For Romberg stance with head movements up
and down, make sure you have something sturdy next to you like a chair or
countertop just in case you need it for balance. Bring your feet as close
together as you can, and then just look up and down.

5 Downsides To Travel - You Will Face These Five Challenges! - Duration: 6:28.
what's up everybody Ricky Kresslein here and today I want to talk to you
about the negatives of travel.
So jumping right into it basically there's a lot of
negatives to traveling around the world traveling around the u.s. so a lot of
things that people don't think about you know when you think about travel you
thinking about all the good things and there's so many amazing things about
traveling traveling the world traveling the US traveling anywhere but what
people don't really think about is the negatives and you have to be ready for
the negatives one of the negatives is going to be living out of suitcase
living out of a suitcase sucks. anybody who's stayed in a hotel for any extended
period of time and you just like got
your suitcase open there's half dirty
clothes half clean clothes shorts are folded in with the underwear and the
shirts and you just don't know where anything is it really sucks so that's
definitely one of the negatives of going to hostels you know jumping around
between hostels every day or every couple weeks or whatever it might be
definitely one of the negatives another thing packages so like if somebody wants
to send you a package or you want to buy something on Amazon you got to get that
thing shipped somewhere so a lot of times being traveling you just can't do
that it's just not feasible to have something shipped you're moving around
you're not going to have an address long enough it might not even you're you know
it's expensive to ship to another country or Amazon might not even ship to
that country or whatever even if you're in the US like right now we're traveling
is RV and we have to ask the campgrounds that we stay at if we can get things
sent there so sometimes they're nice enough and you can you can get things
sent there sometimes you're not there long enough and you're not going to be
able to get things shipped there in time so it's just something you have to think
about you're not going to be able to buy new things really and a lot of people
are buying new things on Amazon quite often you know some things come up that
you're like oh man I really need that and you're like well I'm going to have
to wait three months until I can get it so it's definitely something thing about
limited internet and expensive internet so a lot of these other countries that
you go to they have no Wi-Fi anywhere the internet costs you $50 for one
gigabyte for the month and obviously that's only going to last me one day so
so going every every where else I have always have to like
plan out my internet usage so I have to shop around for the best companies with
the best plans and the best deals get a pocket Wi-Fi or do I want a SIM
card you got to consider all these things every single country you go to so
that's definitely something to consider especially when you're working online
like I do you know I'm uploading videos that takes a lot of data
I do work online takes a lot of data so I'm always using the internet and I need
fast internet to be able to do these things to be able to make money while
I'm traveling so that's really something that I've got to consider everywhere
I've got I go and it's oftentimes like traveling here in the United States it's
awesome you can go to a Walmart or McDonald's or Starbucks or whatever and
they've always have free fast Wi-Fi but overseas is not like that at all
you often have no Wi-Fi it's a hunt every day to find some decent Wi-Fi if
you need to upload a video or whatever some things like you can't do online in
other countries like I tried to open a bank account with Charles Schwab when I
was traveling across and when else in Fiji and I was going to have my mom send
me the bank card when it got to me because it's free ATM fees anywhere in
the world it's the best checking account for travel that I know of but when I was
trying to open an account it took me three times open it because they kept
canceling it because I was opening it from a different location different
country and that came across as sketchy to them so then I had to go in and show
my ID and stuff so I had to wait until I went home to do that so it took me like
a year and a half of waiting to open this bank account so things like that
it's really difficult it can be really frustrating especially if you're just
trying to give your business somebody but they can't take it because you're
overseas or whatever it's really obnoxious but something to consider I
mean also things like I've just tried to buy things like Skype credit or
something like that online a lot of times from other countries and just my
credit card gets blocked or it won't go through because you're visiting the site
from another country or whatever it may be so it can be pretty obnoxious thing
another thing is the temperature and time change temperature and time is
constantly changing if you're constantly on the move you know I've traveled three
time zones just here in the US much less going overseas you go 12 hours back or
12 hours forward a lot of times you'll go from 30 degrees to 75
degrees to 110 degrees it can be rough on your body it can be rough on your
mind especially when you're trying to work and trying to get things done
you're waking up and you're jet-lagged and tired the whole day can be really
difficult so that's that's definitely something to consider and one things I
always do to sort of remedy that is as soon as I get on a plane I set my clock
on my phone to the timezone of the place I'm going and then I try to stay up to
the normal hour so if it's a sleeping out if it's like right when I get on the
plane the people in the other country are sleeping I'll try to sleep and that
try that sort of puts me on the path and not being jet-lagged as long you know if
it's if it's a 3m in the US when I get on the plane
but in the country I'm going it's 8 a.m. then I try to stay up for the whole
plane ride overnight to me but it's actually the daytime for them so that
way when I'm get there I'm exhausted it's nighttime I go to sleep and I wake
up in the morning and I'm ready to go for the rest of the trip so these are
all things that are negatives you know maybe they won't be as bad to you you
know if you don't use the internet very much then maybe the internet isn't a
problem to you but a lot of times people will say things like if these negatives
don't sound good to you then maybe you shouldn't travel and things like that
but that's all bs these things built out good to anybody so don't let these
things stop you from traveling you need to travel in spite of these negatives
that come with it because there are so many positives that come with traveling
and I'll make a video later on that on the positive aspects but definitely
don't let these things dissuade you from traveling just think about them consider
them and go online try to find ways that you can work around them or have them
work for you so that's what I've done and I hope you
enjoyed this video so leave your thumbs up or subscribe to my channel if you
liked it and I will see you next time

ALPHA MALE BODY LANGUAGE - CONFIDENT BODY LANGUAGE TIPS - Duration: 6:29.
Okay so there's this 7, 38, 55 rule - which says that 7 percent of all communication
is words, 38 percent is your tone of voice, and a whopping 55 percent of all communication
is through your body language - and if you add it up, it turns out that more than 90%
of all communication is non-verbal.
So, if you want to present yourself as a confident person, the best way to achieve that is through
your tonality and body language - and by the end of the video you will learn exactly how
to do that.
This video will be divided into 2 parts.
First, we will discuss body language tips and habits of extremely confident individuals
and in the second part we will go from head to toes, covering your feet, legs, torso,
arms and head.
Now, here are the 4 tips that you can literally start using today to improve your body language
and exude a powerful, calm yet confident vibe in all of conversations and social interactions.
First: Look your best.
This is how our society works right now.
Whether you like it or now you will be judged by your appearance.
I know this is not strictly a body language tip, but it's important! because depending
if you look your best or if you don't care about your appearance at all it can either
increase or decrease the effectiveness of the tips that follow.
Plus, you will automatically feel more confident when you look your best, I'm sure you've experienced
this already.
And by looking your best I don't mean expensive brands and golden watches, what I mean is
that you're clean, smell nice and your clothes are appropriate and fit nicely.
Second: Use power poses.
Whenever you are feeling powerful you tend to subconsciously use a power pose.
But what Social psychologist Amy Cuddy revealed in her TED talk is that standing or sitting
with certain poses for as little two minutes raises testosterone levels and lowers cortisol
(also known as the stress hormone).
Those hormone levels are associated with power and dominance.
In other words, if you use power poses even if you are not feeling confident, you Will
begin to feel powerful, dominant, optimistic – traits that belong to the confident alpha.
I will link the TED talk in the description so you can learn more about the poses and
I highly recommend that you go ahead and watch the whole thing.
Third: Slow yourself down.
This was absolutely the tip that made the biggest difference in my case.
And by slowing down I mean slow your movement, your speech, slow down your arms, if someone
calls you slow down as you're turning your head, simply imagine that you are in a pool
of water and act with that speed.
The reason why slowing down works is because it shows people that you got everything under
control even if you don't.
And it shows that you are not afraid, you're confident and calm, even if something bad
happens you will find a way to fix it.
The opposite of being slow is being impulsive, nervous and fidgeting.
So, try to lower those things as much as possible, and simply remember to slow yourself down.
Fourth: Practice smiling and holding eye contact correctly.
Looking down when walking or talking is the fastest way to show someone that you are uncomfortable
and not confident.
What you should do instead is to hold firm eye contact about 80% of the conversation.
If you are not comfortable holding eye contact, you can try looking your partner in the eyebrows
at first, it will be much easier and they won't notice the difference - after that gradually
work your way up into full eye contact.
Also wear a smirk, a light smile on your face throughout the day, so you come across as
approachable, fun and confident person.
After the video go ahead and look yourself in the mirror, compare having a dead serious
face with a light playful confident smile, you'll notice the difference immediately.
Now let's go over your stance and posture.
Start with your feet shoulder width apart, and your toes pointing outwards.
This is considered open body language.
If your legs are crossed or you have one leg behind the other – this type of body language
is called closed body language and its associated with fear, anxiety, defense and lack of confidence
traits that are not so attractive.
On the other hand, open body language is associated with confidence and power, so feet shoulder
width apart and toes pointed outwards.
Bonus tip for your feet and legs is to take big steps.
Or at least, don't take small steps.
Shuffling or creeping makes you look nervous.
So, take firm strides.
Arms:
Don't cross them!
When we're nervous, we tend to put our hands in our pockets, behind our backs or cross
them to cover our chest, and that can be seen as shy, introverted and passive.
So, don't cross them, don't hide them, keep them relaxed by your side, on your waist or
use them to emphasize certain points in your conversation.
Now I want you to pay close attention to the next 2 groups because they will literally
change how people see you.
It's your shoulders and chest.
I want you to notice your posture right now, most of you watching this video will have
your shoulders slouched forward and your chest inwards – and, because we spend a lot of
time in this position because of computers and phones, without thinking we carry it throughout
the day.
What you should do is, first bring your shoulders back and then down.
This will fix your posture, open up your chest and straighten your neck.
Speaking about the neck, it should be in line with your body, and your head should be facing
forward.
You should bring your chin just a little bit upwards, but don't overdo it as you may come
across as arrogant.
Also avoid tilting your head down as it signals uncertainty and lack of confidence.
There is a lot of information in this video and it might be hard to think about all of
those things during the day, so I want you to kinda learn all of this stuff, get a feel
for it instead of memorizing it.
Confident body language is all about opening yourself up, doing slow and controlled motions,
speaking with calm and confident voice, having a straight posture with your shoulders back
and your chest up, not being afraid to take up space and looking and feeling comfortable,
a rule of thumb is if you feel comfortable you look comfortable.
Give yourself 10-15 minutes in front of the mirror after this video, correct some of the
things you think need to fixed with your posture, walking or talking.
Practice some of the power poses, because those 15 minutes may change how people perceive you.
You can literally become more confident, attractive and successful in your social life and in
your life in general if you apply these concepts.
If you look and feel confident long enough on the outside, I guarantee - you will also
start to feel it on the inside.
Anyway, thanks for watching, and I'll see you next time.

No More Dropped Stitches | Knitter's Pride Circular Needle Protectors - Duration: 2:14.
hi everybody its Nancy Queen from nobleknits and today I'm going to show you
how this mysterious tool can help keep you from having dropped stitches on your
circular needles when you put them down come back to them
it's a great little tool stay with me and I'm going to show you how to use it
has this problem ever happened to you set down your circular knitting put it
in your knitting bag and you come back to it to find that you've dropped
stitches well that happens to me way too often so there's a new tool to help with
that what I tend to do is I just push the needles back push the knitting back
from my needles and slide it in my tote or bag and pray that it comes out okay
but in this case it didn't so there's this new tool called the knitters pride
circular needle protectors and they don't look like much but they work
wonders you get three tubes in the set and I like the colors the bright neon
easy to find in your bag and they have a silicon topper on the end and you can
see there's a little slit here at the end of it and that's where you'll put
your needles so put these aside and get out some knitting here that I'm working
on that's not containing any dropped stitches and when you're done knitting
you slide it back like this so that you're back to the cable and then you
just insert the needles into that little slit and you want to make sure to push
them all the way up to the cable like that so that they're not going to go
anywhere and that's it your knitting is protected until you come back to it
again and those again are the knitters pride circular needle protectors you get
a set of three and they fit up to a size nine needle thanks again and
is Nancy queen from noble knits have a great day

The tension in the air was so thick it was almost tangible.
Because the house is a tangible asset, its value must be listed on your income tax return.

Since the police found no tangible signs of entry into the apartment, they knew the robber
was someone close to the family.
While love does great things, it is not tangible because one cannot actually hold it.

You Asked - Living in Barrett - Duration: 1:02.
What has it been like living in Barrett this year?
I actually really like living in Barrett just because
ASU itself is so huge, so you get this kind of small,
liberal arts college feel.
You learn a lot more, you get a lot more hands-on experience
with the teachers and you get a lot better experiences
with your friends as well.
No fun was sacrificed. We got up to some crazy stuff here.
It was an unforgettable experience to say the very least.
It was beautiful, it was awesome being able to
live in a space where you had a community of scholars
that were dedicated to their studies.
We definitely take academics really important here,
but at the same time we do have a really fun time.
There's always events going on out in the main area
you'll see volleyball going on like 24/7 out on the court.
You'll see people sunbathing, reading, relaxing.
You'll see people playing their Gamecube in Honors Hall, arguing over chess
Netflix, TV shows, video games,
really anything that I think every other ASU student would do.
It was the best.
It's a very beautiful space to live.

Winnipeg Chiropractor Helps with Debilitating Low Back Pain - Duration: 1:00.
We have another amazing testimony here with Bob and he just wanted to share with us.
so Bob how did you hear about the office? Actually my son told me about it.
and what were your concerns before you came into the office? I was unable
to walk or move. I was in bed for a week of work. Wow. Low back? Yeah. You've
been coming out for about six weeks something like that. I'd say 6 weeks. How
are you doing today? Fantastic. Pains gone? Pains gone, I can touch my toes
again. Able to move, able to work. Do all the fun things I like to do like
downhill skiing which now has snow to do again, stuff like that.
Very good. If someone were to ask about Westwood
Family Chiropractic what would you say to them? I would recommend them here
you guys go beyond what you would just expect from a chiropractor just fixing
your back problem and say hey have a nice day go away
looks like you look for long term for your health and what not so yeah and
very happy with this place. Certainly recommended.
Thank you so much. You bet.
