Waching daily Dec 4 2017

The Vlandians are a martial empire constantly focused on expansion and

conquest of all lands that they laid their eyes upon. As powerful and

unstoppable as they may seem, they had a tumultuous past and have a

shaky present. As they slash cut and burned their way through the world, they found

that they could hire mercenaries and increase the amount of land they were

able to conquer. All was going well in the Empire kept growing and growing,

however the vast fields plains and rich forests did not match the wealth of the

ever-expanding Vlandian Empire. The treasury soon discovered that they were

unable to pay mercenaries properly, to avoid the mercenaries fighting back

against them, they gave the mercenaries land grants and titles, this led to the

Vlandian Empire becoming a feudalistic state soon, marriages and fortresses were

created in the Vlandin Empire had seized and added their own culture to the

conquered lands. Planting their stake in the world

the Vlandian Empire soon found out that like many feudalistic states the

noblemen in their loyalty to the ruler of the Empire began to fade out of their

minds as time went on and what preoccupies their mind now is their own

selfish goals in agendas aimed at establishing themselves as the power in

the Empire and in game this results in minor factions within the Vlandian

Empire like the company of the golden boar who'd sell their services to the

highest bidder the Vlandians are incredibly similar to

in officially based off of the Norman and Nordic cultures. Their armor and

weaponry all hailed from the middle age Europe and what some call early medieval

times, primarily of Norman origin their tactics and martial attitude come from

primarily Nordic Raider style of warfare which leads to a devastating blend of

deadly weapons and ruthless tactics as for the arms and armor the obvious can

be expected when hearing how the Vlandians fought and who they're based

off of. The Vlandians have some of the most devastating weapons and tactics

utilizing the brutal tactic of Lancer horsemen with armor who can plunge their

spears into the enemy ranks and instill fear among opposing forces. Only a few

can live until the tail the devastating power of the Vlandian Lancers. Light in

heavy cavalry equipped with lances are a strength of the lane

empire but you cannot defend a fort with cavalry alone, though, crossbows and

long swords can be found among the regular infantry to allow the Vlandians to

strike down the enemy with a single blow or piercing enemy's heart with an arrow

through their armor. The Vlandians have mastered the combined arms and can

seamlessly integrate all these parts and if you learn their ways you'll be able

to also swiftly cut down your enemies.

I BET YOU WILL LIKE THIS ASMR VIDEO! [SUB ENG] 100K special - Duration: 10:50.

Hi guys! Thank you thank you thank you for being with me today

Today will be a really special video. To be honest, it won't be a single video, but more videos.

I'm not good at talking so i won't be here and make an emotional speech

i just wanted to say that i'm so grateful to have this channel, to have your support and to all of you.

I hope that i can help you to sleep better and better, to relax or just make you smile.

. All this makes me extremely happy,

especially because ( i hope you notice this) i have a strong passion about making these videos, so i'm very grateful.

To show you my gratitude i have 2 things

. The first is that i made a gift to the channel. This zoom h5.

I'm so happy, i dreamed of it for a long time. I hope that the audio is better.

The second way to thank you is this, This is a framework on how this video will be.

I wrote 100k special and at the end of this video you will find 4 mini videos

that will bring you to 4 different videos, that are the most popular type of videos on my channel

I wanted to do this because i wanted a video that would be enjoyed by all of you

It will be a video of unusual mouth sounds, one of tapping no talking , one of pure inaudible whispering and one of "find your trigger" series

They, in turn, will be divided in more video to dedicate an entire video for a single trigger.

These 4 videos will be one of only trtr, one of ticotico, one of zac and one of point

If you will click on tapping no talkig you will have a taste of different objects

then at the end you will find a video of tapping on tascam, one of tapping on a gel bead mask, one tapping on a lemon, and one of tapping on a perfume.

If you will choose the inaudible, first you will have a pure inaudible without sounds

then one with finger fluttering, one with mic brushig and one with tapping on tascam.

The 4 video is a "find your trigger" video with the mic with the ears

because i wanted to make also a more simple and chit chat video in which i will do some trigger. Than you will have 4 options:

one with eating sounds, one with sound of necklace, one with a sweater and one with a wig on the ears

So this is it

Obv i created a playlist in which you will find all the videos , but i hope you will have fun in searching videos

Also, i wanted to say that for the forst 3-4 days i the videos will be NOT monetized

so you can enjoy the videos without worry about loud ads.

Last thing i want to say is simple but important.

If you have a passion for something, launch your self, don't be afraid to fail.

Don't care about judges, just have a lot of patience, passion and perseverance

Ok i will leave you these 4 options and i will write in the infobox all the structure of this video

I give you a big kiss and i thank you from the bottom of my heart,

comment below if you like this idea, maybe i will use this in a roleplay, thank you 

While You Were Sleeping I Kdrama Review [ENG SUB] - Duration: 9:00.

Hi everyone we are here for another video

Which is going to be a review of a korean drama

Today I'm going to do the review of the drama "while you were sleeping"

Which is an sbs drama who has been on tv from the

the 27th of september until the 16th of november

Yeah that's right the 16th of november

This is dramas with Lee Jong Suk

Bae Suzy

And Jung Hae-In

Which are for me the principals actors

But since it's a drama you know that there's a lot more

I choose this 3 because they're the one that

move the story

The drama talks about Bae Suzy who used

to be a journalist

..This is not a spoiler that she is used to be a journalist because you can read taht everywhere

She is used to be a journalist who dreams of the futur

Everything that she dreams of

is going to happen the next day or the next month

even one year after

But everything that she dreams of will happen

And that ability kinda destroy her life

Because imagine if you are her and dreams that your best friend is going to die

And there's nothing you can do

You know that she is going to die

And you try everything to stop her

But at the end that happen

So yeah that destroy her life

But she is going to find Lee Jong Suk

who is a prosecutor

And whom have the same ability as Suzy

He dreams of the same things as Suzy

And also Jung Hae In

The three of them are going to be dreaming of the same thing

But not at the same time

not at the same place

For example Suzy is going to dream of

Someone having a car accident

Lee Jong Suk is going to dream of what the person have been doing before having that car accident

And the cop ( Jang Hae In) is going to dream of what is going to happen after the car accident

They got the same dream but not at the same moment , same place

And there are going to try their best to stop their common dream to come true

I know you're going to say that it's too much that

because even me I was like three people who have the same " power" in the same city it's a little too much

But there's is a story behind this

That we will know episodes by episodes so I don't want to spoil

Because I was quite schocked so you'll see

that this is not just random

And this is cool that there is a story behind all of this

I was really afraid that there is not explanation about their ability

Like this is not something that is going to happen in real life

three people in the same area with the same " power".. Come on !

But they put a story behind

And that is a thing that I really love with this drama

Also about the story

It's a good story

Even if I was afraid that it could be really recurring

because the three of them are dreaming of the case of the prosecutor

There are always dreaming of the final result of the case

They are dreaming of whatvthe prosecutor did wrong or how the cop

is going to be in the case and it's going to be totally wrong

Almost everytime there are dreaming of cases

And I was thinking that it's going to be really long because the drama is made of 32 episodes

each episode is 32 /35 minutes

And I was thinking that it's going to be extra long with only cases

at the beginning for me it was recurring

because after two cases

I was like if I anted to watch a drama about law I would have done that

But what's good it's that

there is the story of today ( with the cases) and their past ( about their power)

The past life of Suzy

And also the prosecutor

And the cop a little at the end

So it was really cool to have two stories

Because in the present it's only cases which can be really annoying

And sometimes we've got the past

which is really interesting

So don't be afraid

Honestly the drama was quite bad at the beginning for me but the story gets more and more interesting espicially after the 4th episode

About the actors

What you have to know about me that is I'm not a fan of Suzy

So yup I 've never see dream high

and also uncontrollaby fond with Woo Bin which is apparently a master peace

I didn't see it only because there was Suzy in it

I've got nothing against Suzy

I love her in Miss A

But as an actor I just can't

honestly I've tried to watch

...

Dream high

But I couln'd because I can feel the characters that she plays

I don't know if it's me or

But I just can't so I never watched one of her drama

But in this one

I was really impressed because I don't know if she gets better at acting

I really loved her character in this drama

So if me who is not a fan of Suzy liked her in this drama you will love her

Especilly if you already love Lee Jong Suk

Because I only start the drama for him

If you have seen my "top 10 korean actors' you must know how much I love him

And once again I wasn't dissapointed by him

And I really liked to see him playing a funnier character

Because for me he was quite serious in " W"

And here he is really funny and I loved is realtionship with his brother

I don't know if you too but I really loved the two brothers

Oh yeah the discovery of the drama

is Jung Hae In who is an actor taht I did not know

But I was really happy to see him , he was really

He was the PERFECT second lead syndrome

Like he is cute , handsome , funny and absolutly not annoying

Because in general the second lead who wants to be with athe girl

ARE ANNOYING

They are going to start a war with the girl , the boy...

But not Jung Hae In he is really lovable

really funny and tell me if you liked him too

Because in " Goblin" we only see him a sec

So I was really happy to see him again

So if you have another drama that he done please tell me in he comments

To conclude I will say that

is a good drama if you like the actors

But if you don't like dramas about law

I don't know if you are going to like it

Because the're is a lot of law , almost every dreams are about judicial cases

It's a lot of law

This drama has a lot of common with the drama " I can hear your voice" so if you liked that one you'll love this one

because this is the same writer

For "I hear you voice" , " Pinocchio" and " While you were sleeping" the writer is for me really gifted

So if you liked her two previous dramas you'll like this one

But yeah it's a lot of law so I don't know wht you'll think

But me if I was a professional judge

I' ll give this drama 7 out of 10

because it's a drama that I've been wactching every week , waiting for the next episode

And I wasn't really excited about the next episodes

Unlike other dramas

That I usted to watch with eng sub because I couldn't wait for the french one

But it wasn't the case for this drama

It's really a good drama

But personnaly I've prefer I hear your voice

I hope you liked that review guys

I'm absolutly not a professional about kdramas

Everything that I said it's my opinion

And if you will like to see other heading

Please tell me

If you want me to talk about a specific moment

Or a scene in a drama

Don't be shy and let me know

Well see you soon , leave a comment ( if you speak english and you liked the eng sub for example (:

SUSCRIBE ( that will mak me so happy)

SEE YOU SOON GUYS AND THANKS FOR WATCHING

WHAT SIMPLE THING YOU NEED TO DO SO THAT YOU CAN START LOSSING WEIGHT FAST MY WEIGHT LOSS JOURNEY - Duration: 6:43.

hey guys back with another video today like always I'm talking about my weight

loss journey and what I am currently doing or what I may have fell off doing

well I have some good news for you I haven't fell off doing anything I'm back

on doing the one meal a day 23 hour fast which is the intermittent fasting I'm

going to be doing that until I get to my max weight I have about 80 pounds or so

or more to lose and this is the way that I'm going to lose it healthy and also

it's going to help with my anxiety because it seems like my anxiety is

getting less and less every time I get on this diet it helps with my nerves you

know and that's mainly because the body generates new cells and it makes things

work correctly in the body when you're doing an intimate and fast because what

a fast is is detoxifying the body of all these toxins that don't allow the liver

to work properly and once the liver is working properly then the whole body is

working properly the brain the heart the blood your

kidneys your digestive system all the organs in the body can function and

absorb what it needs to absorb to function correctly and what it doesn't

need it goes out the other way so I was at the store today and I want to let you

guys know I'm gonna start doing like a journal and I'm gonna be doing a few

videos a day off of the day when something comes in my mind you know on

this weight-loss journey I'm just gonna pick up my head my head sets and I'm

just gonna get on the computer and I'm just going to track what I'm feeling

and what I can give to the public that can help you guys as well so you can

jump-start your weight loss journey but today I was walking past the window and

not only could I feel and these jeans that I've been wearing that like my only

pair jeans that I can probably fit in for the most part but I can see through

the silhouette through the window wow you were really slimming down your

thighs which are my problem areas that's where a lot of my fat migrates to it is

going away you are slimming down each day it just seems like you're getting

smaller and smaller and smaller and smaller and then when I do my one meal a

day I usually do an eating show video or some people call it a mukbang video and

the kind of eating show videos I do they asmar videos ASMR videos and the eating

sounds no talking so you only see my mouth and I'm starting to even see in

that area and also in my arms they're slimming out my jaw bone is

becoming more defined I'm seeing this day by day by day by day and I'm like

wow it is really amazing the power of the body and one thing I said that I

want to let the public know if you can honestly listen to your body and when it

says it's hungry if you know your honor our regiment and you're not gonna eat in

two three o'clock and afternoon like myself you have to conquer that hunger

if you can overcome letting the hunger you know be more powerful and what I

mean by that is when you feel hungry if you if you say I'm not gonna eat just

cuz I feel hungry you will lose away and you will lose it faster and a lot of you

guys will realize you don't have to be on a diet

because if you can control that hyung hunger feeling that's gonna go away in

like five minutes I was feeling a couple of minutes ago

before I did this video I was feeling hungry and I'm doing this video now five

minutes later and I don't feel hungry so if you can not let that overpower you

then your weight loss journey to being slim

and fit and healthy is just it's just it's arm reaches away your goal is

almost there I think that's a powerful thing if somebody can have self-control

and say I'm not hungry I just feel like I'm hungry and this is what I'm supposed

to eat this is my regiment here that I'm supposed to follow and I'm gonna only

eat when it's time for me to eat that hunger pain will go away you're not

gonna die if you feel hungry and it always passes you have to be strong it

wouldn't be a such thing as a diet or even way eating if we could control what

our minds are making us think so I don't want to make this video too long but

keep that in mind we control how we feel through the mind and when we're hungry

if we can over power the mind and say so what I'm hungry it's gonna go away in

five minutes that eating hunger pain then you can conquer your weight you can

get that under control and you can stay fit and slim and healthy for the rest of

your life so remember say no when you're hungry

don't let the hunger make you fat take control of that so with all that being

said please like this video please share the video and make it a favorite and

I'll see you guys in the next video bye for now

3 Ways to Change Emotions to Attract What You Want with the Law of Attraction - Duration: 8:35.

this video will show you three ways to change your emotions or your feelings in

order to attract what you want I'm gonna share simple ideologies that can make

you completely look at how your feelings are perpetuated so that you're able to

be who you prefer to be welcome back to another video my name is Erin and I help

people expand their consciousness now in this video I'm gonna be sharing with you

all about understanding how our emotions are created and three things that we can

do to completely rewire ourselves towards feeling the emotions that we

want now with the law of attraction as I've said in many videos emotion is an

important part of it because when we are able to feel the emotion of already

having what we want what we do is we link ourselves up to seeing

opportunities that could get us closer towards experiencing what we want but

really to embodying the level of what we want to already experience so this is

about understanding that everything that we want to attract that is outside of us

is actually something it's going to bring us a certain emotion so if we want

more money it's because we may want more security we want more freedom that's an

emotion when we understand this it's about knowing we must resonate with

those experiences that we want to have in order to resonate with it we must

feel the emotion in the present moment if we walk around feeling lack we're not

going to be able to perceive of the abundance that's around us because of

the state of being that we're in and the beliefs and the emotions that we have

now the first part of this process is understanding that our feelings are

secondary now this means that the feelings that we have come from a

primary part of it which is the beliefs we must first have a belief about

something we must believe something to be true to then derive a meaning from it

so this also comes from the deeper understanding that everything in life is

fundamentally neutral so the example I always use is if there's a rainy day

that means something to different people if you're from Seattle maybe you don't

like it because it rains all the time and it's a negative connotation I'm

Vegas doesn't rain very often so I love it when it rains so I feel positive

emotion but that will depend upon the perception of the person though it could

be two people in the same exact situation that have very different

feelings about it because of what they believe to be true so knowing this then

gives us the ability to redefine our life in a very powerful way to know that

the feelings that we have we don't have to be victim of circumstances we don't

have to be victims to what happens to us because we realized the one thing we

always have the ability to control is our own state of being because we choose

our focus we can choose to neutralize negative emotion we can choose to give

things positive meaning even if they appear to be negative so the first part

of this process is understanding that our beliefs our create are creating the

feelings that we have and that our feelings are secondary so what we must

do is ask ourself a powerful question what would I have to believe is true to

be feeling this way and you'll find that a lot of times there's some belief there

that's making you feel the way that you are so if you're in a situation and you

feel negative emotion you say what would I have to believe is true to be feeling

this way and you may find that you believe that this is a negative thing

you're tagging meaning as to the situation being negative therefore

generating that feeling if you maybe break up with someone or someone breaks

up with you you could from a certain perspective be feeling negative emotion

which is natural but at the same time you can be aware that you may be tagging

somebody meaning onto the situation you might be giving it all put it on a

pedestal and really thinking that you lost something by letting go of someone

else and that comes from perspective and with time eventually you heal and you

let that go but that focus that momentum is what causes the negative emotion now

the second thing that we can do has to do with understanding that everything

that we experience in our life is at some level a choice now it can be a

subconscious choice it can be a conscious choice but if we approach

everything we experience in our life as a choice we then automatically gain our

power back we must realize that this situation in this belief that comes

this may have been an unconscious choice that we made at some level in our life

maybe we decided that this is who we are and this is what things mean maybe if

somebody rejected us we automatically assume that we weren't worthy so we

started always associating any level of rejection from people as something

personal when it could just be somebody's having a bad day it could be

interpreted in a completely different way so the idea is knowing that if

anything happens to you you can treat it as if you chose it and you will

completely change the way that you respond to the situation I've done this

as so many ways in my life anytime something comes into my life I treat it

as if I chose it and I realize it immediately let's go of the victim

mentality and it allows me to take action from a more powerful point of

view so at a certain point in your life you may have chosen that this is who I

am this is the way people treat me but if instead what you do is you realize

that you chose that situation subconsciously or consciously you can

then redirect it in the direction that you want you can start to see things as

how do I prefer it you can ask yourself that question how would I prefer to feel

what meaning what I prefer to give this situation and as you do that you'll find

that you start to feel completely different about yourself and you start

to really have experiences that impact you had a very deep level now the third

thing that we can do has to do with understanding focus and momentum and

this is a very powerful concept and knowing that whatever we focus on is

something that we feel whatever we focus on also will be a belief that we build

up over time and something that we feel more and more so the question I have for

you is what are you currently focused on are you focused on perspectives that

actually serve you are you focused on knowing how valuable you are on the

different kind of things that you can accomplish in your life are you focused

in a certain direction of doing your passion for a living or are you focused

on beliefs that serve you when it comes to finances money your passion

relationships what focuses do you have and where is

your momentum going now there's something I always say with

this process as well is that the more that you focus and the more momentum you

have the more positive emotion you will feel so every day one thing I encourage

people to do is to focus on things that you're

grateful for to focus on the things that really bring you joy if you do that for

just a couple minutes right when you wake up in the morning it will

completely change your life especially over time so I encourage you to ask

yourself the question randomly throughout the day make an intention for

it what am I currently focused on anytime

you start to see there's momentum going in negative direction decide that you're

gonna shift the focus on to something else the more you put focus on things

that make you feel good the more you put your focus on your passion and things

that you really enjoy doing the more positive emotion you will feel and the

more that you find you attract what you want because you're actually resonating

with those things so remember first off that your beliefs are what creates the

emotions that you feel feelings are secondary so you can start to ask

yourself the question what would I have to believe is true in order to be

feeling this so secondly as you decide that everything in your life is a choice

and you start to treat it as a choice you start to gain your power back and

you start to give yourself the ability to really choose the direction that you

want and then thirdly focus is so powerful whatever you focus on you will

feel I encourage you for just a couple minutes a day in the morning right when

you wake up to focus on three things you're grateful for to focus on things

that make you feel good and as you do that you will gain powerful momentum and

you will start to feel better so that you can resonate with what you want to

experience in your life so with that being said I hope you guys enjoyed this

Welcome to the Library: Instructional Media Lab - Duration: 3:15.

[Upbeat pop music]

In the past several years, there have been incredible advancements in technology.

When you combine this technology with contemporary education practices,

you get an innovative classroom experience offering new ways to study and apply course materials.

Of course, with so many different types of technology available,

it can sometimes be difficult to pinpoint exactly which ones would be best suited to your classes,

or how to use them.

Fortunately, the Instructional Media Lab is there to help.

Currently located on Floor 7 of the W. E. B. Du Bois Library,

the Instructional Media Lab is a place where UMass Amherst faculty, instructors, and TAs

can build their tech-savvy confidence.

In up to 2-hour appointment blocks, consultants will help you with a variety of topics,

including Moodle course sites, iClicker audience response systems, lecture capture,

and media conversion.

I rely on Moodle for my gradebook.

And, um, I can remember for a while I had probably I think one of the most complex gradebooks on campus

so people would actually listen in when I had problems with my gradebook

trying to figure out how do we do level upon level of subcategories and whatnot

um, so they've been really helpful with figuring out why is something not working as I expected

or how do I organize things in a specific manner.

Um, they've been really helpful.

The Instructional Media Lab is also where instructors can explore or discover new technology

to integrate into their courses, such as blogging and social media platforms.

When I first incorporated iClicker into my class,

um, I hadn't designed the class without it,

so I designed the class sort of around iClicker

and I had all my students using iClicker.

Um...it was very nerve-wracking going into it because I hadn't used these before

and I was going into a class of 150-200 students

um, and I was nervous that the technology wouldn't work.

The Instructional Media Lab was there with me from the very start and every step along the way,

helping me learn how to use it, helping me feel confident about using it,

if I had any questions, they always respond so promptly

um, and I felt supported entirely throughout that process

and they made it really easy for me to incorporate and use iClicker successfully in my class.

The Instructional Media Lab is open from 10 A.M. to 4 P.M.

and can be reached by phone, email, or same-day walk-ins.

Stop on by for help with all of your instructional technology needs

from some of the most knowledgeable and patient people you will ever meet.

Rosalie Avila: 5 Fast Facts You Need to Know

Rosalie Avila, a 13-year-old girl from California with a beautiful, bright smile and dreams of becoming a lawyer, committed suicide after being bullied. Now her family is speaking out about the dangers of bullying.

The child's death is but the latest in a string of bullying-related deaths of children or teenagers throughout the United States. Many of those deaths are linked to social media or cyber bullying. "My daughter is a victim of bullying.

She was a beautiful person inside and out," Rosalie Avila's family wrote on a GoFundMe page to raise money for her funeral and medical expenses. Here's what you need to know:.

Rosalie's Father Found Her Hanging in Her Room & the Family Discovered Writings About Bullying. The little girl's death was horrifically sad. Her father has told the news media that he discovered the child hanging in her bedroom.

"My daughter had the whole world," her father, Freddie Avila said, emotionally. "Now, I just have to think about what she could have done or what she could have become.

Now it's just a memory." He described, "I woke up and there was screaming. I had to find my daughter hanging in her room.".

The family later discovered a suicide note from Rosalie. "She left behind a letter apologizing and mentioned that she was 'ugly' and a 'loser.' Rosalie was taken to Loma Linda Children's Hospital in extremely critical condition.

She was taken off life support on Friday, Dec. 1, 2017," reported NBC Miami.

Rosalie Was a Good Artist Who Wanted to Be a Lawyer. The photo that Rosalie Avila's family used on their GoFundMe site in her name.

Rosalie's family's GoFundMe page revealed the child's dreams were big. She was a talented artist who dreamed of becoming a lawyer someday.

Tragically, her potential will now never be realized. The family included the above photo with the GoFundMe page; it appears to show the girl in the hospital. She lived a short time.

"She was a great artist, very lovable & loving. Her smile would light up the whole room with her laughter. She's very smart and always had good grades. She loved the beach & liked going out to the snow.

Rosalie had a great personality and was very funny," the family wrote. Rosalie enjoyed reading and "liked dressing up as her favorite characters like 'Belle' from 'Beauty and the Beast' & Stitch.

She liked watching 'The Walking Dead,' 'Stranger Things,' & 'Meet the Fosters.' She always remembered her friends birthdays and would go out of her way to get them a gift. She truly cared about people," the page says.

"She loved to drink hot cocoa while she watched her favorite shows or movies. She's loved by so many people & by her family.

She was daddy's girl and mommy's princess. She wanted to be a lawyer and wanted to help the world to be a better place.

The world lost a treasure. We ask kindly with any donations from anyone willing to help us to bury our beloved daughter and with medical expenses for Rosalie Avila, From an unexpected tragic lost.

We thank you all for your support and blessings.".

Rosalie's School Held a Candlelight Vigil & Deployed Crisis Counselors.

In a statement on its website, Rosalie's school, Mesa View Middle School, confirmed her death, writing, "It is with great sadness that we send this message to share that one of our young Mesa View Mustang students has passed away.

No one can fathom the heartbreak and confusion that we are certain many of our students and families are feeling right now.".

Crisis counselors "have been deployed to our schools, and are available for any student who feels he or she needs to talk with someone as they struggle to cope with their feelings.

Please talk with your children as you feel is appropriate. There are resources on the district web site available for your support," the school wrote.

"In recognition of the Mesa View student's life and support to the family, a candlelight vigil will be held this evening, December 1st at 6:00 pm at the Sanctuary Church located on the Mesa View Middle School campus, 800 Mustang Way, Calimesa.".

The Child's Family Says She was Bullied for Two Years Before Taking Her Life. The bullying that Rosalie Avila suffered was sustained over a two-year period, her family said. Her mother, Charlene Avila, has described her daughter's torment to the news media.

"She kept a journal or a diary of the people who hurt her and people that called her ugly and just putting her down," Charlene Avila said, according to ABC 7, adding that Rosalie had cut her wrists in the past.

"I remember a couple nights she'd come home, telling me that the kids are calling her names about her teeth. I go, 'You have braces, honey, don't worry.

The braces are going to come off,' and she said, 'Yeah, but my teeth are straight and they're still making fun of me," her father said, the television station reported.

Charlene Avila said that social media is part of the problem. "We had her in counseling, but I really feel like social media is such a big thing on kids," Charlene added, according to the television station.

"I think kids don't have the maturity to handle it.".

Other Children Have Committed Suicide After Being Bullied. Mallory Grossman was a beautiful 12-year-old girl from New Jersey with a memorable smile who loved cheerleading and once made jewelry to help children with cancer.

She also was allegedly being bullied on Snapchat and other platforms, according to News 4.The same day her mother complained about the alleged bullying to the school, Mallory died suddenly, according to NBC New York.

Her family has now revealed that she committed suicide.

In Canada, Jolynn Winter, Chantel Fox and Jenera Roundsky, all 12, committed suicidesince January 2017 in what was a possible suicide pact in Wapekeka, an aboriginal community. In 2016, Katelyn Nicole Davis, of Polk County, Ga., streamed her suicide on social media.

She was also 12. Gabriel Taye, an 8-year-old Ohio boy, also committed suicide after being bullied.

A Pennsylvania family has written an emotional, heart-wrenching obituary for Sadie Riggs, a 15-year-old girl who hung herself after being tormented by bullies. Sadie was from Bedford, Pennsylvania, and her family decided to make a statement against bullies in the heartbreaking obit.

Her death is highlighting the growing concerns of bullying among young people in a social media driven society, and family members hope Sadie's suicide will start a movement against bullying.

Wrote one woman on Facebook after reading the widely shared obit: "Didn't know Sadie, but after reading her obituary I have tears in my eyes. We must cause change! We must treat others with kindness.

We must teach our children that our words matter. This philosophy is so simple, yet as a society we are obviously failing.".

In California, a 10-year-old committed suicide after a video of her fighting with classmates went viral on the app Musical.  Ashawnty Davis was on life support for two weeks after her family found her hanging inside of her closet.

Calf Stretching | Waukesha Chiropractor - Duration: 3:26.

hi everybody dr. Jamie pries here with affinity chiropractic and wellness in

Waukesha Wisconsin today we are here to talk about calf tightness and stretching

for it this could apply to people who may have calf tightness because of

running too much being on their feet all day at work wearing shoes that are

elevated such as high heels this could also applies to people with achilles

tendonitis partial tears of their Achilles tendon plantar fasciitis

plantar fasciitis and more so stretching might seem like a very simple way to

help any of these problems that you may have but it's extremely effective easy

and it's backed by evidence which is extremely important there are two kinds

of stretching that people are familiar with and that is ballistic stretching

which is bouncing up and down while you're trying to stretch a muscle which

is bad but the other kind of stretching that most people are familiar with is

actually static stretching which is where you're stretching a muscle like

this and not bouncing at all okay now that kind of stretching is good and

that's what we like to practice here in our office for patients with any kind of

calf tightness the research actually shows that stretching over a long period

of time and a gentle stretch is actually very beneficial to helping heal your

tight calf so since stretching those calf muscles

is so important in such a great idea for your health I'm here to demonstrate

exactly how you can do that at home here at our office we actually have a special

board for this for our patients and it's an elevated board right here now we

suggest patients stay on boards like this for about three minutes at a time

just gentle stretching as they hang on to a wall here this is enough to help

restructure those fibers and stretch out that muscle for a long time so you

probably don't have an elevated board like this at your home other options for

this could be using stairs like all those who are railing

or anything where you can let your heels hang below the tips of your toes if you

feel uncomfortable or unstable using stairs at home just help stretch your

cap then feel free to use this other technique where you just use a wall I'm

going to demonstrate now on my right cap exactly how to do this up against this

wall I have my leg fully extended here stretching out the upper portion of my

calf now I can hold this for three minutes

feel a nice stretch and then I can start to bend my knee like this now when I

bend my knee I'm going to be stretching the lower part of my calf and my salius

muscle helping to open up that Achilles tendon each of these positions can be

held for about three minutes three minutes here and then three minutes here

and of course make sure you do both calves not just the one that you may be

having trouble with you can feel free to do any of these stretches three times

today if you aren't feeling any difference in your calf tightness or you

feel like something else bigger is going on feel free to check us out
