Rosie O'Donnell To Paul Ryan: You Will Go Straight To Hell For Tax Cut Bill

so Hollywood celebrities rallying against the GOP tax cuts that we now

know will benefit 143 million Americans comedian Rosie O'Donnell actually told

off House Speaker Paul Ryan on Christmas Day now this is the quote from Rosie

O'Donnell it was a tweet she said at the end of each year no matter how short or

long it may feel there is always Christmas

waiting for us is that sense of wonder that Shepherds felt when the angels

appeared in the night sky to herald the birth of a savior

Rosie responded that was Ryan by the way Rosie responded to the positive holiday

tweet from Paul Ryan saying Paul Ryan don't talk about Jesus after what you

just did to our nation you will go straight to hell you screwed up fake

altar boy hashtag Judas much The Weekly Standard

Fred Barnes joins us with his reaction and Fred I think I think you know you

and I may be from a different generation the language that tweet from Rosie

O'Donnell seems really over-the-top and and inappropriate and there are things

about Rosie O'Donnell that a lot of people love but this is really beyond

the pale well I think so and you left out a little bit as well yeah or maybe

that was a tweet with somebody else Ben Shapiro

but anyway look I've thought for a long time Donald Trump makes people in the

resistance the Democratic resistance crazy when he succeeds and he just

succeeded with this big tax cut he's actually as it turned out had a pretty

good year too I think a lot of people took a surprise even mine with getting

all these judges confirmed and and and the regular regulations that have been

thrown out in a foreign policy that hasn't been the disaster that so many

people expected he's and it just drives resisters crazy you know there's what

it's one thing to protest policy there are plenty of normal sane people who

disagree with the agenda the country is now pursuing but to tell somebody

go to hell I think that just you know it is so inappropriate in so many ways what

do you say to someone like Rosie O'Donnell I'm sure she would defend it

and and she did tell Ben Shapiro she called him a four-letter word and then

wanted to see if Twitter would enforce its threat policies and vulgarity

policies and apparently they won't because they won't remove that tweet but

she she insulted to him called him a four-letter word but why does she get

away with that was she's Rosie O'Donnell I mean look it it's only one one group

of people that can stop her from getting this spread what she tweets spread all

around the country and that's the news media but the news media has decided

some time ago that she is a news maker we see other people like this you know

they got Lavar ball in California and the Kardashians these people who have no

claim that the fame would be their claim is being famous that's it yeah exactly I

mean this Rosie O'Donnell know anything about the Republican tax reform bill I

doubt it did I mean did she know that it doubles the child tax credit and and it

it doubles the standard deduction from 12,000 to 24,000 and look I think she's

gonna find out that the hard way that this tax melts pretty good for the

middle class when in a few months the people who work for her those poor

devils get a fine that they're the tax with go with hell from their paycheck

has gone down and hers has gone up yeah I'm gonna move on to another topic a

comedic writer and director Judd Apatow saying earlier this year when you give

rich people tax cuts they don't hire tons of people with that money they

build better robots now this as many companies have announced employee

bonuses and minimum wage hikes because well the companies are saying because of

the tax cuts fred is epitome wrong or is he right because a lot of the money is

gonna go to all kinds of things but don't companies also invest in perhaps

equipment that makes them more productive without the human cost

because that's your greatest expense yeah oh of course they invest in that

you know I one of the complaints I've heard

that is that all this money was there all the time why didn't why weren't they

already spreading it around their employees well look this is why we have

this why we have tax cuts and tax reform to offer these companies an incentive to

spread the money around including one with their workers and that's what's

happened with a lot of these big companies Fred did you hear that Comcast

is giving its employees a $1,000 bonus I did hear that yeah okay Fred Barnes

thank you very much for joining us gotten so big but really quick I want to

ask you about Rosie O'Donnell she lashed out at Paul Ryan after the tax reform

bill was passed here's what she tweeted this is something else

she says Paul Ryan don't talk about Jesus after what you just did to our

nation you will go straight to hell you screwed up fake altar boy

hashtag Judas much I mean this is is this politics as usual okay Rosie has he

mentioned the word entertainment Rosie has committed the cardinal sin and

that's not attacking Paul Ryan or President Trump it's not being funny

she's not funny you know if you if you're going to attack at least be at

least be entertaining and humorous and you know what the more people like Rosie

O'Donnell do that and it gets attention the more it reminds regular Americans

mainstream Americans even some that didn't vote for Donald Trump or maybe

are not big Trump supporters just how loony the left has become how

disconnected from reality they have become and you know we are already

Sanders who's who and he and his wife are being investigated by the FBI you

know we got the Democrats have their own problems here and I think that's why

again as I said earlier President Trump needs to really push these midterm

elections he needs to remind people that there are people that are in the

establishment and not all Democrats some of them are Republicans unfortunately

that are trying to discredit his administration that want him deposed

from office and they had better turn out to vote because if we have a Democratic

House and certainly a Democratic House and Senate we're looking at impeachment

we use as a political weapon I'm up against a hard break I could talk to you

all morning thank you for coming on the show it was great Lee Spiekermann Oh

pleasure

Blanket Jackson: 5 Fast Facts You Need to Know

On Tuesday, a Christmas photo of Michael Jackson's three children had the Internet asking questions about his youngest son, Prince Michael "Blanket" Jackson II.

Blanket was just seven when his father died on June 25, 2009.

He was subsequently raised by his grandmother.

Little is known about Blanket Jackson, who is now 15.

Unlike his siblings, Paris and Prince, he is not often photographed in the media, and is not active on social media.

Here's what we know about Blanket Jackson.

1. He Is Michael Jackson's Youngest Son

Blanket is Michael Jackson's youngest son.

Debbie Rowe is the mother of Blanket's siblings, Paris Michael Katherine and Michael Joseph "Prince" Jackson.

Rowe was married to Jackson from 1982 to 1988.

She met him while working as a nurse at a dermatology office, where Jackson was undergoing treatment for a skin disorder.

The couple cited irreconcilable differences in their divorce papers, according to BBC. Jackson was given full custody of the children.

Before Rowe, Jackson was married to Lisa Marie Presley, Elvis Presley's daughter.

Jackson's daughter, Paris, is 19. Paris was enrolled in a private school in Sherman Oaks, California, before leaving school in 2013.

She has since forayed into acting and modeling. Next year, she is set to make her feature film debut in Gringo alongside Charlize Theron, Joel Edgerton, Amanda Seyfried, and Thandie Newton.

Last year, she played a recurring role in the FOX series, Star, as Rachel.

2. The Identity of His Biological Mother Is Unknown

It is unclear who Blanket's biological mother is. According to TMZ, he was born in 2002 with the help of a surrogate.

Fortunately, the three Jackson siblings share a close bond. In an interview on the Today show in October, Prince, Michael Jackson's oldest son, said, "Me and my siblings get along really well — especially my sister… She's grown so much and she's been able to really step up.

I don't really see myself as her older brother. We're equal partners when it comes down to it. B.G. is just so mature for his age. It's a pretty strong bond.".

Together, the three Jackson children contribute to charities like the annual Costume for a Cause event.

Speaking on the morning show, Prince said, "My dad always taught me to lead by example, so I hope I can set a good example that you can have fun by helping other people and you can make a change just by doing that…I think he would definitely be proud of the type of work that we're doing and giving back to the community.".

3. His Grandmother Raised Him and His Siblings

Blanket and his siblings were raised by their grandmother, Katherine Jackson. In 2012, Blanket's cousin, TJ Jackson, then 34, was appointed co-guardian of Blanket, according to E! Online.

The change was made after Katherine reportedly fell out of touch with her grandchildren for ten days. An October article in TMZ reports that Katherine is now retiring from her role as Blanket's guardian.

The article reads, "According to docs filed by Katherine … there's no longer any need for her to be the 15-year-old's guardian… Both Paris and Prince are adults now, but Katherine says because Blanket has reached his adolescence … TJ can handle guardianship on his own.

She also points to her own age, 87, as a reason she's stepping down." In a statement to E!, Katherine Jackson's attorney, Ryan G Baker, said, "Given her own age and the fact that the Minor Child is now 15 years old, Katherine feels that T.J. is able to assume all necessary responsibilities of the guardianship for the Minor Child.".

It is unclear at this time if Jackson is still Blanket's legal guardian, or if a judge has approved the request.

4. He Reportedly Changed His Name to Bigi Jackson in 2015

Prince Michael "Blanket" Jackson, Paris Jackson and Prince Jackson arrive at the Michael Jackson The Immortal World Tour in Los Angeles, California, on January 27, 2012.

In 2015, several outlets reported that Blanket had changed his name to Bigi Jackson.

At the time, a family friend told People, "The kids live like Michael is constantly looking down upon them…" The friend told People that Blanket "has had the most problems adjusting after Michael died. He acted very lost and extremely upset.".

Blanket's desire to change his name was touched upon in the 2017 Lifetime biopic, Searching for Neverland, which was written by two of Jackson's former bodyguards.

5. He Was Dangled over a Balcony by His Father When He Was 9-Months-Old

Many may recall the incident in 2002 when Michael Jackson dangled Blanket, who was 9-months-old at the time, over the edge of a hotel balcony in Berlin.

Ironically, Jackson was in town to accept a lifetime Bambi entertainment award. The incident had fans questioning the late singer's judgment as a father.

In response to fans' condemning his actions, Jackson issued a statement that said he'd made a terrible mistake.

"I offer no excuses for what happened… I got caught up in the excitement of the moment.

I would never intentionally endanger the lives of my children.".

An MTV article written at the time interviewed Prevent Child Abuse America's Kevin Kirkpatrick, who said, "Considering Mr Jackson started a charity to protect children, this was alarmingly irresponsible behavior with a child," Prevent Child Abuse America's Kevin Kirkpatrick told wire services.

"Holding a child like that with what appeared to be one arm while leaning over a fourth-floor balcony window is pretty careless to say the least.".
