what's up guys John here and I am back to talk to you guys about something

that's been on my mind all day long creating content for nobody yes you

heard me right creating content for nobody if you've been on YouTube for any

amount of time you more than likely created content and created the videos

that not a lot of people saw and you felt down about it well that's what I'm

here to talk to you about today but first if you are new to this channel

this channel is about motivation it's about inspiration, it's for the people

who create it's for the people who want to create, it's for the Watchers it's for

those you want to find like-minded people and share and the experience we

have out here on YouTube and if you're into that kind of thing this is your

channel so please make sure you hit that subscribe button and if you enjoy the

video please make sure you hit that thumbs up. so like I said most of us

who've been creating of creative things that we just absolutely love but feel

completely dejected when not a lot of people see it now there's a couple ways

you can look at this you can get down about that and kind of start to get

discouraged with YouTube and wish that you know hundreds of thousands of people

could see every single video that you've ever created but that's not the reality

that is not the reality go you can look at this in another way you can look at

this as gaining experience throughout time as an ultra-marathoner and somebody

who runs ridiculous distances I've equated a lot of things

that I do to that because it has a way of exposing he who you are as a human

peeling back who you are and exposing who you are and I've learned a lot about

myself through that and there's something you cannot cheat you cannot

cheat the experience and hard work that you have to put into ultra running and

you can't go out there and fake running fifty or hundred miles oh and I think

it's very similar to YouTube you can't fake success you can get on here and you

can create videos and you can struggle you can struggle along the way getting a

surprise to subscribe or slowly or you could blow up but the end of the day if

someone were to give you a hundred thousand subscribers what would you do

with them would you be able to maintain their attention would you be able to

maintain good content to keep those people not only just keep the

subscribers but keep the views that go along with those

subscribers I said this before YouTube is a trade it's a talent it's something

you have to develop at home and polish over time you get better and better and

better throughout time and you can tell us because if you go back and watch

people years ago when they first started YouTube depending no matter who it is

you can go back to the early videos most of them are gonna be cringy mine are

most every ones are and many of us make the mistake of comparing ourselves to

those very successful youtubers or even mildly successful youtubers by how they

look now what they have now that's not fair because most people will struggle

most people will have to put in the time because you can't fake that to develop

the skill over time - I want to say earn but also just demand that type of

audience 100,000 subscribers 10,000 scrubs that's a lot of people and you

have to work hard to earn those people you have to consistently produce content

that's interesting to them for them to come back to your channel and click that

red subscribe button and continue watching videos overtime and help you

gain those momentum and feed the algorithm that YouTube says is important

for you to grow so continue to produce your content and look at it this way

look at it that you're building experience through time and with

experience and time you build wisdom through wisdom you can motivate you can

inspire people you can create that type of content that makes people want to

come back to your channel over and over and over again alright guys that's all I
