my five best exercises for you to get
thin strong thighs you know the thighs
i'm t talking about, not the tiny little
thighs that can't do anything but I'm
talking about long lean strong legs okay
not big and bulky so don't worry and if

with the five best exercise for you to
get thinner and stronger thighs okay so
the first exercise that you're gonna love a little
bit different is going to squat and cross your feet
squat and cross your feet squat ok so this because
what we're doing here we're getting the
quads working but we're also getting your
butt lift and tht's really going to create
those stronger thinner leggs that I know
you want to walk across that is
different second exercise is a double
pulse lunge switch ok
so you can do this either hi impact or lower so let
me show you low impact the lower impact
will be pulse pulse step in pulse pulse
okay so you're definitely going to feel
that right you want to make sure you
stay at 90 degrees if you wanted to do
it with higher impact pulse pulse hop
it pulse pulse get a little bit of air time
and let me tell you when you do that and
you do it regularly, you're really
going to feel those quads working okay
definitely
lifting its toning and strengthening
third movement my favorite is lateral hops
okay so if you just hop side to side
as far as you can you want to know me
the link of a yoga mat here ok what else
going to do is going to work your
abductor and your abductor so that's
just your inner and outer thigh on here really
important because again we're shaping
and sculpting your legs okay fourth
movement that I absolutely love forward
cockpit so then your needs pop yourself
forward and then you get to turn right
up same thing popping it back okay get
that heart rate up burn fat and
definitely tone both sides and this
movement get a star jump so kids with a
little bit you can do this is a wider
there I'm going to be there okay so you
start the narrow position heritage info
okay jumbo and you're going to feel it
you're really working everything when we
do it from that merit position when you
bring the legs up together you're
working your inner thighs, that nature of
being in that starship in the air you're
definitely working the outer thighs
then just going from that squat into that
jump you're toning your leg so those are
my fun best exercise for you to have
strong thin thighs those were my top five
exercise for you to get those thin and
strong fast so bring on the short shorts
bring on the mini skirts because you are
