Hi!

This is Morgan of Green Bambino.

We get a lot of questions from people who are new to cloth diapers about "how do they

work?"

"what is an all-in-two?""what is an insert?".

So the one thing to keep in mind is that a cloth diaper is just a waterproof outer layer,

something like this, and an absorbent insert, something like this.

And sometimes you even have a disposable insert rather than washable.

so you have a waterproof outer, some kind of absorbency on the inside, and when they

pair together, that's a cloth diaper.

So GroVia makes a system, this is one way to make it work.

You snap in their organic cotton insert here and here, and there you have a completed diaper.

When you're done with this diaper, if it's just the insert that's dirty, snap it out,

notice I didn't even actually touch anything on the inside, then you can put the insert

in a wet bag to take home for later.

From here you can snap in a clean insert, or if you are on the go and all you had was

some of their BioSoakers, you could lay that in and stick it down using the adhesive.

So that's it!

Remember - a cloth diaper is just a waterproof outer layer, some kind of absorbent insert,

and you're done!

How to submit late assignments in Coursera - Everything you need to know about late assignments - Duration: 4:41.

Welcome guys to this tutorial.

Here I will be talking about the website Coursera, where you can take university created courses

and what happens if you have missed a deadline.

So here we are in my Coursera page.

You can see that I have started this course "Fundamentals of Global Energy Business" University

of Colorado System.

It ends in December 25th and today is December 24th.

So it ends tomorrow basically.

As you can see I have started this course more than a month ago and completed the couple

of - one quiz, one peer assignment and another quiz.

So you can see that I have missed quite a bit.

I have missed four weeks of studies and I have Googled, what happens, if you don't do

these assignments in time and I have the answer for you.

So basically if you miss a deadline, you can still take the courses or the quizzes.

So for example I can try to finish all of these before the course ends.

So basically I can try to finish all of them before the course ends at this date.

However, if I can't I might have to switch the sessions.

But if you do finish these late, then there is no penalty in terms of your grade.

However, you have to note that for peer graded assignments, you have to give some time for

people to read your material that you have written.

Otherwise, you will not have the minimum of three peer grades and then you will not be

able to receive your peer assignment grade.

Therefore, I would recommend to try to stick and complete the peer graded assignments in

time.

For example here is due December 18th.

So they gave a week to finish the peer graded assignment before they close the course.

So I will try to finish week 3 quiz and I will see you then.

Alright, welcome back.

Now I have just completed week 3 quiz.

So in this course, if you can see quiz has been completed.

So let's go dig deeper into the grades.

Now you can see that I have completed and I am left with completing other three weeks'

assignments.

However, if we go down to the grades section, you can see that I took quiz for week 3.

So 1, 2, 3 and I answered all answers all questions correctly and there were 10 questions,

valued at 10% each question.

I am receiving 100% of the grade.

So that is what I mentioned before, there is no penalty in answering these quizzes late.

However, be careful with the peer reviews and those peer graded assignments.

So I hope that you found this video useful and in another video I am going to talk about

how you can change sessions, if you have- if you are significantly behind and you can

see that you will not be able to complete the course in time.

So for example here I have 3 quizzes and I will not be able to finish the, within 1 day.
