but the cool thing about this is, it's just so easy

Now there are many ways of consuming this,
but what I've done here is just
added some Fenugreek seeds to a cup
and added some water and let it rest for
a few hours.
they tend to swell up pretty fast
and then they become easier to swallow.
but the easy way to do it is to
have a spoonful and just swallow it with water.
Just like you have a tablet.
And I love having at least a spoonful of this
before every single meal because it
helps create a coating around the
stomach which helps reduce fat absorption.
it'll help you feel full,
control your cravings and even
prevent you from binge eating
this comes from its ability to increase insulin
sensitivity and stabilise
your blood sugar levels
and research has proven that fenugreek seeds give all

mean that you can demolish a lot of
unhealthy food and just get away with it
