it's end of 2017! is this year a wonderful year for you?>or it can be

better? Is time for you to sit down to review and reflect

you 2017! It is my habit to spend my last day of the year to find a quiet place to

review my entire year! This is how I make it ! Most of the time I

will get myself into the beachside resort and spends 2 or 3 days without

any distractions. Meaning that I am alone and without my cell phone. I would set my

cell phone and in airplane mode. And I will bring along my diary of the year.

It records down my entire year activities!

Sitting at the beach chair facing the beautiful sea, let the wind blow on my face,

listen to the wave sound and feel the warm sand under my feet and I will flap

my diary page after page. It is from the first January of the year until 31st

of December! Page after page! It is that my entire year is right in front

of me! I am going to write in the last page of my diary how I describe my

months the 12 months and one word for an entire year! When I

flip through my 2016 diary, I found out that the one word that I give to myself

is warm up! Is the description I give to myself that I warm myself up before I

get into the game ! Not just the word that I give to myself and also how I check on

the goals that I set for myself early of the year, whether I accomplished it or

not! If yes, give myself a yea! If no, what exactly happen? is it the goal is still

realistic? it's still relevant? and it's still priority for me? If yes, how can I make

it happen in the next coming year? There's a list of questions

that I asked myself in the review and reflect process. Yes, I

wrote it down! Yes, I practically wrote it down and you can read line by line. How

about you? How you'll spend your last day of the year? I really love my practices
