple.

Honey as an Acne Treatment: Honey is a natural antibacterial agent made

up of sugar and water.

According to the University of Waikato in New Zealand, the sugar and water molecules

bind to each other so tightly that few water molecules are left over to bind with nearby

bacteria, inhibiting their growth.

Honey also has a low pH; the University of Waikato reports that most formulations fall

between 3.2 and 4.5, far too low for bacterial species such as E. coli, Salmonella and Streptococcus.

Since one of acne's causes is an overgrowth of bacteria, many home remedies include honey

to tamp that growth back down to normal levels.

Honey is also also useful in home acne remedies because it provides your skin with natural

nourishment and moisture, unlike some commercial acne products that can by drying.

Cinnamon as an Acne Treatment Like honey, cinnamon has anti-microbial properties

and can halt the growth of bacteria and fungi.

According to the MedlinePlus, cinnamon's beneficial properties come from the chemical

cinnamaldehyde found in the plant that may have antibacterial and antifungal properties.

Cassia cinnamon is used in topical remedies such as skin liniments and suntan lotion.

Cinnamon and Honey Acne Mask To make your own cinnamon and honey acne treatment,

mix the two ingredients into a paste.

Specialty honey retailer Manuka Honey suggests blending 3 tbsp. honey with 1 tsp. cinnamon

powder and leaving the mixture on your face for an hour before rinsing it off with warm

water.

Test for Allergies Before using a homemade cinnamon and honey

mask, prepare a small batch and do a patch test on your inner arm to be sure you're

not allergic.

Cinnamon is an often overlooked allergen and cases of contact dermatitis can be sparked

by cinnamon oil, cinnamon toothpaste and cinnamon chewing gum.

Discover What You Have To Prove - It's Not What You Think - Duration: 10:06.

discover what you have to prove stay tuned

it's Damon Cart with NLP Gym what do you have to prove before I get

into this if you haven't already please click subscribe to this YouTube

channel so you can get these videos on a regular basis you might be thinking I

don't have anything to prove and to that I would say that's bullshit and I would

also say for your sake I hope that's not true I hope you do have something to

prove well you may be thinking is I don't need to prove myself and to that I

would say that's a great thing I think a lot of people feel like they do have to

prove themselves let's start with that proving yourself the problem with that

and if you're trying to do this by the way stop it right now because it's

impossible it's impossible to prove yourself why because it's impossible to

prove what you undeniably know what is absolutely self-evident in order to

prove yourself and what I mean by that is the proof the existence of you you

would have to first pretend like you don't exist but trying to prove

yourself as in trying to prove your existence is only going to create pain

and suffering and like I said it's impossible so you'll never accomplish it

we'll just stop that right now I wasted years of my life probably more

than half of my life trying to prove myself and and it says prove my

existence it's silly it's crazy just stop it right now

now the other thing you might be confusing when you think of proving

yourself you may be thinking of proving yourself worth now this is probably this

is where I know I got confused proving myself worth vs. proving myself I

confused it too so you can separate those two right now

so there's proving yourself trying to prove your existence we know that's true

so you don't need to prove that then there's proving yourself worth proving

your valuable proving your deserving proving that you deserve to receive love

to eat to live to exist to have shelter that sort of thing

now this is a common problem for people and then again this is something I've

struggled with for years I've done videos on it I've written about it I'm

not gonna delve too much into it here but just to give you an understanding of

what I'm talking about wandering or trying to work toward or

trying to prove that you deserve love that you deserve affection that you

deserve just a normal things like to eat think about it this way

when you see a baby it's just born would you look at that baby and think oh and

the baby needs to prove itself the baby needs to prove that it deserves to be

loved that it deserves to be fed no that's absolutely ridiculous you would

naturally just give a baby food caring loved attention all those things you

don't wait for the baby to of them to just crew work that it deserves all of

these things and if you're not a parent and you're not in the kids think about

it this way do you ask the same of your pets would you buy a kitten or a puppy

and then wait for the puppy or the kitten to prove itself to earn you

feeding it earn you giving it affection playing with it no it's so this is

ridiculous so if you feel like you have to prove yourself for the most basic

simple things in life again stop this because you were just going to create a

lot of pain and suffering in your life now how does this even happen a lot of

people they have this going on naturally it seems well a lot of times it comes

from childhood it comes from someone she Munich a ting

to you in a very limited way and limitation on their end not on your end

when you were a very young child they communicated to you in a way that

implied that you needed to deserve their love you needed to deserve you needed to

somehow earn the basics you had to earn their love their trust their affection

this happens a lot I don't think parents do it on purpose

but it happens and we pick up this idea that we must somehow earn or deserve

love before receiving it so again just realize this is not it's not true

you deserve these things implicitly and again to try to prove that you do is to

try to work towards proving it you never can truly prove it because

it's not it's not true that you that you don't deserve it so again let this go

you might still be saying okay well I have nothing to prove think about this

think about it if scientists started saying I have nothing left to prove if a

scientist said that what would that person who would that scientist be

effectively doing a scientist would then be eliminating his or her profession

wiping it out because that's a scientists job is to prove or disprove

theories and they do that by study by hypothesizing by experimenting by

creating theories and testing and then experimenting some more and testing some

more this is really really important because you don't need to prove yourself

you don't need to prove your worthiness but you have a lot to prove

those ideas in the back of your head those lingering ideas those things that

you're attracted to those challenges that you're not sure you're up for the

things that scare you but you're attracted to them anyway the things that

have you filled that over and over but you keep coming back to these are your

theories and they're begging you to prove them that's what that's why they

stay there that's why they linger in your mind that's why you keep coming

back to them so that's your theories you need to prove become a scientist in your

own life experiment study hypothesize about what's possible about what you can

do about the challenges that you're interested in theorize about them plan

them experiment test and one of the best things that can happen to you is that

your theories fall apart when you go to test them because a good scientist

doesn't attach themselves to the outcome of an experiment or when they test their

theory their theory proves wrong they just experiment some more they make

another hypothesis they test they create more theories they keep going this is

how we innovate the sciences innovate this is how science evolves this is how

we've gotten all the great wonderful technology that we have do the same in

your own life don't become attached to the outcomes

don't become attached to your theories test them and then they fall apart well

now you've learned something now you've learned something that's not true and

learning something that's true learning what's not true is just as important

and sometimes your theories will be right and you'll feel good about that

and things will work out in a way that you want them to but it that always

happened that way and you're right all the time that's not interesting because

you're not growing so if you've got that book that you've been wanting to write

you're not sure if you can do it and it kind of scares you go for it that's your

theory the theory is you can write a book but

you're not sure you can do it until you test that theory what if you want to

lose 40 pounds what if you want to go get your PhD what if you want to make

six figures these are all theories these are all possibilities study experiment

hypothesize theorize and then start testing start testing if you can do it

or not and believe me when you fail at some of these things it'll be wonderful

because you won't be attached to it it won't be about you it won't be about

your worthiness it will simply be about whether or not your theory was correct

or it wasn't correct and like I said that teaches you everything you need to

know and then you just keep moving forward with this new knowledge this new

understanding knowing has nothing to do with your self-worth doesn't it has

nothing to do with whether or not you should or should not exist which is

absolutely ridiculous you you exist and you're deserving of the basics that

every human is deserving of and now you can move forward actualizing your

potential using science so become a scientist in your own life and test

those possibilities and challenge yourself check out my website NLP-Gym.com

"For Christians there is no such thing as distance" (St. Porphyrios) - Duration: 3:00.

I haven't achieved what I desire.

I haven't managed to love Christ so very fervently,

and for my soul to long for Him.

This is what I desire and look for but I feel I am very far.

But I'm not discouraged and so inspite of the fact that I feel weak

and that I haven't achieved what I desire, I nevertheless do not fall into despair.

It is a consolation to me that I don't cease to try continually.

Let's say I'm not discouraged because I see this in myself.

I see that even if I can't achieve what I desire, I try, I try continually,

I unceasingly long for this, and yet I can not achieve it.

It seems like I begin to grasp something, but it's not what I desire.

Pray for me, too! And this is the problem.

I say: I cannot love Christ if Christ does not enter

my soul, so that He will love me.

And Christ cannot love me if my soul does not have something

which will attract Him to love me.

Maybe this is what I'm missing. I pray God and tell Him:

I'm very weak, my Christ, only You, by Your grace, can

make me worthy, like Saint Paul the Apostle, who had rejoiced and was proudly saying:

"Yet not I, but Christ liveth in me." (Gal. 2:20)

For Christians, for the people of God, there is no such thing as distance.

You can be with someone and at the same time you can talk with God.

There are other mysteries: Christians never separate from each other.

They are united even if they be thousands of miles apart.
