How to create a new User Account - Duration: 1:30.

To create a new User account, go to the admin toolbar and select 'Users'.

Then, select 'Add User'

Required fields are marked with a star.

Add the user's name and email.

You have the option to add a phone number, which allows users to receive alerts via sms.

Then set a timezone.

If needed change the distance unit to miles instead of kilometres.

You have to assign a User Role which will set the User's permissions..

You can then scroll down and fill out any custom fields you created earlier.

Finally, select vehicle permissions, from either 'None', 'All' or 'Custom'.

To finish, click Save.

The User will then receive a Welcome email with login details.
