Waching daily Jun 27 2017

Last summer, we did lose Jackson at a grocery store.

I actually lost track of her.

So this one time we were at the park and I actually lost Connor.

She tends to get a little distracted.

We were getting some food for dinner.

And you know those tubes that kids can kind of crawl through?

I turn around, and he was gone.

He was gone.

No Mackenzie.

I got super nervous, you know, and...

I started to panic.

I pick up my cell phone, call the school.

And then he showed up.

And then he shows up.

DIRECTOR: Do you still take him places?

I want to let him explore, but I just get so nervous.

I'm not sure, really, what to do.

I don't want to put on a leash, or anything like that.

My friends, and even my husband have joked about putting a chip in him. Which is...

BOY: A chip?!

Which is a little ridiculous... but is it?

DIRECTOR: Have you heard of Jiobit?

Jiobit?

Jiobit?

DIRECTOR: It's a location tracker for kids.

BOY: It's so small.

Let's try it.

DIRECTOR: It's linked to your smartphone. So this is the app, and we've already set it up for you.

Oh look, there I am, and there you are, sweetie!

How long does the battery last for this Jiobit?

DIRECTOR: Over a week before you recharge.

Really??

DIRECTOR: That's follow me mode. It's kind of like a virtual leash. It lets you know when he's gone too far.

I would actually use this.

There he is! Hi sweetie!

Now what if we're in a big shopping mall with multiple levels? Can we still use this to find him?

DIRECTOR: Yep!

Really!

This makes me want to take him places, places that I've been too afraid to take him to.

This is like having a second pair of eyes.

Looks like he's on the side of the garden shed, probably digging for rollie pollies.

Top 3 Things To Know About Kink - Are you ready for kink? - Duration: 2:36.

Are you ready to get your kink on? Here the top three things you need to know

before you do so. Stay tuned for this week's episode. Hello and welcome to this

week's episode. My name is Veronica Yanhs I'm the founder and CEO of Desires Laid Bare

a kink and BDSM monthly membership site for beginners. So it's super super

exciting you want to get your kink on! I'm going to give you three quick tips

to help you on your way to make sure you start off on the best foot for you.

Number one you hold immense power regardless if you're on the top or on

the bottom or something else. You're empowered to have a voice if something

doesn't feel right speak up. If you want to try something

new speak up. Just because you're on the bottom doesn't mean that the dominant or

the top gets to dictate a hundred percent of what's going on unless it's

something you negotiated. And even so you still need to speak up if something's

not right because you know yourself best! You know your psyche best! You know your

emotional well-being best and as much as we love our partners that we play with

they're often not mind reader's so it takes two or more to tango

so communicate and feel empowered to do so without shame and guilt. Number two

kink and BDSM should be fun. If you're trying something and it doesn't feel

right but you feel like oh my god this is something I should be liking because

I'm trying to like BDSM and kink. Hell no! Stop that shit right now and find things

that you like. Being kinky and exploring BDSM is a very subjective journey and

it's all about you so if you're not having fun why explore this lifestyle? Am I

right? Number three you need to know that you can listen to your intuition. I would

say trust it wholeheartedly and it may not feel right or you may err on the side of

caution when you start and begin because you don't know what this journey is like

or what this lifestyles like, But listen to yourself. Your intuition is

more powerful than you think so don't hesitate to call your safe word, to talk

to your partner or to even check in with yourself if something doesn't feel right

or if something does feel right. But know that listening to your intuition is a

amazing thing. So that's it these are my three quick tips of things you should

know before you get your kink on and if you're ready to get started click on the

link that accompanies this video to get instant access to resources contents and

ideas to get you going on your kink journey that safest and most fun for you.

Stay kinky

We Really Did Go the Wrong Bloody Way | Week 1 | Kris Gethin's Man of Iron - Duration: 16:18.

It's supposed to be an easy

ride today.

But we've gone off track,

being inexperienced townies.

We really did go the wrong

bloody way.

That was a hell of a hill.

Today's suppose to be an easy

day. It's far from an easy day.

I'm Kris Gethin.

I'm going to be training to

prepare for an Ironman.

Most people give themselves two

years.

I'm giving myself six months.

And we're going to do it.

This is a bloody hard first

session.

Well good day to you.

Welcome to another

daily video trainer.

Well, this won't be daily but

it will be a video trainer.

This time very much

different to what I've done in

the past.

This is a man of iron

video trainer.

Where I will be preparing

for an Ironman

while still bodybuilding.

Yeah. Smart move.

The awesome part about it is

that you can eat a lot.

So this is what I'm cooking

right now.

I'm making healthy tacos.

So the only thing that is

possibly, slightly unhealthy

is this right here taco shell.

But I'll tell you what,

I'm going to be burning off

plenty of those taco shells.

I don't know if you can see me

cause it is so friggin early

in the morning it's like 5:30

or

something.

I'm going to be prepping for

this Ironman now.

Six months baby.

And we're headed straight to

the gym for our first workout

day.

We need to target both these

worlds within muscle building,

performance,

endurance,

and strength.

So we're going to be wanting

our cake and eat it with this

program.

OK I'll go 35 this time.

Actually no, no, no. Doctors

orders. doctors orders,

I'd better stick to 25s.

I'll tell you what, I'm so

tempted to go a little bit

heavier but I don't want to

damage my shoulder.

Anymore.

Now what you'll notice on this

exercise, we're actually

locking out.

In other video series so you'll

see I normally perform a

three-quarter movement because

I'm trying to adapt constant

tension placed upon the muscle,

for muscle building purposes.

However, I'm using a more full

range of motion now because

when we go into the swim,

and we're going to do a front

crawl, we have to teach

ourselves to reach forward as

much as possible.

So we need to lock out these

joints, so as opposed to doing

my usual three-quarters,

I'm starting to lock out a lot

more on all these exercises.

So if you watch the other video

series, the eight week hardcore

trainer or some of the YouTube

channels, you may recognize

this beautiful woman here,

Sunshine.

So she's going to be joining me

on this program because she is

competing in a sprint

tri.

And a half Ironman as well.

So if you are a female

following this program, there's

no reason why you can't do

exactly the same because

Sunshine's going to do that and

she's going to get a friggin

kick-ass results as well.

Again, push.

We're going to go straight into

the pole now.

As I explain to

Sunshine here, as I'll explain

to you guys as well,

don't think of this as being a

six month project,

think it as being a day.

You just gotta get through this

day. Don't be late.

Make sure you get all your reps

out. Make sure you get all your

sets in.

Make sure that you get all your

meals, in that you stay

hydrated, just for today.

If you are successful today and

you can go to bed and go,

I did absolutely fucking

everything that I could today

in order for me to be

successful tomorrow,

then you're going to get to the

end of this six months and

you're going to be successful

in your goal that you're trying

to reach.

This is going

to take a long time,

this is a bloody hard first

session. So I've just swam

once, one way using

my right arm,

and

then come back kicking, using

my left as my lead arm. I'm

absolutely shattered. This is

supposed to be the first day?

This is tough. It really

is. And you know, it's funny

cause swimming is one of those

things especially where you'll

be frustrated, you'll do 25

meters and feel exhausted and

you just think how on earth am

I ever going to do 2.4

miles of it.

And then it's just going to

start clicking and everything

is going to feel smoother and

you're going to be faster and

faster and faster.

All right. So based on

my results that we got,

is there anything from that,

that you've thought of, that

should be applied

this week in particular?

Well this week in particular,

especially for the riding,

what I want you to focus on is

sustained low power

output.

I think one of the things that

comes up obviously again and

again is the

short distance sprint work

showed how much power you

have, it shows how much power

you can sustain over a short

period of time.

What's going to be absolutely

critical is learning how to

stay under that threshold and

learning how to stay well under

that threshold.

And it's basically saying,

it's like you know, a thousand

horse-power engine with a small

gas tank right now,

you know, let's,

let's use it as efficiently as

possible and keep the effort

level down so you don't

leverage it.

Okay so, I've got a question

for you a little bit off topic,

but this coming Saturday

or Sunday,

I believe it's Saturday,

there's a five-mile

Paddy's Day run,

a charity run,

that's going on here,

and I thought it'd be a good

idea to actually jump into that

as a bit of fun.

I think you can do the five

mile.

Let's use this as an

opportunity to practice your

running form, particularly when

fatigued. So what I'm going to

do is probably sends you

just a list of drills you can

do. They're going to be very

simple. It's going to be

basically chin up,

chest out,

hips under,

arms up.

Is there anything that you'd

want to add to anybody else

watching this,

you know, you're there in the

week, baby.

Is there anything that you'd

want to advise the viewer?

You know, everyone's got to

start somewhere, the beginning

part is so frustrating because

it's new. Not because you're

physically incapable of doing

it, but because it's new.

This is a program meant to take

you from where you are now,

to a full Ironman.

So, you know, look at it,

have faith in it,

you know, be proactive with

your feedback, but realize it's

going to be, it's going to be

frustrating there are going to

be ups and downs,

but you'll get there.

God,

it may

look easy, you try it.

Fuck, that is tough.

1 minute feels more like five.

Damn.

This is a wake-up call.

Alright workout is done.

Did the six fast cadence

sprints with the 2-minute rest

intervals,

and now I'm just cooling down

slightly.

Just walking it off.

Getting rid of built up,

bit of built up lactic acid.

You'll notice in this video

series I'll probably talk a

little bit faster. I've got

more energy.

My brain is functioning better

because I've got more fats

within this diet.

I can get away with a little

bit more. We can get away with

it,

because we will be burning off

that many calories with our

workouts and with the cardio

sessions with the following

intensity.

It doesn't mean you can go out

and eat burgers or fries or

pizza or gummy bears

or...candy,

or shit.

Every food,

every calorie,

every micronutrient,

or macronutrient I should say,

should have a purpose.

Make sure every single calorie

counts, don't just count the

calories buddy.

We started off with the

dumbbell rows here.

This is a great movement for

thickening up your lats and

your traps. But it's also good

for the swimming technique as

we're bringing our arms back.

That is the first time I've

done chins in God knows how

long. I can't remember the last

time I did it.

I tell you what that was three

times as hard as I thought it

would be.

Number one it's because we do

it at the end of the workout

when were at our weakest.

Number two is because I'm at,

close to, my heaviest at

220, 225 pounds.

And just weak as shit.

That was quite a shock.

It's a kick in the balls.

But it's good to do it like

this. It's going to be hard.

What's the fucking point of

doing it if it's easy?

Fuck! Do you feel that?

What we're doing is a warm-up

now to begin with.

It's supposed

to be a warm up, I've done

200 meters and I'm

absolutely bloody shattered

already.

I'm at Sunshine's house now,

making my breakfast.

She's in the shower and she's

going to probably have a

pancake.

I'm making mush

here this morning and I call it

my mass mush.

So it's a very lite breakfast

but it's got every

nutrient in it,

every calorie has a function.

And obviously we're trying to

improve our health,

not just our performance,

and our recovery during this

program.

Well I've done two and

a half miles.

27 minutes.

I'm going to walk

this last half.

I'm too knackered to run

anymore.

This is another wake-up

call.

Good morning.

It is day,

what is it, day five,

six. Day six.

Today is a non-weight training

day, it's cardio.

So I won't say active rest day,

as I've done in

other video trainers, cause

it's far from a rest day.

So it is dark outside.

I've decided before

we do our 5-mile run this

morning, we're going to do

a 90-minute bike ride first.

So I'm just riding over to

Sunshine's place.

There's a loop that we're going

to do, and then we're pretty

much going to go straight to

the start line.

Thankfully it's lighter now.

So we can actually see what,

where we're going and people

can actually see us.

But what we're doing is just 90

minute, just very easy ride,

getting used to the saddle.

Getting used

to being on a bike for this

amount of time.

Even on an easy ride like this

I'm a little bit out of

breathe.

A

slight change of scenery now.

We went off the beaten track.

And we've been hitting a few

climbs now.

Which should really prime

our legs for the run we got

later.

Can't blame me I'm following

the navigator up front here.

Today's supposed to be an easy

day. It's far from an easy day.

There you go.

Make sure you map out

your route and check

out the difficulty level of it.

Before you embark on it.

There's no way you can stop

when you're starting up a hill.

No way you can stop, you can't

start again.

I feel like I need five gears

lower.

We've

got a

banana on the floor, we've got

Re-Kaged on the floor. It looks

like snot.

We just need to calm down.

Were in a bit of a rush to get

to the run.

We got back in one hour and

26 minutes and now we've gotta

race our asses down to the

track.

To the race.

Right.

We're at the start of the race.

we made be on time with 10

minutes to spare.

I should be stretching, but I'm

not.

Cause I'm nervous.

Alright, we're at the halfway

point.

Closing in on two and a half

miles.

The field is definitely spread

out now.

Just over two and a half mile

to go.

It's to hard

to hold you.

We are done.

We finished.

We did it in like 39 minutes,

something.

Sunshine came past me like a

sprinter, I had nothing left to

even come anywhere near close.

Breakfast has come.

Sunshine got a first

place little ribbon over there.

Isn't that cute.

Sneaking out of

my purse right here. And then

we stuck around, and guess who

else got one?

Bloody surprise.I

got first place as well,

couldn't believe it.

They didn't expect a 225 pound

fatty

to get a

first place, did they, when

they passed me.

So this is

our victory breakfast.

Good evening.

It's probably about 9:30

now. I've been in bed for about

half an hour just reading.

It's time for me to switch off

now, so I just wanted to kinda

wrap up.

But, right now I'm just

submerging myself so much

into this triathlon

game, it's epic

proportions when it comes to

what a lot of these athletes do

and accomplish.

I'm just reading Triatholon

220 here,

and reading this,

and I've read so many of

these stories now, and I'm

reading another fantastic

story called Operation Ironman

by George Mahood.

I don't know if he actually

finished yet but he wrote a

book about it, so I'm assuming

he did. And obviously I want to

learn absolutely everything

just reading in this book right

now. He's shared,

you know, when you get gets the

aid stations he said you know

they'll hose you down if you

want. You know,

just to cool you down and I

know it's going to be hot in

Coeur d'Alene when I do my

race.

And he said, do not do that,

do not accept that,

because if your trainers get

wet you can blister very easy

when you're running, and things

like that I would never thought

of.

So it's important

for me to prepare because I've

never done this, I don't have

the experience I can't do

this and

not finish,

and say,

well, you know what, I should

have done this.

Then I would have finished.

I have to make sure this

happens, you know, so I'm doing

everything I can to make

every decision calculated

and remove myself of any

possible difficulties or

mistakes

or road bumps.

Pardon the pun.

Tips to Draw Better in 7 Minutes: How to Hold the Pencil Like a Master - Duration: 7:29.

Hello my friends and welcome to another Tuesday of tutorial!

I am Leonardo Pereznieto and today I will give you some tips

to draw better.

And I will be giving more tips in future videos, therefore, if

you haven´t subscribed to Fine Art-Tips, I advice you

to do so.

And also if you want to get notifications of new video

uploads, please click on the bell on Fine Art-Tips main page

on YouTube.

Today we will talk about what is the best way to

hold the pencil to improve your drawings.

Most people grab the pencil like this, when they were want to draw

similar as if they were going to write.

This is normal because that is the way most of us got taught when we were kids.

However, that´s a very tight grip.

So, which one is the best grip for drawing?

That depends a good deal on what is the effect you want to get

and what surface are you working on.

If your drawing is not too small and if it is vertical, or tilted

one of the best grips, is like this with your finger, with your index finger

and your thumb.

And then the rest of the fingers you can lay them lightly on the

pencil or you can leave them, whatever you want.

And try to do your movements all the way from your shoulder.

Very loose.

The writing grip, which is also called triple grip, is very good for

small detail.

To draw with precision.

With this should make short lines.

The bad thing is that when you try to make a long line with this grip,

it may happen something like this.

It is composed by a series of short lines, and it doesn't look good at all.

Therefore, a much better way of holding the pencil, is the

underhand grip, with your index finger and your thumb and with

your palm facing up; and you can rest the other fingers on the pencil

or leave them free.

In this way you can do much looser and continues movements.

Especially if you do them all the way from your shoulder, as we mentioned.

Also with this technique you can use the side of the graphite, which leaves

a softer and wider line.

Which is excellent for the earlier strokes in a sketch.

Or you can use the tip, which produces a finer and more precise line.

A variation of the underhand grip, is the overhand grip.

Which is similar but with the palm facing down…

… and you may easily alternate the two, switching from one to the other

or also with the palm to the side.

And while the underhand grip doesn´t really work on horizontal

surfaces, this one does. You can use the overhand grip

on horizontal, vertical or tilted plains.

The next one is called the brush grip.

This is because you hold it like a brush.

It is a bit like the tripod grip, except that you grab it from the back

and a lot looser.

I personally love this one

I find it very natural and you can also achieve loose strokes.

Maybe you have noticed that this is the position that I use the most, when drawing

in my tutorials.

This also because of a technical reason, which is that the best way

I have found for recording, is drawing on a horizontal surface, with the camera

directly over the drawing so that my body doesn´t get on the way.

And as I need to complete them fast, they are usually in a small format.

If they were larger and on a vertical surface, I would certainly use a lot

more the underhand and overhand positions.

Good!

Here for example to do the little detail, we can switch to the tripod grip.

However, notice how the strokes immediately get a lot tighter.

But they are precise. So I´m not telling you not to use the

tripod grip, it has its place. What I am saying is that it is not ideal to

use it for everything.

And the further ahead we grab the pencil, the more precision

we have, and the least freedom of movement.

If we hold it a little bit further back, we have less precision but more movement.

And if we hold it all the way from the back, we have a lot more freedom of motion.

Another thing to notice, is that when we make short strokes, we do them from

the fingers. When the lines are a little bit longer, we move the fingers and the wrist.

If they are longer, the movement comes from the wrist.

And for longer lines then we move the whole arm.

There is another grip which is with the index finger on the tip. This is a powerful

one because we can press on it.

And so achieve darker and wider lines.

We can also use it too, to do dark shading.

And now let´s apply all of this. With an underhand grip

we make a flowing line, and the paper being vertical, which is the best

position for drawing, because it is perpendicular to the line

of vision. While if it is horizontal, as you look at it from one side,

the perspective distort the figures.

I´ll speed up the video and in another tutorial I will explain how to draw the

head of the eagle. Here the important thing is that you see how I continually

change the grip of the pencil, so as to achieve the different effects.

With the overhand grip, I give shape to the head and neck; I drew the pupil

with the tripod grip, and we refine the beak with the brush grip. In summary,

there are two factors for the quality of the line: One is the grip of the pencil,

and the other one, from where you do the movement.

When you first try to hold the pencil in ways in which you are not used to,

it may feel awkward and unnatural. This is normal, and that is why majority

of the people give up and go back to their only way to hold it. But I recommend

you to persist, to do enough exercises and sketches until you make them yours.

When this happens you won´t look back.

Using this arsenal of grips, will imbue your drawings with an X factor

of variety and richness of mark, difficult to otherwise achieve.

Recording Audio for your Beauty Videos #TutorialTuesday 25 | CSIDEPHOTO - Duration: 6:22.

Hi guys welcome back to my How to start Beauty Vlogging series!

This is part 5 of the 6 part series - Today we are going to discuss recording audio for

Beauty Vlogs.

Make sure you join me for the livestream July 11th for a Live q&a if you have any questions

or tips to share- more details at the end of this video.

A quick note- I've listed a ton of the equipment I use or recommend in the description box

below incase you would like to reference anything.

I have linked everything on amazon using an affiliate code.

If you make a purchase through my code you will be helping to support my channel & help

supplement some of my costs!

If you do purchase anything through my links thank you so much!

Also please note I talk a lot about my set up which is not a cheap setup BUT you don't

need everything that I have to make great beauty vlogs.

I'm showing you what I do and what you might want to keep in mind when you purchase gear

or set up your own space.

Ok - this video will be pretty short and sweet.

The basic rule of thumb for recording audio is that you want your microphone to be as

close as possible to your person, and you want the levels of your recording device to

bet set so there is no clipping or spiking of the mic.

We generally want to avoid recording audio straight from our cameras.

This is what it sounds like if I record from my main camera.

It's reallly far from me, it makes me sound really hollow, and it can pic up lots of environmental

noise.

If you record with autofocus the on-camera mic might also pick up the autofocus motor

when your lens is focusing, although newer lense are much quieter.

There are a couple of different options if we decide to take our microphone off the camera.

At the most economical end we can just use a smartphone, as it has pretty damn good audio

recording capabilities and you can keep it close to your person.

You can also go with a shotgun mic on top of your camera or on a boom arm, or something

like a lapel mic.

I use a rode smartlav+ lapel microphone that clips onto your shirt.

I can run it straight into my camera, however if I need to I can also record audio straight

to my smartphone.

This is great if I need clean audio on my blogging footage (something I don't always

need) because my blogging camera doesn't have it's own microphone port on it.

Once you have a microphone, you can connect

it to your camera via the 3.5mm mic jack on the side of your camera.

If your camera doesn't have this jack you can record directly to a smartphone, audio

recording device, or your computer and then sync it up when you edit your video - I'll

show you how to do that next week.

Have you ever wondered why a lot of vloggers shoot in their cars a lot?

Audio has a lot to do with it!

Cars seal out a lot of external noises so you can record very clean audio in your car

while outside.

They also tend to cast shadows over your face, so it's great for lighting too.

If you finish recording and need to clean it up and remove noise it's possible in

a program like audacity (which is free) or adobe audition, which is what i use.

You simply select a chunk of noisy audio and then tell the computer to remove that noise.

Once you've finished you should have a much cleaner sounding audio!

Let me know if you have any questions, including camera specific issues and I'll see if I

can't help you out.

I will be doing a Live stream on Tuesday July 11th at 2pm MDT to answer questions, get your

feedback and comments and share your tips!

Technical Training Through Distance Education 2017 - Duration: 2:40.

Hi there Scott here from GBCTechtraining.

Today I would like to talk to you about the unique advantages of studying by distance ed.

Specifically to get the technical training you need to move into a new job or

to qualify for that big promotion.

At GBC we understand that you need to keep broadening your skills to move ahead

but that sometimes obstacles can get in the way.

Distance ed can be a great solution, particularly when:

1) You're working full-time and your current work schedule is just not flexible enough

to allow you to enroll into a traditional full or part time classroom based program.

2) Access is an issue because of where you live or work and you can't easily get to

a school where they offer the training that you want.

3) Your commitment to family time and responsibilities are big and when you add that on top of

work, it's near impossible to shoehorn in any traditional training.

If one or more of these scenarios describes your situation, you are not alone.

Many, if not most of our students, have wrestled with these challenges.

Like them, continuing your education within a distance ed could be the right solution

you need to fit into your busy life.

It`s very flexible, relatively inexpensive, and still gives you that hands-on training

you'll need to master difficult technical subjects like PLCs or Robotics'.

Now you may be asking yourself, "How can distance education programs provide practical

hands-on experience?"

Well, this is the really unique aspect of our programs.

We integrate simulation software into our training for that hands-on training experience.

It is not quite the same as working on a benchtop lab but it is very close and the learning

experience is very similar.

Simply put, the simulation software integrated into our programs converts your computer into

a fully functioning industrial robot, PLC control system or electronic circuit.

For example PLCLogix, the simulator in the PLC program, has the same general features

and functionality as RSLogix 5000.

With PLCLogix you learn to write a PLC program, see the program's operation using a ladder

logic simulator, and control the operation of the program from within environment.

So if any of the things above are holding you back, rest assured that our programs are

flexible enough to work around these challenges and also provide that essential hands on training

you need to master new skills.

us at this toll-free 1-888-553-5333 number and speak to one of our program consultants

Ed Sheeran - Shape of you ( Cover by Art&Storm ) | Lyrics - Duration: 3:16.

The club isn't the best place to find a lover So the bar is where I go

Me and my friends at the table doing shots Drinking fast and then we talk slow

Come over and start up a conversation with just me

And trust me, I'll give it a chance Now take my hand, stop, put „Van The Man"

on the jukebox And then we start to dance

I'm singing like: "Boy you know I want your love"

Your love was handmade for somebody like me

Come on now, follow my lead I may be crazy dont mind me say:

Boy, let's not talk too much Grab on my waist and put that body on me

Come on now, follow my lead Come, come on now, follow my lead"

I'm in love with the shape of you We push and pull like a magnet do

Although my heart is falling, too I'm in love with your body

last night you were in my room now my bedsheets smell like you

Every day discovering something brand new I'm in love with your body

Oh oh oh I'm in love with your body

One week in „we let the story begin" We're going out on our first date

You and me are thrifty, so go „all you can eat"

Fill up your bag and I fill up a plate

We talk for hours and hours about the sweet and the sour

And how your family is doing okay Leave and get in a taxi, kiss in the backseat

Tell the driver „make the radio play"

And I'm singing like: „Boy, let's not talk too much

Grab on my waist and put that body on me Come on now, follow my lead

Come on, come on now, follow my lead"

I'm in love with the shape of you We push and pull like a magnet do

Although my heart is falling, too, I'm in love with your body

Oh oh oh Ohoho I'm in love with your body

Oh oh oh ohohoh I'm in love with your body

Everyday discovering something brand new

I'm in love with the shape of you!

Come on be my baby come on Come on be my baby come on

Come on be my baby come on Come on be my baby come on

Come on be my baby come on Come on be my baby come on

Come on be my baby come on Come on, come on , come on

I'm in love with the shape of you We push and pull like a magnet do

Although my heart is falling too I'm in love with your body

last night you were in my room And now my bedsheets smell like you

Every day discovering something brand new I'm in love with the shape of you

Oh Oh oho I'm in love with your body

Come on be my baby come on Oh – Uh;

Oh Uh, Ahhhh, I'm in love with your body

Oh, Oh, Oh, Ohh I'm in love with the shape of you

What I Wore ~ Vintage Tops ~ Ep. 12 - Duration: 6:53.

[Audio Length: 0:06:52] RECORDING COMMENCES:

Rajka Hayden: Let me show you the outfits I picked out for

this week.

I really hope that they might inspire you to get out of your comfort zone just a little

bit and have a little bit more fun getting dress.

I have on a very colorful outfit today that makes me feel good all around.

Just makes me happy for some reason, these colors.

This is a vintage 1980s top that I've had for many years that I got at Flashbacks and

I just love it.

This is a St. John knit skirt that I bought resale as well at a place called Double Takes.

I have found some really great St. John knit, especially some of the older, nice knits resale

for great prices.

Let me know if you have that kind of situation where you are too.

Here in southern California we get a bunch of it and I love it.

Look at this great color.

These are Camper shoes.

They're platforms, they're suede, they are so comfortable.

I think they're stylish, I love the color.

It's really like walking around in slippers.

Then I have this piece, which I just love, I got it at my local jeweler.

It is also resale so you can get jewelry from resale as well from your local jewelers.

It's a 20 year old necklace that is an Indian wedding necklace that I just love and I've

paired it with this.

I'm wearing this vintage 50s animal print top that I really love.

These are Levi's that I got in Dublin, Ireland at a great resale shop called The Harlequin.

They are from the 80s, they fit really well.

I cut and frayed them myself and I think they turned out well.

Then I've got on another pair of my Artemis design shoes, they are the ones again that

are made out of Turkish carpets, which I love.

Then, this is a pendant that is in Egyptian and it means peace.

My mother in law bought for me from a street vendor several years ago when we were together.

That's what I've got on today.

Today, to work, I am wearing a couple of pieces that I thrifted, got really cheap and then

spent some money and time redoing.

This top here is a nice little knit sweater, it is a vintage St. John Knits.

I bought it really cheap because it had some stains on it.

It was a really light color, like a light mint color.

So, what I did was I decided to take a chance on it and dye it.

So, I bought some dye, this pretty blue color that I knew would go with a lot of things.

It shrunk a little bit, which was fine because it was a little big and I like it a little

smaller like this.

I love the old buttons that are original and on it and it came out really well, so I wear

it quite a bit.

The skirt I also loved this fabric.

I bought it at a thrift shop and it was really big and super long, so I ended up having it

altered into a nice little A-line-ish pencil skirt.

I get a lot of compliments when I wear this.

Both pieces, like I said, I bought for maybe $5 each.

It was great.

I decided today, I don't know if it really matches, but I wanted to have some fun, so

I put these Artemis design blue suede and yellow flats - oxfords that I'm wearing

and it kind of went with the colors so I thought I'd mix it up a little.

That's today.

I've added another Kimono to my collection.

I know I have a lot of them, I do love them and I thought this one was very different.

It has a different kind of a collar like the rest of mine and the look of it is more like

a dress, so I really love this.

I got it at one of my favorite thrift shops, The Hospice Resale in Encinitas.

They have the best stuff.

It's definitely vintage.

It's silk and it's in great, great condition.

I'm wearing it as a dress today.

You can really close it up, or I've also worn it with leggings or other things underneath

as almost like a long tunic top.

I also have these very big statement earrings that I am wearing from, again, my favorite

place for earrings, 454 Tattoo in Encinitas.

Tattoo shops that do piercing, I find have these unbelievably great earrings that I love

to wear.

Then, finally, I have these with my Artemis Design flats.

These are made out of old Turkish rugs.

It's a great woman-owned company that I love.

So, that's what I am doing today.

This is a vintage 70s top that I got years ago from Flashbacks here in San Diego and

I love it.

I have been look at this corset belt trend that's around and I was thinking that it

would be a very good way to update some of my vintage pieces.

So, I have this one on today that I love.

It's from a brand called Love Strength, love the name of it.

I found out about them because the owner gets her hair cut at the same place I do, with

Christina and Christina introduced us and I've been following her on Instagram and

I love her things.

So, I got a couple corset belts and I'm going to be doing an episode on that and hopefully

we can talk to her too about her line at some point, but I think they really are a nice

way to update the older pieces and it really feels good.

I was afraid that I might not like how it feels and looks, but I like these.

They make me feel really good.

That's the top part of this.

I also have it with an old pearl choker that I have, kind of channeling a little bit of

the 70s here, but I'm going to work so I can't go overboard with it.

Then these pants are a line from Serbia called Petra.

I have a good friend of mine, she used to be a model and she loves and knows clothes

and she recently moved back there.

She told me about this line and sent me a pair to try out and I really love them.

So, Petra in Serbia.

Then these shoes are my Raffi's, they are so comfortable.

They're knit and they have a cute little pointed toe that I love and I think ties it

all together.

Those are the outfits for this week.

I hope you liked them.

I would love to know what your favorite is, or if you think something didn't work in

my comments below.

Thank you so much for watching, I appreciate it and until next time, dress it up a little.

Is Imam Ali (a.s) mentioned in the Holy Quran? English Subtitles. - Duration: 2:44.

What is often mentioned, and is portrayed like it is a great question that the Scholars of the school of Ahlulbayt cannot answer etc

They say: Why does the Quran not mention Ali (a.s)?

If the question is why isn't he mentioned by name, then that's the Wisdom (of God) which we do not know

But as for the Quran not mentioning what refers to Imam Ali (a.s) in the Holy Scripture?!

I don't think Imam Ali (a.s) could have been mentioned in the Quran anymore explicitly

and it has showed his status, not just merely mentioning him

Allah says: The Messenger referred to Ali as 'ourselves' [3:61], that Ali is the 'self of the Prophet'

They reply by saying you look at the hadith to prove that 'ourselves' refers to Ali (a.s)

Lets look at ayah 40 of Surat al-Tawbeh, ...'he said to his companion, do not grieve..' [9:40]

Who is referred to as 'his companion'? Do you not say repeatedly, that this refers to the 1st Khalif, and is describing him as the Messengers 'companion'?

His name is not mentioned. What did you rely on for evidence of this?

To the hadith, not to anything else.

As the ayah does not mention the 1st Khalifah at all

But you used the hadith as evidence that Abu Bakr is mentioned in the Quran, with the title of 'companion'.

I now present to the viewers the following question:

Between you and Allah (swt)

Make the truth in front of your eyes

A person is described as a 'companion' of the Messenger

Another person is described as 'the self' of the Messenger

Which one is more valuable, greater, honorable and closer to the Holy Messenger (pbuh)?

The one who is the 'self' of the Messenger, or the one who is his 'companion'?
